建立了水果和蔬菜中三环锡、三苯锡和苯丁锡同时检测的格氏试剂衍生-气相色谱-串联质谱方法(GC-MS/MS)。样品经盐酸/四氢呋喃(1:10,v/v)消解,正己烷振荡提取,乙基溴化镁衍生和Florisil固相萃取净化,采用GC-MS/MS多反应监测(MRM)模式对3种有机锡化合物进行定性和定量分析。实验结果表明,以苹果为代表性样品基质,三环锡、三苯锡和苯丁锡的检出限(LOD)分别为2.0、1.5和3.4 μg/kg (以Sn计),在10、20、50、200 μg/kg (以Sn计)共4个添加水平下的平均回收率为72.4%~107.1%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~14.2%。该方法灵敏度高,选择性强,可以实现3种有机锡农药的同时检测,能够满足国内外残留限量的检测要求。  相似文献

介绍了一种基于THGEM的X射线光斑寻迹探测器,用于X射线单光子计量技术研究和测量,探测器有效面积200 mm×200 mm,采用128路基于ASIC和FPGA的高速读出电子学,探测器分为中间高分辨区和外围低分辨区两部分,两部分共用一套读出电子学。实验在中国计量科学研究院利用X光机产生的束线,测试光斑位置、光斑精细分布以及探测器的位置分辨。实验结果表明,探测器实现了同时对光斑寻迹和光斑的精细测量,探测器中间高分辨区x方向的位置分辨率为0.63 mm(FWHM),y方向位置分辨率为0.62mm(FWHM),探测器各项性能指标均达到了预期目标。This paper introduces the detector of X-ray spot tracing based on the THGEM. It is used for X ray single photon measurement technology research and measurement with an effective area of 200 mm×200 mm. The circuit board has 128 array of high speed readout electronics based on ASIC and FPGA. And it is divided into two parts:the middle area of high sensitive and the peripheral area of low sensitive. The two parts share a set of readout electronics. The experiment tests the position and the fine structure of the beam line produced by X ray machine in National Institute of Metrology. The results of the experimental show that the detector realizes both the spot tracing and the fine structure of the spot. The position resolution is 0.63 mm in x direction and 0.62 mm in y direction in high sensitive of the detector, which achieve the desired goal of preliminary design.  相似文献

建立了乳粉中痕量高氯酸盐的固相萃取离子色谱分析方法。在碱性条件下,乙腈提取、浓缩,0.22μm尼龙滤膜+RP柱净化,AS20阴离子分析柱(150mm×4.0mm)分离,流动相为氢氧化钠溶液(30~70mmol/L),流速1.0mL/min。结果表明,高氯酸盐在0.4~20μg/L内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数0.999 8,样品检出限20μg/kg,加标回收率在77.2%~108%。测定了41个乳粉中的高氯酸盐含量,高氯酸盐检出率为31.7%。对质监部门用来检测乳粉中高氯酸盐的方法是一个补充,为食品安全提供了参考数据。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a nonorthogonal overlapping Yee method for solv- ing Maxwell's equations using the diagonal split-cell model. When material interface is presented, the diagonal split-cell model does not require permittivity averaging so that better accuracy can be achieved. Our numerical results on optical force computation show that the standard FDTD method converges linearly, while the proposed method achieves quadratic convergence and better accuracy.  相似文献

In this article, the polymerization behavior has been investigated utilizing phenyl(4‐vinylbenzyl)selane (PVBS) as an inimer under ultraviolet irradiation. Corresponding copolymers and homopolymers were synthesized by copolymerization PVBS with styrene and homopolymerization itself. The branching factors (g′) of these branched polymers were characterized along with the polymerization conditions. Moreover, the results showed that the obtained polymers' refractive index (RI) can be enhanced by the introducing of selenium element. The cyclic amphiphilic polymers with azobenzene in main chain, cyclic azobenzene tetraethylene glycol polystyrene (cyclic‐Azo‐TEG‐PS) with different molecular weights, were successfully synthesized by combining atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and Cu (I)‐catalyzed azide/alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC). Gel permeation chromatography (GPC), proton nuclear resonance (1H NMR), Fourier transform‐infrared (FT‐IR), and matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight (MALDI‐TOF) mass spectrometry were used to prove the complete conversion from linear polymers to cyclic ones. The thermal properties and photoisomerization behaviors of obtained cyclic polymers have been investigated by comparison with the linear analogues. The cyclic polymer displayed a higher glass transition temperature compared with the linear one, measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was found that the trans‐to‐cis and cis‐to‐trans isomerization of cyclic polymers was both slower than that of their respective linear counterparts upon irradiation by UV/visible light. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
