 介绍了兰州重力加速器冷却储存环实验环二极磁铁积分长线圈测磁装置的构成,描述了实验环二极铁的分散性测量、横向分布测量、传递函数等测量内容及测量方法。实验环二极铁采用不断地加减硅钢铁片垫补和加调整线圈电流的方法来调整二极磁铁的有效长度来改变分散性。通过垫补和测量,二极磁铁的分散性在优化磁场时达到±2×10-4。同时给出了二极铁的横向分布和传递函数的测量结果。对二极铁的设计和加工进行了修正。  相似文献

中国散裂中子源(China Spallation Neutron Source, CSNS)快循环同步加速器(Rapid Cycling Synchrotron, RCS)磁铁由24块二极磁铁、48块四极磁铁、16块六极磁铁和若干斜四极磁铁以及校正磁铁组成, 其中二极磁铁和四极磁铁是带直流偏置的25Hz正弦交流励磁, 铁芯和线圈导体将产生不可忽视的涡流效应. 为了积累批量生产磁铁的制造经验, 探索磁铁后期处理和磁场测量方法, 已完成了中空水冷铝绞线试样线圈的研制, 启动了二极磁铁和四极磁铁样机的研制. 本文将对相关进展进行介绍.  相似文献

A new portable, pocket-size NMR probe based on a novel permanent magnet arrangement is presented. It is based on a Halbach-type magnet design which mimics the field of a spherical dipole by using cylindrical bar and ring magnets. The magnet system is made up of only three individual magnets, and most field calculations and optimisations can be performed analytically. A prototype system has been built using a set of small, off the shelf commercially available permanent magnets. Proton linewidths of 50 ppm FWHM could be achieved at a field strength of 1T. Calculations show that with custom-sized permanent magnets, linewidths of less than 1 ppm can be achieved over sample volumes of up to 1 mm3, which would in theory enable chemical shift resolved proton spectroscopy on mass-limited samples. But even with the achieved linewidth of 50 ppm, this can be a useful portable sensor for small amounts of liquid samples with restricted molecular mobility, like gels, polymers or high viscosity liquids.  相似文献

Serial assembly and tests of dipole and quadrupole magnets of the NICA Booster have started at the Laboratory of High Energy Physics of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR). The accelerator is fitted with Nuclotron-type magnets with a superconducting winding and an iron yoke for shaping the needed magnetic field. The design of magnets for NICA was optimized (based on the experience gained in constructing and operating the JINR Nuclotron) for the production of magnetic fields of the required configuration in terms of the beam dynamics in the accelerator and the collider. Measurements of parameters of the field of each magnet are expected to be performed in the process of assembly and testing of each module of the magnet-cryostat system of the NICA Booster and Collider. The results of magnetic measurements for the NICA Booster dipole magnet are presented.  相似文献

高能同步辐射光源(HEPS) 磁铁数据库系统的开发过程包括数据库设计、数据库创建以及用于存储查询的网页管理系统的整体结构设计和开发。根据对磁铁相关数据格式和功能需求的调研, 整个系统采用MySQL数据库, 将HEPS的磁铁相关数据规范统一地存储, 包括磁铁设计参数、磁铁设备信息和磁铁测量数据等。同时, 开发了一套基于web的数据录入、查询管理系统, 能够提供便捷的数据展示、数据获取等功能, 并可以连接HEPS命名数据库、参数数据库等, 对于磁铁设备的安装、运行和维护以及HEPS整体的设备信息管理具有重要的意义。  相似文献

本文着重论述了中国科学院近代物理研究所目前正在研制的三大磁体工程,它们包括重离子治癌工程(HIMM),强流重离子加速器(HIAF)工程,以及加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)。在HIMM工程中的常规磁体建设中,着重介绍了联合运用钝化槽与活极头两项技术改善磁场品质的设计方法,并且运用Opera-3D设计软件,对该类高场常规磁体进行了数值分析,进一步地测量了该磁体磁场分布情况,相关的测量结果与数值模拟结果吻合良好。而对于正在处于预研阶段的HIAF工程中的快脉冲超导二极磁体,讨论了超导磁体的前期设计与结构优化技术,包括CACC超导线缆的结构设计,80 K冷屏与线圈盒结构的优化,力-磁耦合结构计算方法等。而在嬗变核废料处理的C-ADS注入器II中,核心部件是具有高磁场(高达7~8 T)的多层复合超导螺线管磁体结构,介绍了其在励磁和失超过程中相关磁学和力学多场实验测试工作。这些相关的设计和测量技术将为中国科学院近代物理研究所自主研制的磁体工程的物理和结构设计提供方法和指导。  相似文献

The design, fabrication and field measurement of 11 DC curved dipole magnets for the PEFP Beam Line have been completed. In this paper, a design method for a complex end chamfer using OPERA-3D is proposed. The conventional method for estimating chamfer shape is extended and applied to a curved dipole magnet by a coordinate transformation. Using the interface with CAD software, the complex end chamfer is modeled and fully determined by 3D simulation to meet the field uniformity requirement. The magnetic field measurement results are in good agreement with the simulation. The design considerations, field simulation results, end chamfer development process and measurement results are presented in detail.  相似文献

The necessity of simulations in design of superconducting dipole magnets is due to the following circumstances. First, the critical current as a function of the magnetic field I c(B) for the multicore superconducting cable which drops strongly requires the knowledge of the value of maximum magnetic field “felt” by its coils for estimation of the working current of the magnet. Second, for choosing the optimal number of coils of the winding (1 or 2) and the working current of the magnet, the ratio of B max for the inner and outer layers of the dipole magnet winding should be known. Since usually the length of the dipole magnet exceeds many times its transverse size, in this work all calculations of B(x, y) are performed in the transverse plane crossing the center of the magnet. The field at the central point is chosen to be B(0, 0) = 2 T (this is the characteristic working value close to the maximum value in the dipole magnet of this type). In this work, the results of calculation of B(x, y) for single-and double-layered windings with 8 and 16 coils from circular hollow cable are presented.  相似文献

中国散裂中子源快循环同步加速器引出系统快脉冲冲击磁铁,由分组安装于三个真空箱内的8台磁铁组成。对冲击磁铁进行磁场仿真和结构设计,并使用仿真软件进行优化。仿真结果表明:磁铁中心场60%宽度内的磁场均匀性达到0.7%,满足物理设计要求。同时,对两台磁铁间距大小与互感的关系进行模拟计算和分析。磁铁结构设计中,针对原样机中出现的铁芯不能可靠固定问题,进行修改和完善,并且设计出了一种简单实用的多螺栓滑动支撑结构,可使多台磁铁平稳推入真空箱内,同时完成多台磁铁的准直和固定。  相似文献

基于斜螺线管型(Canted-Cosine-Theta,简称CCT)线圈结构,研制了一台四极与六极组合的超导磁体样机,它的四极和六极梯度场分别为22 T/m和120 T/m2。该组合型磁体的好场区范围为Φ0.16 m×1.3 m,有效长度为1.3 m。其中四极与六极磁体均采用两层骨架结构,每层骨架的线槽内并排放置多层多根超导线。本文根据导体轨迹,以约束电磁力为结构设计目标,设计了磁体关键部件线圈支撑骨架和磁体内外支撑结构,并介绍了磁体制造过程中的关键环节。  相似文献

This is a retrospective review of superconducting magnets for spectrometers of high-energy particles. The magnets are grouped according to the purpose of the spectrometers and the shape of coils. Data on the thermostatting and electrical protection of the coils are presented. Design features of various-type magnets are described. The first large superconducting solenoids were constructed for hydrogen bubble chambers. Further progress was related to the construction of spectrometers that were designed for experiments at colliders and included solenoids with radiation-transparent walls. Along with solenoids, dipole and toroidal magnets were used in spectrometers; some designs of such magnets are also discussed in the review. A special type of polarizing solenoid is used in polarized targets. Spectrometers with magnets of various coil shapes were created for astrophysical research. As an instance, the original radiation-transparent solenoid and the dipole magnet with a cryocooler are represented. Prospects for the future development of magnets are connected with the use of high-temperature superconductors (HTS). Information on the present situation in engineering the HTS ribbon and solenoids is given.  相似文献

For the severe requirements of BEPCⅡ injecting kicker magnets, the two schemes of low impedance kicker magnets used in other accelerator labs in the world are not adaptive to the BEPCII storage ring. A new scheme of kicker magnets proposed in this article solves the difficult problem of BEPCII kicker magnet design. And the successful construction of a prototype has demonstrated that the new scheme of kicker magnets is viable and the design of the kicker magnet structure is reasonable.  相似文献

微束辐照装置是将辐照样品的束斑缩小到μm量级, 能够对辐照粒子进行准确定位和精确计数的实验平台, 是开展辐照材料学、 辐照生物学、 辐照生物医学和微加工的有力工具。 μm量级的束流对设备的准直安装也提出了极高的要求, 对于HIRFL系统微束线上的二极磁铁, 由于其所在位置的空间相当狭小, 使得设计就位时磁铁的位置及角度与地面做基准时的不同, 这给安装准直工作带来了挑战。 通过引入变化的基准坐标值的办法, 有效解决了这一难题, 使全部磁铁安装误差都控制在了要求的公差范围之内。 Microbeam irradiation facility is a experiment platform, which can reduce the beam spot on the irradiated sample to micrometer level, and can accurately locate and count the radioactive particles. It is a powerful research tool for the irradiation material science, irradiation biology, irradiation biomedicine and micro mechanical machining. The microbeam irradiation facility requires the precise work for installation and alignment. These conditions make magnet’s change for directions and positions because the location space of dipole magnets in micro beam line of HIRFL(Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou) is very small. It is a challenge for the installatior and alignment work of magnets. It was solved by transforming coordinates of benchmarks of magnets, which controlled the error of magnet setup within error tolerance range.  相似文献

In an ADS injector Ⅰ, there are five superconducting magnets in each cryomodule. Each superconducting magnet contains a solenoid magnet, a horizontal dipole corrector (HDC), and a vertical dipole corrector (VDC). Six current leads will be required to power the electrical circuits, from room temperature to the 2.1 K liquid helium bath: two leads carry 100 A current for the solenoid magnet while the other four carry 12 A for the HDC and the VDC. This paper presents the principle of current lead optimization, which includes the cooling methods, the choice of material and structure, and the issues for current lead integration.  相似文献

One of the trends of Nuclotron development lies in modifying the power supply system and upgrading the energy evacuation system of structural magnets in order to provide reliable durable operation of the synchrotron at a dipole magnet field level of 2 T. This is necessary for Nuclotron operation as part of the injection chain of the heavy-ion NICA collider under design at JINR and for the current program of physical studies. The principles of construction and specific features of the existing system based on a separate power supply of structural dipole and quadrupole magnetic elements are considered. The main provisions of the upgrade of the power supply system, structural and schematic diagrams, control schemes, and energy evacuation switch schemes from superconducting elements are presented.  相似文献

Ferro-refraction is the field magnification that is obtained when a current segment is near a high magnetic permeable boundary. It is shown that ferro-refraction may be used in the design of magnets for NMR or MRI to increase the efficiency of these magnets. The field may be modeled analytically with the Biot--Savart law and the inclusion of mirror image currents. Ferro-refraction is particularly useful in the design of monohedral magnets, magnets producing a remote homogeneous region which have the magnetic sources arranged to one side. These magnets have also been called planar magnets. Two designs for a monohedral magnet which produce good agreement between experimental and analytic results are presented.  相似文献

核磁共振中的磁体设计有许多方案,但是要使磁体体积小、重量轻、均匀区大、稳定性好,将面临一系列的问题. 而这些问题的解决主要依赖于电磁场计算. 文中首先阐述这些问题,然后对方案进行优化分析计算,从中找出一个最佳的解决方案. 采用本方案研制出来磁体,我们研制成功了便携式核磁共振岩样分析仪. 经过多次的现场实验测试表明由该磁体构成的磁共振岩样分析仪的稳定性高、重复性好、满足现场恶劣的环境要求.  相似文献

A disc-shaped SmCo magnet with a diameter of 0.85 mm is levitated above a graphite diamagnetic plate at a height of about 14 μm. The magnet is magnetised into a double dipole. The levitation of multipolar magnets above a diamagnetic material was suggested in 1956 by Boerdijk and patented in 1995 by Pelrine, but without any known published experimental results. Rare-earth permanent magnets are ideally suited to generate magnetic fields comparable to their spontaneous polarization JS. Near-square hysteresis loops and large values of the coercivity and anisotropy fields greatly simplify magnet design, as each magnet block is effectively transparent to the magnetic fields produced elsewhere in the magnet assembly. The fields generated by compact and efficient magnet structures requiring no continuous expenditure of energy can be static or variable, uniform or nonuniform. Permanent magnets are fully competitive with electromagnets for fields up to 2 T, and fields as high as to 5 T can be produced in a small volume. When a field with a rapid spatial variation is required, permanent magnets may offer the only practicable solution. Both permanent magnet structures and the uses to which they are put are reviewed, classifying the magnet applications in terms of the nature of the field, the effect on the magnet and the physical effect exploited.  相似文献
