三维荧光光谱法连续测定苯胺、二苯胺和N-甲基苯胺

本文比较了苯胺、二苯胺、N-甲基苯胺的二维荧光光谱和三维荧光光谱。提出了同时测定苯胺,二苯胺和N甲基苯胺的分析方法,它们的浓度分别在2.0×10~(-7)～5.0×10~(-6)mol/L,9.0×10~(-8)～7.4×10~(-6)mol/L,1.3×10~(-7)～2.0×10~(-8)mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10~(-7)mol/L,8.0×10~(-9)mol/L,1.0×10~(-7)mol/L.相对标准偏差分别为5％,7％,7％.此方法用于混合样品和工业废水的分析,获得较满意的结果.     

几种常见阴离子的高效毛细管电泳-电导分离检测

采用柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠作为缓冲体系,使用负高压,对Cl-、NO3-、HCO3-、H2PO4-几种常见阴离子进行了分离检测,研究了缓冲剂的种类、浓度、pH值及操作电压对分离的影响;在选定的条件下,定量线性范围为Cl-5.0×10-5～2.5×103md/L,NO3-6.0×10-5～2.0×10-3mol/L,HCO3-1.0×10-5～2.0×10-3mol/L,H2PO4-6.0×10-5～1.0×10-3mol/L;检出限为Cl-1.5×10-5mol/L,NO3-3.0×10-5mol/L,HCO3-1.0×10mol/L,H2PO4-2.0×10-5mol/L;4种离子的RSD(n=6)分别为3.1%、33%、2.6%和2.9%;应用选定条件对自来水样品进行了分析,结果令人满意.     

A POLAROGRAPHIC CATHODIC WAVE OF VITAMIN C

The cathodic wave of vitamin C has not been reported in the literature so far.Its E_(1/2)wasfound at-1.85 volt vs.Ag/AgCl(25℃)in the base solution of 0.1mol/L Bu_4NI.Variouselectrochemical and spectral techniques were used for studying the electrode reaction.They all showed that the electrode reaction was quasi-reversible while C was more than1.0×10~(-6)mol/L and mainly adsorptive while C was less than 1.0×10~(-6)mol/L at a mercuryelectrode.The electron transfer number was 2 and the electron transfer coefficient 0.57.Using DPP techniques,the linear response range was 5.0×10~(-7)-2.0×10~(-3)mol/L and thedetection limit 1×10~(-7)mol/L.     

溶出伏安法同时测定水中痕量铀和镍

本文报道了同时测定钴和镍的一种方法.在 0.01mol/L NH_3·H_2O-0.01mol/LNH_4Cl-3.0×10~(-5)mol/L安息香缩氨基硫脲(BTSC)溶液中,钴(Ⅱ)和镍(Ⅱ)均产生非常灵敏的还原波,其峰电位分别是:-0.94和-0.75V(vs.SCE),峰电流与钴和镍的浓度分别在2.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-6)和1.0×10~(-8)~8.0×10~(-7)mol/L范围内成直线关系,该方法用于测定水中痕量钴和镍,相对标准偏差分别为1.4~2.0%和2.1~2.5%,回收率分别在98.0%~101.8%和97.9%~102.1%之间.     

Eastman-Kodak AQ膜修饰电极阴极溶出伏安法测定痕量铁

本文用热处理法成功地制备了性能稳定的Eastman-Kodak AQ/GC修饰电极,对Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)及其络合阳离子在该电极上的行为进行了研究。表明AQ膜对Fe~(3+)和Fe~(2+)具有相近的交换能力,可用于Fe~(3+)或Fe~(2+)及其总量的阴极溶出伏安法测定。线性范围分别为2.0×10~(-7)～2.2×10~(-5)mol/L(Fe~(3+))和5.0×10~(-7)～2.0×10~(-5)mol/L(Fe~(2+)),检出限为1.0×10~(-7)mol/L(Fe~(3+))。文中对电极反应和再生进行了探讨。     

阻抑速差催化光度法测定磺胺类药物

研究了磺胺嘧啶(SD),磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2),抑制了碘催化As(Ⅲ)-Ce4+反应速率的条件,建立了阻抑速差光度法测定磺胺类药物的新方法。结果表明,在含0.01 mg/L I-,0.225 mol/L H2SO4,0.5 g/L NaCl,0.00125 mol/L As2O3和0.001 mol/L Ce4+溶液中测定SD和SM2的线性范围分别为2.25~3.75和2.0~3.5 mg/L;检出限为2.1×10-4和2.7×10-4g/L;表观摩尔吸光系数(L.mol-1.cm-1)为3.44×104和2.76×104。已用本法测定SD和SM2针剂和SM2片剂。     

FLUORIMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TETRACYCLINE IN SERUM AND URINE

The Eu-Tetracycline(TC)-TOPO-sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)system wasstudied,Experiments showed that the maximum fluorescence intensity was obtainedin the pH range of 7.5-8.7 and the concentrations of Eu~(a+),TOPO and SDS are1.0×10~(-6)mol/L,1.0×10~(-8)mol/L and 1.0×10~(-8)mol/L,respectively,This fluorescencesystem can be used for the determination of TC in serum and urine,Beer's Law isobeyed in the range of 2.0×10~(-8)mol/L=1.0×10~(-6)mol/L for the concentration of TC.The determination limit is 1.2×10~(-8)mol/L,The composition and the luminescencemechanism were discussed.

用极谱分析法研究了血红蛋白催化H2O2氧化邻苯二胺(OPD)的反应体系.血红蛋白具有类似过氧化物酶的功能,它能够催化OPD-H2O2的反应生成一种具有电化学活性的产物,该产物在滴汞电极上-0.64V(vs.SCE)产生一个峰形良好的极谱还原峰.优化了血红蛋白的催化反应条件和催化反应产物的极谱测定条件 在最佳条件下,该体系可用于血红蛋白含量的测定,线性范围为2.0×10-9～2.0×10-7mol/L,检测限为1.0×10-9mol/L;也可用于痕量H2O2的测定,线性范围为1.0×10-6～2.0×10-4mol/L,检测限为1.0×10-6mol/L.     

一种基于形成杂多核络合物的荧光增敏效应的研究 Ⅲ.锰(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)的混合荧光增敏及其连续测定

本文研究了Mn~(2+)和Co~(2+)对7-(8-羟基-3,6-二磺基萘偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸-硼砂反应体系的混合荧光增敏作用。实验条件下,荧光增敏强度满足线性加和关系的范围是:Mn~(2+)浓度0～2.9×10~(-7)mol/L;Co~(2+)浓度0～8.8×10~(-7)mol/L;总浓度不超过1.0×10~(-6)mol/L。检出限量为Mn~(2+)4.5×10~(-9)mol/L和Co~(2+)1.4×10~(-8)mol/L。实现了Mn~(2+)和Co~(2+)的连续测定。     

碳糊电极吸附溶出伏安法测定游离钙

基于Ca(Ⅱ)-茜素红S(ARS)络合物在碳糊电极上的还原波,建立了吸附溶出伏安测定游离钙的新方法。在1.5×10-2mol/LKOH-2.0×10-5mol/LARS介质中,Ca(Ⅱ)-ARS络合物在碳糊电极上于-0.89V处产生一吸附还原波。当富集电位为.0.1V,富集时间90s,扫描速度为100mV/s时,该络合物单扫描阴极溶出峰的二阶导数峰电流与游离钙离子浓度在3.0×10-8~2.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系;检出限为9.4×10-9mol/L。在0.2mol/LHCl中清洗2min,该电极重现性良好。该方法可用于血清、牛奶和自来水中游离钙的测定。     

α-Amino acid derived enaminones and their application in the synthesis of N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates and other heterocycles

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.     

Specific intramolecular aromatic CH insertion of diazosulfonamides

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp³)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp²)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp²)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp³)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp³)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp²)?H insertion.     

N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes: synthesis,characterization and their applications in the C-N coupling and α-arylation of ketones using aryl chlorides

N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes 3 were successfully achieved in a one-pot procedure under mild conditions. The structure of 3a was unambiguously confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction and it was an active catalyst in the Buchwald-Hartwig amination and α-arylation of ketones even at very low catalyst loadings (0.01?mol%).     

Iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction using terminal alkyne as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines and fused-nitrogen heterocycles

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y₁ and Y₂. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.     

Facile synthesis of bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.     

Synthesis of pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazines and pyrazino[1,2-a]indoles by Curtius reaction in Morita-Baylis-Hillman derivatives

Synthesis of substituted pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazines and pyrazino[1,2-a]indoles from the Morita-Baylis-Hillman derivatives of acrylates via saponification followed by Curtius reaction is described.     

正丁胺对激光染料荧光谱影响的研究

用正丁胺作为碳源,采用射频辉光放电制备碳膜,选用激光染料R6G和聚乙二醇混合液作为蒸气源,采用单源热蒸发,在蒸发室与染料同时沉积得到混合膜,用拉曼光谱和红外光谱分析了碳膜的结构和键合方式,分析表明:碳膜中存在胺基团和氢原子.混合膜的荧光谱测量结果表明,认为正丁胺对染料荧光谱的影响是因为胺基和氢原子的存在.     

Cu0-catalysed 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions of α-amino acid derived N,N-cyclic azomethine imines to ynones

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu⁰ as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than Cu^I in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. Reactivity of differently substituted dipoles was evaluated experimentally and by quantum chemical methods (DFT).     

Synthesis and antioxidative/anti-inflammatory activity of novel fullerene–polyamine conjugates

(E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C₆₀, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.
