双核配合物[Cu2(L-Asp)(phen)3(NO3)](NO3)·4H2O的合成及晶体结构   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
The new complex [Cu2(L-Asp)(phen)3(NO3)](NO3)·4H2O (L-Asp=L-aspartic acid and phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic with space group P21/c, The cell parameters are: a=1.261 3(2) nm, b=1.500 8(4) nm, c=2.230 7(4) nm, β=99.55(1)°, and V=4.164 1(16) nm3Dc=1.587 g·cm-3. The complex contains two six-coordinated copper ions, and these two copper ions are connected together by L-aspartate to give rise to a binuclear structure. Hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions are observed in the complex. CCDC: 249250.  相似文献

Complex [Co(HOC10H6COO)2(H2O)4] was synthesized by reaction of hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid with CoCl2·6H2O. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and the structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a=0.675 8(2) nm, b=0.518 15(14) nm, c=2.962 9(9) nm, β=94.925(8)°. V=1.033 6(5) nm3, Z=2, D=1.624 Mg·m-3, F(000)=522. The Co atom has an octahedron coordination geometry and was six-coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two carboxylate ligands and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules. The complex molecules were linked by different hydrogen bonds to form a 2D network. The complex has thermal stability and shows a strong fluorescent emission at 421 nm (λex=342 nm). The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (H2PHAc) and pyridine (py) ligands, [Cu(HPHAc)2(py)2], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.712 5(3) nm, b=1.533 2(2) nm, c=0.963 42(14) nm, β=111.866(2)°, V=2.347 6(6) nm3, and Dc=1.483 Mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 084. The structure was refined to final R1=0.071 4, wR2=0.166 1. The complex has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry, in which copper(Ⅱ) ion coordinates with two carboxylic oxygen atoms and two hydroxyl oxygen atoms from the two α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ligands, two nitrogen atoms from the two pyridine ligands. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 255346.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear complex of [Ni2(p-PhDTA)(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (p-PhDTA2-=para-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate)has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermo-analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.976 3(7)nm, b=0.989 41(7) nm, c=1.084 29(8) nm, α=65.661 0(10)°, β=75.234 0(10)°, γ=85.616 0(10)°, Z=2, V=0.925 44(12) nm3, Dc=1.568 g·cm-3, R1=0.031 5, wR2=0.081 4. In the complex, the central Ni(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, defined by two carboxyl O atoms and one N atom from same p-PhDTA2- group, two N atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. The two nickel (Ⅱ) ions are linked by p-PhDTA2- group into a dinuclear structure and extensive hydrogen bonds link the complex into a 2D supramolecular network. CCDC: 294084.  相似文献

A new binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2(phen)2(H2O)22-C2O4)](NO3)2, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=0.712 21(8) nm, b=1.170 93(14) nm, c=1.783 7(2) nm, β=111.828(2)°, and V=1.380 8(3) nm3, Dc=1.769 Mg·m-3, Z=2, F(000)=744, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.069 5, Gof=1.077, Δρ=328~-455 e·nm-3. The complex is packed by one centrosymmetry binuclear copper(Ⅱ) unit, oxalate dianion and NO3- anion. In the molecule structure of the title complex, two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by oxalate dianion and each Cu(Ⅱ) ions coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and one oxygen atom from water to form a five-coordinate distorted square-pyramidal configuration. The hydrogen bonds are observed between coordinated water molecules and NO3- anions. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a two-dimensional stacking network structure, which is formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and stacking effect of aromatic ring. The complex [Mn(H2O)(phen)2(PAc)](ClO4) was synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen=1,10-phenanthroline and PAc=phenylac-etate group. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group,P1 , with a=0.9289(2)nm,b=1.2425(2)nm,c=1.4791(3)nm,α=114.34(3)°,β=91.25(3)°,γ=104.65(1)°,V=1.4893(4)nm3,Z=2,F(000)=686,Dc=1.489g·cm-3,μ=0.589mm-1. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion has a six-coordinate distorted-octahedral geometry with the four nitrogen atoms of two phen ligands,a coordinated-water oxygen atom, and a carboxylate oxygen atom of PAc-. There is π-π stacking interaction between two phen rings from two neighbor molecules.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to mono-clinic with space group C2/c, a=1.6356(9) nm, b=1.1875(6) nm, c=2.3954(13) nm, β=100.741(8)°, Z=4, V=4.571(4) nm3, Dx=1.882g·cm-3,μ=8.267mm-1, F(000)=2512, R=0.0404, wR=0.0622. The new complex formulated [(DPC)2Co2(H2O)5]·2H2O (HDPC- is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.83850(10) nm, b=2.7386(4) nm, c=0.9610(2) nm, β=98.280 (10) °, V=2.1838(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.746 g·cm-3, μ=1.597 mm-1. In the crystal the two Co2+ are in distorted octahedrons. The part of [Co(DPC)2] possess an approximate D2d symmetry, while the part of [OCo(2)(OH2)5] has an approximate C2 symmetry.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P2/c with a=1.322(4) nm, b=1.035(3) nm, c=1.498(4) nm, β=101.62(4)°, V=2.008(10) nm3Z=2, Dx=1.440 g·cm-3, μ(Mo)=8.16 cm-1, F(000)=884, R1=0.058 6, wR=0.099 1. The bond length Sn-C is 0.217 2(7) nm, The Sn-O is 0.208 9(6) nm, The Sn-N is 0.257 5(8) nm. This compound is monomeric, with six-coordinated tin atom in a distorted octahedron geometry. A novel microporous coordination polymer [Co2(Hisor)2(4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4,4′-bpy was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system and space group is P2/n with a=1.040 6(3) nm, b=1.138 8(4) nm, c=1.854 7(6) nm, β=102.991(6)°, V= 2.141 6(12) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.443 Mg/m3, Mr=930.62, μ=0.842 mm-1, F(000)=952, GOF= 1.072, R=0.065 4, wR=0.146 8[I>2σ(I)]. There are two crystallographically independent Co(Ⅱ) ions in the title complex. The Hisor2- and 4,4′-bpy link the metal ions into 2D grids with dimension of 0.522 3 nm×1.138 8 nm. There are O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds in the complex resulting in the formation of 3D network with 1D channels, in which are free 4,4′-bpy molecules.  相似文献

The title complex bis(4-aminophenylacetate)triphenylantimony(V) has been synthesized by the reaction of triphenylantimony dibromide with 4-aminophenylacetic acid in 1∶2 molar ratio. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, NMR ( 1H, 13C) and X-ray diffraction crystal structure analysis. This complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=2.279 4(2) nm, b=0.957 10(10) nm, c=1.335 49(15) nm, β=93.781(2)°. The molecular structure adopts a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around the antimony atom. The coordination compound of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O was prepared by using the aqueous solution of carbohydrazide, lead nitrate and sodium styphnate. The molecular structure of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O(C 7H 13 N 7O 12 Pb, Mr=594.43) was determined by using a single crystal diffraction analysis .The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title compound was studied by TGDTG, DSC and IR techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P2 1/n.The unit cell parameters are as follows: a=0.64700(10)nm, b=1.6074(3)nm, c=1.4883(3)nm,β=97.42(2)°,V=1.5349(5)nm3, Z=2, DC=2.572g•cm -3 ,μ(Mo, Kα)=11.080cm -1 , F(000)=1128. R=0.0422, Rw=0.0735. The binuclear lead coordination compound is bridged by two carbohydrazide molecules. The molecule has a symmetrical center. TNR 2- ,CHZ and H 2O coordinate with the central ions simultaneously.  相似文献

The crystal data are as followsmonoclinic system, C2/c space group, a=1.5268(3)nm,b=1.2833(3)nm,c=2.6079(5)nm,β =96.03(3)°,V=5.0815(18)nm3,Z=8,M=708.68,Dc=1.852gcm-3,μ =2.875mm-1,F(000)=2880.The final R1 and wR2 are 0.0636 and 0.1523 for 4264 [I >2.0σ (I)] unique reflections and 0.1178 and 0.1651 for all 4364 reflections,respectively.In the title complex, the anion [Y(NTA)2(H2O)]3- has a nine-coordination structure with distorted monocapped square antiprism. Each group acts as a tetradentate ligand with three Oatoms and one Natom and a H2O molecule caps a quadrilateral face as a ligand.It can be known that the Y(Ⅲ) ion can form a high-coordinate compound with aminopolycarboxylic acid ligands because it has a larger ionic radius (0.104nm).  相似文献

A new metal-organic complex Pb(cbba)2(phen)2 (1, H2cbba=2-(4′-chlorine-benzoyl)benzoic acid, phen= 1,10-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=1.474 49(7) nm, b=0.953 90(4) nm, c=3.031 65(14) nm, V=4.264 1(3) nm3, C52H32Cl2N4O6Pb, Mr=1 086.91, Dc=1.693 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=4.141 mm-1, F(000)=2 144, Z=4, the final R=0.018 3 and wR=0.045 7 for 3 582 observed reflections (I2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the lead atom is six-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different cbba ligands and four nitrogen atoms from different phen ligands, showing a distorted octahedral geometry. Furthermore, 1 shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n. The lattice parameters are: a=0.848 8(3) nm, b=1.904 9(7) nm, c=1.868 1(7) nm, β=92.794 (6)° and V=3.016 8(19) nm3, Z=4. A planar copper complex Cu(L)2,HL=(E)-benzyl-2-(4-formylbenzylidene)-Hydrazinecarbodithioate,has been prepared via the template effect of copper ion. Crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray singlecrystal diffraction analysis. The crystal data for this complex:Orthorhombic,space group Pbcn,a=2.250 0(14) nm,b=1.660 0(11) nm,c=0.830 4(5) nm,V=3.102(3) nm3,Z=4,μ=1.011 mm-1,Dc=1.478 g·cm-3,F(000)=1 420,R1= 0.050 1,wR2=0.087 2 (observed reflections with I2σ(I)) and R1=0.129 1,wR2=0.100 9 (all reflections) GOF= 1.011. In the compound,Cu(Ⅱ) atom is four-coordinated with two N atoms and two S atoms from two bidentate ligands and located in the inversion center. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the complex exhibits distinct antitumor activity.  相似文献
