Amorphous TbFe films are fabricated by dc magnetron sputtering, and their magnetostrictions at low field are examined over a wide range of terbium content (from 32at.% to 70at.%). It is found that the terbium content plays an important role in the magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of TbFe films. TbFe film soft magnetic properties and low field magnetostriction can be efficiently improved by controlling the terbium at an optimum content. The magnetostriction at lower magnetic field is increased with the increase of terbium content up to 48.2at.%. After reaching the maximum value, further increase of terbium content would result in a great decrease of the low field magnetostriction. By contrast, at higher magnetic field, the magnetostriction is decreased monotonically with the increase of the terbium content. 相似文献

A dc magnetic sputtering process is applied to growth of a Mo back. contact layer onto the flexible polyimide (PI) and rigid soda-lime glass (SLC) substrates. The structural and electrical properties of the Mo layer coated on the two kinds of substrates are investigated by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and Hall effect measurements. The results show that the Mo layer on SLG indicate more better crystal quality and lower resistivity than that on the PI sheets. In contrast to the SLG substrate, the resistivity of the Mo layer on PI is increased by the vacuum annealing process at the substrate temperature of 450℃ under Se atmosphere, which is attributed to the cracked Mo layer induced by the mismatch of the coefficient of thermal expansion between PI and Mo material. The Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cells based on the PI and SLO substrates show the best conversion efficiencies of 8.16% and 10.98% (active area, 0.2cm^2), respectively. The cell efficiency of flexible CIGS solar cells on PI is limited by its relatively lower fill factor caused by the Mo back contact. 相似文献

We measure zero-field resistivity and magnetoresistance of multiwalled carbon nanotube yarns (CNTYs). The CNTYs are drawn from superaligned multiwalled carbon nanotube arrays synthesized by the low-pressure chemical vapour deposition method. The zero-field resistivity shows a logarithmic decrease from 2 K to 300K. In the presence of a magnetic field applied perpendicular to the yarn axis, a pronounced negative magnetoresistance is observed. A magnetoresistance ratio of 22% is obtained. Spin-dependent Andreev reflection and spin polarization through a diluted magnetic semiconductor quantum wire coupled to normal metallic and superconductor electrodes are investigated using scattering theory. When the spin-orbit coupling is considered, more Andreev conductance steps appear at the same Fermi energy. Magnetic semiconductor quantum wire separates the spin-up and spin-down electrons. The Fermi energy, at which different- spin-state electrons begin to separate, becomes lower due to the effect of the spin-orbit interaction. The spin filter effect can be measured more easily by investigating the Andreev conductance than by investigating the normal conductance. 相似文献

We propose and theoretically analyse a double magnetic tunnel device that takes advantages of the spin filter effect. Two magnetic tunnel barriers are formed by different spin filters which have different barrier heights. The magnetoresistance of the device is low (high) when the magnetic moments of the two spin filters are parallel (antiparallel). We present a theoretical calculation of the magnetoresistance based on electric tunnel effect. In addition, the effect of the difference barrier heights and exchange splitting energies between the two spin filters are also analysed in detail. 运用量子信息熵理论,研究了二项式光场与运动二能级原子相互作用过程中运动原子的信息熵压缩。讨论了不同的原子初态和场的有关参数对原子信息熵压缩的影响。结果表明:选择原子初态、场模结构、场调节参数及原子运动速度可以调控原子信息熵的压缩方向、偶极矩分量值和压缩周期;适当的选择参数可得到持续性的原子信息熵压缩。 相似文献
