一维链状铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及晶体结构表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The 1D-chain polymer of [Cu(Ⅱ)3L3(H2O)]n, (H2L=3-(3,5-dichloro-2-hydroxybenzylid-eneamino)propanoic acid) has been synthesized by reaction of 3,5-dichlorosalicylaldehyde, β-alamine and copper nitrate in ethanol solution. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal structure belongs to mono-clinic system with space group C2/c and cell parameters: a=3.853 7(3) nm, b=0.777 38(18) nm, c=2.656 36(2) nm, β=116.924(2)° and V=7.095 4(17) nm3, Mr=998.85, Z=8, Dc=1.870 g·cm-3 and F(000)=3 992. The two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms are coordinated with four atoms from Schiff base, and another one is coordinated with five atoms. The square bridging links three metal centers through a novel μ-4,4,5 coordination model, which is further assembled into 1D chain coordination polymer. The 1D chain is further constructed a 3D network by strong O-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bonds. The coordination polymer presents a good thermal stable property through the thermal analysis. 本文用溶液法合成了未见报道的4,4'-联吡啶铜、钴二元配合物,并获得到了单晶.利用元素分析、X射线单晶仪对其结构进行了表征.结果表明:两个晶体均属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c.铜配合物的晶体结构参数为:a=1.8272(3)am,b=1.1149(2)am,c=2.4667(4)am,α=90°,β=91.518(2)°,γ=90°,V=5.0231(14)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=2236,Mr=1070.69,Dc=1.416g.cm3,μ=0.449 mm-1,R1=0.0951,ωR2=0.2301.钴配合物的结构参数为:a=1.8016(6)am,b=1.1478(4)nm,c=2.4517(9)mm,α=90°,β=93.647(5)°,γ=90°,V=5.059(3)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1940,Mr=927.91,Dc=1.218 g.cm3,μ=0.393 mm-1,R1=0.0852,ωR2=0.2118.  相似文献

应用紫外分光光度法和荧光光度法研究了3,5-二溴水杨醛缩牛磺酸席夫碱(DSTSB)在pH3.2的介质中,与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用(结合作用),考察了DSTSB对BSA构象的影响。讨论了DSTSB对BSA内源荧光的淬灭机理,测得猝灭常数Kq=2.1×1014L.mol-1.s-1,结合常数(KA=6.31×108L.mol-1)和结合点位数(n=1.1725)。依据Frester辐射能量转移理论确定了荧光给体-受体间距离(r=3.67nm)。  相似文献

The complex, Ni[(C13H7Br2NOS)2(DMF)]·(C3H7O) (DMF=N,N′-dimethylformamide), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a=8.297 6(15) nm, b=12.866(2) nm, c=31.889(3) nm, β=95.024(2)°, and V=3 391.3(9) nm3, Z=4, R=0.075 2, wR=0.176 8. The nickel iron is six-coordinated by three O atoms, two N atoms, one S from the Schiff base and one O atom from DMF ligand, forming a octahedron coordination geometry. Schiff bases are bridged by the two S atoms. The molecules in the crystal are linked through intermolecular Br…Br, C-H…O, S…Br interactions. Its electrochemical property is reported.
