优化了各项试验参数,运用后退火方法成功制备了2英寸Tl-2212超导薄膜.为避免真空室污染,制备过程中先利用脉冲激光法在LaAlO3基片上沉积出不含Tl的Ba2CaCu2Ox前驱膜,然后在720~740℃下的流动氩气氛中进行铊化后退火处理,制备的薄膜外观均匀光滑.2θ扫描表明,薄膜具有良好的c轴外延性.SEM图像显示,薄膜以层状生长为主,表面存在孔洞、团状颗粒以及少量针状晶粒.最佳薄膜零电阻温度TC0~108K,临界电流密度Jc>106A/cm2,表面电阻Rs~0.5mΩ. 相似文献

我们用YBa_2Cu_3O_7(YBCO)外延薄膜和蒸发的 Pb 膜制备了隧道结.这些隧道结具有很好的和可重复的特性.在高于块状 YBCO_t 临界温度以上,结的电导 G_n(V,T)与电压 V 和温度 T 有关.在150K,电导曲线可用下列公式来拟合:G_n(V,T)=G_n(0,T)+(V/10mv)^(1.65).低于90K 时,可以看到与 YBCO 的高 T_c 超导电性相伴随的结构;低于 Pb 的 T_c 时,还可以看到 Pb 的能隙以及声子所感应的结构.这些结构在所有的隧道结上是重复的,并且在40多天的时间内可重复测量许多次.由漏电电流很小(小于1%)以及 G(O,T)曲线在90K 处斜率突然变化,我们确信这些结构是 YBCO 的本征性质.我们估计出 YBCO 的能隙参数△=19meV,由此得出2△/kT_c=5.0在1.2K;零偏压电导 G(0,1.2K)是有限值,近于40%G(100mV,1.2K).这说明,在 YBCO 的超导态,Fermi 能级处是有状态的. 相似文献

在晶界夹角分别为 2 4°,3 2°的 YSZ双晶基片上 ,制备了高 Tc Gd Ba2 Cu3O7-δ双晶超导薄膜 ,采用光刻技术在晶界上刻出了两种不同尺寸的双晶晶界结 ,在液氮温度下观测了结的直流 I-V特性 ,用 1 0 GHz微波辐照双晶结结区 ,观察到了结临界电流的压缩和 Shapiro台阶 ,表明双晶结具有约瑟夫逊弱连接行为。用上述双晶结进行光探测 ,用波长为 0 .63 2 8μm的 He-Ne激光器辐照结区 ,系统的观测了其光响应特性 ,结果如下 :噪声等效功率 NEP =1 .9× 1 0 - 1 3W,归一化探测率 D*=5.3× 1 0 9cm Hz12 W- 1 ,响应率 Rv =4 .2× 1 0 7V/W,响应时间 τ<6.3 5× 1 0 - 7s 相似文献

Magnetic hysteresis loops have been measured for YBa2Cu3O6+x, GdBa2Cu3O6+x and Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10-y films at different temperatures with a vibrating sample magnetometer. Based on Bean model, magnetic critical current density Jcm has been derived approximately. The field and temperature dependence of Jcm for all samples can be written as: Jcm= Jc0(T)×f(B,T), Where f(B,T) = 1 - Aln(B/B0(T)), which is similar to the transport critical density strongly affected by flux creep: Jct = Jc0(B,t)(1 - (kBT/U0)ln(BΩd/Ec)). The extraordinary similarity suggests that Jcm is determined not only by flux pinning but also by flux creep. In the first formula, f(B,T) may be correlated with the effect of flux creep on Jcm, and Jc0(T) is determined by flux pinning. Jc0(T) is independent of magnetic field and is proportional to (Tc - T). Similar results have also been found for other samples. It may be the common characteristic of high-Tc superconductors. Magnetic relaxation of YBa2Cu3O6+x and GdBa2Cu3O6+x films has been measured at LN2 temperature. Using the equation of Hagen et al., effective activation energy U0 has been deduced, which is about 0.3eV, one order bigger than the value obtained by A = kBT/U0.
