A copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu2(m-MBA)4(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]·H2O with m-methylbenzoic acid (m-MBA), 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) and water molecule has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal way and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=2.591 8(5) nm, b=1.414 2(3) nm, c=1.790 8(4) nm, β=131.80(3)°, V=4.893 3(17) nm3, Dc=1.379 g·cm-3, Z=4, F(000)=2 104 , Final GooF=1.034, R1=0.065 6, wR2=0.197 6. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by two bridging-chelating m-methylbenzoic acid groups, one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure and the Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) bond distance is 0.366 7 nm. Each copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 2,2′-bipyridine molecule and four oxygen atoms from three m-methylbenzoic acid molecules and one water molecule, repectiveley, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the Complex was also investigated. CCDC: 648619.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer of [Co(p-CPOA)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]n (p-CPOA2-=4-carboxylphenoxyacetate dianion, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c, with a=1.424 4(3) nm, b=1.316 6(3) nm, c=1.947 7(4) nm, β=104.56(3)°. V=3.535 3(14) nm3, Z=8, R=0.028 5, wR=0.089 1. The cobalt(Ⅱ) ion displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, defined by three carboxyl oxygen atoms from different p-CPOA2- groups, two nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. The cobalt atoms are bridged by p-CPOA2- groups, forming a one-dimensional chain structure along a axis. The adjacent Co…Co atoms distance is 0.996 8 nm. A layer supramolecular network is contrsucted by the hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. CCDC: 220039.  相似文献

A coordination polymer of [Cd{5-(NO2)sal}2(2,2′-bipy)]n(5-(NO2)sal=5-nitrosalicylate, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=2.730 8(16) nm, b=1.272 3(5) nm, c=0.674 5(3) nm, β=96.73(2)°, V=2.327(2) nm3, Z=4, R=0.022 2, wR=0.057. The 5-nitrosalicylate anions doubly bridge the Cd(Ⅱ) atoms to form one-dimensional polymeric chain with the repeated eight-membered ring units (Cd-O-C-O)2. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, the space group is C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.437 9(2) nm, b=1.323 4(2) nm, c=1.970 5(3) nm, β=104.00(3)° and V=3.638 3(10) nm3, Mr=423.28, R=0.065 9, wR=0.130 3. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion displays a distorted octahedral coordination configuration, defined by three carboxyl O atoms from different 4-CPOA2- groups, two N atoms from the 2,2-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. Adjacent Mn(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups into a chain structure with the Mn…Mn separation of 0.977 1(3) nm. A novel dinuclear complex of [Ni2(p-PhDTA)(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (p-PhDTA2-=para-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate)has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermo-analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.976 3(7)nm, b=0.989 41(7) nm, c=1.084 29(8) nm, α=65.661 0(10)°, β=75.234 0(10)°, γ=85.616 0(10)°, Z=2, V=0.925 44(12) nm3, Dc=1.568 g·cm-3, R1=0.031 5, wR2=0.081 4. In the complex, the central Ni(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, defined by two carboxyl O atoms and one N atom from same p-PhDTA2- group, two N atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. The two nickel (Ⅱ) ions are linked by p-PhDTA2- group into a dinuclear structure and extensive hydrogen bonds link the complex into a 2D supramolecular network. CCDC: 294084.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, [Cu(m-BDOA)(bipy)·H2O]n (m-BDOA2-=benzene-1,3-dioxyacetate), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, X-ray single crystal structure analysis. Crystallographic data are as follows: orthorhombic, space group Pna21, a=1.606 9(3) nm, b=1.685 9(3) nm, c=0.699 7(1) nm, V=1.8955(7) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.619 g·cm-3, μ=1.200 mm-1, F(000)=948,R=0.038 1, wR=0.038 6. The copper atom is five-coordinated involving two oxygen atoms of different m-BDOA2- ligand, two nitrogen atoms of 2,2′-bipy ligand and one coordinated water, there is a distorted square pyramidal environment. Two copper atoms are bridged by m-BDOA2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional chain along a axis. The adjacent distance of Cu…Cu atoms is 0.877 3nm. The crystal network was formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bond and π-packing interactions.  相似文献

A novel 1-D Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(p-BDOA)·2H2O]n(I) ( p-BDOA2-=benzene-1,4-dioxyacetate dianion) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, PL, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The Crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, the space group is C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.175 1(1) nm, b=0.551 0(1) nm, c=1.827 7(2) nm, β=96.14(2)°, and V=1.176 6(3) nm3,, Mr=372.60, R=0.045 9, wR=0.127 9. The Cd(Ⅱ) ion has a trigonal prism coordination configuration that defined by four carboxyl O atoms from two different p-BDOA2- ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups with the bidentate coordination mode, giving rise to a chain structure with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.526 3(5) nm. Furthermore, such chains are linked by hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular network. The results of PL and TG show that the complex exhibits intense fluorescent emissions and its chain skeleton is thermally stable up to 419 K. CCDC: 220443.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Cd(PAc)2(4,4-bipy)(H2O)]·4H2O}n (HPAc=phenyl acetic acid, 4,4′-bipy=4,4′-bipyridine) was synthesized and characterized by element analysis, IR, TG and X-ray single diffraction crystal structure determination. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a=2.088 5(4) nm, b=0.839 05(17) nm, c=1.683 5(3) nm, β=105.45(3)° and V=2.843 5(10) nm3, Z=4, Mr=628.94, F(000)=1 288, μ=0.820 mm-1, R=0.019 9, wR=0.056 5. Each cadmium(Ⅱ) atom is seven-coordinated by four oxygen atoms from two different phenyl acetate groups and two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4′-pyridine ligands and one water molecule, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Adjacent cadmium(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by 4,4′-pyridine ligand, constructing a infinite chain along the diagonal direction of ac plane. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 1.164 6(4) nm. The three-dimensional supramolecular structures of the title complexes are constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π stacking interactions between the benzene rings of HPAc and 4,4′-bipy. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent cobalt(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by 4,4′-bipy groups, resulting in a 1D chain structure. The adjacent Co(Ⅱ)-Co(Ⅱ) distance is 1.147 0 nm. The cobalt(Ⅱ) ion isn′ t coordinated with α-Furacrylic acid. The complex molecules form 2D structure through hydrogen bonds. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. A mononuclear manganese complex [Mn(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)4]·(m-phth) (2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine, m-phth=isophthalate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal methods. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group Pnna with a=0.766 8(8) nm, b=2.050 2(2) nm, c=1.247 0(13) nm, V=1.960 4(4) nm3, Z=4, Mr=447.30, Dc=1.376 g·cm-3, μ=0.722 mm-1, F(000)=924, Rint=0.027 0, R=0.028 0 and wR=0.075 5. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipyradine and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral coordination geometry. The isophthalate molecules are included in the lattice and connected to Mn(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)4 by hydrogen bonding interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic space group P1, with a=0.856 66(17) nm, b=0.859 58(17) nm, c=1.142 2(2) nm, α=69.64(3)°, β=68.35(3)°, γ=74.88(3)°, and V=0.724 4(3) nm3, Z=1, R=0.064 4, wR=0.159 8. Each Co atom occupies a special position of inversion center and has an octahedral coordination environment, defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two 2-OPA- ligands, two N atoms from two 4,4′-bipy ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Co(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by 4,4′-bipy ligands, forming a one-dimensional linetype chain structure. The closest Co…Co distance is 1.142 2(2) nm. The results of TG and fluorescent analysis show that the title coordination polymer is stable under 90.2 ℃ and has three emission peaks at 368, 422 and 484 nm. CCDC: 643626.  相似文献

A new nickel(Ⅱ) coordination compound [Ni(L2-)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]·2H2O (H2L=phenyliminodiacetic acid) was obtained by self-assembly of phenyliminodiacetic acid, 2,2′-bipy, and NiCl2·6H2O in the mixed solvent of water and ethanol (V∶V=1∶1). The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray crystallography analysis. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21 /c with a=0.867 4(2) nm, b=0.907 3(1) nm, c=2.643 5(5) nm, β=91.01(1)°, V=2.080 2(4) nm3, Z=4, F(000)=992, Dc=1.520 Mg·m-3, R1=0.027 0 and wR2=0.067 5. Adjacent Nickel(Ⅱ) ion are bridged by 4,4′-bipy groups and the adjacent Ni(Ⅱ)…Ni(Ⅱ) distance is 1.122 2 nm. The Nickel(Ⅱ) ion isn′t coordinated with α-furacrylic acid .The complex molecules form 2D structure through hydrogen bonds. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. It crystallizes in the Monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=1.422 5(4) nm, b=0.931 2(2) nm, c=1.343 1(3) nm, β=116.227(4)°, V=1.595 9(7) nm-3, R1=0.060 2, wR2=0.152 8 and Z=4. The copper ion has a sligh-tly distorted square planar coordination configuration with four nitrogen atoms from two H2biim ligands. A new dinuclear complex [Tb2(BA)6(2,2′-bipy)2] (BA=4-(trifluoromethyl)benzoic acid, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. The complex is a dimer with an inversion center. In the complex, two Tb3+ ions are linked by four carboxylate groups of BA ligands in bridging-bidentate coordination mode. Each Tb3+ ion is eight-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2′-bipy molecule, four oxygen atoms from four bridging-bidentate BA ligands and two oxygen atoms from one chelating-bidentate BA ligand. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds are formed in the crystal. The complex exhibits strong green fluorescence under ultraviolet light and the fluorescence spectrum consists of four lines peaking at 489, 545, 584 and 620 nm, which are corresponding to the 5D47Fj (j=6~3) transitions of Tb3+ ion, respectively. Each copper(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by three O atoms and one N atom from two different EDTA4- groups and one N atom from 3-PyOH ligand, forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Two adjacent copper(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the bis-tetradentate EDTA4- groups, constructing a two-dimensional layer structure along bc plane. A new binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2(phen)2(H2O)22-C2O4)](NO3)2, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=0.712 21(8) nm, b=1.170 93(14) nm, c=1.783 7(2) nm, β=111.828(2)°, and V=1.380 8(3) nm3, Dc=1.769 Mg·m-3, Z=2, F(000)=744, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.069 5, Gof=1.077, Δρ=328~-455 e·nm-3. The complex is packed by one centrosymmetry binuclear copper(Ⅱ) unit, oxalate dianion and NO3- anion. In the molecule structure of the title complex, two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by oxalate dianion and each Cu(Ⅱ) ions coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and one oxygen atom from water to form a five-coordinate distorted square-pyramidal configuration. The hydrogen bonds are observed between coordinated water molecules and NO3- anions. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a two-dimensional stacking network structure, which is formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and stacking effect of aromatic ring. A novel coordination ploymer [{Zn(3-SBA)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)2}·H2O]n was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of 3-Na2SBA, ZnSO4·7H2O and 2,2′-bipy. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title coordination ploymer crystallized in monoclinic with space group P21, a=0.803 42(18) nm, b=1.501 8(3) nm, c=0.821 13(19) nm, β=109.350(4)°. A hydrothermal reaction of NaVO3, Ce(NO3)3, H3BO3, 2,2′-bipyridine and water in a molar of 1∶2∶3∶2∶333 gives a yellow crystal [(C10H8N2)2VO2](H2BO3)·3H2O. It crystallizes in a triclinic with space group P1 and unit cell parameters a=0.6643(1)nm, b=1.1794(2)nm, c=1.4822(3)nm, α=101.39(3)°, β=101.59(3)°, γ=97.15(3)°, Z=2, Dc=1.542g·cm-3, μ=0.508mm-1, F(000)=528, R1=0.0736, wR2=0.1998,Goof=1.071. X-ray crystallographic study showed that the VN4O2 octahedron unit is distorted, in which the V1 atom is coordinated by two terminal O1 and O2 atoms, and N1, N2, N3 and N4 atoms from two 2,2′-bipy ligands. The hydrogen bonding are observed between 2,2′-bipy and adjacent terminal oxygen atom. It is noteworthy that π-π stacking interaction between adjacent 2,2′-bipy groups plays an significant role in stabilization of the structure of crystal. CCDC: 194327.  相似文献

The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (H2PHAc) and pyridine (py) ligands, [Cu(HPHAc)2(py)2], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.712 5(3) nm, b=1.533 2(2) nm, c=0.963 42(14) nm, β=111.866(2)°, V=2.347 6(6) nm3, and Dc=1.483 Mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 084. The structure was refined to final R1=0.071 4, wR2=0.166 1. The complex has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry, in which copper(Ⅱ) ion coordinates with two carboxylic oxygen atoms and two hydroxyl oxygen atoms from the two α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ligands, two nitrogen atoms from the two pyridine ligands. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 255346.  相似文献
