采用碳酸盐前躯体高温分解法合成了Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Eu^2+和Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Eu^2+红色荧光粉。XRD图谱表明,Zn^2+掺杂量x〈0.2 mol时,粉末样品为CaFe2O4型正交晶体。Zn^2+离子在Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Eu^2+中的固溶量(xmol)对荧光粉的发射强度影响很大。随着Zn^2+离子掺杂浓度的增加,Sr1-xZnxY2S4∶Er^3+,Eu^2+(SZYSEE)紫外区激发峰(200-413 nm)发生红移,并与可见光激发带(413-600 nm)形成一个连续的宽带谱,与紫外和GaN基LED芯片辐射都有良好的匹配性。当Zn^2+掺杂量为0.1 mol时,SZYSEE的发光强度达到最大,其发光强度比未掺Zn2+的增强10.7倍。Sr0.9Zn0.1Y1.76S4∶0.24Er^3+,0.006Eu^2+是一种潜在的白光LED用红色荧光粉。  相似文献

利用水热方法合成出RbLn2F7(Ln=Gd,Y,Er,Yb和Lu),均为六方RbEr2F7型结构。掺杂Eu^3+离子样品的光谱表明水热产物中氧杂质含量极低。在RbGd2F7:Eu^3+(0.5mol%)的激发光谱中只观测到Gd^3+离子f-f跃迁,Eu^3+离子的激发跃迁很弱。激发Gd^3+离子到^6IJ能级后,观测到Eu^3+离子的特征发射,Gd^3+离子与Eu^3+离子之间存在能量传递过程。Eu^3+离子的^5D0→^7F1和^5D0→F2跃迁发射较强,表明稀土离子在六方HbLn2F7中处于非中心对称的格位。  相似文献

硼离子对铕掺杂SiO2干凝胶发光性能的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al单掺和B,Al共掺的Eu掺杂SiO2干凝胶。利用荧光光谱、IR,XRD,DSC,TG/DTG等技术研究了硼离子、退火温度对样品发光性质的影响。经500℃以上退火处理用248nm激发的样品,产生Eu^3+离子^5D0→^7FJ的特征发射,^5D0→^7F1的跃迁分裂为两个峰。比较615nm处的发光强度,掺硼酸样品的发光强度是不加硼酸发光强度的3.3倍。这是因为B离子的加入,在材料中形成了Si—O—B键,破坏了网络的对称性,加强了Eu^3+的红光发射。当退火温度上升到850℃用350nm激发时,样品有很强的Eu^2+蓝光发射。Al单掺的发射中心在437nm处,发射半峰宽约为70nm,而B,Al共掺样品的发光中心蓝移到425nm处,单掺样品的蓝光强度几乎是共掺样品强度的2倍。这是由于硼酸的加入改变了基质的网络结构,从而导致单掺和共掺样品发射峰位和强度的改变。  相似文献

LaF3:Eu3+纳米粒子的水热法制备及发光性质研究   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:6  
用水热法制备了LaF3及Eu^3+掺杂的LaF3纳米粒子, 通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和荧光光谱(FS)对样品进行了表征. 结果表明: 所得的纳米粒子粒度均匀、结晶完好, 呈规则的六边形形状;研究了反应温度和时间对LaF3纳米粒子形成的影响, 初步探讨了纳米粒子的生长机制. 研究了掺杂Eu^3+后的发光性质, 发现纳米粒子经高温煅烧后, 荧光强度有明显下降, 适宜的煅烧条件为600 ℃/6 h, Eu^3+的掺杂量在5%(摩尔分数)时, 纳米粒子的荧光强度最强, 更高的掺杂浓度将导致荧光猝灭.  相似文献

Er3+单掺与Er3+/Yb3+双掺杂Bi2O3-GeO2-B2O3-ZnO玻璃的光谱研究   总被引:1,自引:5,他引:1  
用高温融熔法制备了Er^3+单掺与Er^3+/Yb^3+双掺杂的(60-x)Bi2O3-xGeO2-30B2O3-10ZnO (x=5,10, 20, 30)系统玻璃. 用差热曲线(DTA)研究了该玻璃系统的热稳定性. 结果表明, GeO2的掺入, 使得玻璃的软化温度与结晶起始温度的差增加, 玻璃的稳定性与料性增加. 测定了玻璃的吸收光谱. 应用McCumber理论计算了Er^3+离子的受激发射截面及Er^3+离子^4I13/2-^4I15/2发射光谱的荧光半高宽. 从吸收光谱特性出发, 应用J-O理论计算了玻璃中Er^3+离子的强度参数(Ω2, Ω4, Ω6), Er^3+离子的自发跃迁几率、荧光分支比以及辐射寿命. 在970 nm波长的激发下, 研究了样品在红外波段的荧光光谱. Yb2O3的掺入, 大幅度地提高了970 nm波长的抽运效率以及在1.54 μm波段的发光强度.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土离子掺杂(Eu^3 ,Tb^3 )的氧磷灰石三元稀土硅酸盐Ca2Y8(SiO4)6O2发光薄膜。通过X射线衍射(XRD),红外光谱(IR),扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对薄膜的组成、结构、颗粒尺寸、形貌及厚度进行了研究,通过发光光谱对薄膜的发光性质进行了分析。XRD结果表明700℃时薄膜尚处于非晶态,800℃时已开始有Ca2Y8(SiO4)6O2的物相形成,1000℃时结晶已完全。这一点和红外光谱的结果相符。发光光谱测试表明Ca2Y8(SiO4)6O2:Eu^3 薄膜显示了很强的红光发射,并以Eu^3+的^5D0-^7F2(616nm)超灵敏跃迁为最强一组。Ca2Y8(SiO4)6O2:Tb^3 的发射光谱由蓝光发射和绿光发射两部分组成,前者对应于^5D3-^7FJ,后者对应于^5D4-^7FJ(J=6,5,4,3),且以^5D4-^7F5(544nm)绿光发射为最强。  相似文献

在组成为15Li2O-15Nb2O5-70TeO2-0.1Er2O3-0.4Yb2O3(%, 摩尔分数)的碲酸盐玻璃基础上, 采用两步热处理法制备了透明的含纳米晶颗粒碲酸盐玻璃陶瓷. 通过X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明, 玻璃陶瓷中的晶体颗粒组成为Yb6Te5O19.2或Er6Te5O19.2, 晶粒尺寸约为55 nm. 根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算了Er^3+离子在基质玻璃和玻璃陶瓷中的光谱参数Ωt(t=2, 4, 6)以及Er^3+:4I15/2→4I13/2跃迁自发辐射几率, 根据McCumber理论计算了Er^3+:4I13/2→4I15/2跃迁的发射截面. 测试了基质玻璃和玻璃陶瓷的拉曼光谱, 对比研究了铒离子在基质玻璃和玻璃陶瓷中1.5 μm处荧光和上转换光谱特性.  相似文献

以Eu^3+掺杂YPO4为研究对象,通过简单水热法在200℃下制备了不同Eu^3+掺杂浓度的YPO4纳米颗粒。采用X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜和荧光光谱对样品进行了表征,研究了Eu^3+掺杂浓度对相结构、发光性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过调节掺杂Eu^3+离子的浓度可以对样品的相结构进行调控。随着Eu^3+掺杂浓度的提高,样品发生了从四方相到六方相,最后到单斜相的转变。因此通过不同Eu^3+离子浓度的掺杂可以实现相结构的调控。荧光光谱测量发现所有发射均为Eu^3+的f-f能级之间的特征跃迁,并且确定掺杂浓度为10%的样品具有最强的发光强度。  相似文献

Eu^2+激活的CaS:Eu^[1],Eu^3+和Sm^3+激活的硫氧化物^[2],Pr^3+激活的Ca0.8Zn0.2Ti03^[3]以及Eu^2+和Mn^2+掺杂的SrY2S4^[4]都是重要的红色发光材料。然而,这些红色荧光粉的发射峰波长都短于650nm,对于农用日光转换材料^[5],红色发射峰波长达到660nm才能与叶绿素的红区吸收相吻合。  相似文献

以一缩二乙二醇为溶剂,采用多醇法(polyol method)合成LaPO4:Eu^3+纳米发光材料,利用XRD、FE.SEM、TG-DTA、Uv-vis光谱、光致发光光谱(PL)及寿命等手段进行了表征。结果表明:所得到的材料结晶完好,具有LaPO4的独居石型结构;粒子的形貌为球形,其粒径约为25nm;在波长为258nm的紫外光激发下,其发射光谱由Eu^3+的5D0^-7FJ(J=1,2,3,4)特征发射组成,在592nm处的磁偶极跃迁(5D0^-7F1)最强,表现为Eu^3+的橙-红特征发射;LaP04:Eu^3+纳米粒子中Eu^3+的最佳掺杂浓度为5%(摩尔比);Eu^3+的光致发光衰减曲线符合单指数行为,其寿命(τ)为3.9ms。  相似文献

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
