三个具有抗菌活性的新化合物的分离及结构确证

从标号为F14945的发酵液中分离出三个新化合物:F14945-B1、14945-C、F14945-D1,其化学结构得到确证,经测定这三个化合物都有一定的抗菌活性。     

Introducing Bt Gene Into Maize With Ovary Injection

It is reported here that Bt toxin gene has been successfully transferred into maize inbred line by ovary injection for the first time both at home and abroad. One transgenic plant (To) has been confirmed by Southern blotting and PCR test, and 71 progenies (T1) from T0 have been obtained through self-pollination. Of these 71 progenies, seven plants demonstrated positive results in the PCR test; four were used to feed Asian corn borer, and certain effect of insect-resistance was observed. The experiments on the ovary injection in Hainan Province have also been repeated, thus providing new chance to the application of genetic engineering to the maize improvement.     

某些电荷转移反应中线性反应坐标确定的反应途径的非唯一性

在电子转移半经典模型的基础上,对氟代苯并菲组成的盘状液晶体系的电荷转移反应进行了研究,其反应动力学参数在量子化学B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)水平进行计算.研究中发现在反应物和产物的构型确定后,用线性反应坐标构造的反应途径和过渡态的构型不是唯一的.其原因是反应物和产物确定后,其独立内坐标的选择并不是唯一的.因此在计算电荷转移速率常数时必须考虑到多个过渡态构型才能得到定性正确的结果.     

Controlled/“Living “Radical Polymerization of(-)-Menthyl Methacrylate

The atom transfer radical polymerization(ARP)of (-)-menthyl methacrylatc((-)-MnMA) mediated by CuCl/bipyridine and ethy1 2-bromopropionate or 1-phenylethyl bromide in THF system has been studied.The dependence of the specific rotation on molecular weight and the CD of Poly((-)-MnMA) thus obatined was investigated.     

铟锡氧化物纳米网的微波法制备及其光催化特性研究

By using ultrasonic and chemical liquid coprecipitation, the precursor was prepared with high purity In, SnCl₄·5H₂O and urea. The In₂O₃·SnO₂ nanonets were obtained from precursor by heating in microwave oven. The powders were characterized by XRD, TEM. The analyzed results show the sample is In₂O₃·SnO₂, and In₂O₃is rhombohedral system while SnO₂ is tetragonal system. The sample is in spherical grain shape, with average granularity of 35 nm, and the mesh diameter of 10～80 nm. The sample was with fluorescence and good photocatalytic performance for degradation of organic dyestuff.     

New Facile Synthesis of 2-Aryloxy-5-(2-furfurylidene)- 4H-imidazolin-4-ones

Many N-heterocycles including 4H-imidazolin-4-ones exhibit biological activities1-3. Some derivatives of 5-(2-furfurylidene)-4H-imidazolin-4-one were found to show good antiinflammatory activity4. They can be synthesized by condensation of furfural with 5- unsubsituted 4H-imidazolin-4-ones or from corresponding oxazolones5,6. However, no synthesis of 2-aryloxy substituted 5-(2-furfurylidene)-4H-imidazolin-4-one was reported. Recently, aza-Wittig reaction has received increased attention …     

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Nanorods and Nanowires of Mg/Al Layered Double Hydroxides

Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) are a class of synthetic anion clays, characterized by the formula[MⅡ1-xMⅢx (OH)2]x (An- )x/n·yH2O (where M =metal and A = anion, usually carbonate)[1-3]. A large number of LDHs with a wide variety of M Ⅱ-M Ⅲ cation pairs including M Ⅰ-M Ⅲ ( e. g. , Li-Al ) and M Ⅱ-MⅣ( e. g. , Co-Ti) have been reported. Thus the identities of the cations(MⅠ , MⅡ , MⅢ and MⅣ) and the interlayer anion (An-) together with the value of the stoichiometric coefficient (x) may vary widely, giving rise to a large class of isostructural materials.     

含氟丙烯酸酯共聚乳液及其膜表面特性的研究

以十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)和OP 10混合乳化剂 ,制备了甲基丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯 (FMA8) 甲基丙烯酸丁酯 (BMA) 甲基丙烯酸 (MAA)共聚乳液 .通过DSC、FT IR、1 H NMR对共聚物的结构、组成进行了表征研究 .采用JZHY 180界面张力仪研究了共聚乳液膜表面的性质 ,结果表明 ,随着共聚物中全氟单体含量的增加 ,共聚物膜的表面能显著降低 ,当全氟单体的含量达到 2 5wt %时 ,其表面能降低到 19 74mJ m2 .X ray光电子能谱(XPS)对共聚物表面原子组成的分析结果表明 ,共聚物表面氟的含量远高于其平均含量 ,证明了含氟基团的趋表现象 .经退火处理 ,共聚物膜表面的氟含量增加 ,表面自由能降低     

THE SYNTHESES OF POLYQUINOLINES WITH 2,2''''-PYRIDYLQUINOLINE AND 2,6-DIQUINOLYLPYRIDINE AS LIGAND AND THEIR APPLICATIONS IN SOME CATALYTIC REACTIONS

The polyquinolines with 2,2'-pyridylquinoline as bidentate and 2,6-diquinolylpyridine as tridentate ligand have been prepared from 4,4-dlamino- 3,3'-dibenzoyldiphenyl ether, 4,4'-diacetyldiphenyl ether and 1,4-bis (2-acetylpyridyl-6-oxy) benzene, 2,6-diacetylpyridine, respectively. These polyquinoline-supported ligands have been used in hydrogenation and hydroformylation of olefins with some transition metal complexes.
