设计研制了一种新型小体积,低成本的1×2光纤直接耦合微加工型光开关.该器件使用电磁微线圈驱动一封装在微加工柔性框架上的活动光纤,使其对准另两根固定光纤,实现光路转换.驱动电压为5 V,开关时间小于2 ms,插入损耗达到0.9~1.1 dB.器件构造工艺采用了CNC雕刻技术和EDM技术.本文剖析了器件损耗,用有限元软件ANSYS分析了器件的磁场和弹簧受力而优化结构设计,并报告了器件性能测试.  相似文献

以双极性材料4,4'-bis(carbazol-9-yl)biphenyl(CBP)为主体,绿色热激活延迟荧光材料(4s,6s)-2,4,5,6-tetra(9H-carbazol-9-yl)isophthalonitrile(4CzIPN)为客体,制备了一种多层有机发光二极管.通过改变4CzIPN的掺杂浓度,研究了掺杂浓度对器件光电性能及稳定性的影响,发现4CzIPN掺杂浓度为12%时器件性能最佳.通过设计正向恒流反向恒压的交流驱动电路并对交流驱动电路参数进行优化,研究了驱动方式对延迟荧光有机发光二极管寿命的影响,揭示了交流驱动参数对延迟荧光器件寿命的影响规律.研究表明,基于热激活延迟荧光的有机发光二极管在使用频率为50 Hz,反向偏压为0 mV,50%占空比的交流驱动时,可获得更高的器件寿命.通过比较直流驱动和交流驱动下相同器件的寿命曲线,发现使用交流驱动时器件寿命是直流驱动时的1.5倍左右.  相似文献

介绍了利用金属氧化物场效应管产生大电流窄脉冲来驱动激光二极管的原理,推导出驱动金属氧化物场效应管峰值驱动电流的计算公式和开通时间的估算公式,通过仿真总结出影响驱动电源脉冲电流的脉宽、幅度和振荡的主要因素,理论和仿真结果表明,器件的寄生电感、电路走线电感和负载寄生电感对电流影响较大。实验结果显示,在供电高压为200 V时,金属氧化物场效应管开通时间为2 ns;激光二极管驱动电流上升时间小于10 ns,脉宽为15~100 ns,幅度为0~50 A连续可调,频率为0~50 kHz。  相似文献

分析了单声光移频器构成的外差式激光多普勒测振计中声光移频器驱动信号的频率稳定性和信号功率对待测振动信号的影响.为了降低声光移频器驱动信号频率漂移的影响,提出双声光移频器构成的外差式激光多普勒测振计,并基于直接数字频率合成技术,以相位噪音低、初始相位可控的芯片AD9912为核心器件,完成了声光移频器驱动信号生成及处理模块的设计.开展了双声光移频器组成的外差式激光多普勒测振计的振动测量实验,结果表明,驱动信号生成装置可以驱动声光移频器正常工作,且测振计的本底噪音在0~10kHz频带范围内呈现平坦分布,0~1kHz频段内噪音得到明显抑制,较单声光移频器构成的外差式激光多普勒测振计有显著改善.  相似文献

设计了一种高重频高压快脉冲驱动模块作用于激光调Q系统。该驱动模块采用零电压准谐振SMPS技术、大功率高速高压固体开关器件多管级联电路、大电流脉冲过驱动技术,获得了频率为1 kHz至100 kHz可调、高电平0~5 000 V可调、脉冲宽度0.5 μs、下降沿可达20 ns的负脉冲,可靠性强,体积小。  相似文献

研制了一种新型的超小型电磁驱动微机械可调光衰减器(VOA).该器件采用电磁驱动器转动硅基微镜改变光路实现可调衰减,在结构上采用了全磁性回复,完全摆脱了通常的弹性回复造成的部件疲劳、零点偏移等器件重复性问题.驱动电压为0~5 V,工作范围0~40 dB,插入损耗小于0.8 dB,回波损耗小于-50 dB.器件重要部件采用微细电火花加工(EDM)技术制作,并应用FEA软件进行了结构优化,对衰减响应进行了详尽的理论分析.该VOA设计体积仅为25×10×7 mm3,可构成阵列应用于波分复用(WDM/DWDM)系统中各信道的动态信号平衡或网络保护.  相似文献

通过对器件结构的优化设计,提高了白光电致发光器件中蓝光成分的发光效率,从而得到了一种较为理想的有机白光电致发光器件。驱动电压为5V时,电流密度J=0.5mA/cm^2,器件的效率达到最大,流明效率为1.92 lm/W,此时器件的发光亮度接近20cd/m^2。色坐标为(x=O.317,y=0.328)。非常接近白光等能点.是色度很好的白光。并且在很大范围内,色度随器件的驱动电压或电流变化不大,当驱动电压变化至15V时。f=232mA/cm^2,色坐标变化至(x=0.338,y=O.353)。在电压为22V时,器件的亮度达到最大,为17 000cd/m^2。此外器件结构相对简单。器件制备的可重复性得到很大程度的改善。  相似文献

在分析了CCD器件驱动时序关系的基础上,设计了可选输出的驱动时序发生器.作为卫星上的有效载荷,CCD成像系统可以根据入射能量的多少及探测分辨率的需求,以单像元或像元二合一方式输出.选用复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)作为硬件设计平台,使用VHDL语言对驱动时序发生器进行了硬件描述,采用Maxplus Ⅱ对所设计的驱动时序发生器进行了仿真,针对Altera公司的可编程逻辑器件EPM7128SLC84-7进行适配.系统测试结果表明,所研制的驱动时序发生器可以满足高速CCD成像仪的驱动要求.  相似文献

介绍了具有高色纯度的多层有机白光器件,器件发光的色坐标为x=0.33,y=0.34,非常接近白光等能点,是色度很好的白光器件。而且在8~14V很大的范围内,发光色度随器件的驱动电压或电流的变化不大,基本稳定在x=0.33,y=0.34。在电压为19V时,器件的亮度达到了最大9735cd/m^2,在电压为9V时,器件的效率达到了最大4.5cd/A。  相似文献

一种基于微细电火花加工(EDM)技术的非硅基MEMS可调光衰减器,以电磁线圈驱动微反射镜.本文介绍该器件特性测试及动态响应分析,结果表明,驱动电压为0~8 V,工作范围0~35 dB,动态响应时间为2 ms,插入损耗小于0.8 dB,回波损耗小于-50.5 dB.  相似文献

设计制成一种数字化电磁驱动微机械MOEMS可调光衰减器.与传统可调光衰减器相比,该器件不仅可实现光衰减量数字化电控调节,并且可通过器件结构的优化设计,对光衰减量的非线性进行补偿,最终得到线性衰减.器件性能测试表明,插入损耗IL<0.3 dB,偏振相关损耗PDL<0.1 dB,波长相关损耗WDL<0.2 dB,衰减范围0~40 dB,回波损耗RL>50 dB.  相似文献

The design and evaluation of a microelectro mechanical systems (MEMS) based variable optical attenuator is reported. The device contains two blades, which are each driven by a separate electrostatic comb microactuator, and move independently to form a variable slit. This device has been fabricated in silicon-on-insulator material which has been back-etched. Electro-mechanical design considerations, including factors to minimise the side instability of the comb drive, are described. Finite element modelling (FEM) of the variable optical attenuator (VOA) is backed up by theoretical results, and the results from the theoretical work verify the findings from the FEM. Optical modelling of the VOA using near field diffraction theory is also reported. Experimentally, the device was driven from 0-34V DC to measure its static characteristics. For dynamic characterisation, the device was operated from 0-28 V AC and its fundamental resonant frequency was measured to be 3 kHz. Optical measurements including wavelength dependent attenuation are also presented.  相似文献

An InGaAsP/InP waveguide variable optical attenuator (VOA) is proposed in this paper. The device consists of straight input and output waveguides and an S-bend waveguide. An electrode is deposited on a portion of the waveguide to form an active region so that its refractive index can be modified by a current injection, resulting in the variation of the transmitted optical power. The beam propagation method is employed in the numerical simulation and the device structure is optimized using a genetic algorithm. The optimized VOA has a low excess loss (<1 dB) and a large dynamic range of about 40 dB.  相似文献

可调光衰减器(VOA)是密集波分复用(DWDM)网络中的重要器件之一,它的一个重要应用是实现多通道间的功率均衡。提出了一种基于三波导耦合结构的聚合物电光可调光衰减器的设计方案,即利用两个旁侧波导耦合掉主通道波导中的光,从而达到衰减的目的。并运用束传播法(BPM)对该器件进行了相关性能的模拟、分析及优化,使得该结构衰减达到60 dB,驱动电压为11.3 V,插入损耗为0.48 dB。该结构有效的降低了驱动电压,并使该结构的高衰减可调光衰减器得以实现。  相似文献

This paper presents the design, fabrication and characterization of a Variable Optical Attenuator (VOA). The VOA is based on a device known as the Mechanical Anti-reflection Switch (MARS) that has been well studied for modulation applications. Therefore, the requirements of the MEMS device need to be freshly ascertained and are done so in this paper taking the optical and MEMS parameters into account. In addition, the effect of the MEMS parameters on the optical ones and vise versa were also exploited in the design process. A good VOA should have a linear variation of attenuation with voltage and a large change in attenuation with a small change in voltage. In addition, the device should have as small an insertion loss as possible. Keeping this in mind, the dimensions of the device were chosen to achieve maximum performance. Four design variables were used to design MARS for the VOA application. This paper will discuss how they are related. A surface micro-machining fabrication method was developed using thermal evaporation and Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) techniques. It includes a fluoroform (CHF3) based reactive ion etching for silicon nitride. The devices were released using low surface tension liquids and Rapid Thermal Annealing (RTA). The achieved process yield was over 90%. Several devices were tested and attenuation up to 5.6 dB was observed experimentally.  相似文献

We apply liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) in 0.8-$mUm standard complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology to demonstrate a low-cost, high-performance pixelized liquid crystal variable optical attenuator (VOA) with pulse width modulation. We then build a prototype tunable filter by using this VOA along with a grating in the Littrow configuration. With the application of 5-V pulse width modulation, the proposed VOA achieves a 5.6-dB insertion loss, a dynamic range of more than 20 dB, a 50-GHz channel spacing capability, and a polarization-dependent loss (PDL) of less than 0.6 dB at 15-dB attenuation. Our VOA is suitable for applications such as dynamic channel gain equalizers, channel-blocking filters, sub-components of re-configurable add-drop modules, and wavelength selectors.  相似文献

介绍了一种基于微机械技术实现的可变光衰减器,通过微电磁驱动器改变输入输出光纤之间的径向偏移量来调整衰减量。基于波导传输理论分析确定了器件的结构参量,并通过集成电路微细加工工艺实现了器件的制作和封装。测试结果表明,该可变光衰减器的插入损耗小于1dB,动态范围约35dB,工作电压小于5V,偏振相关损耗小于0.1dB,体积为20mm×15mm×8mm,有望为全光网提供一种低成本,高性能的光通信器件。  相似文献

提出一种热光聚合物可变光衰减器(VOA)的设计分析,利用S弯曲的波导提高衰减效率,BPM法模拟中验证其衰减动态范围可达60 dB,实现60 dB的衰减计算功耗为60 mW,附加弯曲损耗小于0.3 dB.并且具有很好的极化独立性,串扰低,尺寸小,易于集成.  相似文献
