采用循环伏安法成功制备了氢氧化钴薄膜修饰玻碳电极。考察了影响膜电沉积的因素 ,确定成膜液最佳pH为7.5 ,最佳扫描电位范围为1.00~ -0.20V。讨论了成膜过程及机理 ,成膜关键是Co2 +在电极表面的氧化。制得的膜修饰电极具有表面吸附反应特征 ,表面覆盖量相当于5~6个单层的氧化还原活性物质。膜修饰电极具有良好的稳定性 ,并对H2O2 表现出较高的电催化活性。线性回归方程为 :ΔIpa(μA)=15.92+4.99×104c(H2O2)(mol·L -1)(r=0.9976 ,n=18) ,线性范围为1.72×10 -5~9.92×10 -3mol·L -1,检出限为4.25×10 -6mol·L -1(S/N=3)。  相似文献

在裸金电极上制备了L 半胱氨酸自组装膜修饰电极(L Cys/AuSAMs),研究了对氨基酚(p AP)在L Cys/AuSAMs上的电化学行为,发现该膜电极对p AP的氧化具有良好的电催化作用。氧化峰电位降低了128mV,测得p AP的扩散系数D为1.27×10-6cm2·s-1,初步探讨了电催化机理。采用水平衰减全反射 傅立叶变换红外光谱(ATR FTIR)技术对L Cys/AuSAMs进行了表征;方波伏安法(SquareWaveVoltammetry,SWV)测定p AP,其氧化峰峰电流与p AP浓度在1.0×10-8~8.0×10-8mol·L-1和1.0×10-7~2.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9978和0.9977,检出限为2.0×10-9mol·L-1。该电极用于模拟废水样的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

镍氢氧化物修饰玻碳电极的制备及其电化学行为   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用一种新方法———镀膜/循环伏安法成功制备了镍氢氧化物修饰玻碳电极。考察了影响镍氢氧化物膜电催化活性的因素,确定最佳富集时间为2min,最佳富集电位为-1.4V。讨论了成膜过程及机理。膜氧化峰电流及催化氧化峰电流均受扩散控制。制得的镍氢氧化物膜修饰电极具有相当的稳定性,并对H2O2的电氧化表现出较高的电催化活性。该电极对H2O2响应的线性范围为1.71×10-5~1.33×10-2mol/L,检出限为2.86×10-6mol/L(S/N=3)。  相似文献

制备了普鲁士蓝修饰的丝网印刷过氧化氢传感器,研究了过氧化氢在该修饰电极上的电催化还原特性,考察了有关修饰膜制备和试验条件对传感器性能的影响。结果表明,pH4.0的0.2mol·L-1KH2PO4 K2HPO4缓冲溶液(PBS)中,修饰电极对过氧化氢显示出快速的电化学响应,较高的稳定性、重现性和催化活性,测定的线性范围为1.0×10-5~1.0×10-3mol·L-1,相关系数为0.999,检出限为6.0×10-6mol·L-1(3σ)。电极制作方法简便,可用于实际样品的测定。  相似文献

制作了用桑色素作修饰剂的碳糊修饰电极 ,利用该电极为工作电极 ,建立了测定痕量铅的新方法。在甲酸钠 盐酸缓冲溶液 (pH 4 .9)中 ,在 - 0 .10V(vs .SCE)下搅拌富集 ,铅 (Ⅱ )与化学修饰碳糊电极表面的桑色素形成电活性络合物而吸附富集于电极表面 ,经 - 0 .85V(vs.SCE)静止还原后 ,阳极化线性扫描 ,在 - 0 .4 3V(vs .SCE)获得一灵敏的二次导数溶出峰。在最佳条件下分别富集 360s和 180s ,其二次导数峰电流与铅 (Ⅱ )浓度分别在 5 .0× 10 - 9~ 1.0× 10 - 7mol·L- 1和 2 0×10 - 8~ 1.0× 10 - 6 mol·L- 1两个范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,富集 6min ,检出限可达 1.0× 10 - 9mol·L- 1(S/N =3)。同时 ,探讨了电极反应机理。方法应用于尿铅测定 ,获得满意的结果  相似文献

在玻碳电极上用循环伏安法电聚合一层聚甲苯胺蓝膜,该膜修饰电极对抗坏血酸(VC)的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,能够降低其过电位约100mV。将该修饰电极应用于流动注射能大大提高VC的检测灵敏度,其线性范围为2.0×10-7~1.2×10-3mol·L-1,检出限为4.8×10-8mol·L-1,连续注射检测,其电流信号能够保持稳定24h。  相似文献

在 pH 9.70的Na2 CO3 NaHCO3、亚硝基红盐和氯代十四烷基吡啶体系中 ,镍和钴均有灵敏的络合物吸附波 ,其二阶导数峰电位分别为 - 0 .6 4V (vs .SCE) (镍 )和 - 0 .80V (vs .SCE)(钴 ) ,电流峰高与浓度在 3.4× 10 - 9~ 3.74× 10 - 6 mol·L- 1(镍 )和 7.0× 10 - 11~ 6 .0× 10 - 6 mol·L- 1(钴 )范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限分别为 2 .4× 10 - 9mol·L- 1(14 1ng·L- 1镍 )和 3.2× 10 - 11mol·L- 1(1.9ng·L- 1钴 )。方法应用于水样和生物样品中微量钴和镍的测定 ,结果满意  相似文献

研究了测定痕量钴的一种灵敏的吸附伏安法 ,利用钴和锌试剂络合物在悬汞电极上的吸附性 ,有效地提高了分析的灵敏度。在 0 .0 0 5mol·L-1NH3 和 0 .0 6mol·L-1NH4Cl及 2 .5× 1 0 -6mol·L-1锌试剂底液条件下 ,该体系 1 .5 ,2 .5阶微分吸附伏安法测定钴的线性范围为 1× 1 0 -10 ~ 1× 1 0 -7mol·L-1,用 2 .5阶微分吸附伏安法 ,富集 3min的检出限为 5× 1 0 -11mol·L-1。用此法直接测定了中草药中痕量钴  相似文献

采用电化学方法在导电基体玻碳电极上制备出磷钼钒杂多酸-聚吡咯膜修饰电极,研究了NO-2在该电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,磷钼钒杂多酸-聚吡咯膜修饰电极对酸性水溶液中的NO-2具有良好的电催化还原作用,与空白玻碳电极相比。降低过电位1000mV以上,而且N0-2的浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-2mol·L-1范围内,催化峰电流与NO-2浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限可达1.0×10-6mol·L-1,用于环境水中NO-2的测定,结果良好。  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

用正丁胺作为碳源,采用射频辉光放电制备碳膜,选用激光染料R6G和聚乙二醇混合液作为蒸气源,采用单源热蒸发,在蒸发室与染料同时沉积得到混合膜,用拉曼光谱和红外光谱分析了碳膜的结构和键合方式,分析表明:碳膜中存在胺基团和氢原子.混合膜的荧光谱测量结果表明,认为正丁胺对染料荧光谱的影响是因为胺基和氢原子的存在.  相似文献

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. Reactivity of differently substituted dipoles was evaluated experimentally and by quantum chemical methods (DFT).  相似文献

(E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.  相似文献
