金属硫化物富勒烯是一类结构新奇的化合物,阐释其结构和性质是当前的重要研究任务。本文采用密度泛函理论(DFT)方法,系统研究了质谱实验已经检测到的内嵌金属富勒烯Sc2S@C86的结构和性质。结果显示,能量最低的异构体是Sc2S@C86:63751(独立五元环规则(IPR)-9),该碳笼与已报道的Sc2C2@C86的碳笼一样;其次是non-IPR Sc2S@C86:63376。自然键轨道(NBO)和分子中原子理论(AIM)分析显示,内嵌团簇与碳笼间存在电荷转移相互作用和共价作用。温度效应计算显示,高温时Sc2S@C86是多个异构体共存的。为了对将来实验结构测定提供参考,本文提供了能量最低的两个异构体的红外光谱图。  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论和卡利普索结构预测方法,在B3PW91/LanL2DZ水平下,系统研究了Sc13,Sc12Co和Sc12Ni团簇的几何结构、磁性和光谱特性.结果表明,Sc13基态拥有高对称性的二十面体Ih点群对称结构,Sc12Co和Sc12Ni团簇基态结构是分别以Co和Ni为中心的畸变二十面体结构.基于上述基态结构,电荷转移分析发现电荷从Sc原子向Ni或Co原子转移.磁性分析表明Sc13团簇的高磁性主要源于Sc—Sc之间的铁磁性耦合和较大的自旋劈裂.对于Sc12Co和Sc12Ni团簇,Sc—Ni和Sc—Co各原子之间的反铁磁性耦合、较小的自旋劈裂及原子间的电荷转移量是磁性偏低的原因.而且,总磁矩主要来源于Sc-3d轨道上的自旋磁矩贡献,4s和4p轨道上的自旋磁矩贡献非常小.最后,研究发现Sc12Co和Sc12Ni团簇的红外和拉...  相似文献

金属富勒烯嵌套于纳米环内形成主客体系, 二者产生的主客体作用可诱导内部金属团簇的取向, 影响分子的电子结构等性质. 本文基于密度泛函理论(DFT)计算, 对碳纳米环[12]CPP(CPP=环苯撑, 主体分子)与金属富勒烯Sc3C2@C80(客体分子)形成的主客体配合物的结构和性质进行了研究. 计算结果表明, 在最稳定构型中, [12]CPP呈现椭圆形, Sc3C2@C80与[12]CPP的质心不再重合. Sc3C2@C80在[12]CPP内旋转对构型总体能量影响仅为13.51 kJ/mol. [12]CPP向Sc3C2@C80转移了0.03 e, 主客体分子之间存在弱相互作用. 对二者相互作用的分析结果表明, 色散作用在弱相互作用中占主导地位.  相似文献

在Ik对称性约化的基础上,进行了Sc13的从头计算研究,其基组态为ag2t1M6hg10ag2gM8t2M6t1M5,谱项为2T1M,与ESR谱的解释一致.计算表明Sc原子的满壳层(4s)2电子在成键时向未满的3d壳层转移,从而4s与3d电子均对成键起重要作用.结合能的计算值表明Sc13可以稳定存在.计算还表明,收缩高斯基收缩程度的合理选择对Sc13波函数的行为描述十分重要.  相似文献

在B3LYP/6-31+G(d)的水平上, 对两种含有手性Si原子的新型有机硅单体Si2(CH3)2H2N2(C2H5)4和Si4(CH3)4H4N2(C6H5)2的几种异构体进行了研究, 在全参量几何构型优化的基础上, 进行了简谐振动频率计算, 同时对所研究的体系进行了热力学性质和低能激发态的含时密度泛函理论(TDDFT)计算. 理论计算表明, 构象异构体之间的红外光谱差异不大, 热力学和低能激发态性质也相似; 顺/反结构相似的异构体之间红外光谱差异不大, 但热力学和低能激发态性质却呈现差异; 旋光异构体或顺/反结构相差较大的异构体之间, 红外光谱和热力学及低能激发态性质有明显的差异. 从理论上解释了实验红外光谱中Si—H振动峰的裂分是由异构体的存在所致, 并找到裂分峰所对应的异构结构. 应用密度泛函B3LYP方法和从头算(abinitio)HF方法,在3-21G理论水平上,对具有C2v,D2d,D3h和D6h对称性的四种C36异构体以及在保持D2d,D3h和D6h对称性条件下形成的不同氢化物进行了量子化学计算,研究了它们在不同量子态时的分子几何构型和电子结构.结果表明,电子相关效应在C36簇化合物的电子结构中起着重要作用.它们最稳定的结构是C363A2u量子态D6h异构体,而C36的氢化物是在D3h异构体的C2位置等同碳原子上形成的1A1'量子态氢化物C36H12.  相似文献

用AM1、PM3及INDO系列方法研究了C70O2可能异构体的结构和稳定性.在C70O稳定构型的基础上,考察了C70O2的45种异构体.结果表明,两个O原子加在碳球极端处同一个六元环内不等价的6/6键上形成环氧结构的构型最稳定.在优化构型的基础上,进行电子光谱计算,并与C70和C70O进行了比较.  相似文献

在MP2/6-311++G(d,p)和QCISD(t)/6-311++G(3df,2p)(单点)水平下计算得到9个异构体和10个过渡态的HAsS2体系势能面.异构体cis-HSAsS(E1)的能量最低,其次是trans-HSAsS(E2)、具有AsSS三元环的立体HAs(S)S(Cs,E3)和HAs(S)S(C2v,E4)结构的异构体,能量分别比cis-HSAsS高1.46,60.78和93.63kJ/mol.根据体系的势能面,异构体E1,E2,E3和E4具有一定的动力学稳定性.AsH和S2第一步反应产物将会异构化为具有较高动力学稳定性的异构体E3,而SH和AsS第一步反应产物将会异构化为E1.计算结果与HNO2,HNS2,HPO2,HPS2和HAsO2等价电子相同的分子的势能面进行了比较.  相似文献

用半经验的AM1和MNDO方法以及密度泛函B3LYP/3-21G方法对C50(D5h)的衍生物C48P2的所有可能的异构体进行了系统的理论研究. 优化了稳定构型, 计算了生成热、HOMO-LUMO能级差、NICS值、红外光谱及电子光谱, 并与C48X2(X=B, N)的分子行为进行了比较. 计算结果表明: (1) C48P2的最稳定异构体是异构体C48P2-78, 该异构体对应于赤道位置六元环内的1,4-取代产物; (2) 决定C48P2异构体稳定性的主要因素是碳笼的张力, 而稳定性和芳香性之间没有明显的相关性; (3) 相对较稳定的C48P2异构体的HOMO-LUMO能级差比C50的HOMO-LUMO能级差大; (4) 计算出的红外光谱以及电子光谱可以供实验参考; 计算出的NICS 值也可以用来表征C48P2各异构体. (5) C48P2与C48X2(X=B, N)具有相同的取代选择性规律及稳定性决定因素, 并且相对较稳定的异构体均具有比C50本体大的HOMO-LUMO能级差.  相似文献

采用abinitio方法对B2F2分子异构体的结构进行了计算研究,并与Al2F2分子进行了比较.结果表明,B2F2具有D∞h对称性,3Σg电子态的直线型结构FBBF是B2F2分子的最稳定异构体,对文献的结果进行了修正.在UCCSD(T,full)/6-311+G(2df)水平下,F-B和B-B键长分别为0.12942和0.14820nm,振动频率出现在1860.00和1320.62cm-1处.在UQCISD(T,full)/6-311+G(2df)//UMP2(full)/6-311+G(d)+ZPVE水平下,3Σg态的线性FBBF分子的垂直电离势为848.58kJ/mol,而由3Σg电子态的BF二聚为3Σg态的线性FBBF分子的焓变为59.86kJ/mol,此二聚化反应是放热反应,说明二聚化过程在能量上是有利的.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
