为了提高反鱼雷鱼雷(ATT)激光近炸引信对来袭鱼雷的捕获率,首先根据鱼雷目标的激光反射特性,分析了鱼雷目标回波功率随激光束入射角度和入射位置的变化规律。采用空间解析几何方法描述了ATT与来袭鱼雷的交会模型,给出了任意交会距离和姿态时目标回波功率计算方法。根据系统最小探测功率,建立了水中单光束扫描激光引信捕获率蒙特卡罗仿真模型,仿真了系统捕获率随激光脉冲频率的变化关系,获得了探测不同距离目标的最大捕获率和相应的激光扫描频率和脉冲频率。结果表明:当激光扫描频率为15Hz,脉冲频率为4kHz,系统能可靠捕获距离9m内目标。所得系统捕获率仿真模型和结果可为ATT单光束扫描激光引信系统设计提供理论参考。  相似文献

为真实模拟实弹射击场景,降低军事射击训练成本,设计了一种基于铒玻璃激光器的激光射击光学系统。该系统采用两级激光扩束,将铒玻璃激光器出射光束发散角二次压缩,实现极小发散角光束出射,提升了激光射击过程的人眼安全性。铒玻璃激光器出射光束发散角为15 mrad,出射光斑直径0.3 mm,激光扩束倍率300倍,系统出射光束发散角达0.035mrad。距光学系统出光口1 km位置,激光光斑直径约为120 mm,可满足千米射击训练要求,突破了常规激光射击系统百米量级的作用距离限制。设计的光学系统总长度为364mm,结构简单,利于工程化,应用前景广阔。  相似文献

在曝光线宽为90nm的投影光刻机中,准分子激光光源发出的矩形截面光束,需要进行一维扩束,以获得光束整形单元所需的正方形截面分布。现有的这类扩束单元分别存在严重的相干散斑效应和严格的装调公差等不足。基于此,提出了多组元平行反射扩束镜组。通过求解各组元透射率值的线性方程组,得到若干种扩束单元结构,其中的四组元扩束单元每个组元只有一种透射率,有效降低了镀膜的工艺成本。分别从公差分析、系统透射率和出射光束均匀性等方面对各类扩束单元结构进行综合比较,并通过建模仿真,验证了设计的四组元扩束单元的散斑效应和装调公差灵敏度都明显降低,而且出射光束较均匀,有利于提高照明均匀性。  相似文献

扩束是超高峰值功率激光装置中必不可少的一环,由离轴抛物面镜组成的反射式扩束系统可解决传统透射式扩束带来的色散、色差及激光脉冲前沿畸变等问题.利用光线追迹法和惠更斯-菲涅耳原理对反射式扩束和聚焦过程进行分析,计算了在反射式扩束系统参数不同时,离轴抛物面镜失调对激光脉冲远场时空特性的影响,给出了激光脉冲斯特列尔比和峰值强度的误差允许范围.  相似文献

在曝光线宽为90nm节点的投影光刻机照明系统中,针对准分子激光光源扩束后出射光束均匀性较差的问题,用高斯光束边缘叠加能够提高均匀性的原理对反射式扩束单元进行了分析。结果表明,平行反射式扩束单元出射光束之间叠加尺寸与反射板某区域透射率存在矛盾,制约了照明光束均匀性的提高。为此,提出了非平行反射扩束镜组,推导了出射光束尺寸、叠加子光束个数与两反射镜楔角之间的关系式,确定了楔角的取值范围和扩束单元的结构形式。通过建模分析,验证了设计的扩束单元在实现光束一维扩束的同时,不仅减小了叠加光束的干涉散斑效应,还提高了光束均匀性。  相似文献

针对现有的冷原子实验用的多数保偏光纤输入型扩束准直器不能对输入激光束的偏振进行精确调节的缺陷,提出了一种全长度为135mm,输出圆形光斑有效直径为20mm的紧凑型偏振可调激光扩束准直器.该扩束准直器中的偏振棱镜和波片偏振轴均可独立调节,能对单模保偏光纤输入光束的偏振态进行精确调节和保持.所研制的激光扩束准直器在三维磁光阱冷原子实验中制备出了满足冷原子干涉实验要求的冷原子团,冷原子团原子数为5×108,温度约为10μK,并获得了最大上抛高度为1.156m的原子喷泉飞行时间信号.  相似文献

基于广义惠更斯-菲涅尔衍射积分公式, 以高斯光束为激光束模型,推导了激光光束通过失调扩束准直光学系统的传输公式,分析了光学元件失调对扩束准直光学系统输出光束传输特性的影响,并在此基础上进行了仿真。实验结果表明,高斯光束通过失调扩束准直光学系统时,出射光束变为偏心高斯光束,光学元件失调程度越大,输出光束越偏离光轴,光束质量越差。在同样的失调下,长焦距光学元件对输出光束影响更大,因此在激光扩束准直光学系统中,调整长焦距光学元件更为重要。  相似文献

激光水下探测在水下目标搜寻、资源勘探等领域具有重要的应用,而散射是激光水下探测面临的主要挑战.载波调制激光雷达具有抗散射、抗干扰的优点,本文利用自行研制的532 nm强度调制激光源,在3 m长的水箱中搭建激光水下探测系统. 532 nm激光源最大输出功率为2.56 W,强度调制范围为10.0 MHz—2.1 GHz,光束发散角约0.5 mrad.通过在水箱中添加氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)_2)粉末,测量了不同浑浊度下水的衰减系数.采用相位测距的方法,目标反射光的调制信号为探测信号,对激光源进行调制的电信号作为参考信号,利用相关运算获得激光的延时时间,进而可以获得水下目标的距离.最大调制频率为500 MHz时,实现了距离为4.3个衰减长度目标的探测,测距误差约12 cm.探测距离越远,测距误差越大,调制频率越高,测距精度越高.  相似文献

在405 nm处基于低功率蓝光二极管光声技术探测ppb量级NO_2浓度系统,获取了NO_2有效吸收截面,探讨了水蒸气等气体的测量干扰,通过频率扫描拟合得到了1.35 kHz的谐振频率.采用内部抛光的铝制圆柱空腔作为光声谐振腔(内径为8 mm,长为120 mm),系统优化了腔体、窗片和电源等影响因素,分析了降低本底噪声、提高信噪比的方法,噪声信号可降至0.02μV.设计了两级缓冲结构,显著抑制了流量噪声的影响,提高了系统的稳定性.系统的标定梯度曲线经过线性拟合后的斜率为0.016μV/ppb, R~2为0.998,在60 s平均时间下,系统NO_2探测限为3.67 ppb(3σ).为了证实系统的测量结果,将其与二极管激光腔衰荡光谱系统同步对比测量大气NO_2浓度,二者线性拟合后的斜率为0.94±0.009,截距为1.89±0.18,相关系数为0.87,一致性较好.实验结果表明,该系统实现了ppb量级NO_2浓度的低成本在线探测,可用于NO_2浓度外场的实时检测.  相似文献

Polymers are a kind of attractive hosts for laser dyes due to their high transparency in both pumping and lasing ranges and superior optical homogeneity. In this paper solid dye samples based on polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) doped with different concentrations of 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 -pentamethyl-2, 6-diethylpyrromethene-BF$_{2 }$ (PM567) are prepared. The absorption, fluorescence and lasing spectra of the samples are obtained. Wide absorption and fluorescence bands are obtained and a red shift of the maxima of the lasing emission spectra is observed. With the second-harmonic generation of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (532\,nm, $\sim $20\,ns) pumping the samples longitudinally, the slope efficiencies of the samples are obtained. There is an optimal dye concentration for the highest slope efficiency when the pumping energy is lower than some typical value ($\sim $250\,mJ), and the highest slope efficiency 35.6{\%} is obtained in the sample with a dye concentration of $2\times10^{ - 4}$\,mol/L. Pumping the samples at a rate of 10Hz with a pulse energy as high as 200\,mJ (the fluence is 0.2\,J/cm$^{2})$, the output energy drops to one-half of its initial value after approximate 15500 pulses and the normalized photostability is 5.17\,GJ/mol. A kind of solid dye laser which could have some applications is built.  相似文献

The influence of air pressure on mechanical effect of laser plasma shock wave in a vacuum chamber produced by a Nd:YAG laser has been studied. The laser pulses with pulse width of 10ns and pulse energy of about 320mJ at 1.06$\mu $m wavelength is focused on the aluminium target mounted on a ballistic pendulum, and the air pressure in the chamber changes from $2.8\times 10^{3}$ to 1.01$\times $10$^{5 }$Pa. The experimental results show that the impulse coupling coefficient changes as the air pressure and the distance of the target from focus change. The mechanical effects of the plasma shock wave on the target are analysed at different distances from focus and the air pressure.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulation is employed to study the structural evolution of low density amorphous ice during its compression from one atmosphere to 2.5 GPa. Calculated results show that high density amorphous ice is formed at an intermediate pressure of -1.0 GPa; the O-O-O bond angle ranges from 83° to 113°, and the O-H… O bond is bent from 112° to 160°. Very high density amorphous ice is obtained by quenching to 80 K and decompressing the ice to ambient pressure from 160 K/1.3 GPa or 160 K/1.7 GPa; and the next-nearest O-O length is found to be 0.310 nm, just 0.035 nm beyond the nearest O-O distance of 0.275 nm.  相似文献

基于可调分束比的光纤分束器,制作了光纤环形谐振腔并通过调节分束比实现了对光纤环形谐振腔的欠耦合、临界耦合和过耦合的状态控制.实验测量了腔最小反射率与腔损耗之间的关系,获得光纤环形谐振腔的腔内衰减率为κ_0=2π×(1.60±0.03) MHz ,品质因子为Q=(1.10±0.02)×10.8.在此基础上,结合了压电陶瓷拉伸光纤以控制腔长和Pound-Drever-Hall锁频两大技术优势,克服了之前温度反馈控制等方法的反馈带宽窄、噪声大和稳定性差等问题,实现了对光纤环形谐振腔共振频率的快速、灵敏的控制和锁定.结果表明,锁频过程中相位调制功率与相位调制引起腔反射光的强度调制之间的关系为线性关系,进而通过降低相位调制信号的功率以减小相位调制对腔反射光强度调制的影响.当调制功率设定最低为–9 dBm时,光纤环形谐振腔仍能被稳定锁定.该光纤环形谐振腔为其与原子、金刚石色心等发光粒子相互作用的腔量子电动力学实验研究奠定了坚实的基础.  相似文献

This paper reports that the tunable self-phase-stabilized infrared laser pulses have been generated from a two-stage optical parametric amplifier. With an 800 nm pump source, the output idler pulses are tunable from 1.3 μm to 2.3 μm, and the maximum output energy of the idler pulses is higher than 1 mJ at 1.6 μm by using 6 mJ pump laser. A carrier-envelope phase fluctuation of ~ 0.15 rad (rms) for the idler pulses is measured for longer than one hour by using a home build f-to-2f interferometer.  相似文献

This paper reports that a novel type of suspended ZnO nanowire field-effect transistors (FETs) were successfully fabricated using a photolithography process, and their electrical properties were characterized by I--V measurements. Single-crystalline ZnO nanowires were synthesized by a hydrothermal method, they were used as a suspended ZnO nanowire channel of back-gate field-effect transistors (FET). The fabricated suspended nanowire FETs showed a p-channel depletion mode, exhibited high on--off current ratio of ~105. When VDS=2.5 V, the peak transconductances of the suspended FETs were 0.396 μS, the oxide capacitance was found to be 1.547 fF, the pinch-off voltage VTH was about 0.6 V, the electron mobility was on average 50.17 cm2/Vs. The resistivity of the ZnO nanowire channel was estimated to be 0.96× 102Ω cm at VGS = 0 V. These characteristics revealed that the suspended nanowire FET fabricated by the photolithography process had excellent performance. Better contacts between the ZnO nanowire and metal electrodes could be improved through annealing and metal deposition using a focused ion beam.  相似文献

This paper reports that the Tm^3+:Lu2SiO5 (Tm:LSO) crystal is grown by Czochralski technique. The roomtemperature absorption spectra of Tm:LSO crystal are measured on a b-cut sample with 4 at.% thulium. According to the obtained Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters Ω2=9.3155×10^-20 cm^2, Ω4=8.4103×10^-20 cm^2, Ω6=1.5908×10^-20 cm^2, the fluorescence lifetime is calculated to be 2.03 ms for ^3F4 → ^3H6 transition, and the integrated emission cross section is 5.81×10^-18 cm^2. Room-temperature laser action near 2μm under diode pumping is experimentally evaluated in Tm:LSO. An optical-optical conversion efficiency of 9.1% and a slope efficiency of 16.2% are obtained with continuouswave maximum output power of 0.67 W. The emission wavelengths of Tm:LSO laser are centred around 2.06μm with spectral bandwidth of -13.6 nm.  相似文献

This paper reports that the interaction potential for the X3Z- state of NH radical is constructed at the CCSD(T)/ cc-PV6Z level of theory. Using this potential, this paper calculates the spectroscopic parameters (De, Re, ωe, ωeχe, αe and Be) and their values are of 3.578eV, 0.10368nm, 3286.833cm^-1, 78.433cm^-1, 0.6469cm^-1 and 16.6735cm^-1 respectively, which are in excellent agreement with the experiments. Then the total of 14 vibrational states has been found when J=0 by solving the radial Schrodinger equation of nuclear motion. For each vibrational state, the vibrational manifolds are reported for the first time. And last, the total cross sections, s-wave, p-wave and d-wave cross sections are computed for the elastic collisions between two ground-state atoms (hydrogen and nitrogen) at low temperatures. It finds that the total elastic cross sections are dominated by s-wave scattering when the collision energy is below 10^-6a.u. The pronounced shape resonance is found at energy of 6.1 × 10^-6a.u. Calculations have shown that the shape resonance comes from the p-wave contributions.  相似文献
