近年来,氧化锌(ZnO)由于依赖于尺寸、形状的光电特性而备受关注。纳米ZnO尺寸较小、表面能高,易团聚,使其在光电、生物等方面的应用受到限制。将其与聚合物复合或组装,不但能稳定纳米ZnO,而且可以使纳米ZnO/聚合物复合材料具有优良性能。本文综述了近年来纳米ZnO/聚合物复合材料的制备方法(聚合物辅助、表面接枝、转移分散等法)及纳米ZnO/聚合物器件在电致发光、光伏电池、荧光成像等方面的应用,并对纳米ZnO/聚合物复合材料的发展做了展望。  相似文献

采用低温水热法在掺氟SnO2 (FTO)导电玻璃表面制备ZnO纳米阵列, 研究了前驱体溶液浓度摩尔配比对ZnO纳米阵列形貌、光学性能及其生长机理的影响. 研究发现, 随着前驱体溶液浓度摩尔配比的增加, ZnO纳米阵列形貌及光学性能也随之变化. ZnO纳米阵列高度逐渐降低, ZnO纳米阵列直径和光学带隙值大体上出现先增大后降低的趋势. 而当前驱体溶液(Zn(NO3)2:环六亚甲基四胺(HMT, C6H12N4))浓度摩尔配比为5:5时, 其光学禁带值(3.2 eV)接近于理论值. 结果显示制备ZnO纳米阵列的最优浓度摩尔配比为5:5. 随后选用最优浓度摩尔配比下制备的ZnO纳米阵列为基底, 通过一种两步溶液法成功在其表面制备刺突状CuO/ZnO异质结.从场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)结果中可以清楚看见, 大量的CuO纳米粒子沉积在ZnO纳米阵列表面形成刺突状异质结结构.研究发现该CuO/ZnO纳米异质结相对于纯ZnO纳米阵列在紫外光下光催化性能明显增加. 最后, 讨论了CuO/ZnO纳米异质结光催化机理.  相似文献

采用简便的两步溶液相化学方法,在较低温度下(80℃),制备出了花状的ZnO/ZnS异质结构。分别利用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、紫外-可见光谱仪等测试手段对所制备的样品进行表征,结果表明ZnO/ZnS异质结构是由花状ZnO纳米结构和ZnS纳米粒子组成。在光降解罗丹明B(RhB)的测试中,ZnO/ZnS异质结构样品体现出了比ZnO前驱物和商业P25光催化剂更高的光催化效率,这主要可归因于异质结构更有利于电子-空穴的有效分离。ZnO/ZnS光催化剂体现出良好的循环稳定性。  相似文献

室温下, 采用原位聚合法, 以吡咯(PY)为单体, 氯化铁(FeCl3·6H2O)为氧化剂, 在塑料基片上聚合生长了聚吡咯(PPy)纳米微球. 然后在聚吡咯基片上生长ZnO种子, 将表面种有ZnO种子的PPy元件置于六次甲基四胺与硝酸锌的混合溶液中, 90 ℃水浴中, 在PPy微球上生长了ZnO纳米棒, 合成了PPy/ZnO异质纳米复合材料. 分别通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对PPy/ZnO异质纳米复合材料的结构和形貌进行了表征. 制备了塑料基的PPy/ZnO异质纳米复合材料气体传感器, 在室温下, 对10×10-6-150×10-6 (体积分数)浓度范围的氨气进行了气敏测试, PPy/ZnO气敏元件对氨气响应的灵敏度基本呈线性关系, 且对甲醇、丙酮、甲苯等有机气体表现出很好的选择性. 最后, 对PPy/ZnO异质纳米复合材料的形成机理进行了简要分析.  相似文献

以Ag纳米线为模板,通过两步水浴法合成了Ag/ZnO/ZnSe三元异质结光催化材料。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及透射电子显微镜(FETEM)对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果显示,Ag/ZnO/ZnSe三元异质结为蠕虫状的Ag/ZnO二元异质结外镶嵌着ZnSe小颗粒。在可见光下,对比纯Ag纳米线、纯ZnO纳米球、Ag/ZnO异质结对罗丹明B的可见光降解效率,结果发现Ag/ZnO/ZnSe异质结表现出了更高的光催化效率。其光催化性能的提高主要是由于Ag/ZnO/ZnSe异质结的作用促使电子空穴对的分离,降低了电子空穴对的复合机率,从而提高了材料的光催化效率。  相似文献

采用高分子络合软模板法利用高分子络合和低温氧化烧结反应,在硅衬底上自组装生长出顶面平滑具有六角柱形结构的ZnO纳米线,并基于此聚丙烯酰胺/ZnO纳米线体系构筑了聚合物基ZnO纳米线发光二极管器件,在相对低的阈值电压下实现了常温常压下电场驱动的蓝色发射光,并且其发光颜色可由其应用的激励电压方便地调控.几乎垂直排列的ZnO纳米线/高分子薄膜在器件中被作为发射层.该方法使用聚合物作为LED器件的粘结剂和发光层的分散介质,稳定了硅衬底上埋置在聚合物薄膜中的ZnO纳米线准阵列并对ZnO纳米晶的表面起钝化作用,防止发光猝灭.结果表明,新技术是一种低成本制备ZnO基紫外/蓝色发光材料的工艺,并且减少了以往工艺中要求ZnO薄膜p型掺杂的麻烦.  相似文献

利用简单的水热合成法在p-GaN薄膜上制备了Ag掺杂的一维ZnO纳米棒(ZnO NRs),并且研究了Ag掺杂对于ZnO NRs结构和形貌以及n-ZnO NRs/p-GaN异质结发光特性的影响。结果表明,不同Ag掺杂浓度的ZnO纳米棒截面均呈六边形的棒状结构,且纳米棒的取向垂直于衬底;XRD分析结果表明,随着Ag掺杂浓度的增加,ZnO纳米棒(0002)晶面的峰位向衍射角减小的方向移动,表明Ag+置换了ZnO晶格中的部分Zn2+后使其晶格常数略增加;随着Ag掺杂浓度的增加,ZnO纳米棒近带边发光峰发生一定的红移并且强度逐渐减弱,黄带发光峰逐渐增强,n-ZnO NRs/p-GaN异质结具有更好的传输效率。  相似文献

采用静电纺丝技术及煅烧法制备了氧化锌纳米纤维, 然后采用水热法将银纳米颗粒负载到了氧化锌纳米纤维表面. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、 X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、 能量色散X射线光谱(EDX)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等技术对合成的Ag/ZnO纳米纤维的结构和组成进行了表征. SEM结果表明, 直径在5~100 nm之间的银纳米颗粒附着在直径在80~330 nm之间的氧化锌纤维表面形成了异质结构. 以常见的有机污染物甲基橙、 亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B等为降解底物, 对Ag/ZnO纳米纤维的光催化性能进行了表征. 结果表明, 负载银纳米颗粒后, 复合催化剂的光催化性能明显提高.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法合成了荧光类水滑石材料,该材料在470 nm蓝光激发下可发出黄色荧光(557 nm),采用硅烷偶联剂对其进行表面改性,探讨了表面改性对黄光类水滑石的发光性能、结构及热稳定性的影响。将改性黄光类水滑石与GaN基蓝光芯片封装后制得了白光LED。研究结果表明,改性的黄光类水滑石是制作白光LED可供选用的黄色发光材料。本文成功地将低温一步法制备得到的金属有机配合物/无机纳米杂化材料应用于LED,拓展了LED用荧光粉的选用范围。  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes 3 were successfully achieved in a one-pot procedure under mild conditions. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

用正丁胺作为碳源,采用射频辉光放电制备碳膜,选用激光染料R6G和聚乙二醇混合液作为蒸气源,采用单源热蒸发,在蒸发室与染料同时沉积得到混合膜,用拉曼光谱和红外光谱分析了碳膜的结构和键合方式,分析表明:碳膜中存在胺基团和氢原子.混合膜的荧光谱测量结果表明,认为正丁胺对染料荧光谱的影响是因为胺基和氢原子的存在.  相似文献

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. Reactivity of differently substituted dipoles was evaluated experimentally and by quantum chemical methods (DFT).  相似文献

(E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.  相似文献
