Synthesis and Insulin—sensitizing Activity of a Series of 2—Benzyl—1,3—dicarbonyl Derivatives

A series of 2-benzyl-1,3-dicabonyl derivatives was synthesized.Their insulin-sensitizing activity was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells.Compounds3,26 and 27 were found to possess strong insulin-sensitizing activity in vitro and were selected for further hypoglycemic evaluation in vivo.

C NMR spectra of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines: Substituent effects and conformations in the ferrocenes

Three series of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines (2-chloromercurio-ferrocenylimines) have been studied using ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. Good to excellent linear relationships have been found to exist between the chemical shifts of the carbon atoms in the ferrocenyl moiety and normal Hammett substituent constants σ_m and σ_p. The δ values of the iminyl carbon atoms show excellent linear correlations with the σ values. In three series of the ferrocenes, the sensitivity of the carbon atoms to the substituent effect is different, which is discussed in terms of the twist angle between the N-phenyl ring and the C---C=N---C plane. The relative sensitivity of the chemical shifts on different positions in ferrocenyl moiety to the substituent effect has also been presented.

利用X衍射（300, 270, 250 K）和中子衍射（300, 260, 250, 240 K）研究D-氨酸单晶在静态的和动力学的变温过程中的结构特征以及考证Salam预言的由D到L构型转变的可能性. 实验发现丙氨酸晶体的空间群P212121对称性没有改变. 实验结果否定了构型相变的可能，但是发现在~250 K有一个微小的、连续的对称性破缺发生. 晶体分子振动产生的环电流模型可以用来解释D-和L-丙氨酸单晶直流磁化率和天然旋光角相反的现象， 与之相关的中子衍射数据进一步揭示了变温过程中αC－H(2), N－H(1), N－H(4), N－H(6) 键长的不同变化. 中子衍射还显示了质子移动所导致的动力学无序，来源于分子内氨基和羧基形成的氢键和分子间αC－H和氨基形成的氢键，从而产生的晶格扭曲和NH³⁺的扭转. 实验结果表明Salam预言相变不是传统意义的结构相变，而是由于温度效应导致了在相变点附近分子的宇称破缺能差（PVED）增大，然后通过氨基酸分子的隧道效应扩大了宇称破缺能差的影响，这一研究为生命现象中快速的均一手性形成提供了非线性机理的合理解释.     

ortho-Mercuration of ferrocenylimines

The mercuration of a series of aryliminomethylferrocenes occurred predominantly in an ortho-position of the substituted ferrocenyl ring to yield 2-mercurated ferrocenylimines. The regiospecificity of this reaction suggests that the mercury is directed into the ortho-position by coordination of the mercury to imino nitrogen with subsequent electrophilic substitution. The chromatographic and spectral properties of the 2-mercurated products show the presence of an intramolecular N → Hg coordination via the five-membered ring in these molecules, which was further confirmed by the single-crystal structure analysis of 2-chloromercuro-1-[(4-methoxyphenylimino)methyl]ferrocene.     

大豆中二硝基苯胺类除草剂多残留的气相色谱法定量检测及质谱确证

建立以凝胶渗透色谱法（GPC）和固相萃取法（SPE）及气相色谱法（GC）联用技术测定大豆中10种二硝基苯胺类除草剂（氟乐灵、乙氟灵、环丙氟、氯乙氟灵、仲丁灵、异乐灵、二甲戊乐灵、二硝胺、氨基丙氟灵和磺乐灵）多残留检测方法。目标农药经正己烷饱和的乙腈提取，凝胶渗透色谱除去大豆中大部分油脂及色素，再经Florisil柱净化和富集，依次用6mL二氯甲烷和6mL二氯甲烷＋丙酮（99＋1）洗脱。目标农药采用电子捕获检测（GC／ECD），外标法定量，并经质谱（MS）确证。两个添加水平重复6次，回收率分别为74％～105％和59％～105％；相对标准偏差〈20％；检出限为1．8～7．6μg／kg；定量限为6～38μg/kg。     

立方介孔相含钕氧化硅的合成与表征

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为结构导向剂，通过水热法合成了具有立方结构的含钕Nd-MCM-48介孔分子筛材料。XRD和TEM测试表明当n_Nd/n_Si<0.05时可以获得典型的长程有序介孔立方结构相，随n_Nd/n_Si比的增加，晶胞参数的增大和红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)的变化为Nd进入介孔分子筛骨架中提供了有力证据。N₂吸附-脱附实验给出了其BET表面积为1 195 m²·g^-1，BJH平均孔径为3.6 nm。紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)证明钕氧形成一种八面体结构。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)进一步证明钕主要以三价形式存在于立方介孔分子筛骨架中。     

离子交换-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中的超痕量镍

在文中所述条件下,镍的原子捕集灵敏度较常规法高320倍,即在离子交换法浓缩仅40倍的情况下,可使镍的测定灵敏度提高12800倍,从而成功实现了ppt级超痕量镍的测定。     

醇对非离子型表面活性剂浊点的影响

研究了醇对非离子型表面活性剂浊点的影响，发现直链醇的碳原子数小于４时随着其在表面活性剂中含量的增加浊点上升；当碳原子数大于４时，则随着醇含量的增加浊点下降。醇的构型对浊点起着重要作用。     

New ceramides from the flower of Albizia iulibrissin

A new ceramide and its glycoside were isolated from the flower of Albizia julibrissin. Their structures were established as (25,35,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-hydroxyhexadecanoylamino]-8-tetra-cosene-l,3,4-triol(I)and 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosy1-(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-hydroxy-hexade-canoylamino]-8-tetracosene-1,3,4-triol (II) on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic studies.
