不同CuO/CeO2催化剂上CO低温氧化反应 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
分别用热解硝酸铈法和浸渍法制备了不同物性的CeO2粉体和相应的CuO/CeO2催化剂,并用XRD, HRTEM和TPR等对样品进行了表征,利用微反-色谱装置考察了其催化CO低温氧化的活性. 结果表明,热解温度影响CeO2的物性(形貌、粒度大小及分布等). 相同条件下,不同物性的CeO2载体上CuO的负载情况不同, 500 ℃热解获得的CeO2载体上非晶态CuO负载量最高,相应的CuO/CeO2催化剂活性也较高. 非晶态CuO一部分进入CeO2晶格,另一部分高度分散于CeO2表面上. 焙烧温度较低时(≤ 600 ℃), 催化剂活性受焙烧温度的影响较小,而高温(800 ℃)焙烧后,催化剂则因载体粒度增大和CuO烧结团聚等因素导致催化活性明显降低. 相似文献

溶剂化金属原子浸渍法制备Pd-Cu/γ-Al2O3低温CO氧化催化剂 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
Nano-particle Pd/γ-Al2O3 monometallic and Pd-Cu/γ-Al2O3 bimetallic catalysts were prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation (SMAI) method. The results of XRD measurement indicated that Pd- Cu alloy was formed in the bimetallic catalysts and the crystalline particle size of the alloy increased as Cu contents increased with av-erage diameters < 6.0nm for all the samples. XPS and Auger spectra showed that Pd was in zero- valent state, Cu existed mainly in zero- valent state and partially in monovalent state Cu+. The Pd/γ-Al2O3 and Pd-Cu/γ-Al2O3 catalysts exhibited higher activity for CO oxidation at low temperature. The activity of Pd-Cu/γ-Al2O3 bimetallic catalyst was higher than that of Pd/γ-Al2O3 monometallic catalyst. The Pd-Cu/γ-Al2O3 catalyst with Pd/Cu atomic ratio of 1∶1 showed the highest activity. 相似文献

用沉积-沉淀法制备了不同金含量的Au/SnO2催化剂.采用XRD和UV-Vis等手段对催化剂样品进行了表征并考察了沉积溶液的pH值、金的负载量、焙烧温度和气氛等对Au/SnO2催化CO氧化活性的影响.结果表明:当沉积溶液的pH=9~10时,所制得的金属金的平均粒径最小;随着金的负载量的增大,金属金的粒径增大, Au/SnO2的催化活性降低;在所研究的条件下, Au/SnO2前驱体在空气中473 K下焙烧4 h,得到的催化剂活性最高;在氢气中373 K下处理2 h的Au/SnO2的催化活性在所有样品中是最高的. 相似文献

A versatile countercurrent chromatography with upright multilayer coil planet centrifuge, named upright countercurrent chromatography (UCCC), was applied to the isolation and purification of celastrol from the roots of Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. The crude celastrol was obtained by elution with petroleum ether from ethanol extracts using a 15 cm length and 5 cm I.D. of silica gel flash chromatography. Preparative UCCC (Fig. 1) with a two-phase system composed of petroleum ether (b. p. 60 ~ 90 ℃ )-ethyl acetate-tetrachloromethanemethanol-water ( 1:1:8:6: 1, v/v) was successfully performed, yielding 705 mg celastrol at 99.5 % purity from 1020 rng of the crude extract in one step separation. 相似文献
