无电沉积法AuNPs-MWCNTs的制备及其对黄酮类化合物的电化学催化性能研究

利用多壁碳纳米管具有较低的还原电位,以多壁碳纳米管作为还原剂和负载基底,通过无电沉积法制备了负载纳米金粒子的碳纳米管催化剂。此种材料具有更多的活性位点,避免了纳米金粒子表面保护剂的存在造成其催化活性降低的缺陷,发现其对典型黄酮类化合物-芦丁和黄芩苷具有良好的电化学催化性能和较高的灵敏度,并将其应用于电化学分析检测黄酮类化合物。     

Pd nanoparticles on boron doped graphene catalyst for electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide prepared by electroless deposition methodEI北大核心CSCD

Taking advantage of large conjugated structure and reductivity of boron-doped graphenethe palladium nanoparticles/boron-doped graphene catalyst was prepared by electroless deposition method using boron-doped graphene as reductant and stabilizer. The average size of palladium nanoparticles highly dispersed on the surface of boron-doped graphene was about 6.5 nm. The electrochemical sensor was prepared by modifying the as-formed catalyst on the surface of glassy carbon electrode. The obtained electrochemical sensor exhibited an excellent electrochemical catalytic activity for H2 O2 . It exhibited high sensitivity with the detection limit as low as 830 nmol/L and good linearity in the range of 2.5-300 μµmol/L for detection of H2 O2 . RP-HPLC-ELSD法测定连翘中齐墩果酸及熊果酸的含量

采用反相高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(RP-HPLC-ELSD)测定连翘中齐墩果酸及熊果酸的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为90:10),流速0.8mL·min~(-1),柱温为室温,漂移管温度85℃,气体流量2.30L·min~(-1),撞击器:关。齐墩果酸进样量在0.46—2.30μg(r=0.9995),熊果酸进样量在0.30—1.50μg(r=0.9994)时呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为96.11%和94.84%,相对标准偏差分别为1.98%和1.83%。RP-HPLC-ELSD法具有准确度高,简便快捷,干扰少,重现性好的优点,可用于连翘药材的质量控制。
