采用固相反应烧结法制备了(La1-yTby)0.67Sr0.33MnO3系列样品(y=0,0.05,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.33,0.40,0.50,0.60,1.00).X射线衍射表明,随着y值增大钙钛矿型晶体结构从菱面对称性向正交对称性转变.180K时,μ0H=7T条件下,在y=0.40样品的巨磁电阻可达900%.μ0H=1.7T时,y=0.20样品的室温磁致伸缩为-50×10-6.210K时,y=0.33样品的磁致伸缩可达-130×10-6. 关键词:  相似文献

系统研究了室温下Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25,0.3,0.35)合金中金属Al替代Fe对晶体结构、磁致伸缩、各向异性和自旋重取向的影响.结果发现,x<0.4时,Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95完全保持MgCl2立方Laves相结构,晶格常量a随Al含量x的增加而增大.磁致伸缩测量发现,随着替代量x的增多磁致伸缩减小,x>0.15时超磁致伸缩效应消失 x<0.15时磁致伸缩在低场下(H≤4kAm)有小幅增加,高场下迅速减小,而且易趋于饱和,说明添加少量Al有助于减小磁晶各向异性.内禀磁致伸缩λ111随Al替代量x的增加大幅度降低.对于0≤x<0.15,穆斯堡尔效应表明,随Al含量的增加Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95合金中发生了自旋重取向,易磁化方向经历了[111]→[uv0]→[uvw]的转变.由相对磁化率随温度的变化关系可以看出,Al替代Fe使自旋重取向温度降低.当x=0.15时,Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95合金中出现了少量非磁性相 x>0.15时,合金在室温下呈现顺磁性 关键词: 磁致伸缩 立方Laves相 自旋重取向 各向异性 穆斯堡尔谱  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了一系列的(La1-xPrx)2/3Sr1/3MnO3多晶样品,研究了其电磁性能及磁致伸缩效应,发现样品低温下的磁致伸缩主要以线伸缩为主,且在低场下达到饱和,在Pr含量为0.3时达到最大值,约为-90×10-6.随Pr掺杂含量的逐渐减小,磁致伸缩的饱和场也逐渐减小. 关键词:  相似文献

将600℃退火后的超磁致伸缩材料(Tb0.27Dy0.73)0.3Fe0.7薄膜作为Ni80.2Fe14.1Si0.2Mn0.4Mo5.1三明治膜的基底,制备出四层膜.结果表明:附加的磁致伸缩并没有减小材料的巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应,而由于磁场下磁致伸缩材料的应力效应影响了三明治膜中的各向异性场,使三明治膜的GMI效应增大了4倍.再将制备态的四层膜在280℃下真空退火,退火态四层膜也增大了三明治膜的GMI效应,但可能由于磁致伸缩向磁性层中的扩散,其GMI效应相对于制备态四层膜则有所降低. 关键词: 巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应 三明治膜 TbDyFe薄膜 各向异性场  相似文献

利用电弧炉制备了Ni50-xFexMn37In13(x=1, 3, 5) 多晶样品, 通过结构和磁性测量, 系统分析了Ni50-xFexMn37In13(x=1, 3, 5)样品的晶体结构和马氏体相变. 结果表明, 三样品在室温下呈现出了不同的晶体结构. 同时, 随着Fe含量的增加, 样品的马氏体相变温度急剧下降, 而铁磁性却逐渐增强. 研究了Fe3和Fe5样品在反马氏体相变过程中的磁电阻和磁卡效应. 在外加3 T的磁场下, 两样品在反马氏体相变区域所表现出的磁电阻效应分别约为-46%和-15%, 而等温熵变则约为6 J·kg-1·K-1和9.5 J·kg-1·K-1. 然而, 伴随非常宽的相变温跨和较小的磁滞损失, Fe3样品在反马氏体相变区域的净制冷量达到96 J·kg-1.  相似文献

用直拉单晶生长系统制备TbyDy1-x(Fe1-xTx)2(T=Al,Mn)单晶,并测量其磁致伸缩.用电弧炉合成多晶TbyDy1-y(Fe1-xTx)2(T=Al,Mn),并用X射线衍射方法测量拟合得到内禀磁致伸缩.结果表明,Al和Mn替代后饱和磁场降低,说明Al和Mn的替代明显地降低了各向异性能.随Al和Mn替代量的增加,总的趋势是材料的内禀磁致伸缩λ111降低.对Tb0.5Dy0.5(Fe0.9Mn0.1)2单晶,在不加压情况下的磁致伸缩效果并不明显,但当施加压力时,磁致伸缩变化显著,尤其在12—26MPa压力下,磁致伸缩变化很大,且低场效果很好. 关键词:  相似文献

研究了Fe0.81Ga0.19合金单晶沿[100]方向的磁机械效应和磁致伸缩效应.基于Stoner-Wohlfarth模型,通过数值计算获得了在压应力和外磁场联合作用下磁化强度的方向余弦.研究表明,随着压应力的增加,退磁态下合金中的磁各向异性会由三轴各向异性向双轴各向异性转变.这使得合金中 90° 畴的体积分数增加,导致磁致伸缩效应增大. 关键词: FeGa合金 磁机械效应 巨磁致伸缩效应  相似文献

在近中性条件下,利用H22氧化Fe(OH)2胶体成功制备了Fe3 4纳米颗粒.分别利用透射电镜(TEM),x射线衍射仪(XRD),振动样品磁强计(VSM)和超导量子干涉仪(SQUI D)对样品的形貌,结构,宏观磁性进行了表征和测量.TEM图像表明样品为球形颗粒,直径 大小约18nm,且分布较均匀.XRD结果表明样品为立方尖晶石结构.穆斯堡尔谱测量表明样品 室温下对应两套六线谱,样品的晶体结构存在缺陷,内磁场略小于块体Fe34的值. 宏观磁测量表明样品的饱和磁化强度可达67×10-3A·m2/g,在20 K出现了Verw ey转变.选择该法制备的Fe34纳米颗粒与共沉淀法得到的样品作 了磁性比较.宏观磁 测量表明共沉淀法制备的样品在外磁场为1T时仍未饱和,磁化强度仅为46×10-3A·m2/g,在178K出现了超顺磁转变温度,且在测量温度范围内没有发现Verwe y转变. 关键词: 亚铁磁 超顺磁 穆斯堡尔谱  相似文献

系统研究了室温下Tb0.3Dy0.6Pr0.1(Fe1-xAlx1.95x=0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25,0.3)合金中元素Al替代Fe对结构、磁性、磁致伸缩性能和自旋重取向的影响.测量结果发现,x<0.2时Tb0.3Dy0.6Pr0.1(Fe1-xAlx1.95合金基本上是纯的单相,x=0.2时出现其他杂相,杂相随Al替代量的增加不断增多.随Al替代量x的增加,点阵常数a接近于线性增大,Curie温度TC逐渐下降,而矫顽力Hc急剧下降.振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量发现,磁化强度M随Al替代量x的变化较为复杂.VSM计和磁致伸缩效应测量共同表明,少量Al的替代有利于降低磁晶各向异性,而且随着Al替代量x的增多磁致伸缩系数快速减小,x>0.15时巨磁致伸缩效应消失.穆斯堡尔效应研究发现,随Al含量的增加Tb0.3Dy0.6Pr0.1(Fe1-xAlx1.95合金中易磁化轴可能在{110}面逐渐偏离了立方晶体的主对称轴,发生自旋重取向,从而引起合金宏观磁性、磁致伸缩性能的变化. 关键词: 磁致伸缩 立方Laves相 自旋重取向 穆斯堡尔谱  相似文献

A series of (La_{1-x}Tb_x)_{2/3}Sr_{1/3}MnO_3 polycrystalline samples has been studied by means of x-ray diffraction, magnetostriction, and thermal expansion measurements. It has been found that this series undergoes a phase transition from a rhombohedral to an orthorhombic form at the doping level x≈0.20 at room temperature accompanied by an anisotropic magnetostriction up to -50×10^{-6} under a magnetic field of 1T. The linear and volume magnetostrictions vary with chemical composition, even change sign. At T=80K, the magnetostrictions for the samples of x=0.20 and 0.40 exhibit different behaviours. The sample of x=0.20 has positive volume and linear magnetostrictions and a negative anisotropic magnetostriction, while the sample of x=0.40 has an opposite behaviour. The magnitude of volume magnetostriction for both the samples is essential (~10^{-4}) at T=80K under a magnetic field of 4T. We conclude that these anomalous effects are due to the charge delocalization and the structural phase transition between orthorhombic and rhombohedral forms induced by the applied magnetic field.  相似文献

Recent experimental data for magnetostriction in the rare-earth (RE) ferroborates RFe3(BO3)4 with R=Pr and Tb are discussed from a theoretical point of view. Multipole moments of RE ions are calculated in the framework of a crystal-field model for the RE ion and the molecular-field approximation. Quadrupole approximation is shown to be sufficient for interpretation of data for longitudinal magnetostriction at the magnetic field along the trigonal axis. Parameters of PrFe3(BO3)4 are deduced when accounting for the experimental magnetization curves that manifest a spin-flop transition.  相似文献

Preliminary X-ray structural analysis of polycrystalline Pb(Mg1/4Cd1/4Mo1/2)O3 ceramics, prepared by a solid-state reaction technique, provides single-phase orthorhombic structure at room temperature. Detailed dielectric studies of the material as a function of temperature reveal a sharp phase transition at temperature Tc=49°C obeying Curie-Weiss behavior. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) studies of the sample show the uniform distribution of grains in the samples. A dielectric anomaly and ferroelectric phase transition observed at 49°C was supported by polarization studies. The activation energy of the sample was calculated from the dielectric data. The variation of dc resistivity with temperature suggests that the compound behaves as a negative temperature coefficient resistor (NTCR).  相似文献

The effect of Al substitution for Fe on crystal structure, magnetostriction and spontaneous magnetostriction, anisotropy and spin reorientation of a series of polycrystalline Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 alloys (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35) at room temperature and 77 K was investigated systematically. It was found that the primary phase of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 is the MgCu2-type cubic Laves phase structure when x < 0.4 and the lattice constant a of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 increases approximately and monotonically with the increase of x. The substitution of Al leads to the fact that the magnetostriction λ inceases slightly in a low magnetic field (H ⩽ 40 kA/m), but decreases sharply and is easily close to saturation in a high applied field as x increases, showing that a small amount of Al substitution is beneficial to a decrease in the magnetocrystalline anisotropy. It was also found that the spontaneous magnetostriction λ 111 decreases greatly with x increasing. The analysis of the M?ssbauer spectra indicated that the easy magnetization direction in the {110} plane deviates slightly from the main axis of symmetry with the changes of composition and temperature, namely spin reorientation. A small amount of non-magnetic phase exists for x = 0.15 in Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 alloys and the alloys become paramagnetic for x > 0.15 at room temperature, but at 77 K the alloys still remain magnetic phase even for x = 0.2. At room temperature and 77 K, the hyperfine field decreases and the isomer shifts increase with Al concentration increasing.  相似文献

La0.7Sr0.3Mn1−xCoxO3 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1) nanoparticles, prepared by sol-gel method, were studied by means of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, resistivity, magnetoresistance, thermal expansion and magnetostriction measurements. Results show that partial substitution of Mn by Co leads to a reduction in lattice parameters, enhancement of resistivity and room temperature magnetoresistance MR, decrease of metal-insulator transition temperature TMI and TC, an increase in thermal expansion coefficient, volume magnetostriction and anisotropic magnetostriction. The latter increases about one order of magnitude with 10% Co substitution. In comparison with Mn ions, the Co ions possess higher anisotropy energy, larger magnetostriction effect, smaller ionic size and spin state transitions with increase in temperature and magnetic field; this suggests that Co substitution leads to double-exchange interaction weakening, resulting in suppression of ferromagnetic long-range order and metallic state and increase of magnetic anisotropy. Furthermore, our samples have a relatively lower TMI and TC, higher resistivity and MR, compared with the reported values for similar compounds with larger particle sizes. This is attributed to the nanometric grain size and spin-polarized tunneling between neighboring grains.  相似文献

The structure and magnetostriction of the (Tb1−xDyx)0.2Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.88C0.05 intermetallic compounds (0≤x≤1) were studied by X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. The formation of an approximate single Laves phase with a MgCu2-type cubic structure was observed in this series of compounds. It was found that the Curie temperature and the saturation magnetization of the compounds would decrease with increase in the Dy content up to x=1. The magnetostriction λa (λa=λ-λ) gently rises when x≤0.6, and follows with a precipitous fall when x exceeds 0.6, with the highest value of λa being reached in the compounds with x=0.6. The magnetostriction of all the samples was observed to approach their own saturation in the magnetic fields higher than 4 kOe. This indicates that the addition of a small amount of Dy could effectively improve the low-field magnetostriction of the Tb0.2Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.88C0.05 compounds, which could become a kind of promising magnetostrictive material.  相似文献

Measurement of X-ray diffraction, magnetization and magnetostriction was made on the Pr(Fe1-xCox)2 (x=0.4, 0.5 and 0.6) and Pr1-yTby(Fe0.4Co0.6)2 (y=0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) alloy series. It was found that a cubic phase with the MgCu2 structure can be obtained in the Pr(Fe1-xCox)2 series only at x=0.6. The Pr1-yTby(Fe0.4Co0.6)2 system has the cubic MgCu2 structure over the studied range for y. The lattice constant and magnetization decrease and the Curie temperature increases with increasing y. At 7 K, Pr1-yTby(Fe0.4Co0.6)2 samples are found to have huge intrinsic coercivities, which are associated with narrow domain walls. It is also found from X-ray measurement that in Pr1-yTby(Fe0.4Co0.6)2 the spontaneous magnetostriction 111 increases due to Tb substitution, while the saturation magnetostriction s is much lower than 111. This can be attributed to the large value of 100 with an opposite sign to 111, which may be caused by the filling of the d band due to Co substitution. PACS 75.80.-g; 61.10.-i; 75.60.-d  相似文献
