仿真分析测量参数对光反馈自混合信号的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对含有光反馈的半导体激光器,在外腔波动条件下,研究其光反馈干涉自混合信号模型。经计算仿真分析,得到了外腔运动参数及激光器本身参数的变化对光反馈自混合信号波形的影响规律。结果表明,利用光反馈自混合干涉效应可以进行多参数传感测量。  相似文献

提出并数值证实利用反馈相位的随机调制可消除外腔半导体激光器反馈引起的时延结构. 研究发现:当反馈相位随机调制信号的速率处在0.1—1 Gbit/s范围,随机调制信号的切换幅值个数达到5时,在半导体激光器偏置电流(1.2—2.8Ith)和反馈速率(8—26 GHz)构成的参数空间中,反馈时延结构对应的外腔长信息可被有效地消除. 关键词: 半导体激光器 外腔长 反馈相位 随机信号调制  相似文献

自混合干涉信号的幅度和波形均会随外腔静态长度发生周期性变化。实验测量了干涉信号幅度和波形随外腔静态长度的变化,并用多模自混合干涉信号叠加的方法计算分析了干涉信号的幅度随外腔静态长度的变化,然后考虑反馈光对内腔反射率和激光介质增益的影响计算分析了干涉信号的波形随外腔静态长度的变化。结果表明,多模激光自混合干涉信号随外腔静态长度变化的周期为内腔的光学长度,而其主极大区域的宽度为激光的相干长度,小于内腔的光学长度。多纵模自混合干涉信号的叠加导致自混合干涉信号的幅度随外腔静态长度发生周期性变化,而波形随外腔静态长度周期性变化则是内腔反射率和激光介质增益均受反馈光影响导致的非线性的结果。  相似文献

针对光纤激光器自混合干涉传感应用,研究了光纤激光器自混合干涉特性,运用四镜法布里-珀罗腔模型对掺铒线形腔光纤激光器自混合干涉效应进行了理论分析,对不同反馈水平下的自混合干涉信号进行了数值模拟,获得了光反馈条件下光纤激光器输出特性.外腔长度的改变会调制激光器的输出强度,外腔长度变化半个波长,对应一个干涉条纹,弱反馈条件下,由反馈引起的激光器的频率变化可以忽略.设计了基于光纤激光器的自混合干涉实验,实验结果和理论分析相符合.此研究结果为进一步开展光纤激光器的自混合干涉传感应用研究奠定了理论与实验基础.  相似文献

在多面转镜激光器扫频光学相干层析成像系统中,激光器存在着输出光谱错位与扫频范围波动的问题.目前的重采样方法中,普遍利用互相关运算校正光谱错位,并进行大范围的截取,保证扫频范围的一致性,但这会导致成像信噪比与分辨率的降低.本文用马赫-曾德尔干涉仪(MZI)采集到的干涉信号对扫频范围波动的问题进行了详细的测量与分析,其中干涉信号的解缠相位曲线的非随机性和平行性,表明该类激光器输出光谱的波长分布具备一致性.在此基础上,提出了一种用最长扫频范围的MZI干涉信号,对样品干涉信号进行时域光谱对齐、然后进行一对多插值的重采样方法.实验与分析表明,该方法利用了所有的光谱信号,保证了样品干涉信号的能量利用率,能有效提高图像的信噪比与分辨率.  相似文献

为实现光反馈机理下激光自混合干涉信号相位的精确提取, 本文提出了一种基于经验模态分析(EMD)的方法.首先, 采用EMD算法对含噪的自混合干涉信号进行了降噪预处理, 提取有效的干涉信号.然后在对含有外腔物体运动信息的光反馈相位求解的过程中, 利用希尔伯特黄变换(HHT)原理实时提取每一时刻的瞬时相位, 将其去包裹处理后得到真实相位. 在弱、适度、强光反馈条件下, 分别对基于EMD的相位提取算法进行了仿真研究.最后, 搭建了基于自混合干涉效应的微位移测量实验平台, 进行实验研究.实验结果表明, 利用该方法可以实现对自混合干涉信号的相位提取, 最大误差小于1.6 rad.仿真和实验结果的一致性, 说明了EMD方法的有效性.  相似文献

提出了采用单块折叠法布里-珀罗(F-P)腔作为外腔反馈元件实现窄线宽半导体激光器,采用单块腔的光学反馈来锁定外腔激光器,使用自相位延迟法测量该窄线宽激光器的线宽。实验结果表明,激光器线宽小于35kHz。实验还观测到由于单块腔耦合面上各耦合点的几何量和物理量误差不一样,随着折叠面兼输入输出耦合面上的耦合点的变化,外腔激光器的线宽发生改变。  相似文献

光载无线技术是解决终端超宽带无线通信的重要方法,光信号与微波/毫米波信号的融合处理技术在光-无线的数据格式转换中至关重要.提出了一种基于相位调制信号光注入Fabry-Perot型半导体激光器实现微波副载波相位调制信号产生的方法.光学注入半导体激光器的输出光场会产生一周期(P1)振荡效应, P1振荡产生的边带实现了相位调制信号光的调制分量的放大,被放大的调制分量与注入光载波在激光器腔内拍频形成微波副载波.注入光相位的变化导致新产生的微波副载波相位变化, 实现了注入信号光相位信息转化为微波副载波相位信息.本系统完成1.3 Gb/s, 2.7 Gb/s, 2 Gb/s光相位调制信号到微波副载波相位调制信号的转换,并测量了微波的单边带相位噪声. 通过光电转换和电域混频将还原出的光基带信号与原信号进行逻辑对比,证明了数据信息转换的正确性.  相似文献

基于颗粒物米氏散射特性、激光自混合三镜腔理论和激光器稳态条件,推导出在大气颗粒物光反馈下激光器频率、功率、线宽的理论表达式,建立了大气颗粒物光反馈下的激光自混合理论模型。同时,数值模拟和分析了大气颗粒物物理参数对激光自混合干涉信号的影响。结果表明,在一定粒径范围内,激光自混合反馈强度随大气颗粒物粒径增大先增大后减小,且反馈强度峰值出现的位置随颗粒物折射率实部的增大、虚部的减小向粒径较大处移动;自混合系统的外腔长度影响自混合干涉信号的波动深度,激光器输出光信号的幅值随外腔长度增大呈指数衰减;自混合干涉信号波动频率与大气颗粒物运动速度呈线性关系。分析结果对基于激光自混合效应的大气颗粒物多物理参数传感具有重要作用。  相似文献

Self-mixing interferometry (SMI) has been used to measure the distance and displacement. Although the principle of self-mixing interference is different conventional interference, we concluded that FFT analysis technique could also be used to detect the signal phase and increase the measurement precision of self-mixing interferometry.First the SMI signal is obtained by feeding the light from the target to cavity of laser diode, then it is pre-processed by an analog subtraction circuit to remove the overlapped output intensity due to the injection current modulation. Finally, SMI signal is analyzed by FFT phase detection method. Theoretical analysis and simulation calculations are presented. Experimentally, displacement of a PZT-driven target was measured with a precision of λ/50.  相似文献

A self-mixing interferometer is proposed to measure nanometre-scale optical path length changes in the interferometer’s external cavity. As light source, the developed technique uses a blue emitting GaN laser diode. An external reflector, a silicon mirror, driven by a piezo nanopositioner is used to produce an interference signal which is detected with the monitor photodiode of the laser diode. Changing the optical path length of the external cavity introduces a phase difference to the interference signal. This phase difference is detected using a signal processing algorithm based on Pearson’s correlation coefficient and cubic spline interpolation techniques. The results show that the average deviation between the measured and actual displacements of the silicon mirror is 3.1 nm in the 0–110 nm displacement range. Moreover, the measured displacements follow linearly the actual displacement of the silicon mirror. Finally, the paper considers the effects produced by the temperature and current stability of the laser diode as well as dispersion effects in the external cavity of the interferometer. These reduce the sensor’s measurement accuracy especially in long-term measurements.  相似文献

The intensity and the phase in surface second-harmonic generation were simultaneously measured by use of an ac optical balanced homodyne detection system. In this system the surface second-harmonic wave was superimposed upon a local oscillator wave generated by a barium borate nonlinear optical crystal and then detected as an interference signal. Extremely high sensitivity of 3 aW (6 photons/s) and high precision were achieved by use of a lock-in amplifier, in which an interference signal of fundamental waves was used as a reference signal. Simultaneous measurement of the intensity and the phase in surface second-harmonic waves generated from native-oxidized Si(111) surfaces is demonstrated.  相似文献

We have proposed a scheme for double-beam optical bistability in a tunnel-coupled asymmetric double quantum-well driven by two optical fields circulating inside two independently unidirectional ring cavities. In contrast to the single-cavity case where single-photon saturated absorption and self Kerr-nonlinearity are dominant, the two-photon absorption and cross phase modulation can be enhanced via tunneling induced interference and have an important influence to the formation of bistability. The bistable behavior can be controlled effectively via the system parameters such as the input and detuning of control field, the detuning of the probe field, Fano interference strength and cooperation parameter. Furthermore, the proposed scheme has the ability to manipulate the outputs of two optical cavities simultaneously. Due to the flexible design of semiconductor quantum well, our scheme is more practical than atomic system, therefore it can be utilized to achieve dual all-optical switching which has application in optical communication and computing.  相似文献

基于表面等离子激元在亚波长结构的传输特性,设计了一种含双挡板金属-电介质-金属波导耦合两个方形腔的结构.由F-P谐振腔产生的宽谱模式与两个方形谐振腔产生的两个窄谱模式发生干涉作用,形成了独立调谐的双重Fano共振,而且可以通过改变两个方形腔的大小及填充介质实现双重Fano共振的独立调谐.基于耦合模理论,定性分析了该结构产生双重Fano共振的机理.利用有限元仿真的方法,定量分析了结构参数对可独立调谐双重Fano共振和折射率传感特性的影响.结果表明,优化参数后该结构的灵敏度分别高达1020和1120 nm/RIU, FOM值分别高达3.59×10~5和1.17×10~6.该结构可为超快光开关、多功能高灵敏度传感器和慢光器件的光学集成提供有效的理论参考.  相似文献

We show two external cavity-enhanced second-harmonic generations of 922 nm with periodically poled potassium titanyl phosphate crystal,whose doubling cavities are locked separately with Hansch-Couillaud and intra-modulation methods.The outputs of second-harmonic generation reach 310 mW,54.8%of the conversion efficiency from the Ti:sapphire laser with the crystal length of 10 mm,and 208 mW,59% of the conversion efficiency from the MOPA system with the crystal length of 30 mm.It consists of heterodyning the Ti:sapphire laser and the MOPA system,and compares the phase of the beat frequency signal with the phase of a reference RF local oscillator.The resulting phase error is used as a feedback signal and fed back to the reference cavity of the Ti:sapphire laser to lock the two lasers in phase.A stable blue power of 520 mW is obtained,which supplies enough power for the cooling and trapping step of the strontium (Sr)optical lattice clock.Four stable isotopes of Sr, 84 Sr, 86 Sr, 87 Sr,and 88 Sr,are detected by probing the laser during a strong 460.7-nm cycling transition(5s 21 S0?5s5p 1 P1).  相似文献

An interferometric technique measuring the time-dependent electric field of a periodic optical source that uses samples of its interference with a reference source of short optical pulses is presented. Compared with other test-plus-reference techniques such as spectral interferometry and Fourier-transform spectroscopy, the technique is applicable when the signal under test and the reference signal do not originate from the same source. It is highly sensitive and allows the direct real-time characterization of optical sources and the extraction of a coherent periodic signal in an incoherent background.  相似文献

通过大错位剪切镜和一作为参考物的压电陶瓷相移器将三个电子散斑干涉系统组成一新的三维电子散斑干涉系统。利用该系统,结合相移技术和图像处理技术,可得到独立的位移场(u,v和w场)。该技术的特点是用三个激光器作为光源,一个压电陶瓷相移器产生参考光并实现相移,CCD摄像机前放置大错位剪切镜以使物光和参考光产生干涉。将该技术应用到柴油发动机零部件测量上,得到了主轴承孔周的三维位移场。  相似文献

With the technique of phase modulation optical heterodyne(PMOH), we detected the beat-frequency signal of the reflected wave from a F-P cavity. The frequency of the beat signal was three times of that of the modulation electric field, when the 3rd harmonic of the modulation electric field was used as the phase reference signal. The line shapes of the signal match those of the theoretical calculations, and the dispersion signal has good frequency-discrimination characteristic.  相似文献
