NaCl:Cu烧结剂量片在X/γ辐照下的光释光特性

本文以纯NaCl和CuCl粉末为原料,采用烧结法制备了尺寸为Φ5×1.8 mm的NaCl:Cu圆形剂量片,将剂量片置入四元件外壳中并用塑料薄膜密封以克服材料的吸湿性,使用InLight 200型光释光自动测量系统研究其光释光特性.结果发现,对于X/γ射线, NaCl∶Cu剂量片对于能量较低射线的光释光响应高于能量较高的同种射线.光释光曲线具有典型的指数衰减特征,剂量片的偏转角度对测量值影响最大为13.5%.原料粒径的均匀度对剂量片光释光响应数据的分布一致性具有较大影响.重复性测试实验的变异系数CV=2.28%,重复测量数据的一致性较好.在1—1000 mGy剂量范围内随着辐照剂量的增加, NaCl∶Cu烧结剂量片的光释光强度逐渐增加,且呈现良好的线性关系,较未掺杂的纯氯化钠光释光响应高2—4倍.通过烧结法制备的NaCl∶Cu剂量片可用于个人或环境剂量监测用剂量计.     

Host dependent thermal stability and frequency upconversion of Er^3＋-doped heavy metal oxyfluoride germanate glasses

The upconversion properties of Er^3＋-doped heavy metal oxyfluoride germanate glasses under 975 nm excitation have been investigated. The intense green （551 and 529 nm） and relatively weak red （657 nm） emissions corresponding to the transitions ^4S3/2→^4I15/2, ^2H11/2→^4 I15/2 and ^4F9/2 →^4I15/2, respectively, were simultaneously observed at room temperature. The content of PbF2 has an important influence on the upconversion luminescence emission. With increasing content of PbF2, the intensities of green （529 nm） and red （657 nm） emissions increase slightly, while the green emission （551 nm） increases markedly. These results suggest that PbF2 has an influence on the green （551 nm） emission more than on the green （529 nm） and red （657 nm） emissions.     

人工神经网络光度法用于化探样品中金的形态分析

利用人工神经网络对化探样品中金的三种存在形态（水提取态、吸附态、有机态）的含量同时进行了预测，计算结果与传统浸了方法的结果相吻合，相对误差一般小于10％，相对标准偏差在1．68％－8．94％。该法简便，快速。     

Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.     

用U（4）群研究氘代乙炔分子的振动激发态能谱

氘代乙炔分子的动力学对称群是三个U(4)群的直积群，找到一个适当群链，其中各子群的卡塞米尔算子组成分子的哈密顿，组合系数由该分子的实验光谱数据确定。利用这个代数哈密顿计算的能谱与实验值相符。实验上尚未观测的光谱也可以计算出来。     

Spectroscopic properties of neodymium-doped tellurite glass fiber

Nd~(3+)-doped tellurite glass and a single mode tellurite glass fiber with a core diameter of 8 μm were prepared in this work. The 1.33-μm emission from the ~4F_(3/2)→~4I_(13/2) transition of Nd~(3+) with a spectral bandwidth of 55 nm in tellurite glass fiber is observed. The lifetime of 164 μs of ~4F_(3/2) level and quantum efficiency of about 100% are obtained.     

Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-P_2O_5系统微晶玻璃受控析晶分析

应用DTA,XRD,SEM等手段研究了Li2O_Al2O3_SiO2_P2O5系统微晶玻璃的析晶过程和相组成。采用模拟计算方法考察了不同的析晶条件。引入适量的Al2O3等难熔物组分来改变析晶条件及残留玻璃相的组成和粘度。通过抑制主晶相(Li2O.2SiO2)晶粒的生长,最终获得了晶粒尺寸为0.1~0.3μm的透明微晶玻璃。

Amplified spontaneous emission properties of a single mode Er3+-doped tellurite fiber

Spectral characteristics of the amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)from a novel single mode Er3+ doped tellurite fiber with D-type cladding is reported in this letter.When pumped at 980 nm,an ASE source that has nearly a 100-nm flat FWHM bandwidth is obtained with a fiber length of 30-60 cm. Variation of ASE spectra with pump powers and fiber lengths are measured.Output power up to 2.0 mW is obtained with a launched pump power of 660 mW.
