混合Heisenberg自旋体系动态相变的滞后标度

采用Monte Carlo方法对离散混合经典Heisenberg自旋体系在周期性外场驱动下动态相变行为进行了模拟计算.在典型Heisenberg自旋体系的哈密顿量基础上,引入表征非晶相的随机各向异性能项(比例为X)和表征晶体相的单轴各向异性能项(比例为1-X),考察了该混合自旋体系磁滞后回线面积A_area随X和单轴各向异性常数A及随机各向异性常数D的变化规律,并确定了该类自旋体系动态相变新的滞后标度关系A_area-A^δD^{η关键词： 海森堡模型 Monte Carlo模拟 磁滞标度 非晶纳米晶}     

水在电场、磁场作用下物理性质变化及其影响

 电场、磁场处理水的研究和应用已有几十年的历史。国内外许多学者对电场、磁场处理水的物理性质做过反复的对比实验,取得了大量有价值的数据和结论。目前世界上很多国家都感到了水资源的宝贵和环境保护的重要。在新的世纪开始的时候,总结并进一步开展这项研究工作,对于保护环境及充分和科学地利用水资源是非常必要的。一、磁场作用下水的物理性质变化及其影响经磁场处理的水,水的渗透压、表面张力、粘滞系数、ｐＨ值、介电常数和电导率等均有不同程度的变化。而且一般水溶液的变化比纯水要大一些。磁场处理水对盐的溶解度有所增大;某些气体（如Ｏ２和ＣＯ２）在磁场处理水中的溶解度也增大。     

溅射气压对X射线多层膜反射率的影响

本文在不同的溅射气压的情况下制备了具有相同结构参量的Mo/Si多层膜,测出了其对应的小角度X衍射曲线,在北京同步辐射实验室测量了多层膜的软X射线反射率.小角X射线衍射谱表明:随着溅射气压升高,多层膜的小角X射线衍射曲线的高次峰的峰高急剧变小,半峰宽变大.反射率测量结果也表明:多层膜的X射线反射率随溅射气压的升高而急剧降低.
