吲哚衍生物与花生酸混合LB膜的制备及结构研究

本文将3-三氰基乙烯基-N-十六烷基吲哚与花生酸混合制成单分子膜。不同摩尔比混合膜的π-A曲线均出现平台,表明膜压缩过程中分子排列相态发生变化。混合LB膜的紫外吸收光谱证明吲哚分子形成聚集体,X-射线衍射结果说明这种聚集体被夹带在花生酸的框架结构中。     

Synthesis of Thiourea Derivatives on Soluble Polymeric Support

A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.     

吡嗪衍生物在石墨表面上的自组装单层膜结构

利用扫描隧道显微镜研究了荧光液晶分子2, 5-二-[2-(3, 4-二-十二烷氧基-苯基)-乙烯基]-3, 6-二甲基吡嗪(BPDP12)在石墨表面上自组装单层膜的结构. 实验结果表明, 该化合物在石墨表面形成两种自组装结构：一种是稳定的, 分子的共轭中心相互平行, 烷基链相互交错的密排结构；另一种是不稳定的, 分子的共轭中心彼此为烷基链所分隔的非密排结构. 分子之间较强的π-π作用和分子烷基链之间的范德华作用力对分子组装的取向形成竞争, 是产生两种不同组装结构的根本原因.     

蒂巴茵衍生物的合成研究

The reaction of 7α-acetyl-6,14-endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine with 2-（thien-2-yl）ethylmagnesium bromide was investigated. The tertiary alcohol derivative 7α-[R-l-hydroxyl-l-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl]）-6,14- endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine （3） and a by-product 4 were isolated. The structure of 4 was elucidated by X-ray analysis. The Grignard reaction shows high degree of stereoselectivity according with Cram rule. The crystal structure of 4 indicates that dihydrofuran ring was opened to form a phenolic hydroxyl group and a three-membered ring structure. It maintains the main rigid structure of morphine and contains a C（6）-C（14） enthano bridge. The 1-hydroxyl-1-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl group at C（7） position adopted S-configuration.     

新型纤维素衍生物手性固定相的制备及其对几种对映异构体的高效液相色谱分离

合成了一种经环十二烷修饰的纤维素酯，将其涂敷于小粒径的氨丙基化硅胶（APS）上，制备出高效液相色谱手性固定相，以正己烷、异丙醇为流动相拆分了2-对氯苯基丙腈、1-对氟苯基乙醇、1-对叔丁基苯氧基-2-丙醇、2-对氯苯基辛腈及三唑醇等5种外消旋对映体，并考察了流动相中异丙醇含量对分离效果的影响。     

硫酸钡改性β-环糊精气相色谱手性毛细管柱制备与研究

β-环糊精(β-cyclodextrin，β-CD)是由7个葡萄糖单元通过α-(1，4)糖苷键连接而成的环状低聚合物。近年来。环糊精衍生物以其高选择性，适用范围广而成为气相色谱手性分离研究中发展最快的固定相。本研究采用全烷基化和部分酰基化方法合成了两种环糊精衍生物，2，3，6-O-三丁基-β-CD(TB-β-CD)和2，6-O-3-O-三氟乙酰基β-CD(DB-TFA-β-CD)，硫酸钡微晶对玻璃毛细管内壁进行改性，用上述两种固定相和中等极性的聚硅氧烷OV-1701混合制备出柱效高、热稳定性好的手性石英毛细管柱，并研究了色谱柱的选择性能。     

一种新的环糊精衍生物手性固定相的合成及其在对映异构体过量值测定中的应用

 以 β 环糊精为原料 ,合成了一种新的环糊精衍生物 2 ,6 二 O 苄基 3 O 戊酰基 β 环糊精 ,用核磁氢谱和红外光谱对产物进行了表征 ,并将所得环糊精衍生物用作毛细管气相手性固定相制备成柱 ,用于 2 ,4 二氯苯乙酮的不对称催化氢化产物 2 ,4 二氯苯乙醇和反式 2 己烯醇的Sharpless环氧化产物 反式 3 正丙基环氧乙烷甲醇的对映异构体过量值 (e.e .值 )测定和催化反应评价 ,取得了很好的结果。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Manganese Coordination Polymer： 2,5-Bis（4-pyridyl）-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene

A new manganese coordination polymer 1, [Mn(H2O)4(L)]n(ClO4)2n·2nH2O·3nL (L = 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group Pn with a = 13.9176(8), b = 15.4754(9), c = 15.9670(9) , β = 99.5010(10)o, V = 3391.8(3) 3, Z = 2, C56H68Cl2MnN16O14 , Mr = 1315.10, Dc = 1.288 g/cm3, μ = 0.344 mm-1, F(000) = 1374, R = 0.0733 and wR = 0.2035. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The title complex exhibits a novel supramolecular layer architecture sustained by the concurrence of coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds, and π-π stacking interactions.     

可回收(S)-脯氨醇衍生物在催化查尔酮类化合物不对称环氧化反应中的催化性能研究

将以L-脯氨酸为原料合成的光学活性脯氨醇衍生物((S)-2-吡咯烷基-α,α-二(α-萘基)甲醇1),作为有机小分子催化剂,在催化8种α,β-不饱和酮的不对称环氧化反应中表现出较好的立体选择性(58.0~84.6?)和催化活性(58.0~89.7%).反应结束后,通过简单的酸碱调整,可使催化剂回收和重复使用.循环使用5次,催化剂的回收率均在93~97%之间,催化剂的催化活性和立体选择性无明显改变.     

含磷、硫、氮配原子的钴羰基簇合衍生物的合成和表征

过渡金属原子簇化学是当今化学学科中非常活跃的研究领域之一 ,这类簇合物大多有着新颖的几何构型和多样化的成键方式 ,并且具有独特的催化性能[1 ] 。迄今为止 ,人们合成了多种含磷、硫、氮等原子的铁、钴、钌等羰基簇合衍生物 ,但其中三种以上原子同时配位的情况并不多见 ,有金振兴等的含Ｃ、Ｓ、Ｎ配原子的三核钴簇[2 ] ;Ｌｕｇａ和Ｃａｂｅｚａ的三钌簇[3 ,4] 以及Ｃｈｉｈａｒａ等合成的五核钌簇[5] ,其分子中都有Ｐ、Ｎ、Ｏ三原子配位。我们利用复杂的含Ｐ、Ｓ、Ｎ等可配原子的有机配前体与二元钴羰合物反应 ,合成了一系列三核、四核…
