三维大孔TiO2光催化剂的制备及其催化性能   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
 以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球为模板,以钛酸正丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有三维结构的大孔TiO2. 采用差示扫描量热、热重-微分热重、X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和氮气吸附等手段对样品进行了表征. 结果表明,高温热处理后得到的三维大孔TiO2光催化剂的孔径为200 nm左右,孔径分布均匀, TiO2纳米晶粒中锐钛矿相和金红石相的含量分别为82%和18%. 光催化氧化实验表明,此种三维结构的TiO2对甲基橙溶液具有较好的光催化氧化性能.  相似文献

多孔二氧化钛微球的制备、表征及其光催化性能   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以Lutensol TO(异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚)系列非离子表面活性剂为辅助剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了比表面积高、孔径分布窄的锐钛矿型TiO2多孔微球,并用透射电镜、扫描电镜、热重-差热分析、X射线衍射和氮吸附进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝降解为模型反应评价了其光催化性能,并与商品化TiO2Degussa P25进行了比较.实验结果表明,样品在425℃焙烧后,形成具有孔状结构的锐钛矿型TiO2微球,粒径为0.7~1.0μm,比表面积为70.5 m2/g,总孔容为0.12 cm3/g,平均孔径为4.26nm,晶粒尺寸为12 nm.这种多孔TiO2微球具有较高的催化活性,与Degussa P25纳米TiO2的催化活性相当.  相似文献

利用高分子反相悬浮聚合技术结合溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2晶粒组成的多孔微球. 以TiO2多孔微球为载体, 利用浸渍法制备了CuO/TiO2催化剂, 用示差扫描量热法、热重分析、X 射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对TiO2多孔微球和催化剂进行了表征, 并对其进行了CO催化氧化性能的评价. 结果表明, 于500 ℃焙烧的TiO2多孔微球基本为锐钛矿型结构, 其粒径为19.5 nm. XPS结果表明, 催化剂中载体和活性组分存在相互作用, Cu除了以Cu2+的形式存在外, 还以部分Cu+和Cu0的形式存在. CO催化氧化研究结果表明, 催化剂的催化活性与浸渍液的浓度和催化剂的焙烧温度有关. 用0.5 mol/L Cu(NO3)2·3H2O溶液浸渍得到的催化剂和于200 ℃焙烧得到的催化剂具有较好的催化活性.  相似文献

以TiOSO4和硅溶胶为原料, 加入甲酰胺作为干燥控制化学添加剂, 采用W/O乳状液中的溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/SiO2凝胶微球, 通过正硅酸乙酯母液浸泡、溶剂交换、陈化和常压干燥技术制备TiO2/SiO2气凝胶微球, 采用光学显微镜、SEM、TEM和BET比表面及孔分布测定等手段对所得样品进行表征. 典型的气凝胶微球样品是由粒径15 nm左右, 粒度分布相当均匀的球状纳米粒子构成的轻质纳米多孔材料, 表观密度为177 kg•m-3, 比表面积372 m2•g-1, 平均孔径22.78 nm, 孔隙率高达92.0%, 微球的宏观粒径为50 m. 依据制备条件的变化, TiO2/SiO2气凝胶微球的宏观粒径可控在10~200 m之间, 表观密度为150~300 kg•m-3, 比表面积为300~400 m2•g-1, 平均孔径在18.71~22.78 nm之间变化.  相似文献

以非离子型表面活性剂TO8为模板剂,采用溶胶凝胶-表面活性剂法合成了介孔TiO2微球.运用SEM,TG—DTA,XRD,BET,UV等测试手段对其进行表征并探讨了TO8的加入量和不同热处理方式对样品形貌、结构的影响.实验表明TiO2微球呈单分散性,球径约800nm;介孔结构,孔径约3.5nm且分布较窄.TiO2微球为单一锐钛矿相,在190~380nm范围内有强紫外吸收.热处理时采取分步焙烧、控制升温速率和高温焙烧时间,可获得比表面较大的介孔TiO2微球.  相似文献

以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球为模板,分别以钛酸四丁酯和四异丙醇钛为钛源,通过溶胶-凝胶法辅助模板法制得TiO2纳米微球前驱体,并用程序升温控制其焙烧温度,最终成功制得了具有三维有序介孔/大孔复合结构的TiO2微球.以罗丹明B(RhB)为模型污染物,探索了以不同钛源制备得到的介孔/大孔复合TiO2微球的光催化性能;并采用XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-vis DRS、比表面积测试、光催化性能测试等对样品的晶粒尺寸、物相、形貌、光吸收、比表面积及性能等进行了分析.结果表明,运用溶胶凝胶法辅助模板法能够合成结晶度高、形貌规整、比表面积大、光催化活性良好的锐钛矿相TiO2微球.  相似文献

本文报道了一种简单快速构建NH4Cl-TiO2核壳结构、氧化钛空心纳米球和介孔氧化钛纳米粒子的方法.通过非水体系中TiO2·xH2O0与NH4C1的混合物在NHaCl纳米晶聚集体上的沉积过程,构建了以NH4C1为核,TiO2-xH2O与NH4Cl混合物为壳的核壳复合结构.利用甲醇萃取方法去除核壳结构中的NH4C1可以得到由多孔氧化钛构成的空心纳米球,60nm左右大小,纳米球壁厚约为15nm,平均孔径为1.9nm;而利用500℃煅烧的方法除去NH4c1后的产物是具有内在介孔(2.2nm)的纳米粒子,粒子平均尺寸为14.7nm.这种纳米尺度的多级介孔结构有利于形成具有良好光催化活性的TiO2纳米材料.在以甲基橙为目标的光催化降解反应中,合成的介孔纳米粒子显示了良好的光催化效果,其活性比同样500℃煅烧的普通无孔纳米粒子的活性要高出61%.本方法可能在快速低成本制造复杂纳米结构和廉价高效光催化剂方面起到积极作用.  相似文献

以聚乙二醇和共嵌段化合物F127为双模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶辅助水热法制备了球形介孔TiO2(MS-TiO2).采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、热重分析和低温N2吸附-脱附对样品进行了结构表征,并以苯酚为降解模型物在紫外光下对其活性进行了评价.结果表明,所得TiO2为球形介孔结构,孔径为6.5~12.6nm,比表面积最高可达106.9m2/g,孔体积0.21cm3/g,球形颗粒直径200~300nm,由粒径为15~20nm的小晶粒组成.随着焙烧温度的升高,TiO2的比表面积和孔体积减小,孔径增大.双模板剂的使用比单一模板剂更能形成稳定的立体网状球形胶束,并有效抑制TiO2前驱体的团聚,诱导其形成球形介孔结构.其中,在500oC下焙烧所制MS-TiO2样品表现最高的光催化活性,苯酚降解率达86.4%,为TiO2的1.3倍.  相似文献

提出了一种在室温、大气环境等温和条件下通过酯化反应将端羧基聚合物链接枝到纳米SiO2微球表面从而制备有机/无机复合纳米微粒的新方法.该方法通过以下两个步骤得以实现,即第一,用3-环氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷对纳米SiO2微球表面进行改性处理,接着将引入到纳米SiO2表面的环氧基团转化为烷羟基基团;第二,通过引入到纳米SiO2微球表面的烷羟基与聚合物中的端羧基在室温下发生酯化反应,从而将聚合物接枝到纳米SiO2表面制得复合微球.利用XPS、FTIR、TEM和TGA等测试手段对纳米SiO2的改性过程以及聚合物接枝后得到的复合微球进行了表征.研究结果表明,该室温酯化接枝方法具有较高的接枝率,接枝到无机纳米微粒表面的聚合物占复合微球质量的55wt%~70wt%;接枝聚合物后,纳米SiO2微球的粒径从40nm增加到64~75nm,从而得到了以SiO2为核、以聚合物为壳的有机-无机复合微球.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了核-壳介孔SiO2微球,分别利用透射电镜和拉曼光谱对该微球的超微结构进行了观察及光谱分析。结果表明:制备的核-壳介孔SiO2微球是由外表面孔径为7nm、厚度30nm的有序介孔SiO2壳层,包裹着核直径为200nm的实心SiO2微球所组成,介孔壳层具有较大的比表面积,具有良好的光谱性质。  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Cotton cellulose was swollen in a sodium hydroxide solution and carboxymethylated by a two-bath method for different periods of time for each process. The kinetics of acid hydrolysis and the crystallinity of the swollen and carboxymethylated samples were measured. The proportion of broken bonds, rate constants for hydrolysis, and permeability of cellulose to hydrolyzing agents were calculated. The susceptibility of glycosidic linkages to acid hydrolysis was improved by carboxymethylation more than by swelling in alkali. The increased accessibility of carboxymethylcellulose to acid was regarded as a consequence of increased intra-and intercrystalline swelling and of the glycosidic bonds' weakness caused by the electron-attracting carboxymethyl group on the C-6 position.  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

The aim of the presented work was the investigation of thermal oxidation of ilmenite in static air atmosphere. The investigations were carried out by use of a derivatograph (MOM, Hungary). The changes of crystallographic structure of investigated samples were identified by X-ray diffractometry on Philips PW-1710 diffractometer. In temperature above 500°C appears structure of hematite Fe2O3. On the basis of the thermogravimetric measurements, the contracting area and contracting volume models were found as the best fitting experimental data. Cyclopropyl derivative of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol is synthesized as a probe to investigate the mechanism of base-catalyzed autooxidation of phenol derivatives. Our study indicates that one electron reduction of molecular oxygen from phenolate gives phenoxyl radical 3, a key intermediate of autooxidation. The coupling of phenoxyl radical and superoxide radical gives peroxylate anion 4 and produces the final epoxy alcohol adduct 6.  相似文献
