利用固相反应法制备了Ru掺杂La0.7Ca0.2Ba0.1Mn1-xRuxO3(x=0~0.06)的多晶样品,探讨了Ru掺杂对体系结构,输运性质以及磁电阻的影响.多晶X射线衍射证实所有样品均保持简单立方钙钛矿结构.通过零场冷却(ZFC)和加场冷却(FC)下的磁化曲线的测量发现随温度降低样品发生了顺磁(PM)到铁磁(FM)的相变,且样品的居里温度(Tc)随Ru掺杂发生了显著的变化,从x=0.00时的306.7K,下降到x=0.02时的294.3K,紧接着又上升到x=0.04时的302.4K.测得居里温度明显高于La0.7Ca0.2Ba0.1Mn1-xMoxO3体系,而且其磁性也大为增强.由零场和外加磁场H=1T测量得到样品的ρ~T曲线表明随温度降低样品同时发生了从绝缘体到金属的转变,绝缘体-金属转变温度低于相应的居里温度.适量的Ru掺杂降低了样品的电阻率,增强了低温时的磁电阻.  相似文献

Tl_4Ba_3Ca_3Cu_4O_y系统的超导电性和磁化反常   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Tl_4Ba_3Ca_3Cu_4O_y 氧化物超导体中存在100K 和120K 两个超导相.测量电流为10mA 时,零电阻超导 T_c 为119K.DC 磁化结果表明:在77K 时不可逆场约为2200O_e,冻结磁通密度11.6G,样品是弱钉扎Ⅱ类超导体.Meissner 效应测量结果表明:Meissner 信号的61%是120K 相的贡献,39%是100K 相的贡献.超导体积的上限和下限的比较,不同磁场和测量电流的 R(T)超导转变以及磁化反常表明:我们的样品中存在着大量的弱连接超导电性,并构成邻近效应超导体,研究了它的日 H_(c2)(T).并由邻近效应超导体的磁化曲线演算出它的超导参量.  相似文献

我们测量了氧化物超导材料RuSr2GdCu2O8的电阻、磁化率和比热,发现该样品在135K附近有一个铁磁相变过程.该样品的超导临界温度比较低,其零电阻温度在4.2K以下,而在134K附近电阻有一个很明显的峰值.磁化率在此温度显示出一个很尖锐的峰值,说明样品在此温度有一个由顺磁到铁磁的相变过程,而且这个相变过程进行得比较快,其温度范围大约为10K左右.  相似文献

测量了在O2中退火不同时间的Sm1.85Ce0.15CuO4单晶样品的热电势S与电阻率ρ的温度依赖关系.所有的样品电阻率高温下呈现线性温度依赖行为.未退火的样品在148K发生超导转变,而退火后的样品在低温下发生金属半导体相变,其超导电性消失,表明退火引起了载流子浓度下降,体系进入欠掺杂态.随着温度降低,所有的样品ST和ρT曲线在200K附近(T)都发生斜率的改变,可以用赝能隙现象解释.热电势S在低温下出现一个正的曳引峰,意味着载流子符号发生改变,由电子型转变为空穴型 关键词: 电子型超导体 热电势 赝能隙  相似文献

Single phase Bi2FeMnO6 films on (100) SrTiO3 substrate were fabricated using a pulsed laser deposition method through optimization of the preparation conditions. The magnetic moment is 0.30μB at 5 K in the magnetic field of 1 T, indicating that B site cations of Fe and Mn are disordered in the sample. The zero‐field‐cooling (ZFC) and field‐cooling (FC) magnetization curves measured from 2 K to 400 K coincide at 360 K. This is consistent with the observation that hysteresis disappears at 360 K, revealing the antiferromagnetic transition at this temperature. A spin‐glass‐like behaviour was observed at low temperature (~100 K) with a cusp of 25 K. Mn shows multiple valence states in the film. It is possibly because Mn2+ and Mn4+ could decrease the Jahn–Teller effect from Mn3+ in the film which results in less lattice distortion. (© 2010 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Local atomic structure modifications around Fe atoms in polycrystalline multiferroic BiFeO(3) are studied by Fe K edge x-ray absorption spectroscopy as a function of temperature across the Néel temperature (T(N)?=?643?K) in order to reveal local structure modifications related to the magnetic transition. This work demonstrates that on crossing T(N) the local structure around Fe shows peculiar changes: the Fe-O bond lengths get shorter, the ligand symmetry increases and the Fe-O bond length disorder (σ(2)) deviates from Debye behaviour. These results suggest that the structural transition at the ferroelectric Curie temperature (T(C)?=?1103?K) is anticipated by early local rearrangement of the structure starting already at T(N).  相似文献

We have synthesized polycrystalline samples of Eu(1-x)K(x)Fe2As2 (x = 0-1) and carried out systematic characterization using x-ray diffraction, ac and dc magnetic susceptibility, and electrical resistivity measurements. A clear signature of the coexistence of a superconducting transition (T(c) = 5.5 K) with spin density wave (SDW) ordering is observed in our underdoped sample with x = 0.15. The SDW transition disappears completely for the x = 0.3 sample and superconductivity arises below 20 K. The superconducting transition temperature Tc increases with increase in the K content and a maximum Tc = 33 K is reached for x = 0.5, beyond which it decreases again. The doping dependent Tx phase diagram is extracted from the magnetic and electrical transport data. It is found that magnetic ordering of Eu moments coexists with the superconductivity up to x = 0.6. The isothermal magnetization data taken at 2 K for the doped samples suggest the 2+ valence state of the Eu ions. We also present the temperature dependence of the lower critical field H(c1) of the superconducting polycrystalline samples. The values of H(c1)(0) obtained for x = 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7 after taking the demagnetization factor into account are 202, 330, and 212 Oe, respectively. The London penetration depth λ(T) calculated from the lower critical field does not show exponential dependence at low temperature, as would be expected for a fully gapped clean s-wave superconductor. In contrast, it shows a T2 power law feature up to T = 0.3Tc, as observed in Ba(1-x)K(x)Fe2As2 and BaFe(2-x)Co(x)As2.  相似文献

Optimization of thin films of small bandwidth manganite, Pr(1-x)Ca(x)MnO3 (for x = 0.1), and their magnetic properties are investigated. Using different pulsed laser deposition (PLD) conditions, several films were deposited from the stoichiometric target material on SrTiO3 (001) substrate and their thorough structural and magnetic characterizations were carried out using x-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), SQUID magnetometry and ac susceptibility measurements. A systematic investigation shows that irrespective of the growth temperature (between 550 and 750?°C), all the as-deposited films have twin boundaries and magnetic double phases. Post-annealing in partial or full oxygen pressure removes the extra phase and the twin boundaries. Zero-field-cooled magnetization data show an antiferromagnetic to paramagnetic transition at around 100 K whereas the field-cooled magnetization data exhibit a paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition close to 120 K. However, depending on the oxygen treatments, the saturation magnetization and Curie temperature of the films change significantly. Redistribution of oxygen vacancies due to annealing treatments leading to a change in ratio of Mn3+ and Mn4+ in the films is observed from XPS measurements. Low temperature (below 100 K) dc magnetization of these films shows metamagnetic transition, high coercivity and irreversibility magnetizations, indicating the presence of a spin-glass phase at low temperature. The frequency dependent shift in spin-glass freezing temperature from ac susceptibility measurement confirms the coexistence of spin-glass and ferromagnetic phases in these samples at low temperature.  相似文献

We report an experimental approach to separate temperature dependent reversible and irreversible contributions to the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of Fe films grown at low temperatures on Cu(001) substrates. The surface anisotropy K(S)(T) is found to decrease linearly with temperature, causing a thermally induced spin reorientation into the plane. The irreversible shift of the spin reorientation transition and the coercivity of the iron films are directly correlated to the increasing Fe island size during annealing. The increased coercivity is discussed in terms of domain wall energy inhomogeneities provided by the islands.  相似文献

In a recent contribution to this journal, it was shown that the transition temperatures of optimal high-T(C) compounds obey the algebraic relation T(C0) = k(-1)(B)/?ζ, where ? is related to the mean spacing between interacting charges in the layers, ζ is the distance between interacting electronic layers, β is a universal constant and k(B) is Boltzmann's constant. The equation was derived assuming pairing based on interlayer Coulomb interactions between physically separated charges. This theory was initially validated for 31 compounds from five different high-T(C) families (within an accuracy of ±1.37 K). Herein we report the addition of Fe(1+x)Se(1-y) and Fe(1+x)Se(1-y)Te(y) (both optimized under pressure) and A(z)Fe(2-x)Se(2) (for A = K, Rb or Cs) to the growing list of Coulomb-mediated superconducting compounds in which T(C0) is determined by the above equation. Doping in these materials is accomplished through the introduction of excess Fe and/or Se deficiency, or a combination of alkali metal and Fe vacancies. Consequently, a very small number of vacancies or interstitials can induce a superconducting state with a substantial transition temperature. The confirmation of the above equation for these Se-based Fe chalcogenides increases to six the number of superconducting families for which the transition temperature can be accurately predicted.  相似文献

采用激光分子束外延(L-MBE)方法,以MgO(100)为基底生长了Fe3O4单晶薄膜, 研究了Fe3O4/MgO(100)薄膜外场(温度、磁和激光场)诱导电阻变化特性。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明Fe3O4薄膜是沿MgO(200)晶面外延生长的单晶薄膜;反射高能电子衍射(RHEED)强度振荡曲线分析表明Fe3O4薄膜表面平整,而且生长模式为2维层状生长;原子力显微镜(AFM)分析表明Fe3O4薄膜表面粗糙度为0.201 nm,说明薄膜表面达到原子级平整度。外场作用下Fe3O4薄膜的电阻测试表明:薄膜样品的电阻在120 K(Verwey转变温度)出现一峰值,略微下降后继续增大, 展现出半导体型的导电特性; 在激光作用下,整个测量温度范围内薄膜样品的电阻减小,样品展示出瞬间光电导的特性;从降温曲线可以看出, Verwey转变温度由无激光作用时的120 K上升到有激光作用时的140 K; 光致电阻变化率随着温度的降低而增大,这主要是由于激光作用导致电荷有序态的退局域化。  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the reflection anisotropy spectroscopy (RAS) of a Cu(1 1 0) surface has been studied over the temperature range 700-1000 K. Because of the roughening transition at 900 K, the bimodal feature at 4.2 eV for a clean surface shifted to 4.3 eV on annealing. A significant decrease in intensity of the same energy level was also observed with increasing annealing temperature. In the annealing temperature range 700-1000 K, anharmonic behavior is expected to be the predominant process of atomic disordering at the surface. Changes in the RAS of Cu(1 1 0) as a result of thermal processing can be understood in terms of the associated changes in surface states. The RAS signal for a surface resonance transition at 4.2 eV is associated with monoatomic [0 0 1] steps.  相似文献

We report Cd nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and Re nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) studies on Cd(2)Re(2)O(7), the first superconductor among pyrochlore oxides (T(c) approximately 1 K). The Re NQR spectrum at zero magnetic field below 100 K rules out any magnetic or charge order. The spin-lattice relaxation rate below T(c) exhibits a pronounced coherence peak and follows the weak-coupling BCS theory with nearly isotropic energy gap. The results of Cd NMR point to a moderate ferromagnetic enhancement at high temperatures followed by a rapid decrease of the density of states below the structural transition temperature of 200 K.  相似文献
