线上线下混合式实验教学模式的改革与探索

大学化学实验课程是培养材料、化学、化工等专业人才应用基本操作和理论解决实际问题的综合性实践训练环节。文章探讨了当前大学化学实验发展由于受到仪器设备大型化、专业化、成本大、更新快等因素限制出现瓶颈,设计了线上线下混合实验教学模式,进行相应的软硬件建设,并开展线上线下混合式实验教学模式的改革与探索。该教学模式具有良好的教学效果,并且可复制可推广,为创新人才的培养和实验教学的创新提供了有益的借鉴。

Accurate correction of arbitrary spin fermion quantum tunneling from non-stationary Kerr-de Sitter black hole based on corrected Lorentz dispersion relation

According to a corrected dispersion relation proposed in the study on the string theory and quantum gravity theory, the Rarita-Schwinger equation was precisely modified, which resulted in the Rarita-Schwinger-Hamilton-Jacobi equation. Using this equation, the characteristics of arbitrary spin fermion quantum tunneling radiation from non-stationary Kerr-de Sitter black holes were determined. A number of accurately corrected physical quantities, such as surface gravity, chemical potential, tunneling probability, and Hawking temperature, which describe the properties of black holes, were derived. This research has enriched the research methods and enabled increased precision in black hole physics research.

Stabilized Nonconforming Mixed Finite Element Method for Linear Elasticity on Rectangular or Cubic Meshes

Based on the primal mixed variational formulation, a stabilized nonconforming mixed finite element method is proposed for the linear elasticity on rectangular and cubic meshes. Two kinds of penalty terms are introduced in the stabilized mixed formulation, which are the jump penalty term for the displacement and the divergence penalty term for the stress. We use the classical nonconforming rectangular and cubic elements for the displacement and the discontinuous piecewise polynomial space for the stress, where the discrete space for stress are carefully chosen to guarantee the well-posedness of discrete formulation. The stabilized mixed method is locking-free. The optimal convergence order is derived in the $L^2$-norm for stress and in the broken $H^1$-norm and $L^2$-norm for displacement. A numerical test is carried out to verify the optimal convergence of the stabilized method.     

椭圆偏振法测定在线Low-E玻璃的可见-近红外光学常数与膜厚

从在线Low-E玻璃光学机理出发,用椭圆偏振光谱仪对在线Low-E玻璃功能层和过渡层的可见-近红外波段的光学常数进行研究.测量了样品在三个不同入射角的椭偏参数,分别用Lorentz双振子模型和Cauchy模型来描述Low-E玻璃功能层和过渡层的光学色散特性.通过拟合椭偏参数获得在线Low-E玻璃的光学常数及每层膜厚度,并用扫描电镜对样品的膜厚进行表征.结果表明,Lorentz双振子模型和Cauchy模型能很好地解释在线Low-E玻璃的光学特性;同时,椭圆偏振法也为多层膜系统提供了一种测定光学常数和膜厚的可靠方法.     

Quantification of 3‐n‐butylphthalide in beagle plasma samples by supercritical fluid chromatography with triple quadruple mass spectrometry and its application to an oral bioavailability study

A high‐throughput, rapid, sensitive, environmentally friendly, and economical supercritical fluid chromatography with triple quadruple mass spectrometry method was established and validated for the first time to determine a cerebral stroke treatment drug named 3‐n‐butylphthalide in dog plasma. Plasma samples were prepared by protein precipitation with methanol and the analytes were eluted on an ACQUITY UPC^2TM HSS‐C₁₈ SB column (3 × 100 mm, 1.8 μm) maintained at 50°C. The mobile phase comprised supercritical carbon dioxide/methanol (90:10, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.5 mL/min, the compensation solvent was methanol at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min and the total run time was 1.5 min per sample. The detection was carried out on a tandem mass spectrometer with an electrospray ionization source. Calibration curves were linear over the concentration range of 1.02–1021.00 ng/mL (r² ≥ 0.993) with the lower limit of quantification of 1.02 ng/mL. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision values were below 15% and the accuracy was from 97.90 to 103.70% at all quality control levels. The method was suitable for a pharmacokinetic study of 3‐n‐butylphthalide in beagle dogs.     

Periodic Nonuniform Dynamical Sampling in ℓ2(ℤ) and Shift-Invariant Spaces

In this article, we mainly study the periodic nonuniform dynamical sampling in ?²(?) and shift-invariant spaces. We first provide a su?cient and necessary condition for c∈?²(?) which can be reconstructed by its spatial and temporal samples. Then we give a concrete example to show that the su?cient and necessary condition is feasible. Finally, we discuss the periodic nonuniform dynamic sampling problem in shift-invariant spaces.     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">q</Emphasis>-parabolicity of stratified pseudomanifolds and other singular spaces

The main result of this paper is a sufficient condition to have a compact Thom–Mather stratified pseudomanifold endowed with a \(\hat{c}\)-iterated edge metric on its regular part q-parabolic. Moreover, besides stratified pseudomanifolds, the q-parabolicity of other classes of singular spaces, such as compact complex Hermitian spaces, is investigated.
