采用分子动力学方法结合量子修正Sutton-Chen型多体力场,对由{100}面和{111}面构成的十四面体Pt纳米晶在升温过程中的热稳定性和熔化机制进行了计算机模拟研究,并引入统计半径和Lindemann指数来分析它的结构和形状演化过程. 结果表明:该纳米晶在1500 K时形状开始发生变化,并在1700 K时转变为球形. 铂纳米晶粒在1500 K时开始出现表面预熔,在1650 K时表面完全熔化并开始向内部传播,最终在1730 K时整体熔化为液态粒子. 表面预熔的出现对形状转变的发生是有利的. 关键词: 纳米晶 结构 熔化 分子动力学  相似文献

本文采用分子动力学模拟结合Finnis-Sinclair多体势研究了面心立方铁纳米粒子在加温过程中的相变与并合行为. 模拟结果表明: 纳米粒子在熔化之前均发生了由面心立方至体心立方的马氏体相变; 大小相等的两纳米粒子在并合之前发生了相对转动; 而大小不等的两纳米粒子在并合过程中并未出现转动, 小纳米粒子倾向于吸附在大纳米粒子上, 并随着温度的升高而熔化, 最终形成更大的纳米粒子. 关键词: 纳米粒子 相变 并合 分子动力学  相似文献

采用嵌入原子势, 使用分子动力学方法, 模拟研究了银纳米晶高温弛豫过程中的热稳定性和熔化机制, 并引入均方位移和稳定寿命来分析它的结构和形状的演化过程. 结果表明: 对于沿相互垂直{110}, {211}和{111}面切割形成的近正方体截面纳米晶, 高温弛豫熔化存在明显的各向异性行为; (112) 面热稳定性最低, 最易熔化, 其次是(110) 面, 热稳定性最高的是(111) 面, 最难熔化; 三个不同晶面的最外层和次外层原子的稳定寿命极短, 且三个不同晶面之间相差很小, 没有明显差异; 对于具有相同晶面指数的晶面, 第三层及其以内的稳定寿命较长, 且依次微量增长, 但不同晶面第三层及其以内的寿命相差明显.  相似文献

本文采用分子动力学结合嵌入原子多体势,模拟了铂纳米粒子在升温过程中的热稳定性和熔化机制,并利用共近邻分析方法分析了它的微结构演化过程。模拟的结果表明:铂纳米粒子的熔点明显低于体材料的熔点;由于表面层原子的结合力较弱,在升温过程中表面会首先出现预熔;纳米粒子的熔化是从表面层开始的,并随着温度的升高,熔化的表面层会逐渐向内部扩展,最终导致纳米粒子整体转变为液态结构;当温度低于表面预熔温度时,纳米粒子保持良好的晶态结构。  相似文献

Ni Al纳米颗粒具有较高的能量密度和良好的高温力学性能,铝吸附原子在不同镍基表面上的扩散行为与不同扩散机制对铝在镍基表面沉积生长的影响有待进一步阐明.本文通过采用肘弹性带和分子动力学结合嵌入原子势的方法,系统地研究了单个铝吸附原子在镍基表面的扩散行为和纳米颗粒团簇在十面体(DEC)、立方八面体(CUB)和二十面体(ICO)结构上的生长.研究结果表明:Al吸附原子在三种Ni基底上表面扩散的交换与跳跃两种机制,最低的Ehrlich-Schwoebel(ES)势垒为0.38 e V (交换CUB{111}→100})、0.52 e V (交换DEC{111}→100})和0.52 e V (跳跃ICO{111}→111}),从{111}面扩散到{100}面主要以交换机制为主,而相邻两个{111}面之间的扩散则以跳跃机制为主.沉积的铝原子首先倾向于扩散到台阶边缘和顶点附近.随着Al原子数量的增加,沉积的Al原子开始聚集.对于Ni团簇上的Al原子,在较低温度下在镍基底表面沉积Al原子,可以获得良好的Ni核/Al壳结构.对于二十面体结构基底,其对应的核壳团簇的缺陷数最小,随后为十面体结构和八面体结构.随着生长温度的增加Ni Al纳米粒子的表面逐渐开始合金化.  相似文献

不同形状的金纳米粒子在表面增强拉曼散射(surface enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)中有不同的增强效果,多面体金纳米粒子具有多角结构,显示出比金纳米板更为明显的增强效果,近年来对其合成和性质的研究备受关注。该研究探究了十二面体,二十面体,三角板,球形四种形状的金纳米粒子在SERS中不同的增强效果。分别采用硼氢化钠还原法和以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为还原剂制备金三角纳米片和二十面体金纳米粒子,又以二十面体金纳米粒子为种子制备出十二面体金纳米粒子,并分别以以上三种不同形貌的金纳米粒子及球形金溶胶为基底,4-巯基吡啶,对巯基苯甲酸为探针分子检测了其在不同激发波长下的增强效果。透射电子显微镜结果表明金三角纳米板的平均边长为130nm,二十面体和十二面体金纳米粒子的粒径分别为100和120nm。三者的紫外可见吸收峰分别在589,598和544nm处。表面增强拉曼散射结果表明金多面体比金三角纳米板表现出更好的增强效果。  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法和嵌入原子法(EAM)多体势函数,模拟研究了银纳米团簇在不同温度直到熔化过程中的结构变化,得到了体系能量和热容量随温度的变化关系.结果显示:银纳米团簇在临近熔点附近出现了负热容现象.研究了弛豫后银纳米团簇的稳态结构变化及其在不同时刻结构的演变过程.结果表明:产生负热容现象的主要原因是纳米团簇在熔点附近,结构发生了巨大的变化,形成由{111}和{100}面围成的结构十分稳定和能量更低的多面体.  相似文献

利用分子动力学模拟方法对含纳米孔洞的单晶铁在冲击波压缩下的结构相变(由体心立方结构α到六角密排结构ε)进行了研究,单晶铁样品的尺寸为17.2nm×17.2nm×17.2nm,总原子数428341个,在样品的中央预置一个直径为1.12nm的孔洞,利用一活塞分别以350,500,1087m/s的速度撞击样品产生冲击波,对应的冲击波压缩应力分别为12,17,35GPa.撞击方向沿单晶铁的[100]晶向.计算结果表明,在冲击波压缩下,孔洞对铁中的相变起了诱导作用,伴随着孔洞的塌陷,相变首先出现在孔洞周围的(011)面和(011)面上,然后扩展到整个样品.通过分析冲击压缩下原子的位移历史,解释了相变的微观机制,发现孔洞周围的原子在{011}面上沿〈011〉晶向滑移,离孔洞中心距离越近的{011}面上的原子容易滑移,间隔一层的{011}面与相邻层原子的移动位移幅度不同,这种相对滑移导致出现了新的结构(hcp结构). 关键词: 相变 分子动力学 冲击波 纳米孔洞  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法结合嵌入原子势, 对Au-Pd共晶纳米粒子的热稳定性进行了模拟研究. 计算结果表明: Au-Pd纳米粒子的熔点明显高于Au单质纳米粒子而低于Pd纳米粒子. 通过计算Lindemann指数发现Au-Pd共晶纳米粒子中的Au原子首先熔化, 然后带动Pd原子的熔化; 熔化所经历的温度区间明显要宽于单质纳米粒子.  相似文献

SiCGe ternary alloys have been grown on SiC by hot-wall low-pressure chemical vapour deposition. It has been found that the samples cxhibit an island configuration, and the island growth of SiCGe epilayer depends on the processing parameters such as the growth temperature. When the growth temperature is comparatively low, the epilayer has two types of islands: onc is spherical island; another is cascading triangular island. With the increase of the growth temperature, the islands change from spherical to cascading triangular mode. The size and density of the islands depend on the growth duration and GeH4 flow-rate. A longer growth time and a larger GeH4 flow-rate can increase the size and density of the island in thc initial stage of the epitaxy. In our case, The optimal growth for a high density of uniform islands occurred at a growth temperature of 1100℃ for l-minute growth, with 10 SCCM GeH4, resulting in a narrow size distribution (about 30nm diameter) and high density (about 3.5 ×10^10 dots/cm2). The growth follows Stranski- Krastanov modc (2D to 3D modc), both of the islands and the 2D growth layer have face-centred cubic structure, and the critical thickness of the 2D growth layer is only 2.5 nm.[第一段]  相似文献

The spinel-type LiMn$_{2}$O$_{4}$ is a promising candidate as cathode material for rechargeable Li-ion batteries due to its good thermal stability and safety. Experimentally, it is observed that in this compound there occur the structural phase transitions from cubic ($Fd\bar{3}m)$ to tetragonal ($I4_{1}/{amd}$) phase at slightly below room temperature. To understand the phase transition mechanism, we compare the Gibbs free energy between cubic phase and tetragonal phase by including the configurational entropy. Our results show that the configurational entropy contributes substantially to the stability of the cubic phase at room temperature due to the disordered Mn$^{3+}$/Mn$^{4+}$ distribution as well as the orientation of the Jahn-Teller elongation of the Mn$^{3+}$O$_{6}$ octahedron in the the spinel phase. Meanwhile, the phase transition temperature is predicted to be 267.8 K, which is comparable to the experimentally observed temperature. These results serve as a good complement to the experimental study, and are beneficial to the improving of the electrochemical performance of LiMn$_{2}$O$_{4}$ cathode.  相似文献

The single crystal of cubic perovskite BaFeO$_{3}$ shows multiple magnetic transitions and external stimulus sensitive magnetism. In this paper, a 5%-Co-doped BaFeO$_{3}$ (i.e. BaFe$_{0.95}$Co$_{0.05}$O$_{3})$ single crystal was grown by combining floating zone methods with high-pressure techniques. Such a slight Co doping has little effect on crystal structure, but significantly changes the magnetism from the parent antiferromagnetic ground state to a ferromagnetic one with the Curie temperature $T_{\rm C} \approx 120$ K. Compared with the parent BaFeO$_{3}$ at the induced ferromagnetic state, the saturated magnetic moment of the doped BaFe$_{0.95}$Co$_{0.05}$O$_{3}$ increases by about 10% and reaches 3.64 $\mu_{\rm B}$/f.u. Resistivity and specific heat measurements show that the ferromagnetic ordering favors metallic-like electrical transport behavior for BaFe$_{0.95}$Co$_{0.05}$O$_{3}$. The present work indicates that Co-doping is an effective method to tune the magnetic and electric properties for the cubic perovskite phase of BaFeO$_{3}$.  相似文献

利用嵌入原子势(EAM),对NiAl单晶在外应力作用下的动态拉伸过程进行了分子动力学模拟.应力-应变曲线分析以及原子构型分析表明外应力诱发NiAl合金发生了马氏体相变,原子结构由B2相转变为L10相.通过研究原子构型的演化过程,发现马氏体相变是通过多个{110}孪晶面的扩展和湮灭作用来完成的.同时探讨了马氏体相变的微观机理. 关键词: 马氏体相变 NiAl 分子动力学模拟  相似文献

Magnetic properties and magnetic entropy changes in LaFe$_{11.5}$Si$_{1.5}$ have been investigated by partially substituting Pr by La. It is found that La$_{1 - x}$Pr$_{x}$Fe$_{11.5}$Si$_{1.5}$ compounds remain cubic NaZn$_{13}$-type structures even when the Pr content is increased to 0.5, i.e. $x = 0.5$. Substitution of Pr for La leads to a reduction in both the crystal constant and the Curie temperature. A stepwise magnetic behaviour in the isothermal magnetization curves is observed, indicating that the characteristic of the itinerant electron metamagnetic (IEM) transition above $T_{\rm C}$ becomes more prominent with the Pr content increasing. As a result, the magnetic entropy change is remarkably enhanced from 23.0 to 29.4\,J/kg$\cdot$K as the field changes from 0 to 5\,T, with the value of $x$ increasing from 0 to 0.5. It is more attractive that the magnetic entropy changes for all samples are shaped into high plateaus in a wide range of temperature, which is highly favourable for Ericsson-type magnetic refrigeration.  相似文献

This letter reports the nanoscale spatial phase modulation of Ga As growth in V-grooved trenches fabricated on a Si(001) substrate by metal–organic vapor-phase epitaxy. Two hexagonal Ga As regions with high density of stacking faults parallel to Si {111} surfaces are observed. A strain-relieved and defect-free cubic phase Ga As was achieved above these highly defective regions. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy and fast Fourier transforms analysis were performed to characterize these regions of Ga As/Si interface. We also discussed the strain relaxation mechanism and phase structure modulation of Ga As selectively grown on this artificially manipulated surface.  相似文献

The martensitic transformation in Co37Ni34Al29 ribbon is characterized in detail by means of in-situ thermostatic x-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements.The results show a structural transition from the body-centred cubic to martensite with a tetragonal structure during cooling.Comparison between the results of the diffraction intensity with the magnetic susceptibility measurements indicates that the martensitic transformation takes place in several different steps during cooling from 273 to 163 K.During heating from 313 to 873 K,the peak width becomes very wide and the intensity turns very low.The γ-phase(face-centred cubic structure) emerges and increases gradually with temperature increasing from 873 to 1073 K.  相似文献

Electronic properties of the (001) surface of cubic BaZrO$_{3}$ with BaO and ZrO$_{2}$ terminations have been studied using first-principles calculations. Surface structure, partial density of states, band structure and surface energy have been obtained. We find that the largest relaxation appears in the first layer of atoms, and the relaxation of the BaO-terminated surface is larger than that of the ZrO$_{2}$-terminated surface. The surface rumpling of the BaO-terminated surface is also larger than that of the ZrO$_{2}$-terminated surface. Results of surface energy calculations reveal that the BaZrO$_{3}$ surface is likely to be more stable than the PbZrO$_{3}$ surface.  相似文献

Epitaxial $ {\rm Ge}_{2} {\rm Sb}_{2} {\rm Te}_{5} $ thin layers were successfully grown in the metastable cubic phase on both slightly lattice‐mismatched (GaSb) and highly lattice‐mismatched (Si) templates. The higher quality of the films grown on (111)‐oriented substrates is attributed to the tendency to form layered structures in the stable bulk phase as well as to the nature of distortion in the metastable cubic phase.
