Evaluation of Orbital- and Ground State Energies of Some Open- and Closed-Shell Atoms over Integer and Noninteger Slater Type Orbitals

Ab initio calculations of the orbital and the ground state energies of some open- and closed-shell atoms over Slater type orbitals with quantum numbers integer and Slater type orbitals with quantum numbers noninteger have been performed. In order to increase the efficiency of these calculations the atomic two-electron integrals were expressed in terms of incomplete beta function. Results were observed to be in good agreement with the literature.     

VINYL MONOMERS BEARING CHROMOPHORE MOIETIES AND THEIR POLYMERS——Ⅹ.INITIATION AND PHOTOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF p-(N,N-DIMETHYLAMINO)STYRENE AND ITS POLYMERS*

A vinyl monomer having an electron-donating moiety, p-(N,N-dimethylamino)styrenc (DMAS),was synthesized. It was combined with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) to form a redox initiation system to initiatethe polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA). UV spectra measurements show that DMAS enters thePMMA chain as well. Both DMAS and its polymer P(DMAS) display strong fluorescence, and thefluorescence can be quenched by electron-deficient compounds such as methacrylonitrile, fumaronitrile andmethyl methacrylate etc. Moreover, DMAS can also form charge transfer complex (CTC) with strongelectron acceptors such as tetracyanoethylene (TCNE). The difference between the photochemical propertiesof DMAS and P(DMAS) were explained in terms of molecular structure change and polymer conformationeffect in solution. In addition, the CTC and exciplex formation of DMAS or P(DMAS) with C_(60) were alsostudied.     

苏云金芽孢杆菌杀虫基因导入中国栽培水稻品种中花11号获得转基因植株

在水稻的遗传转化中,迄今尚未见到将优良性状基因导入生产推广品种并获得转基因植株的报道。我们首次将B.t.杀虫基因导入到生产推广品种中花11号中,并建立了一套转导外源DNA的有效方法。应用剪掉内颖,同时去掉柱头保留完整外颖的方法可使种子结实率提高到50％。遗传转化植株经分子杂交实验室证实,B.t.杀虫基因已整合到水稻基因组中,得到了转杀虫基因水稻工程植株。用Jefferson的组织化学法测定转基因植株的β-glucuronidase的活性,与B.t.杀虫基因形成翻译融合的GUS基因得到了表达,这为B.t.杀虫基因在转基因水稻植株中的表达提供了证据。     

气相色谱手性衍生化试剂N－七氟丁酰基－L－脯氨酰氯的合成与应用

 合成了用于气相色谱（ＧＣ）的手性衍生化试剂Ｎ－七氟丁酰基－Ｌ－脯氨酰氯（Ｎ－ＨＦＢ－Ｌ－ＰＣｌ）。各种特性试验表明，Ｎ－ＨＦＢ－Ｌ－ＰＣｌ是灵敏的ＧＣ手性衍生化试剂，可直接于水相拆分微量的手性胺对映体。     

用气相色谱、气相色谱－质谱对萘普生重要中间体6－甲氧基－2－乙酰萘合成反应的研究

 在优良抗风湿药物萘普生的重要中间体６－甲氧基－２－乙酰素的合成中存在溶剂硝基苯的毒性及所带来的污染。而改用二氯乙烷作溶剂，只加少量硝基苯即可。为配合合成工艺的优化，用气相色谱（ＧＣ）、气相色谱－质谱（ＧＣ／ＭＳ）对反应产物、副产物及多个杂质进行了定性分析研究，并在５％ＯＶ－１０１ＣｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｒｂＷＡＷＤＭＣＳ柱上完成了产物的内标定量分析。从而减少了副反应和高沸点杂质的生成，最终生产出了９５％以上含量的６－甲氧基－２－乙酰萘产品，收率达到６０％。     

以混合价镍氢氧化物为镍源固气合成LiNi0.7Co0.25Al0.05O2

层状LiCoO2作为锂离子二次电池电极正极材料已得到广泛应用。由于钴资源匮乏及成本高,致使进一步提高比容量和比能量以及降低成本的研究引起关注。诸如LiCoO2体材中钴被M(N i,Mn,Ti,Mg)替代或部分被替代的研究[1-3],表面修饰研究[4-6],合成方法研究如固相法[7],溶胶凝胶法[8],共沉淀法[9],微波加热合成法[10]等。与钴相比,镍资源相对丰富且对环境友好,故以镍代钴合成LiCo1-xN ixO2的研究成为热点[11-13]。由于N i2 难以被氧化成N i3 致使合成时易生成非化学计量化合物,加之在充放电过程中,由于Li 离子与N i3 离子半径相近易产生阳离…

胶束增溶光度法同时测定铂、铑、钯和金的研究

本文研究了贵金属Pt、Rh、Pd和Au在SnCl_2-BRB-AG-乳化剂OP离子缔合物体系中显色反应的条件,采用偏最小二乘回归法对上述体系重迭光谱进行解析及数据处理。结果表明,该体系灵敏度高,表观摩尔吸光系数可达1.74×10～6～2.47×10～6L·mol～-1·cm～-1;体系稳定性较好。应用本文方法对混合试样中Pt、Rh、Pd、Au进行同时测定,取得较满意的结果。     

Distribution of δD in 25-cm Surface Snow Along Trans-Antarctic Route (Ⅱ)——The “1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition” Glaciological Research

On the way of the "1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition", the first author of this paper, the Chinese member of the expedition, collected 104 snow samples in 25-cm surface snow along a 5986-km route on Antarctic ice sheet from west to east. The geographical distribution of δD across the Antarctica by the longest route is obtained from stable isotope analysis for the first time. After discussing regional differences of physical geographic conditions, maritime-continental influence, altitudes and latitudes at sampling sites, the distribution of δD is considered to have a close relation to latitudes, but the topographic effect is prominent in some particular regions. The mean annual temperature at sampling site and its relationship with δD in surface snow covering Antarctica from west to east are discussed also. The δD-temperature gradient from the south end of Antarctic Peninsula to Vostok obtained in this paper is very close to that in Terre Adelie Land obtained by predecessors. The snow-dri     

利用离子交换色谱快速纯化α－淀粉酶

 本文开发了一个用强阴离子高效液相色谱分离纯化α－淀粉酶的的新方法。详细讨论了纯比的最佳条件＊在给定的条件下纯化工业α－淀粉酶，其活性回收率达９６％，比活性为３８８ｕ／ｍｇ蛋白，纯化倍数提高３０倍，经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析，得到分子量分别为５８Ｋ和３３Ｋ两条α－淀粉酶谱带。此法纯化α－淀粉酶简单，快速，效率高。不仅能纯化工业粗酶，也可纯化其它来源的α－淀粉酶。
