A sensitive,stability-indicating gradient reverse phase ultra performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the quantitative estimation of nebivolol impurities in active pharmaceutical ingredient(API)and pharmaceutical formulation.Efficient chromatographic separation was achieved on an Acquity BEH C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)with mobile phase of a gradient mixture.The flow rate of the mobile phase was 0.18 mL/min with column temperature of 30℃and detection wavelength of 281 nm.The relative response factor values of(R*)-2-(benzylamino)-1-((S*)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)ethanol((R*S*)NBV-1),(R)-1-((R)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-((S)-2-((S)-6-fluoro-chroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethylamino)ethanol((RRSS)NBV-3),1-(chroman-2-yl)-2-(2-(6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxy ethyl amino)ethanol(monodesfluoro impurity),(S)-1-((R)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-((R)-2((S)-6-fluoro-chroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethylamino)ethanol hydrochloride((RSRS)NBV-3)and(R*)-1-((S*)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-((S*)-2-((S*)-6-fluoro-chroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethylamino)ethanol((R*S*S*S*)NBV-2)were 0.65,0.91,0.68,0.92 and 0.91 respectively.Nebivolol formulation sample was subjected to the stress conditions of acid,base,oxidative,hydrolytic,thermal,humidity and photolytic degradation.Nebivolol was found to degrade significantly under peroxide stress condition.The degradation products were well resolved from nebivolol and its impurities.The peak purity test results confirmed that the nebivolol peak was homogenous and pure in all stress samples and the mass balance was found to be more than 98%,thus proving the stability-indicating power of the method.The developed method was validated according to International Conference on Hormonization(ICH)guidelines with respect to specificity,linearity,limits of detection and quantification,accuracy,precision and robustness.  相似文献

The chiral molecule (+)-N-[(3S)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)heptanoyl]bornane-10,2-sultam (C23H32FNO3S, Mr = 421.56), a fluorine-containing derivative of camphorsultam, was conveniently obtained and crystallized in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a = 7.9044(11), b = 11.6680(16), c = 24.899(3) , V = 2296.4(5) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.219 Mg/m3, λ = 0.71073 , μ(MoKα) = 0.172 mm-1 and F(000) = 904. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the six-membered ring of sultam shows a boat conformation (Fig. 1). The planes constructed by ((C6), (C7), (C8), (C9)) and ((C4), (C5), (C6), (C9)) form a dihedral angle of 70.3(3)°. The plane of (C1)-(C2)-(C3) forms dihedral angles to the aforementioned planes of 85.9(4) and 89.5(4)°, respectively. The molecules are linked via C-H···O/F interactions.  相似文献

A novel triazole derivative 4-(2-hydrobenzylideneamino)-3-(1,2,4-triazol-4-ylmethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)-thione(1) was synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis, FTIR, and 1H NMR, and its crystal structure was determined via X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Crystal data: monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a=0.83335(9) nm, b=1.49777(16) nm, c=1.14724(12) nm, β =107.990(2)°, D=1.470 Mg/m3, and Z=4. The geometries and the vibrational frequencies were determined using the density functional theory(DFT) method at the B3LYP/ 6-31G level. To demonstrate the accuracy of the reaction route of compound 1, one of the important intermediates was also tested using the same method. The structural parameters of the two compounds calculated using the DFT study are close to those of the crystals, and the harmonic vibrations of the two compounds computed via the DFT method are in good agreement with those in the observed IR spectral data. The thermodynamic properties of the title compound were calculated, and the compound shows a good structural stability at normal temperature. The test results of biological activities show that it has a certain bactericidal ability.  相似文献

For the development of new ligands as potential imaging agents for the serotonin transporter (SERT),a series of diphenyl ether derivatives have been synthesized,characterized,and evaluated for their in vitro binding affinities to the SERT. Among the above compounds,2-(2-((dimethylamino)methyl)-4-fluoro-phenoxy)-5-bromobenzenamine (15) and 2-(2-((dimethylamino)methyl)-4-fluorophenoxy)-5-iodobenzene amine (16) show high binding affinities for the SERT with Ki values of 0.28 and 0.20 nmol·L-1,respectively. They can be further labeled with carbon-11,fluorine-18,iodine-123 or bromine-76,and evaluated as useful imaging agents for the SERT. Moreover,the study of the structure-activity relationship (SAR) provides some useful information for the future design of new ligands.  相似文献

Photovoltaic performance of the organic solar cells(OSCs)based on 2-((5′-(4-((4-((E)-2-(5′-(2,2-dicyanovinyl)-3′,4-dihexyl-2,2′-bithiophen-5-yl)vinyl)phenyl)(phenyl)amino)styryl)-4,4′-dihexyl-2,2′-bithiophen-5-yl)methylene)malononitrile(L(TPAbTV-DCN))as donor and PC70BM as acceptor was optimized using 0.25 vol%high boiling point solvent additive of1-chloronaphthalene(CN),1,6-hexanedithiol(HDT),or 1,8-diodooctane(DIO).The optimized OSC based on L(TPA-bTVDCN)–PC70BM(1:2,w/w)with 0.25 vol%CN exhibits an enhanced power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 2.61%,with Voc of0.87 V,Jsc of 6.95 mA/cm2,and FF of 43.2%,under the illumination of 100 mW/cm2 AM 1.5 G simulated solar light,whereas the PCE of the OSC based on the same active layer without additive is only 1.79%.The effect of the additive on absorption spectra and the atomic force microscopy images of L(TPA-bTV-DCN)–PC70BM blend films were further investigated.The improved efficiency of the device could be ascribed to the enhanced absorption and optimized domain size in the L(TPA-bTV-DCN)–PC70BM blend film.  相似文献

The dissociation curves of the photolysis of the isocyanic acid HNCO→HN+CO corresponding to the ground state (S0), the first triplet excited state (TO and the first singlet excited state (S1) have been studied respectively at the UHF/6-311G** and CIS/6-311G** levels using ab initio method. The energy surface crossing points, S1/T1 T1/S0 and S1/S0, have been found and the characteristics of the energy minimum crossing point were given, based on which, the changes of the crossing points' geometries along the lower electronic energy surface and its end-result have been located according to the steepest descent principle. The computational result indicates thatthe photolysis of the isocyanic acid HNCO→HN + CO has three competitive reaction channels ((A)-(C)), and from the kinetic piont of view, channel (A) is the most advantageous.  相似文献

 Polarity, partition coefficient (K), methanol carbon number of surfactant ((CMeOH)S), and methanol carbon number of surfactant head group ((CMeOH)HG) are measured on six alkanolamides and five polyoxyethylenated long chain amines as stationary phases. From the measured methanol carbon numbers, polarity indices, (IP)S and (IP)HG, are calculated. The determined polarity terms are plotted against the head group weight fraction ( fHG ) of the investigated surfactants and several equations have been developed. The study reveals that the molecular structural gap between alkanolamides and polyoxyethylenated long chain amines diminished when HLB numbers of these surfactant classes are plotted against fHG values. Consequently, a general equation relating HLB and fHG is obtained.  相似文献

The absorption and emission spectra, excited-state lifetimes, quantum yields, and electrochemical measurements have been obtained for a new series of chiral complexes based on three different chiral 2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine ligands, (-)-ctpy, (-)-[ctpy-x-ctpy], and (-)-[ctpy-b-ctpy], with one, two, or multiple Ru metal centers. The room-temperature absorption and emission maxima of [[((-)-ctpy)Ru]-(-)-[ctpy-b-ctpy]-[Ru((-)-ctpy)]](PF(6))(4) and ((-)-[ctpy-b-ctpy])-[[Ru((-)-[ctpy-b-ctpy])](PF(6))(2)](n) were shifted to lower energies and also exhibited significantly longer luminescence lifetimes when compared to [Ru((-)-ctpy)(2)](PF(6))(2), [[((-)-ctpy)Ru]-(-)-[ctpy-x-ctpy]-[Ru((-)-ctpy)]](PF(6))(4), and ((-)-[ctpy-x-ctpy])-[[Ru((-)-[ctpy-x-ctpy])](PF(6))(2)](n). In terms of their electrochemical behavior, all of the complexes studied exhibited one Ru-centered and two ligand-centered redox waves and the [[((-)-ctpy)Ru]-(-)-[ctpy-x-ctpy]-[Ru((-)-ctpy)]](PF(6))(4), ((-)-[ctpy-x-ctpy])-[[Ru((-)-[ctpy-x-ctpy])](PF(6))(2)](n), and ((-)-[ctpy-b-ctpy])-[[Ru((-)-[ctpy-b-ctpy])](PF(6))(2)](n)() complexes were found to electrodeposit upon ligand-based reduction. The difference between the formal potentials of the Ru-centered and the first ligand-centered (least negative) waves corresponded linearly with the changes in the observed emission energies. The shifts in energy are discussed using a particle-in-a-box model, and the luminescence lifetimes are discussed in terms of the structure of the excited-state manifold.  相似文献

The first synthesis and characterization of metal coordinated complexes containing in situ prepared chiral trinitrogen 1,3-bis(4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-ylimino)isoindoline-based pincer ligands are reported. Two zinc complexes, isolated as Zn(L)(2), where L = 1,3-bis(4,5-dihydro-4-(R)-phenyloxazol-2-ylimino)isoindoline ((R,R)-5) or 1,3-bis(4,5-dihydro-4-(S)-iso-propyloxazol-2-ylimino)isoindoline ((S,S)-6), respectively, are reported. Complexes Zn((R,R)-5)(2) and Zn((S,S)-6)(2) were prepared in situ through the condensation of phthalonitrile with enantiopure 2-amino-4-(R)-phenyloxazoline ((R)-3) or 2-amino-4-(S)-iso-propyloxazoline ((S)-4) in the presence of ZnCl(2) at 80 °C in dry toluene over 3-4 days. The characterizations of Zn((R,R)-5)(2) and Zn((S,S)-6)(2) in both the solid (X-ray crystallography) and solution (multinuclear NMR spectroscopy) states are reported.  相似文献

The photodissociation of O(2) in the region from 120-133 nm has been investigated using product imaging. The spectrum in this region is dominated by transitions from the ground state to the first three vibrational levels of the E (3)Sigma(u) (-) state. The O((1)D)+O((3)P) channel is the only product channel observed by product imaging for dissociation at either 124.4 nm or 120.4 nm. The O((1)D(2)) product is aligned in the molecular frame in such a way that its J vector is perpendicular to the relative velocity vector between the O((1)D) and the O((3)P). The variation in the anisotropy of dissociation is approximately predicted by considering transitions on individual lines and then taking into account the coherent excitation of overlapping resonances. At 132.7 nm, both the O((1)D)+O((3)P) and the O((3)P)+O((3)P) channels are observed with branching ratios of 0.40+/-0.08 and 0.60+/-0.09, respectively. At 130.2 nm, the quantum yield for production of O((1)D) is 0.76+/-0.28.  相似文献

Some new chemo-sensors (4,4'-((1E,1′E)-(2,2′-dichloro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4,4′-diyl)bis(diazene-2,1-diyl))bis(3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid), 4-((E)-(4-(N-(4-((E)-(4-carboxy-2,6-dihydroxyphenyl)diazenyl)phenyl)sulfamoyl)phenyl)diazenyl)-3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 4-((E)-(4-((4-((E)-(4-carboxy-2,6-dihydroxyphenyl)diazenyl)-2-sulfophenyl)amino)phenyl)diazenyl)-3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid) were synthesized. These synthesized sensors were then characterized by FTIR, TLC, UV–Visible spectrophotometry, and NMR techniques. The sensors showed the best results for detection of all type of heavy metal ions simply by changing the colour of metal ion solution and by shifting in the λmax values of sensors due to interactions.  相似文献

The combination of an electrophilic metal center with a redox active ligand set has the potential to provide reactivity unique from transition metal redox chemistry. In this report, substituted iminopyridine complexes containing monoanionic and dianionic (Me)IP(Mes) ligands have been characterized structurally and electronically. Green ((Me)IP(Mes)(-))AlCl(2) (1), ((Me)IP(Mes)(-))AlMe(2) (2), and ((Me)IP(Mes)(-))GaCl(2) (5) have a doublet spin state which results from the anion radical form of (Me)IP(Mes). Purple ((Me)IP(Mes)(2-))AlCl(OEt(2)) (3), ((Me)IP(Mes)(2-))AlMe(OEt(2)) (4), and ((Me)IP(Mes)(2-))GaCl(OEt(2)) (6) are each diamagnetic. We have also investigated the solvent dependence of the decomposition of the (Me)IP(Mes) anion radical. Complexes 1 and 2 can be obtained from benzene and hexanes whereas the use of ether solvents results in the formation of undesirable ((CH2)IP(Mes)(-))AlCl(2) (1a) and ((CH2)IP(Mes)(-))AlCl(2) (2a) formed by loss of a hydrogen atom from the (Me)IP(Mes)(-) ligand. Electrochemical measurements indicate that 1, 2, and 5 are redox active.  相似文献

Various 2-((2-((5-benzylideneamino)-1,3,4-oxa/thiadiazol-2-yl)methyl)hydrazinyl) methyl)benzo[b][1,4]oxa/thiazepin-4(5H)-ones (4a–4l), 2-((2-((5-(4-oxo-2-substitutedphenyl thiazolidin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxa/thiadiazol-2-yl)methyl)hydrazinyl)methyl)benzo [b] [1,4]oxa/thiazepin-4(5H)-ones (5a–5l) and 2-((2-((5-(3-chloro-2-(substitutedphenyl)-4-oxoazetidin-1-yl)-1,3,4-oxa/thia diazol-2-yl)methyl)hydrazinyl)methyl)benzo[b][1,4]oxa/thiazepin-4(5H)-ones (6a–6l) have been synthesized. The structures of these compounds have been established by elemental (C, H, N) and spectral (IR, 1H-NMR and Mass) analysis. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antipsychotic and anticonvulsant activities. Compound 5l was found to be the most active compound of this series.  相似文献

The kinetics of chlorine atom abstractions from normal and selectively deuterated propane and isobutane have been measured at room temperature and 195 K using a laser flash photolysis system, and following the course of the reaction via IR diode laser absorption measurements of HCl product. In conjunction with the kinetic measurements, a comparison of the HCl signal heights from pairs of measurements on normal and selectively deuterated systems has allowed the determination of the branching fractions of the reactions at the primary, secondary (propane) and tertiary (isobutane) positions. The kinetic data (all in units of cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1)) for the reaction of Cl atoms with propane ((1.22 +/- 0.02) x10(-10), 195 K; (1.22 +/- 0.03) x10(-10) 298 K) and isobutane ((1.52 +/- 0.02) x10(-10), 195 K; (1.25 +/- 0.04) x10(-10), 298 K) are generally in good agreement with literature data. No data are available for comparison with our measurements for the reactions of Cl atoms with CH(3)CD(2)CH(3) ((1.02 +/- 0.03) x10(-10), 195 K; (1.09 +/- 0.02) x10(-10), 298 K) or (CH(3))(3)CD ((1.32 +/- 0.03) x10(-10), 195 K; (1.12 +/- 0.04) x10(-10), 298 K). Rate coefficients at 195 K for the reactions of Cl atoms with ethane ((5.04 +/- 0.08) x10(-11) and n-butane ((2.19 +/- 0.03) x10(-10)) were also measured. The branching fractions for abstraction at the primary position increased with temperature for both propane ((40 +/- 3)% at 195 K to (48 +/- 3)% at 298 K) and isobutane ((49 +/- 4)% at 195 K to (62 +/- 5)% at 298 K). The direct measurements from this study are in good agreement with most calculations based on structure activity relationships.  相似文献
