本文合成了1个新的一维配位聚合物[Cu(apy)(sal)2]n(apy=2-氨基嘧啶,sal=水杨醛),并对其进行了元素分析、红外、热重、紫外、核磁、粉末XRD及单晶X-射线衍射表征。该聚合物为三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.726 87(15)nm,b=0.914 41(18)nm,c=1.382 0(3)nm,α=108.74(3)°,β=94.13(3)°,γ=96.64(3)°,V=0.858 2(3)nm 3,Z=2,R=0.087 8。Cu(Ⅱ)离子分别与来自2个不同水杨醛配体中的4个氧原子以及2个不同2-氨基嘧啶配体中的2个氮原子配位,形成了1个八面体配位构型。2-氨基嘧啶配体桥联相邻的Cu(Ⅱ)离子形成了沿bc平面的一维折叠链状结构,其相邻Cu(Ⅱ)离子之间的距离为0.6954 nm。此外,相邻的链中水杨醛的芳环之间存在着π-π堆积作用,该芳环堆积作用使得配合物构筑成二维超分子层状结构。  相似文献

A oxovanadium(Ⅴ) complex of [VOL(C9H6NO)]·CH2Cl2[H2L=2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde 4-methoxy-benzoylhydrazone, C9H6NO-=8-hydroxyquinoline anion] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in triclinic system, the space group is P1, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.087 0(2) nm, b=1.107 1(2) nm, c=1.269 3(3) nm, α=67.84(3)°, β=79.26(3)°, γ=73.85(3)° and V=1.353 1(6) nm3 , Mr=614.34, R=0.0503, wR=0.1409. The V(Ⅴ) atom is six-coordinated by one O atom of oxo group, two O atoms and one N atom of the tridentate hydrazone ligand, as well as one N atom and one O atom of 8-hydroxyquinoline ligand, thus defining a distorted octahedral VO(ONO)(NO) geometry. 本文合成了1个新的一维链状锰的配位聚合物{[Mn(HL)(phen)(H2O)2].1.5H2O}n,(H3L=2-羟基-5-羧基苯磺酸),并且进行了元素分析、红外、热重、荧光、紫外、粉末XRD及单晶X射线衍射等表征及研究。标题化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,a=0.840 57(17)nm,b=1.757 5(4)nm,c=2.873 4(6)nm,β=92.54(3)°,V=4.240 7(16)nm 3,Z=4,R=0.027 0。每个Mn(Ⅱ)离子与邻菲咯啉配体的2个N原子、磺酸配体中的1个磺酸基O原子和羧基O原子以及2个配位水分子配位,展示出扭曲的八面体几何构型。2个相邻的Mn(Ⅱ)八面体单元通过1个磺酸基氧原子和1个羧基氧原子连接形成一维链状结构,该一维链进一步通过氢键作用构筑成三维网状结构。  相似文献

A 2D copper coordination polymer of [Cu2(3-PyOH)2(EDTA)]n (EDTA4-=ethylenediaminetetraacetate quadrivalent anion C10H12N2O8, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.327 5(3) nm, b=0.930 39(19) nm, c=0.948 44(19) nm, β=108.21(3)°, and V=1.112 8(4) nm3, Z=2, R=0.025 2, wR=0.066 1. Each copper(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by three O atoms and one N atom from two different EDTA4- groups and one N atom from 3-PyOH ligand, forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Two adjacent copper(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the bis-tetradentate EDTA4- groups, constructing a two-dimensional layer structure along bc plane. The adjacent Cu…Cu distances are 0.502 5(3) and 0.611 3(3) nm. CCDC: 618806.  相似文献

A novel binuclear copper complex of [Cu(C14H8O3)(C9H7N)(C2H5OH)]2 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=1.381 7(3) nm, b=1.184 3(2) nm, c=1.332 5(3) nm, β=104.77(3)°. Each copper(II) atom is five-coordinated by three oxygen atoms from two different 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylate ligands, one quinoline nitrogen atom and one ethanol oxygen atom, forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Two copper(II) atoms are linked by two 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylate ligands into a dimmer structure with the Cu…Cu separation being 0.298 39(8) nm. The dinuclear motifs are further linked into a two-dimensional supramolecular layer via hydrogen bonds interactions. CCDC: 272850.  相似文献

A dinuclear cadmium complex, [Cd2(3-PyOH)4(FBA)4] (FBA-=4-formylbenzoate monoanion, C8H5O3, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Each cadmium(II) ion is six-coordinated by four O atoms from three different FBA- groups and two N atoms from two different 3-PyOH ligands, giving a distorted octahedral geometry. The two cadmium(II) atoms are bridged by two FBA- groups, with the Cd…Cd distances being 0.392 8(6) nm. In addition, there are two kinds of π-π stacking interactions between the two adjacent parallel 3-PyOH ligands in the title complex, with the Cg…Cg (Cg is the centroid of the above rings) distances of 0.361 0(5) and 0.385 2(6) nm, respectively. A two-dimensional supramolecular layer structure is constructed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the carboxyl O atoms of the FBA- groups and the 3-PyOH ligands in ab plane. A coordination polymer of [Cu(bpb)(PPh3)2]n·nClO4·nCH2Cl2·nH2O(bpb=1,4-bis(pyridine-3-aminome-thyl)benzene) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, PL and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallized in triclinic with space group P1, a=1.065 8(4) nm, b=1.542 4(6) nm, c=1.690 8(6) nm, α=80.11(10)°, β=76.00(10)°, γ=82.72(10)°, and V=2.646 5(17) nm3, Z=2, R=0.068 4. In the title complex, each Cu(Ⅰ) ion displays a distorted tetrahedron coordination configuration, defined by two N atoms from two different bpb groups, and two P atoms from PPh3. Two adjacent Cu(Ⅰ) tetrahedron units are linked into a one-dimensional chain by the bpb ligands, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional layer structure. Furthermore, the solid-state fluorescent property of the title complex was studied at room temperature. CCDC: 743417.  相似文献
