Hydrothermal Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Two Complexes with 3,5- Dinitrosalicylate and 2,2′-Bipyridine Ligands

The two title complexes,[Cd{3,5-(NO2)2sal}(2,2′-bipy)]n 1 and [Mn{3,5-(NO2)2sal}(2,2′-bipy)]n 2 (3,5-(NO2)2sal=3,5-dinitrosalicylate,2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine),were synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1,a=5.581(4),b=12.071(8),c=12.88(1),α=92.10(3),β=96.73(3),γ =102.02(2)°,C17H10N4O7Cd,Mr=494.69,V=841(1)3,Z=2,Dc=1.954 g/cm3,F(000)=488,μ =1.353 mm-1,R=0.0248 and wR=0.0761. Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic with space group P21/c,a=8.604(3),b=23.88(1),c=8.894(3),β=102.45(1)°,C17H10N4O7Mn,Mr=437.23,V= 1785(1) 3,Z=4,Dc=1.627 g/cm3,F(000)=884,μ=0.791 mm-1,R=0.0471 and wR=0.1250. Complex 1 possesses an infinite 1D polymeric chain structure consisting of the repeated basic four-membered ring units (Cd2O2) and eight-membered ring units (CdOCO)2. Compound 2 displays a linear 1D chain through Mn(Ⅱ) atoms and bridging carboxylate groups of 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid ligands with the Mn…Mn separation of 4.472(2). The fluorescence properties and cyclic voltammetric behaviors of the complexes are also reported.

用具有恒定温度环境的反应热量计,以 ４ ｍ ｏｌ· Ｌ－ １ Ｈ Ｃｌ溶液为量热溶剂,测得８羟基喹啉与醋酸钴固相反应焓Δｒ Ｈｍ ＝ ２９．６８ ｋ Ｊ·ｍ ｏｌ－ １,计算了配合物 Ｃｏ（ｏｘｉｎ）２ ·２ Ｈ２ Ｏ 的标准生成焓Δｆ Ｈｍ ＝ － ７６４．６ ｋ Ｊ·ｍ ｏｌ     

Hydrothermal Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Two Complexes with Cyclic Dimer and 2D Network Structures of 3-Nitrophthalate and N-Donor Ligand

Two complexes, [Cd(nphth)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]2·2H2O(1) and [Cd(nphth)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)]n(2)(nphth = 3-nitrophthalate, 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine), were synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic with space group P1, a = 0.7599(4), b = 1.0551(6), c = 1.2448(6) nm, α = 88.96(2), β = 75.40(2), γ = 76.76(2)°, V = 0.9393(9) nm3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.816 Mg/m3, F(000) = 512, μ = 1.217 mm-1, S = 0.946, the final R = 0.0238 and w R = 0.0631. Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 0.737(5), b = 2.338(1), c = 1.0030(6) nm, β = 96.359(9)°, V = 1.803(2) nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.826 Mg/m3, F(000) = 984, μ = 1.260 mm-1, S = 1.016, the final R = 0.0455 and wR = 0.1007. Complex 1 exhibits a discrete cyclic binuclear structure and complex 2 possesses a 2D layer structure with cyclic binuclear unit. The fluorescent spectrum study shows that complex 1 exhibits fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature.     

邻羟基萘甲醛缩对二甲氨基苯甲酰腙的合成及其对锌离子的识别

设计并合成了用于识别锌离子的荧光传感分子——2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩-4-二甲氨基苯甲酰腙(1),其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。利用荧光光谱研究了在乙腈中1对过渡金属离子(Zn2+,Cd2+,Cu2+,Hg2+,Pb2+和N i2+)的识别能力。结果表明:1表现出对Zn2+的良好选择性,Zn2+的加入导致1的长波长荧光增强449倍。Job曲线确定1与Zn2+形成1∶1型配合物。

一维链状配位聚合物[Cd{5-(NO2)sal}2(2,2′-bipy)]n的合成与晶体结构

A coordination polymer of [Cd{5-(NO₂)sal}₂(2,2′-bipy)]_n(5-(NO₂)sal=5-nitrosalicylate, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=2.730 8(16) nm, b=1.272 3(5) nm, c=0.674 5(3) nm, β=96.73(2)°, V=2.327(2) nm³, Z=4, R=0.022 2, wR=0.057. The 5-nitrosalicylate anions doubly bridge the Cd(Ⅱ) atoms to form one-dimensional polymeric chain with the repeated eight-membered ring units (Cd-O-C-O)₂. The crystal structure is stabilized by intra- and interchain hydrogen bonds interactions. CCDC: 694568.     

Supramolecular Formation via Hydrogen Bonding in Copper and Nickel Complexes with 2-Hydroxynicotinic Acid

Two complexes,Cu(HnicO)2 1 and Ni(HnicO)2(H2O)2 2 (H2nicO=2-hydroxy-nicolinic acid),were synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n,with a=8.314(7),b=6.275(4),c=11.283(7),β =98.32(3)°,V=582.5(7)3,Z=2,Mr=339.74,Dc=1.937 g/cm3,F(000)=342,μ=1.908 mm-1,S =1.097,the final R=0.0284 and wR=0.0781 for 1177 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c,with a=7.438(5),b=12.22(1),c=7.537(5),β=100.07(3)°,V=674.3(8)3,Z=2,Mr=370.95,Dc=1.827 g/cm3,F(000)=380,μ =1.487 mm-1,S=1.041,the final R=0.0335 and wR=0.0779 for 1202 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). There are extended 3D framework structures in complexes 1 and 2 due to the N–H…O and C–H…O hydrogen bonds. The copper atom in 1 has square planar coordination,while the nickel atom in 2 adopts octahedral coordination geometry. The TG curve shows that complex 2 is stable in solid state to 150 ℃.     

马来酸麦角新碱的示波极谱测定方法的研究

在0.15 mol·L-1 HCl底液中,马来酸麦角新碱在-0.68 V(vs.SCE)处产生灵敏的极谱吸附波,二阶导数波峰电流与马来酸麦角新碱浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-7及1.0×10-7~1.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.0×10-9 mol·L-1,用于片剂中马来酸麦角新碱的测定,结果良好。
