内蒙古段黄河水系放射性水平调查研究

给出了内蒙古段黄河水平中总α，总β，＾９０Ｓｒ，＾１３７Ｃｓ，＾４０Ｋ，＾３Ｈ，＾２１０Ｐｂ，＾２１０Ｐｏ，＾２３８Ｕ，＾２３２Ｔｈ、＾２２６Ｒａ放射性水平，结果基本为正常水平，找出了污染源，为内蒙古段黄河水中放射性监督监测建立了全面的背景材料。

Improved data analysis method of single-molecule experiments based on probability optimization

To extract the dynamic parameters from single molecule manipulation experiments, usually lots of data at different forces need to be recorded. But the measuring time of a single molecule is limited due to breakage of the tether or degradation of the molecule. Here we propose a data analysis method based on probability maximization of the recorded time trace to extract the dynamic parameters from a single measurement. The feasibility of this method was verified by dealing with the simulation data of a two-state system. We also applied this method to estimate the parameters of DNA hairpin folding and unfolding dynamics measured by a magnetic tweezers experiment.     

基于核酸侵入反应偶联PCR的粪便样本基因甲基化定量分析方法及用于结直肠癌无创筛查

从粪便中检测BMP3基因甲基化水平可实现对结直肠癌的无创筛查,但对检测方法的灵敏度与特异性要求很高。本研究将核酸侵入反应与实时荧光聚合酶链式反应(PCR)偶联,建立了BMP3基因甲基化检测方法,以ACTB基因作为参比基因,通过优化反应体系中探针浓度、Flap核酸内切酶与Taq酶用量,提高BMP3目标基因与ACTB参比基因的扩增效率至接近100%,实现了利用ΔCT法进行BMP3基因甲基化水平的相对定量,可对低至10 copies的甲基化BMP3基因进行检测,并可从非甲基化模板中准确定量0.01%的甲基化模板,非甲基化模板不产生非特异性信号,表明本方法具有极高的灵敏度与良好的特异性。将本方法用于16例结直肠癌患者、7例结直肠腺瘤患者及19例健康人粪便样本中BMP3基因甲基化检测,结果表明,有5例结直肠癌患者的粪便样本检出BMP3基因甲基化,2例结直肠腺瘤患者的粪便样本检出BMP3甲基化,健康人的粪便样本均没有检出甲基化,表明本方法可用于检测粪便样本中基因的甲基化水平,为临床开展基于粪便中基因甲基化检测的无创结直肠癌筛查提供了新方法。     

石油沥青质在烃中的稳定性研究

石油是以沥青质为分散相的非水胶体体系[1,2 ] 。研究认为 ,石油中沥青质的沉淀和絮凝 ,对石油开采及输送有十分重要的影响 [3]。提高沥青质在石油中的胶体稳定性 ,可强化石油加工过程中的重油减压蒸馏、催化裂化、减粘裂化及延迟焦化等过程[1,2 ] ,是提高炼厂轻质油收率、改善产品质量、提高综合经济效益的重要途径。国外关于沥青质在烃类介质中的稳定性研究报道较多 ,大多侧重于胶质对沥青质的稳定作用。由于胶质和沥青质均为由多种复杂结构分子组成的混和物 ,探讨胶质对沥青质的稳定机理极端困难 ,Chia-Lu Chang[4 ]等定量讨论了沥青质…     

基于PREF的扫描磁铁电源设计与实现

PREF装置是中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所与近代物理研究所联合设计建造的10～60 MeV质子同步加速器,属于国内唯一的位移损伤效应模拟试验专用装置。针对该装置的扫描磁铁电源输出电流频率200 Hz、跟踪误差小于≤±5×10^-3的技术要求,采用三组H桥串联拓扑方案,通过移相控制,基于脉宽调制实现技术要求。经仿真与测试结果表明：电源能够输出峰-峰值为±420 A,幅值与频率均连续可调的高精度三角波电流,满足工程应用要求。     

Surface modification of polytetrafluoroethylene film using single liquid electrode atmospheric- pressure glow discharge

Polytetrafluoroethylene films are treated by room temperature helium atmospheric pressure plasma plumes, which are generated with a home-made single liquid electrode plasma device. After plasma treatment, the water contact angle of polytetrafluoroethylene film drops from 114°to 46°and the surface free energy increases from 22.0 mJ/m2 to 59.1 mJ/m2. The optical emission spectrum indicates that there are reactive species such as O2+ , O and He in the plasma plume. After plasma treatment, a highly crosslinking structure is formed on the film surface and the oxygen element is incorporated into the film surface in the forms of -C-O-C-, -C=O, and -O-C=O groups. Over a period of 10 days, the contact angle of the treated film is recovered by only about 10 , which indicates that the plasma surface modification is stable with time.     

磺化紫草色素对羊毛织物染色性能的优化研究

本文研究了从紫草中提取紫草色素、磺化紫草染色工艺的优化以及环境友好媒染剂对染色性能的影响结果表明,在乙醇和正己烷提取紫草色素的基础上,通过磺化处理获得二种染料A和染料B.通过二次通用旋转组合设计,得出羊毛织物的优化染色工艺:染料A:pH 3.8,87℃以及53 min;染料B:pH4.3,94℃和60 min.在相同的染色条件下,染料A的比染料B的染色深度高.采用Al3+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Fe3+等媒染剂进行后媒处理,证明媒染剂对染料B的效果更明显.另外,对于染料A和染料B染色羊毛织物,Fe3+对K/S值以及彩度具有更明显的作用.     

高中新课程化学实验教学现状的调查与分析——来自浙江新课程实验区的调查报告

对宁波地区实施高中新课程以来,化学实验教学的实际情况进行了调查,从实验教学的功能、实验开设情况、学生实验中活动方式、实验教学的评价、实验资源的开发利用等方面进行了分析,并就如何落实实验教学的三维目标、发挥实验教学功能、加强实验教学评价、开发实验教学资源等方面进行了反思,试图为一线教师和教材编写者提供一些参考。     

A low-threshold and high-power oxide-confined 850-nm AlInGaAs strained quantum-well vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser

A low-threshold and high-power oxide-confined 850-nm AlInGaAs strained quantum-well (QW) vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) based on an intra-cavity contacted structure is fabricated. A threshold current of 1.5 mA for a 22 μm oxide aperture device is achieved, which corresponds to a threshold current density of 0.395 kA/cm². The peak output optical power reaches 17.5 mW at an injection current of 30 mA at room temperature under pulsed operation. While under continuous-wave (CW) operation, the maximum power attains 10.5 mW. Such a device demonstrates a high characteristic temperature of 327 K within a temperature range from -12℃ to 96℃ and good reliability under a lifetime test. There is almost no decrease of the optical power when the device operates at a current of 5 mA at room temperature under the CW injection current.
