在金电极上组装了L-半胱氨酸,采用循环伏安法研究了对氨基苯酚在L-半胱氨酸修饰金电极上的电化学行为.结果表明:在pH 6.54的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,扫描速率为100 mV·s-1时,L-半胱氨酸修饰金电极上对对氨基苯酚具有良好的电催化活性,并显示对氨基苯酚在此修饰电极上的反应过程与裸金电极相比有良好的可逆性.将此优化的反应条件,应用于测定饮用水中对氨基苯酚的含量.对电催化机理也作了简要探讨. 相似文献

研制了聚毗咯/NQS修饰金带电极,讨论了NQS/PPy的电聚合过程及实验条件对金电极上吡咯聚合物膜性质的影响;用成核及生长理论解释了阴离子NQS对电聚合过程计时电流曲线的影响,优化了NQS/PPy/Au电极的制备条件.该修饰电极稳定性好,对辅酶Ⅰ在金电极上的还原有催化作用.在pH=7.0时催化电流在4.0×10 ̄(-5)~1.5×10 ̄(-3)mol/L范围内与NAD ̄+ 浓度有线性关系,探讨了电催化作用的机制. 相似文献

纳米金修饰玻碳电极在抗坏血酸共存下选择性测定多巴胺 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
利用电沉积的方式制备了纳米金 ( Nano- gold,NG)修饰玻碳电极 ( GCE)。该电极对多巴胺 ( DA)和抗坏血酸 ( AA)均有催化作用 ,且多巴胺在纳米金修饰玻碳电极上有较强的吸附作用。同时研究了磷酸缓冲溶液的 p H值和离子强度对 DA的电化学行为的影响。纳米金修饰玻碳电极在 DA和 AA的混合溶液中的循环伏安图上可观察到两个明显分开的氧化峰 ,峰电位差达到 1 5 0 m V。据此 ,提出了两种利用该电极在抗坏血酸共存下选择性测定多巴胺的方法 ,线性范围分别为 3.0× 1 0 - 6 ~1 .0× 1 0 - 4mol/ L和 1 .2 5× 1 0 - 6 ~ 1 .0× 1 0 - 4mol/ L。 相似文献

用特别设计的以平面金电极为工作电极,以Nafion膜为固体电解质的实验装置,对金电极析氢反应过程中吸附氢原子的表面扩散及吸附氢原子复合为氢分子的反应进行了定量研究,发现吸附氢原子在金表面上的扩散及复合反应引起了电流增加.对这一随时间变化的电流增加数据进行计算机模拟和数值拟合,得到金电极析氢反应中吸附氢原子的表面扩散系数、复合反应常数及其它动力学参数,并对数据进行了讨论. 相似文献

用微电极进行活体检测神经化学物质属于侵入式分析,会对脑组织产生不可避免的损伤,进而在生理上产生一些信号干扰检测过程. 减小电极的尺寸对于减小对脑组织的损伤非常重要. 该研究报道了一种新型制备金纳米电极的方法并将其用于活体鼠脑内多巴胺分析研究. 这种金纳米电极的制备过程包含两步:1)通过离子溅射在毛细管的尖端覆盖一层金种子;2)把覆盖有金种子的毛细管浸入氯金酸和盐酸羟胺混合溶液中湿法沉积生成连续导电金膜. 制备好的纳米电极尖端约300 ~ 400 nm. 该金纳米电极可以应用于多巴胺的检测,并且在多巴胺浓度1.0 ~ 56.0 μmol·L-1范围内有很好的线性响应,最低检测限低至0.14 μmol·L-1(信噪比=3). 该金纳米电极具有优异的电化学性能,可以成功的应用于检测鼠脑纹状体儿茶酚胺的释放. 相似文献

The paper considers the possibility of determining the gold (III) by stripping voltammetry on graphite electrode modified by bismuth. It is shown the modification of the graphite electrode by bismuth increases the sensitivity of detection of gold in 2 times. The comparison of the results of gold determination by stripping voltammetry and by atomic absorption is presented. In this paper, the electrochemical behaviors of a single gold nanoparticle attached on a nanometer sized electrode have been studied. The single nanoparticle was characterized by using electrochemical methods. Since there is only one nanoparticle on the electrode, unarguable information for that sized particle could be obtained. Our preliminary results show that it becomes more difficult to oxidize gold nanoparticle or reduce gold nanoparticle oxide as the radius of the particle becomes smaller. Also, the peak potential of the reduction of gold nanoparticle oxide is proportional to the reciprocal of the radius of the particle. 相似文献

利用L-半胱氨酸自组装膜修饰金电极(L-Cys,Au/SAMs), 在0.05mol/L H_2SO_4 底液中研究了 Na_2SeO_3 的电化学特性.在0.00~1.30 V (vs. SCE) 电位范围内对微量Na_2SeO_3进行循环伏安扫描,发现L-Cys, Au/SAMs修饰电极在峰电位0.89 V处有灵敏的Se的氧化溶出峰.通过比较裸金电极和修饰电极在Na_2SeO_3 溶液中的电化学特性发现,修饰电极通过巯基中的S与Na_2SeO_3发生氧化还原作用生成Se,且修饰电极对沉积在电极表面的Se的氧化过程具有催化作用.根据Na_2SeO_3在单分子膜上的电化学行为,提出了单分子膜中硫(Au-S)与Se(Ⅳ)作用生成Se的反应机理、Se电化学催化氧化机理及巯基化合物通过生成纳米硒生物吸收Se的类生物膜模型. 相似文献

A new methodology, based on silver electrocatalytic deposition and designed to quantify gold deposited onto carbon paste electrode (CPE) and glassy carbon electrode (GCE), has been developed in this work. Silver (prepared in 1.0 M NH3) electrodeposition at ?0.13 V occurs only when gold is previously deposited at an adequate potential on the electrode surface for a fixed period of time. When a CPE is used as working electrode, an adequate oxidation of gold is necessary. This oxidation is carried out in both 0.1 M NaOH and 0.1 M H2SO4 at oxidation potentials. When a GCE is used as working electrode, the oxidation steps are not necessary. Moreover, a cleaning step in KCN, which removes gold from electrode surface, is included. To obtain reproducibility in the analytical signal, the surface of the electrodes must be suitably pretreated; this electrodic pretreatment depends on the kind of electrode used as working electrode. Low detection limits (5.0×10?10 M) for short gold deposition times (10 min for CPE and 5 min for GCE) were achieved with this novel methodology. Finally, sodium aurothiomalate can be quantified using silver electrocatalytic deposition and GCE as working electrode. Good linear relationship between silver anodic stripping peak and aurothiomalate concentration was found from 5.0×10?10 M to 1.0×10?8 M. 相似文献

Presently, bisphenol A (BPA) has been added to the list of substances of very high concern as endocrine disruptors. According to the literature, exposure to bisphenol A even at low doses may result in adverse health effects. In this study, electrochemical sensor of Bisphenol A based on thioether DDT‐Poly(N‐vinylpyrrolidone) oligomer has been developed. The thioether oligomer, which is capable of recognizing BPA, was prepared and used for gold electrode modification. The characterization of the modified gold electrode and the synthesized thioether oligomer were carried out by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR) and Size exclusion chromatography (SEC). Obtained results indicate that the modified electrode shows good electrochemical activity, good sensitivity and reproducibility for BPA detection. It exhibited a good linear relationship ranging from 1 to 20 pg/mL, and the detection limit was found to be 1.9 pg/mL at S/N=3. Several interfering species such as hydroquinone, phenol and resorcinol were used and their behaviors on the modified gold electrode were investigated. 相似文献
