The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone and pyridine ligands, Cu(C10H8N2O3)·(C5H5N)·(H2O) (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2-oxo-propionicacid benzoyl hydrazone), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The crystal structure of the title complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 0.729 08(10) nm, b= 1.020 01(14) nm, c= 1.126 28(15) nm, α = 71.644(2) °, β = 80.437(2) °, γ = 89.160(2)°, V= 0.78328(18) nm3, Z= 2, Dc= 1.547 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo) = 1.417 mm-1, F(000) = 374. The final R1 = 0.030 6, wR2= 0.084 2 for 2 992 observed reflections [I≥2σ(I)] out of 3357 unique reflections. In this complex, copper(Ⅱ) ion is square-pyramidally coordinated by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of tridentate C10H8N2O32- ligand, one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand, and one oxygen atom of water molecule with the oxygen atom of water molecule locating at the apical position. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 222656.  相似文献

A novel nickel(Ⅱ) complex with 2,4-dihydroxybenzalidene benzoylhydrazone and pyridine ligands, Ni(C14H10N2O3)(C5H5N), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The crystal structure of the title complex has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca. The cell parameters are: a=1.580 20(19) nm, b=1.362 18(16) nm, c=1.616 50(19) nm, and V=3.479 5(7) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.497 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo)=1.139 mm-1, F(000)=1 616, R=0.032 9 and wR=0.077 0 for 2 772 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)) out of 3810 unique ones. The nickel(Ⅱ) ion lies in a distorted square-planar environment composed of two oxygen atoms, one nitrogen atom of tridentate acyhydrazone schiff base ligand and one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 244668.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.6362(9)nm, b=1.7140(9)nm, c=1.2255(7)nm, β=105.168(9)°, V=3.317(3)nm3Z=8, Dc=1.525g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=1.334mm-1F(000)=1560. The structure was refined to final R1=0.0376, wR2=0.0909. The copper(Ⅱ) ion lies in a dis-torted square-planar environment composed of two oxygen atoms, one nitrogen atom of tridentate acyhydrazone Schiff base ligand and one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand. The Cu(II) ion in the title complex is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two N-phenylanthranilic acid in monodenate mode, two nitrogen atoms form two imidazole, and one oxygen atom from water, forming a distorted square-pyramid coordination geometry. Diorganotin(Ⅳ) compound [(p-CNC6H4CH2)2Sn(C9H7N3O3)(H2O)]2 was synthesized by the reaction of tri-p-cyanobenzyltin chloride with Schiff base ligand pyruvic acid isonicotinyl hydrazone. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group C2/c, with a=3.143 1(3) nm, b=0.989 99(10) nm, c=1.785 68(18) nm, β=114.908 0(13)°, V=5.039 6(9) nm3, Z=4, μ=1.054 mm-1, Dc=1.513 Mg·m-3, F(000)=2 304, R=0.042 8, wR=0.090 3, GOF=0.997. In this compound, the Sn atom exists in a distorted octahedral coordination environment in which one water molecule, one tridentate pyruvic acid isonicotinyl hydrazone ligand, and two trans p-cyanobenzyl groups coordinate to each Sn center, the angle of the axial C10-Sn1-C18 is 166.1(2)°. Two molecules form a weak-bridged dimmer with weak interactions of Sn…O bonding and hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 270796.  相似文献

The complex, Ni[(C13H7Br2NOS)2(DMF)]·(C3H7O) (DMF=N,N′-dimethylformamide), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a=8.297 6(15) nm, b=12.866(2) nm, c=31.889(3) nm, β=95.024(2)°, and V=3 391.3(9) nm3, Z=4, R=0.075 2, wR=0.176 8. The nickel iron is six-coordinated by three O atoms, two N atoms, one S from the Schiff base and one O atom from DMF ligand, forming a octahedron coordination geometry. Schiff bases are bridged by the two S atoms. The molecules in the crystal are linked through intermolecular Br…Br, C-H…O, S…Br interactions. Its electrochemical property is reported. X-Ray diffraction result for the single crystal shows that the crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=1.0969(3)nm, b=2.0903(5)nm, c=2.0481(6)nm, β=97.366(6), V=4.657(2)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.47g·cm-3。  相似文献

A oxovanadium(Ⅴ) complex of [VOL(C9H6NO)]·CH2Cl2[H2L=2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde 4-methoxy-benzoylhydrazone, C9H6NO-=8-hydroxyquinoline anion] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in triclinic system, the space group is P1, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.087 0(2) nm, b=1.107 1(2) nm, c=1.269 3(3) nm, α=67.84(3)°, β=79.26(3)°, γ=73.85(3)° and V=1.353 1(6) nm3 , Mr=614.34, R=0.0503, wR=0.1409. The V(Ⅴ) atom is six-coordinated by one O atom of oxo group, two O atoms and one N atom of the tridentate hydrazone ligand, as well as one N atom and one O atom of 8-hydroxyquinoline ligand, thus defining a distorted octahedral VO(ONO)(NO) geometry. A two-dimensional supramolecular layer structure is formed through π-π stacking interactions. CCDC: 268672.  相似文献

One Complex{CdI(phen)(H2O)[C8H11O2(COO)]}·H2O with bicycle[2.2.1]hept-2-en-5,6-dicarboxylic acid [C7H8(COOH)2], hydriodic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal way and characterized. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1, with a=0.975 4(2) nm, b=0.990 0(2) nm, c=1.319 1(3) nm, α=89.146(4)°, β=69.800(3)°, γ=68.718(3)°, V=1.105 0(4) nm3, Dc=1.914 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=620, Final R1=0.033 2, wR2=0.085 7, GooF=1.092. The crystal structure shows that the cadmium ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from one C7H10(COOH)2 molecule, two nitrogen atoms from the 1,10-phenanthroline, one oxygen atom from one water molecule and one iodine ion, respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The crystal of binuclear zinc complex Zn2(dhaash)2(py)4 was obtained in DMF and pyridine, where H2dhaash is 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone-N-salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.108 98(11) nm, b=1.640 84(16) nm, c=1.445 14(14) nm, β=108.617(2)°, Z=2, V=2.492 1(4) nm3, Dc=1.466 g·cm-3, Mr=1 099.74, μ=1.031 mm-1, F(000)=1 136 and the final R=0.044 8 and wR=0.105 8 for 4 143 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I), respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that, in the centrosymmetric binuclear complex molecule, two zinc(Ⅱ) centers are linked by two oxygen atoms (O(3) and O(3A)), respectively. Zn(1)…Zn(1A) distance is 0.314 81(6) nm, O(3)…O(3A) distance is 0.270 4(2) nm. Every zinc(Ⅱ) ion has an elongated octahedral coordination. For example, the two pyridine nitrogen atoms, one oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom from salicylhydrazone, one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in one dhaash2- ligand and one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in another dhaash2- ligand coordinated to zinc(Ⅱ) ion, respectively. Two zinc(Ⅱ) ions and all the 72 non-hydrogen atoms in the two dhaash2- ligands are in the same plane. CCDC: 261929.  相似文献

LnCl3 (Ln=Nd, Gd) reacts with C5H9C5H4Na (or K2C8H8) in THF (C5H9C5H4 = cyclopentylcyclopentadienyl) in the ratio of 1 : to give (C5H9C5H4)LnCl2(THF)n (orC8H8)LnCl2(THF)n], which further reacts with K2C8H8 (or C5H9C5H4Na) in THF to form the litle complexes. If Ln=Nd the complex (C8H8)Nd(C5H9C5H4)(THF)2 (a) was obtained: when Ln=Gd the 1 : 1 complex [(C8H8)Gd(C%H9)(THF)][(C8H8)Gd(C5H9H4)(THF)2] (b) was obtained in crystalline form.

The crystal structure analysis shows that in (C8H8)Ln(C5H9C5H4)(THF)2 (Ln=Nd or Gd), the Cyclopentylcyclopentadieny (η5), cyclooctatetraenyl (η8) and two oxygen atoms from THF are coordinated to Nd3+ (or Gd3+) with coordination number 10.

The centroid of the cyclopentadienyl ring (Cp′) in C5H9C5H4 group, cyclooctatetraenyl centroid (COTL) and two oxygens (THF) form a twisted tetrahedron around Nd3+ (or Gd3+). In (C8H8)Gd(C5H9C5H4)(THF), the cyclopentyl-cyclopentadienyl (η5), cyclooctatetraenyl (η8) and one oxygen atom are coordinated to Gd3+ with the coordination number of 9 and Cp′, COT and oxygen atom form a triangular plane around Gd3+, which is almost in the plane (dev. -0.0144 Å).  相似文献

The electronic and thermal energy differences, ΔE(t-s); enthalpy differences, ΔH(t-s); and free energy differences between the singlet and triplet states, ΔG(t-s), were calculated for C6H6C, C6H6Si, C6H6Ge, C6H6Sn, and C6H6Pb at the B3LYP/6-311++G (3df, 2p) level. The singlet-triplet splitting, G s-t, of C6H6C, C6H6Si, C6H6Ge, C6H6Sn, and C6H6Pb generally increased from C6H6C toward C6H6Pb. The most stable tautomers and conformers were suggested for the singlet and triplet states of C6H6M (M = C, Si, Ge, Sn and Pb). The geometrical parameters were calculated and discussed. The high-pressure limiting rate constants of the reactions between H or D atoms and three isotopic ethylenes have been measured in the temperature range 206–461 K. Group 2 bis-element sandwiches formed by homoleptic open sandwiches with formula C5H7-M-M-C5H7 and C4H4P-M-M-C4H4P (M = Be, Mg, and Ca) have been studied at the B3LYP/cc-PVDZ and BP86/6-311G(d,p) levels of theory. The predicted M-M bond distances are much shorter than in the equivalent isolated M-M dimer and indicate substantial Be-Be, Mg-Mg, and Ca-Ca bonding. An NBO analysis shows that each M-M unit contains a single covalent bond and that the unit is linked to the open pentadienyl and phospholyl ring via ionic bonds. We thus predict that these new compounds are viable synthetic targets.  相似文献
