SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NEW POLYSILOXANE CONTAINING N,N’-BIS(DIPHENYLSILYL)TETRAPHENYLCYCLODISILAZANE

A new kind of polysiloxane containing N,N'-bis(diphenylsilyl)tetraphenylcyclodisilazane was prepared by anionicnon-equilibrium polymerization with a "seed solution" as initiator. The monomer, N,N'-bis(hydroxydiphenylsilyl)-tetraphenyl-cyclodisilazane (BHPTPC), was synthesized via the hydrolysis of N,N'-bis(chlorodiphenylsilyl)tetraphenyl-cyclodisilazane (BCPTPC). A new method for the preparation of BCPTPC is also reported here with high yield and simplermanipulation. The synthesized polysiloxane containing N,N'-bis(diphenylsilyl)tetraphenylcyclodisilazane was characterized by ~1H-NMR, ~(29)Si-NMR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and intrinsic viscosity.     

Detection of Tumor Necrosis Factor Gene by Piezoelectric Nucleic Acid Senosr

A piezoelectric nucleic acid sensor was constructed ofr detection of tumor necrosis factor gene.Two methods were employed for immobilization of nucleic acid probe on gold electrode of piezoelectric crystal.The results show that polyethyleneimine adbesion and glutaraldehyde cross-linking method has higher sensitivity,stability and selectivity than protein A method.The solid-phase nucleic acid hybridization of oligo unclecotides and tumor necrosis factor target gene sequence were monitorde using this sensor.Tumor necrosis factor gene sequence(580bp) was detected by this nucleic acid sensor for the first time.     

A stereoselective synthesis of squalamine

Squalamine (1) was synthesized stereoselectively in 14 steps and 19% overall yield from 3-keto-5-chenodeoxycholanate (2) by using a modified Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation as the key step.     

西洋参中挥发油化学成分的分析

利用气相色谱－质谱－计算机联用装置分析吉林栽培西洋参挥发油中的化学成分及相对含量。由于没有按照常规的乙醚提取，而紧 ８０％的甲醇提取，因此得到的挥发油成分及含量与文献报道有很大的差别，共鉴定出２３种化合物，其中醌类及酸类约占总挥发油含量的６５％，为该部分挥发油的主要成分。     

合成香料β-大马酮的高效液相色谱分析

本文提出了用分析型HPLC仪器制备β-大马酮标准品的方法及用HPLC测定β-大马酮含量的方法。制备色谱柱为Zorbax SIL 9.4 mmφ×25cm,流动相为石油醚(30～60℃)/乙醚98.5/1.5。分析用色谱柱为Shim CLC SIL 6 mmφ×15cm(岛津全多孔硅胶柱),流动相为石油醚(60—90℃)/无水乙醇99.88/0.12,检测器为紫外可见分光光度检测器。波长253nm或302nm,标准曲线的线性范围0～1.4mg/ml。峰高或峰面积均可用于测定,回收率100.7%。     

后过渡金属催化剂制备烯烃/极性单体共聚物

综述了近年来采用后过渡金属催化剂催化乙烯等α-烯烃与极性单体共聚合的研究进展。     

HZSM－5分子筛的水热脱铝研究 Ⅰ．氨－FTIR与吡啶－FTIR考察

运用ＦＴＩＲ手段，以氨和吡啶为探针研究了水热处理对分子筛结构及酸性的影响。研究结果表明，水热处理温度对分子筛中铝的状态有很大影响，随着水热处理温度的升高，骨架铝不断从分子筛的骨架中脱除出来，Ｂ酸位亦随之减少；脱出来的铝在孔道中沉积形成非骨架铝物种，其结构十分复杂，部分地形成了Ｌ酸位，从而使Ｌ酸位随着水热处理温度的升高而有所增加。Ｂ酸位与骨架铝有很好的对应关系。

报道标题化合物Ｌａ（ＰＭＢＰ）_３（Ｈ_２Ｏ）_２，Ｈｐｍｂｐ＝Ｃ_（１７）Ｈ_（１４）Ｎ_２Ｏ_２的合成及晶体结构，晶体属于单斜晶系，空间群Ｃ２／ｃ，晶体学数据：ａ＝２４．７４４（５），ｂ＝１６．３２５（６），ｃ＝２５．８７１（５），β＝１０５．４４（３）°，Ｖ＝１００７３（２）３，Ｍ_ｒ＝１００６，Ｚ＝８，Ｄ_ｘ＝１．３２８ｇ／ｃｍ~（－３），μ＝９．０４２ｃｍ~（－１），Ｆ（０００）＝４０９４。最终偏离因子Ｒ＝０．０４９，Ｒ_ｗ＝０．０５９。分子中Ｌａ（Ⅲ）与８个氧原子配位形成三角十二面体构型，Ｌａ－Ｏ平均键长为２．４９６（２）。     

Organosoluble and transparent polyimides derived from alicyclic dianhydride and aromatic diamines

Organosoluble polyimides were synthesized with the alicyclic dianhydride 1,8‐dimethylbicyclo[2,2,2]oct‐7‐ene‐2,3,5,6‐tetracarboxylic dianhydride and aromatic diamines. The polyimides possessed good solubility both in strong dipolar solvents and in common solvents; the thermal decomposition temperature of the polyimides exceeded 420 °C. Strong and flexible films of the polyimides, with the cutoff of ultraviolet–visible absorption lower than 310–320 nm, exhibited good features as the alignment layers for nematic liquid crystals with pretilt angles of 1.5–2.9°. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
