研究了应用低频超声垂直入射反射波实现套管-水泥界面流体微间隙薄层厚度的反演方法。应用灵敏度函数比较分析了分层系统反射谱各阶谐振频率处的相位跳变量较之各阶谐振频率作为反演特征量的优势。通过目标函数分析,选取分层系统3~10阶谐振频率处相位跳变量作为特征量,利用BP神经网络实验获得0.1~1.0 mm内不同间隙层厚度的反演结果。反演结果与真实值的平均相对误差为4.6%,最小反演厚度仅为波长的18%。所选取的相位特征量也可用于其它层状高声阻抗介质下的薄层厚度反演。   相似文献

用常规超声脉冲反射法对固体内薄夹层的检测是一个较为难以解决的课题,我们用超声频谱法对此课题进行了实验研究和理论分析.结果表明:1 有薄夹层的反射回波频谱将出现缺口,缺口频率刚好对应薄层的厚度共振频率;2 缺口下陷深浅由薄层反射率所决定.因此,通过反射回波缺口频率和缺口下陷深浅的测量,有可能为探测薄层的厚度和其性质提供一种有意义的方法.  相似文献

基于由谐振频率分布提取压电薄膜参数的方法,研究影响高次谐波体声波谐振器(HBAR)谐振频率分布的因素。对多种HBAR进行模拟计算,模拟结果显示,变化基片对薄膜的声阻抗比值会引起并联谐振频率间隔的分布和有效机电耦合系数的分布改变;当薄膜的基模在高频时,改变电极对薄膜的声阻抗比值和电极厚度会引起谐振频率分布改变。这些结果表明,通过调整影响谐振频率分布的因素能使谐振频率变化,进而得到在特定的频率上产生谐振。  相似文献

本文研究碳纳米管阵列的介电谱函数与吸收电磁波的特性。应用等离激元和无规相近似方法给出碳纳米管的介电谱函数,进而求出吸收系数和反射功率比。介电函数随电磁波的频率变化,在光子能量与系统电子的能谱差相匹配时产生共振吸收,吸收系数出现多个大的吸收峰。反射功率比随薄层厚度的增加而指数衰减,其衰减速率和饱和值与电磁场的频率和碳纳米管的结构有密切的联系。  相似文献

 优化了基于双边缘技术的直接测风多普勒激光雷达中F-P标准具的工作参数。确定激光谱宽后,选择适当的F-P标准具自由谱间距,可正确消除瑞利背景噪声的影响。分析了标准具镜面缺陷、非严格平行和入射光束发散角对其透过率曲线的影响。将标准具透过率函数表达为唯一系统参数,即反射精细度的函数;通过计算散粒噪声极限时的相对测量误差,可确定最优反射精细度以及激光频率相对标准具透过率中心频率的最佳偏置;由最优反射精细度可得到入射到标准具光束的最大发散角和标准具的最小通光口径。  相似文献

针对实际反射式超声波测井,把套管与地层环空间单层介质的波阻抗和厚度作为两个待反演参数,分别将相移正切函数及反正切函数形式下的方程作为目标函数,提出了对波阻抗和厚度反演的线性化最小二乘法.通过对两种反演方程误差函数的数值考察和对合成数据反演结果的分析,发现相移反正切函数形式下方程的线性化最小二乘法是较为稳定有效的方法,能够完全消除多极值的缺点,反演结果对波阻抗和厚度初值不敏感.  相似文献

太赫兹时域光谱技术是材料介电参数测量的重要方法,是材料研究、鉴别和分析的重要工具。太赫兹时域光谱技术是一种太赫兹频段的相干探测技术,可以同时获得太赫兹波的幅度和相位信息,通过透射测量、反射测量可获得材料的复透射率或复反射率来反演材料的电磁参数。在实际中,大多数被测材料太赫兹波无法穿透,或者不满足透射材料参数反演需要的弱吸收近似,因此反射测量更具应用价值。在已发表的研究结果中,研究人员仍普遍采用透射测量的方案,很少见使用反射测量方案获取材料参数。究其原因,在反射测量时,由于样品和参考板位置的放置误差很难消除,从而导致无法准确提取反射相位。将光学领域广泛使用的Kamers-Kronig关系应用于太赫兹时域光谱系统反射测量中,以解决反射测量中无法准确获得相位信息从而无法提取介电参数的问题。为了验证Kamers-Kronig关系的准确性,一方面,通过透射、反射方法分别测量硅材料的复透射率、复反射率并反演了其材料参数,两者的反演结果一致性较好。另一方面,利用同一组硅的反射测量数据分别用Kamers-Kronig关系和最大熵法对其材料参数进行反演,两种处理方法也可以实现相互印证,进一步确保了提取数据的可靠性。对Kamers-Kronig关系和最大熵方法所取得的结果进行了对比讨论,通过Kamers-Kriong关系和最大熵法获得的折射率、消光系数以及复介电参数结果一致性较好,且基于Kamers-Kriong反演了一种精神药物的吸收谱,与透射结果做了比对。结果表明,Kamers-Kronig关系非常适合提取材料光学参数和吸收谱,且相比最大熵法其普适性更强,甚至对于无法获取相位信息的非相干测量系统依然适用,但该方法需要整个频段的反射率幅度信息,对于没有测量的频率需要进行外推,对于反射率随频率变化不大的物质更加适用。该研究成果对于利用反射式太赫兹时域光谱系统获取材料太赫兹波段的光学参数提供了一种有效方法,可解决绝大数情况下反射测量参数提取问题,对太赫兹时域光谱技术的实际应用具有重要意义。  相似文献

理论研究了单层-衬底胶接结构超声反射波谱的低频(使用的超声波频率低于胶层的1/4波长共振频率)特征,指出了利用分层系统的谐振频率飘移量反演胶层厚度并进而评价胶层内聚强度的可能性。用Taylor展开给出了谐振频率所满足的非线性方程的显式解,其与Newton法数值解吻合得很好,适用范围远大于弹簧模型。在更低的频率范围,胶层可用熟知的线性弹簧模型描述。  相似文献

针对单电子H2+和双电子H3+系统,采用对称分裂算符法求解波函数的时间演化。计算了电子的含时频谱和体系的高次谐波谱,结果表明:电子频谱和高次谐波谱呈互补规律,即电子频谱峰值出现在基波的偶数倍频率位置,高次谐波则出现在奇数位置。对高次谐波谱随软化库仑参数的变化规律进行了数值研究,发现只在软化库仑参数的一定范围内才产生高次谐波,对该现象作了解释。  相似文献

We present an ultrasonic method for determining the thickness of a composite consisting of a soft thin film attached to a hard plate substrate, by resonance spectra in the low frequency region, The interrogating waves can be incident only to the two-layered composite from the substrate side. The reflection spectra are obtained by FFT analysis of the compressive pulsed echoes from the composite, and the thicknesses of the film and the substrate are simultaneously inversed by the simulated annealing method from the resonant frequencies knowing other acoustical parameters in prior. The sensitivity of the method to individual thickness, its convergence and stability against experimental noises are studied, Experiment with interrogating wavelength 4 times larger than the film thickness in a sample of a polymer film (0.054mm) on an aluminium plate (6.24mm) verifies the validity of the method. The average relative errors in the measurement of the thicknesses of the film and the substrate are found to be -4.1% and -0.62%, respectively.  相似文献

低频振动的控制是评估汽车舒适性的重要指标。针对汽车板件结构的低频振动控制问题,提出了一种基于局域共振机理的新型准二维声子晶体板。其结构由单侧复合圆柱共振单元周期排布在基板上构成。通过有限元方法得到了该结构的带隙特性,并结合其振型和传输谱分析了低频完全带隙的形成机理。研究表明,不同形式的板振动模式与圆柱共振单元的局域共振模式相互耦合形成面内带隙与面外带隙,两者叠加形成完全带隙。进一步研究发现,通过改变结构的材料和尺寸参数可以将共振带隙调节到满足实际应用要求的极低频范围,可在低于100 Hz的频段形成完全带隙,并可在更宽的频带内抑制z方向振动的弯曲波,为声子晶体在车身板件减振中的实际应用提供了依据。  相似文献

The paper describes the results of experimental measurements of point mobility carried out on circular plates containing tapered holes of quadratic power-law profile with attached damping layers. The obtained results are compared to the developed numerical model, as a means of validation. The profiles of the tapered hole in the plates are designed to replicate near zero reflection of quasi-plane waves from a tapered hole in geometrical acoustics approximation, also known as acoustic black hole effect. The driving point mobility measurements are provided, showing a comparison of the results for a constant thickness circular plate, a constant thickness plate with a layer of damping film applied and a plate with a quadratic power-law profile machined into the center, which is tested with a thin layer of elastic damping material attached. The results indicate a substantial suppression of resonant peaks, agreeing with a numerical model, which is based on the analytical solution available for the vibration of a plate with a central quadratic power-law profile. The paper contains results for the case of free boundary conditions on all edges of the plates, with emphasis placed on the predictions of resonant frequencies and the amplitudes of vibration and loss factor.  相似文献

A vibration analysis of a circular steel substrate surface bonded by a piezoelectric layer with open circuit is presented. A solution for the electrical potential along the thickness direction of the piezoelectric layer satisfying the open circuit electric boundary condition is developed for the first time. The mechanical model and solutions for the vibration analysis of the piezoelectric coupled circular plate are then established based on the developed electrical potential, the Kirchhoff plate model, and the Maxwell equation. The first four mode shapes and the corresponding resonant frequencies of the plate with two standard boundary conditions are presented in numerical simulations and compared with those of a piezoelectric coupled plate with the closed circuit condition. The simulations show that the resonant frequencies of the open circuit piezoelectric coupled plate are higher than those of the closed circuit piezoelectric coupled plate. Corresponding discussions are thus provided for the higher piezoelectric effect from the open circuit piezoelectric layer.  相似文献

本文研究并建立了一种基于激光辐照热效应的薄膜参数反演方法.首先给出激光辐照薄膜产生温升问题的热传导理论模型,并利用拉普拉斯变换得到了膜层和基底温度场的解析解;然后以膜层和基底的导热系数为反演参数,基于非线性共轭梯度算法给出反演基本原理及流程,并推导得到了反演过程中灵敏度系数的解析表达式;以aluminum,silver,copper和gold四种金属薄膜为例,通过与有限元法的计算结果对比验证了温度场解析解的正确性;最后结合四种金属薄膜进行了参数反演,通过考察分析不同随机噪声等条件下的参数反演结果,验证了本文方法在薄膜参数反演精度与反演效率等方面的有效性.反演结果显示:本文方法具有较高的反演精度和效率,在迭代截止误差为10~(-7)时只需用少于20次迭代就能收敛;在测量数据中加入的随机噪声越小,反演的迭代收敛次数就越少,即使是在迭代初值与反演结果相差较大时,用包含5%随机噪声的测量数据反演也能快速收敛.本文提出的薄膜参数反演方法不仅适用于反演导热系数,也可扩展用于反演膜层反射系数或吸收率等参数,具有一定的适用性.本文方法对于激光加工或激光损伤过程中的参数反演及优化具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

It is shown in this paper that the modal damping and resonant frequencies of a stiffened plate structure, with a multiple layer constrained damping treatment attached to the surface, can be predicted from a knowledge of the equivalent complex modulus properties of the treatment. The equations used represent a simple extension of the classical equations of Oberst for a free layer treatment applied to an unstiffened beam or plate, with terms accounting for the effect of the stiffeners. The equivalent complex modulus properties of the treatment depend on a shear parameter, a geometrical parameter, the stiffness of the constraining layer and the loss factor of the adhesive. 为了获得大负载平行砂轮复合变幅器的设计方法,将复合变幅器简化为复合变幅杆与多阶环盘组成。利用Mindlin中厚板理论,求解了各振动环盘的位移、转角、弯矩和剪力解析表达式,并通过复合变幅杆各振动单元间的力、位移的边界条件和连续条件,以及复合变幅杆和环盘两者结构间力与位移的耦合条件,建立了复合变幅器的数学模型和频率方程。针对频率方程进行编程求解 ,设计了平行砂轮复合变幅器。通过有限元仿真分析、实物阻抗特性试验、谐振试验验证。试验结果表明:平行砂轮复合变幅器的试际谐振频率、节圆位置与理论设计的误差小于5%,验证了其理论设计方法的正确性。为研制大负载平行砂轮复合变幅器提供了一种有效的设计方法。  相似文献

Based on the theory of composite materials and phononic crystals (PCs), a large-size rectangular piezoelectric composite plate with the quasi-periodic PC structure composed of PZT-4 and epoxy is proposed in this paper. This PC structure can suppress the transverse vibration of the piezoelectric composite plate so that the thickness mode is purer and the thickness vibration amplitude is more uniform. Firstly, the vibration of the model is analyzed theoretically, the electromechanical equivalent circuit diagram of three-dimensional coupled vibration is established, and the resonance frequency equation is derived. The effects of the length, width, and thickness of the piezoelectric composite plate at the resonant frequency are obtained by the analytical method and the finite element method, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient is also analyzed. The results show that the resonant frequency can be changed regularly and the electromechanical conversion can be improved by adjusting the size of the rectangular piezoelectric plate. The effect of the volume fraction of the scatterer on the resonant frequency in the thickness direction is studied by the finite element method. The band gap in X and Y directions of large-size rectangular piezoelectric plate with quasi-periodic PC structures are calculated. The results show that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the simulation results. When the resonance frequency is in the band gap, the decoupling phenomenon occurs, and then the vibration mode in the thickness direction is purer.  相似文献

Paper is devoted to the investigation of SH(0) acoustic waves propagating in structure "piezoelectric plate-polymeric nanocomposite film". The analysis was carried out by the example of the polymeric nanocomposite film based on high-pressure polyethylene with various contents of CdS nanoparticles and lithium tantalate and lithium niobate plate. The resonant attenuation of investigated waves for the certain ratios of plate and film thicknesses was found. The obtained results open the prospects of the development of structures for SH(0) waves consisting of nanocomposite polymeric substrates and thin piezoelectric plates. Such structures may be useful for development of various thermostable chemical and biological sensors and signal processing devices.  相似文献

Using finite element method, we have made a theoretically study of the band structure of Lamb wave in a locally resonant phononic crystal strip waveguide with periodic soft rubber attached on the two sides of epoxy main plate. The numerical results show that the Lamb wave band gap based on local resonant mechanism can be opened up in the stub strip waveguides, and the width of the local resonant band gap is narrower than that based on the Bragg scattering mechanism. The results also show that the stub shape and width have influence on the frequency and width of the Lamb wave band gap.  相似文献
