针对冷库运行过程中出现的压缩机排气温度高、系统性能衰减等问题,设计并搭建了基于平行流换热器的低压补气冷藏系统实验台对冷藏系统在低压补气和不补气状态下压缩机转速对冷藏系统综合性能的影响进行了分析.结果 表明:随着压缩机转速的增加,两种工况下压缩机排气温度都会增加,在补气模式下排气温度增加了5%,在不补气模式下增加了7.8%;冷藏系统的制冷量也会随之增大,在补气模式下制冷量增加了43%,在不补气模式下增加了25.9%,低压补气模式下增加的制冷量更大一些;压缩机功率随转速的增加而增大,且两种模式下增幅接近,在补气模式下压缩机功率增加了27.44%,在不补气模式下增加了27.34%;另外随着转速的增大系统COP呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在转速为3500 r/min处趋于稳定.  相似文献

高功率超短超强激光脉冲的诞生开启了相对论非线性光学、高强场物理、新型激光聚变、实验室天体物理等前沿领域.近年来,随着数拍瓦级乃至更高峰值功率激光装置的建成,超强激光与等离子体相互作用进入到一个全新的高强场范畴.这种极强激光场与等离子体相互作用蕴含着丰富的物理过程,除了经典的波与粒子作用、相对论效应、有质动力效应等非线性物理过程外,量子电动力学(QED)效应变得格外重要,例如辐射阻尼效应、正负电子对产生、强伽马射线辐射、QED级联、真空极化等.本文主要介绍我们近年来在极端强激光场与等离子体相互作用中激发的QED效应以及伴随的超亮强伽马射线辐射和稠密正负电子对产生等方面的研究进展.  相似文献

环形磁场金属等离子体源作为一种全新的等离子体源结构,可用于产生高度离化、无大颗粒、高密度的离子束流,但传统流道结构不能保证其高效、均匀散热,大功率工作时可能引起密封胶圈的烧蚀失效,需对其冷却流场进行优化设计.利用Solidworks Flow Simulation软件对等离子体源冷却流道进行模拟,分析出入水孔分布角度、孔数、孔径以及入水孔高度对冷却效果的影响规律,并对流道结构参数进行优化.结果表明,增大水孔的周向分布范围,有利于提高散热的均匀性;入水孔设置在结构上层有利于减少冷却水的温度分层现象,使铜套和密封胶圈都处于较好的冷却状态;适当减小孔径有利于增大冷却水射流速度,增大湍流程度强化传热,提高换热效率.优化后的流场结构可以提高冷却水的利用率,在相同流量条件下获得更好的冷却效果,改善等离子体源的放电稳定性,为环形磁场金属等离子体源的冷却结构设计提供理论依据.  相似文献

原子级加工制造是实现半导体晶圆原子尺度超光滑表面的有效途径.作为大尺寸高精密功能材料的原子级表面制造的重要加工手段之一,化学机械抛光(chemical mechanical polishing,CMP)凭借化学腐蚀和机械磨削的耦合协同作用,成为实现先进材料或器件超光滑无损伤表面平坦化加工的关键技术,在航空、航天、微电子等众多领域得到了广泛应用.然而,为了实现原子层级超滑表面的制备,CMP工艺中常采用的化学腐蚀和机械磨削方法需要使用具有强烈腐蚀性和高毒性的危险化学品,对生态系统产生了不可逆转的危害.因此,本文以绿色环保高性能抛光液作为对象,对加工原子量级表面所采用的化学添加剂进行分类总结,详尽分析在CMP过程中化学添加剂对材料表面性质调制的作用机理,为在原子级尺度下改善表面性质提供可参考的依据.最后,提出了CMP抛光液在原子级加工研究中面临的挑战,并对未来抛光液发展方向作出了展望,这对原子尺度表面精度的进一步提升具有深远的现实意义.  相似文献

Doped or undoped gallium nitride compounds (GaN/InGaN), usually grown by metal‐organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) method, are at the heart of blue and green light emitting diodes (LEDs). Growth uniformities, such as the excited wavelength, luminous intensity and film thickness, critically influence their application in LED devices. In this paper, growth of GaN compounds in a MOCVD reactor, capable of a one‐time production of 36 × 2” wafers of nitrides, has been investigated. To examine growth uniformity across the wafer and from wafer to wafer, the reactor is divided into Zone A, Zone B and Zone C according to distance to the center of the graphite susceptor. Comparative analysis of each zone offers a straightforward view of the mean excitation wavelength, luminous intensity, film thickness and their standard deviations. Conformity of the growth uniformity in each zone is further checked comprehensively through averaging across‐wafer and wafer‐to‐wafer variables and their standard deviations. Zone B is found to retain excellent wavelength uniformity, since it is located at the middle of the susceptor with weaker effects of the susceptor edge and of the inlet gas flow. Zone A, at the center of the reactor, has the best mean intensity and thickness uniformities due to a well control of the infrared temperature measurement during the growth. And Zone C is worst in all uniformities and should be the main focus when optimizing the reactor. The above experimental analysis reveals the principles common to the MOCVD technique, and provides a basic for further optimization of the process window to improve the cycles with considerable reduction of the costs.  相似文献

A facile method for solid‐phase organic synthesis of 1‐substituted‐4‐vinyl‐1,2,3‐triazoles from polystyrene‐supported but‐3‐ynyl selenide has been developed. This sequential [3+2] cycloaddition and oxidation–elimination reactions could be carried out under mild reaction conditions with straightforward operation and good yield and purity of the products, and broad scope of substrates, and could be applied in this reaction system in generation of a small library of title compounds.  相似文献

The authors describe an array for chemiluminescence (CL) based determination of cardiac troponin T (cTnT), an important cardiovascular disease marker. The tracing tag consists of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) loaded with guanine-rich DNA sequences and detection antibody in a high numerical ratio. The loaded AgNPs were then reacted with hemin to form a hemin/G-quadruplex DNAzyme. A disposable immunosensor array was fabricated by immobilizing capture antibody on corresponding sensing sites on a glass chip. Once a sandwich immunocomplex is formed on the array, the tracing tag catalyzes the CL reaction of the luminol-p-iodophenol and H2O2 system to produce a CL signal, which is collected by a CCD camera. An intuitive CL image is obtained containing all of the spots on the array. Under optimal conditions, the method shows a wide linear range over 4 orders of magnitude (from 0.003 to 270 ng·L?1), a detection limit down to 84 fg·L?1, and a throughput as high as 44 tests·h?1. The results obtained with serum samples are in acceptable agreement with reference values. The AgNP-based tracing tag as well as the immunoassay method shows a promising potential for point-of-care testing for the early clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.

Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has attracted a great deal of interest during the past four decades and emerged as an ultrasensitive optical technique for chemical and biomedical analysis. It is widely accepted that the facile fabrication of SERS substrates with high activity and good reproducibility is of crucial importance for their applications. Herein, we report on a fast and robust method for the synthesis and immobilization of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) into poly(oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate) (POEGMA) brushes under mild conditions without using any reducing agents. POEGMA brushes of different chain lengths were synthesized directly on silicon wafers by surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization with various reaction time. X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscope measurements indicated that the AgNPs were firmly and homogeneously embedded into POEGMA brushes. The resulting POEGMA–AgNP hybrid films were employed as SERS substrates for the detection of 4‐aminothiophenol, giving rise to an enhancement factor of up to 1.9 × 106. Urea, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide were used to treat the cuticle layer of wool before graft copolymerization and amidoximation to enhance the uranium uptaking capacity of amidoximated wool fiber based adsorbent (Wool-g-AOs). The wool-g-AOs were used for recovery of U(VI) from aqueous solutions. The simulated nuclear industry effluent was used for investigating the selectivity and industrial applicability of Wool-g-AOs. The adsorption of uranium(VI) on Wool-g-AOs was pH dependent. The Langmuir model fitted well with the equilibrium data. Kinetic data were fitted well to pseudo second order model.
