分别用MNDO,AM1和PM3三种半经验方法对C59HN所有1-2,1-4和1-6氢加成物C59H3N的异构体进行几何构型全优化,结合频率分析及HF/6-31G单点能计算,确定了各异构体的基态结构及其相对稳定性,计算结果表明,C59HN氢加成物的立体选择性规律与C60和C60H2的不同,最稳定异构体不是1-2加成物,而是1-4加成的6,18-或12,15-异构体,次稳定异构体为1-2加成物,三种半经验方法计算得到的两者能量差为13~15kJ/mol,N原子取代碳笼骨架C原子后,改变了碳笼氢加成物的立体选择性规律.  相似文献

为了考察勒烯衍生物结构与稳定性关系,采用密度泛函理论方法对C80X12(X=H,F,Cl,Br)进行了系统计算究.结表明,在C80X12(X=H,F)异构体中,最低能量异构体都违反五元环分离规则.然而,在C80X12(X=Cl,Br)异构体中,最低能量异构体都满足五元环分离规则.由于van der Waals半径较小,H或F加成到碳笼上时外部原子之间排斥作用小,因此在其优结构中,H或F优先加成到2个五元环共用碳原子上.相反,对于氯化、溴化勒烯,为了避免外部加成原子之间在重空间排斥作用,其优结构中Cl或Br优先加成到1,4-位点上.计算结还显,氢化、卤化反应热(C80+6X2→C80X12)遵循如下顺序,即C80F12>C80Cl12>C80H12>C80Br12.这些结表明勒烯衍生物稳定性和衍生化模与加成原子尺和电性有关.  相似文献

分别用半经验的AM1, PM3及MNDO方法研究了富勒烯衍生物C_(70)PH的12种可能异构体的结构和稳定性。计算结果表明: -PH基团加成在4种6-6键上的稳定构型中,非赤道带6-6键加成的三个异构体为闭环结构,赤道带6-6键加成的一个异构体为开环结构;-PH基团加成在4种6-5键上均可产生开环和闭环2种稳定构型。加成在6-5双键的异构体其闭环构型更稳定,加成在6-5单键的异构体其开环构型更稳定。闭环异构体中-PH基团加成在碳球极处6-6键上的构型1,2最稳定,开环异构体中-PH基团加成在赤道带6-6键上的构型8最稳定。  相似文献

用从头算HF/STO-3G方法对(C36OH)+的3种异构体之间的重排机理进行了理论研究.计算结果表明,异构体2的热力学稳定性最强;从动力学角度考虑,由异构体1和3转化为2比反方向转化容易得多.结合电荷在碳笼表面的分布,预计动力学上最终在C7和C26位置上发生羟基加成的几率最大,该结论与热力学上预计的跨赤道六元环内羟基1,4-加成所得到的C36(OH)2异构体最稳定的结果一致.  相似文献

使用AM1和PM3两种半经验方法,对所有的C36H2异构体实行非对称性限制的全优化,并结合频率分析及HF/6-31G单点能计算,确定了各异构体的基态结构及其相对稳定性.在此基础上,通过分析加成位置与异构体稳定性之间的关系,得出三条加成位置选择性的规律.最后,利用π-轨道轴矢量(POAV)方法计算了反应前后碳笼中张力的变化.张力与键级分析的结果表明加成位置选择性的规律不是由碳笼释放的张力决定的,而是由C36H2体系的总共轭性质决定的.  相似文献

本文采用量子化学密度泛函理论的B3LYP/6-31G*方法,对C24和B12N12团簇的12种异构体进行了优化,并对它们的几何构型、振动频率、核独立化学位移(NICS)和结合能进行了理论探讨, 比较了C24和B12N12团簇结构的稳定性。研究表明:C24团簇的最稳定几何构型为类石墨结构d,B12N12团簇的最稳定结构为4/6笼状结构g。C24异构体的稳定性大小顺序为d > b > f > c > a > e。B12N12团簇异构体稳定性大小顺序为a > f> c> d > e >b。  相似文献

用INDO系列方法对自由基C59N及双体(C59N)2进行了理论研究,结果表明: N的掺入使C60笼发生畸变, N向笼外突出, 碳氮6-6键上的C自旋密度较大, 两C59N自由基在这个碳上以C-C单键连接形成双体为C2h, C2v对称性。其中C2v构型更稳定, 且N与附近的三个碳均以单键连接。理论计算的电子光谱与实验吻合较好。(C59N)2易分解为单体C59N。  相似文献

The photooxidation reactions of olefins sensitized by the excited triplet states of bisazafullerene (C(59)N)(2) and hydroazafullerene C(59)HN have been studied. Oxidation yields were compared with those of pristine C(60). The singlet oxygen yields are also determined directly from the emission intensities, which are in good agreement with the oxidation yields. The triplet states of (C(59)N)(2) and C(59)HN have been identified by the time-resolved spectroscopic method by observing the triplet-triplet absorption spectra, which decay in the presence of oxygen. It has been proven that (C(59)N)(2) and C(59)HN have the ability to sensitize the reactions via singlet oxygen in about half of the efficiency of that of pristine C(60). For both azafullerenes, the triplet lifetimes are shorter than that of pristine C(60), which may be related to the nitrogen atom embedded in the C(60) moiety.  相似文献

We have performed density functional calculations for the structures and stabilities of various isomers of the defect fullerene clusters of C(60): C(59), C(58), and C(57). The C(59_)5-8, C(58_)5-5-7, and C(57_)4-5-9 clusters were calculated to be the most stable isomers of the C(59), C(58), and C(57) clusters, respectively. There are obvious relationships between structure and stability of the defect fullerene clusters. First, an unsaturated carbon atom favors being located at a 6-membered ring rather than a 5-membered ring. Second, the most stable isomers prefer to have newly formed 5-membered rings, rather than newly formed 4-membered rings.  相似文献

Milligram amounts of the new compounds 1,9- and 1,7-C60F(CF3) (ca. 85:15 mixture of isomers) and C60F3(CF3) were isolated from a high-temperature C60/K2PtF6 reaction mixture and purified to 98 mol % compositional purity by two-dimensional high-performance liquid chromatography using Buckyprep and Buckyclutcher columns. The previously observed compounds C60F5(CF3) and C60F7(CF3) were also purified to 90+ mol % for the first time. Variable-temperature 19F NMR spectra of the mixture of C60F(CF3) isomers and the previously reported mixture of C(s)- and C1-C60F17(CF3) isomers demonstrate for the first time that fullerene(F)n(CF3)m derivatives with adjacent F and CF3 substituents exhibit slow-exchange limit hindered CF3 rotation spectra at -40 +/- 10 degrees C. The experimental and density functional theory (DFT) predicted deltaH++ values for CF3 rotation in 1,9-C60F(CF3) are 46.8(7) and 46 kJ mol(-1), respectively. The DFT-predicted deltaH++ values for 1,7-C60F(CF3), C(s)-C60F17(CF3), and C1-C60F17(CF3) are 20, 44, and 54 kJ mol(-1), respectively. The (> or = 4)J(FF) values from the slow-exchange-limit 19F spectra, which vary from ca. 0 to 48(1) Hz, show that the dominant nuclear spin-spin coupling mechanism is through-space coupling (i.e., direct overlap of fluorine atom lone-pair orbitals) rather than coupling through the sigma-bond framework. The 2J(FF) values within the CF3 groups vary from 107(1) to 126(1) Hz. Collectively, the NMR data provide an unambiguous set of (> or = 4)J(FF) values for three different compounds that can be correlated with DFT-predicted or X-ray diffraction derived distances and angles and an unambiguous set of 2J(FF) values that can serve as an internal standard for all future J(FF) calculations.  相似文献

The compounds Y[N(QPPh2)2]3 (Q = S (1), Se (2)) have been synthesized in good yield from the protonolysis reactions between Y[N(SiMe3)2]3 and HN(QPPh2)2 in methylene chloride (CH2Cl2). The compounds are not isostructural. In 1, the Y atom is surrounded by three similar [N(SPPh2)2]- ligands bound eta 3 through two S atoms and an N atom. The molecule possesses D3 symmetry, as determined in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and in solution by 89Y and 31P NMR spectroscopies. In 2, the Y atom is surrounded again by three [N(SePPh2)2]- ligands, but two are bound eta 2 through the two Se atoms and the other ligand is bound eta 3 through the two Se atoms and an N atom. Although a fluxional process is detected in the 31P and 77Se NMR spectra, a triplet is found in the 89Y NMR spectrum of 2 (delta = 436 ppm relative to YCl3 in D2O, 2JY-P = 5 Hz). This implies that on average the conformation of one eta 3- and two eta 2-bound ligands is retained in solution. Crystallographic data for 1: C72H60N3P6S6Y, rhombohedral, R3c, a = 14.927(5) A, c = 56.047(13) A, V = 10815(6) A3, T = 153 K, Z = 6, and R1(F) = 0.042 for the 1451 reflections with I > 2 sigma(I). Crystallographic data for 2: C72H60N3P6Se6Y.Ch2-Cl2, monoclinic, P2(1)n, a = 13.3511(17) A, b = 38.539(7) A, c = 14.108(2) A, beta = 94.085(13) degrees, V = 7241(2) A 3, T = 153 K, Z = 4, and R1(F) = 0.037 for the 8868 reflections with I > 2 sigma(I).  相似文献

The crystals of 2- and 3-cyanopyridine isomers have been obtained by a sublimation method. The crystal structures of both isomers have been determined on the basis of low-temperature X-ray single crystal experiments and compared, also in relation to 4-cyanopyridine. In 2-cyanopyridine the nitrogen atom of the CN group, whereas in 3- the N-ring atom, is involved in the shortest intermolecular contact. In both cases, the hydrogen bond type interactions are rather of a weak nature, but they are important for developing of the polymeric chains.  相似文献

以2-碳基丙酸水杨酰腙、咪唑与五水硫酸铜在水中反应,首次制得混配体配合 物Cu(C10H8N2O4)(C3H4N2)(H2O)[C10H8N2O4^2-为2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负离子 ;C3H4N2为咪唑],并在甲醇溶剂中培养出单晶.该单晶为深绿色,属单斜晶系, 空间群为P2(1)/c,晶胞参数a=1.50583(5)nm,b=1.08411(3)nm,c=0.94366(2)nm, α=90°,β=101.5583(11)°,γ=90°,V=1.50927(7)nm^3,Z=4,μ=1.479mm^-1, Dc=1.628Mg/m^3,F(000)=756.00,R=0.0340,ωR=0.0777,GOF=1.025。晶体测试结果 表明,配合物中Cu(Ⅱ)的配位数为5,处于四方锥配位环境,其中配体2—羰基丙酸 水杨酰腙的羧基以单齿配位.腙基上C≡N的N配位以及碳基(C≡0)的0配位,咪唑的 3位N参与了配位,这四个配位原子处于四方锥的锥底,另一个配位原子来自H20中 的0,它处于四方锥的锥顶.在晶胞中,除分子内存在氢键外,分子间也存在氢键 .根据TG-DTG曲线研究了配合物的热分解过程,利用Kissinger公式计算了配合物 主要分解阶段的表观活化能.  相似文献

用从头算HF/3-21G方法研究了C50的环加成衍生物C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S)所有可能的异构体的结构与稳定性, 计算结果表明, SiH2基团、PH基团与S原子在C50上环加成的优先加成位置相同, 都为C3—C4类键和C4—C4类键, 并且相应形成[5,6]-闭环和[5,5]-闭环结构的最稳定异构体; 决定C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S)各异构体稳定性的主要因素, 因加成位置以及发生加成反应的C—C键的单双键类型的不同, 可能是张力、共轭效应或者二者的共同作用. 进一步比较了C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S)与C50X(X=CH2, NH, O)的结构和稳定性等, 并总结出规律性的结论, 即加成原子的大小和加成位置C—C键的类型是影响形成开环或闭环结构的C50环加成衍生物的两种主要因素.  相似文献
