提出了一体化核磁共振谱仪控制台的软件系统设计方案,主要包括2部分,一部分是安装在谱仪控制台上的嵌入式Linux操作系统及实时控制软件,另外一部分是PC机上的界面控制软件. 2部分软件之间利用socket网络接口进行数据交互, 采用TCP/IP通信协议,这样既能保证数据传输的可靠性又可以达到较高的数据传输速率. 通过网络通信,该谱仪控制台还可以接受远程操控和系统升级. 该文具体阐述了该软件系统的设计思路和设计方法,对设计的软件系统进行了实验测试,并对实验结果进行了讨论. 相似文献

提出了一种用于核磁共振(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR)谱仪控制台软件系统的多层架构设计. 该设计在逻辑功能上将系统抽象为Linux硬件设备驱动、驱动接口、业务逻辑、网络传输和协议控制5层,每一层完成系统中特定的功能,并且独立维护. 这种采用分层的设计方式降低了系统的耦合性,简化了系统结构; 并且能多层同时开发,提高了编程效率,缩短了开发周期. 严格测试后,该软件系统与实验室自主研发的硬件联合调试,运行良好,能够长期稳定的进行实验操作,满足设计要求. 相似文献

提出了一个基于模块计算机的磁共振谱仪的控制接口,它建立了核磁共振成像谱仪与上位计算机之间的通信,实现了控制谱仪、上传和下载、数据处理等功能,具备较高的传输速度,以及较好的实时性. 该接口以硬件模块的方式集成到谱仪上,通过千兆和百兆以太网连接上位机,接收下传至谱仪的序列;用中断机制和直接内存存取(DMA)方式实现与谱仪的数据传输,并将处理采集到的回波数据并上传到上位机. 控制接口的设计采用模块计算机Computer-On-Module(COM)的设计思路,以高性能的处理器为嵌入式平台,在Linux操作系统下开发驱动程序和应用程序. 实验证明,该模块具有数据处理速度快、传输速率高,成本低,体积紧凑,扩展性强等特点,是实现磁共振谱仪高性能的控制接口的理想方案. 相似文献

针对较大规模的成像系统提供了一种经济可行的集成方案。利用光纤的高速传输、USB的方便通用、SDRAM的大容量等特性,设计了前端控制板,完成了一个控制4 个CCD相机的功能,并在此基础上对原有软件进行修改,完成整体控制功能。通过增加前端控制板的设计,完成了基于光纤和USB的CCD集成系统,增加了系统的集成度,提高了系统的灵活性。In this paper an economical and feasible integration solution is introduced for large-scale CCD imaging system. Based on fiber transmission and USB technology, a front control point is designed which can control 4 CCD camera. The control software only has to do small modification for new change. A tool kit for implementing an integrated FPGA-based NMR spectrometer [K. Takeda, A highly integrated FPGA-based nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, Rev. Sci. Instrum. 78 (2007) 033103], referred to as the OPENCORE NMR spectrometer, is open to public. The system is composed of an FPGA chip and several peripheral boards for USB communication, direct-digital synthesis (DDS), RF transmission, signal acquisition, etc. Inside the FPGA chip have been implemented a number of digital modules including three pulse programmers, the digital part of DDS, a digital quadrature demodulator, dual digital low-pass filters, and a PC interface. These FPGA core modules are written in VHDL, and their source codes are available on our website. This work aims at providing sufficient information with which one can, given some facility in circuit board manufacturing, reproduce the OPENCORE NMR spectrometer presented here. Also, the users are encouraged to modify the design of spectrometer according to their own specific needs. A home-built NMR spectrometer can serve complementary roles to a sophisticated commercial spectrometer, should one comes across such new ideas that require heavy modification to hardware inside the spectrometer. This work can lower the barrier of building a handmade NMR spectrometer in the laboratory, and promote novel and exciting NMR experiments. 相似文献

设计了一种两自由度写字机器人,可以很方便地完成在平面上的书写绘画任务。可以把在计算机输入的文字通过控制算法和硬件电路用步进电机带动写字笔在纸面自动地描写出来。上位机选用计算机作为主机,采用Arduino系统作为从机。在计算机上将输入的文字转换成坐标形式的G代码,在通过串口发送给下位机控制器,下位机控制器采用直线插补和圆弧形插补算法,输出控制脉冲和方向电平控制步进电机前进或者后退。步进电机是由脉冲控制的,每发来一个脉冲就前进一步,实现了对距离的精确控制。本设计可以拓展一轴,加入Z轴理论上可以实现3D打印功能,把写字笔换成雕刻刀或者是激光头可以雕刻立体作品,拓展功能丰富。 相似文献

冶金炼钢要求快速分析冶金炉前样品来及时掌握冶炼过程。文章介绍了自主研制的一种新型的光谱仪——激光诱导击穿光谱仪,该仪器采用ns级脉宽的Nd∶YAG激光器作为样品离子化光源,激光聚焦样品表面激发产生的等离子体光谱依次经帕邢-龙格光学系统进行分光、光电倍增管探测、门控积分器积分、模拟数字转换器转换后获得的最终结果输入计算机进行数据处理。和目前冶金炉前样品分析常用的光谱仪相比,该仪器无需样品预处理,分析速度快(1 min或更少),准确灵敏度高,非常适用于冶金炉前样品的快速分析。近年来随着光纤技术的迅速发展,使用该仪器进行钢液实时在线分析和动态控制冶金工艺必将成为现实。 相似文献

Photonic crystals (PCs) have many potential applications because of their ability to control light-wave propagation. We have investigated the electromagnetic wave propagation inside an elliptic rod PC slab by means of finite-difference time-domain simulations. The band structure of the PC composed of elliptic rod in the square and triangular lattices is studied by solving Maxwell's equations using the plane wave expansion method. Numerical simulations show that the refractive angle can be tuned greatly by rotating the directors of elliptic rod in the PC slab. Furthermore, an optical switch based on elliptic rod PC structures with nematic liquid crystals was proposed. In the on/off switching system, the partial band gap can be controlled when the normalized operation frequency is 0.28. The modulation induced by liquid crystals created a sharp switching in the photonic devices. Such a mechanism of negative refraction PCs should open up a new application for designing components in photonic integrated circuits. 相似文献

Concerning many former liquid or hybrid liquid/solid NMR consoles, the built in Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are incapable of digitizing the fids at sampling rates in the MHz range. Regarding both strong anisotropic interactions in the solid state and wide chemical shift dispersion nuclei in solution phase such as 195Pt, 119Sn, 207Pb etc., the spectrum range of interest might be in the MHz range. As determining the informative tensor components of anisotropic NMR interactions requires nonlinear fitting over the whole spectrum including the asymptotic baseline, it is prohibited by low sampling rates of the ADCs. Wide spectrum width is also useful in solution NMR, since windowing of wide chemical shift ranges is avoidable. We built an external analog to digital converter with 10 MHz maximal sampling rate, which can work simultaneously with the built in ADC of the spectrometer. The ADC was tested on both Bruker DRX and Avance-I NMR consoles. In addition to the analog channels it only requires three external digital lines of the NMR console. The ADC sends data to PC via USB. The whole process is controlled by software written in JAVA which is implemented under TopSpin. 相似文献
