X射线荧光全息术,通过记录样品的荧光全息图并利用计算机重构,能够得到晶体内部原子的三维排列信息,这对于材料科学将有着非凡的意义.理论上,在一个X射线荧光全息实验中,实验者必须在4π立体角范围内高角度分辨率地探测荧光的强度,才能得到高空间分辨率的三维的原子像.但在实际的X射线荧光全息实验中,因为实验的装置安排限制,不允许探测到整个球面上的荧光强度振幅.因为取样范围的不完全而引起的全息信息的损失将直接导致重构的原子像失真.本文通过数值模拟在不同角度范围和取样步长情况下铁单晶的X射线荧光全息图并对其进行数字重构,研究了记录全息图的角度范围及取样步长对重构得到的原子像的影响.方位角范围的不完全导致原子像在x和y方向上被拉长,而且导致原子像的亮度不均匀.而极角范围的不完全则导致了原子像在z方向上被拉长.至于步长的影响,则是可以忽略的,如果步长不是太大的话. 相似文献

通过分子束外延(MBE)和脉冲激光沉积(PLD)方法,将1—10个Fe原子层(ML)以楔形方式沉积到反铁磁单晶NiO(001)基片上.表面磁光克尔效应的原位测试结果表明:通过MBE沉积的Fe原子层在Fe/NiO界面处产生了约2ML的磁死层;而通过PLD沉积的Fe原子层在Fe/NiO界面处产生了约3ML的磁死层.X射线光电子能谱对Fe/NiO界面进行研究的结果表明,在Fe原子与单晶NiO间发生了界面化学反应.

以27个铁原子成立方排列的晶体结构为模型,通过数值模拟和重构,讨论了入射光源的偏振性对原子像的影响.结果表明,入射光源的偏振性对原子像的可观测性有非常重要的影响.为此,提出了一种能同时消除光源偏振性影响和全息成像所固有的孪生像的数字重构新算法,并通过数字模拟及重构,结果证明了这是一种有效的数字重构算法,能够解决实验过程中光源偏振性和孪生像对原子像的影响.

利用软x射线磁性圆二色(XMCD)吸收谱测得Fe/MgO膜不同磁化方向的轨道磁矩和自旋磁矩.实 验表明,沿铁单晶薄膜的不同方向,铁原子轨道磁矩的改变量达到600%以上,而自旋磁矩的 变化约50%,但原子的总磁矩没有如此大的改变.结合常规方法分析了铁薄膜的宏观磁各向异 性性质,半定量地获得磁矩与宏观各向异性能的关系,并对样品的磁矩和磁各向异性能进行 了比较.

首次用正电子湮灭寿命谱仪(PALS)测量SmFeAsO多晶样品常温下的寿命谱,得到两个寿命成分1516 ps和2903 ps,根据捕获模型得到正电子在SmFeAsO中湮灭的体寿命为1870 ps,与理论计算(广义梯度近似)得到的SmFeAsO单晶中的正电子体寿命173 ps符合较好.基于中性原子叠加模型-有限差分方法(SNA-FD)的理论计算得到正电子与单晶SmFeAsO中各个原子价电子的总湮灭率是其与各个原子核心内层电子总湮灭率的106倍,正电子与Fe,As,Sm,O原子的电子湮灭的概率之比是1∶13∶12∶1. 相似文献

采用陆学善、梁敬魁提出的方法,利用纳米金刚石的X射线衍射强度,计算出它的德拜特征温度为411.7 K,比高温高压合成出的大颗粒金刚石单晶的德拜特征温度(2 200 K)低了许多;且其原子晶格振动的振幅比高温高压合成得到的大颗粒金刚石单晶原子的振幅增大了4.37倍;用Lindemann公式计算出纳米金刚石的熔点为2 070 K,约为高温高压合成出的大颗粒金刚石单晶熔点(4 400 K)的一半。这将导致纳米金刚石原子间结合力的减弱,势必造成其活性的增大,从而引起物理、化学性能的改变。 相似文献

利用FeMn粉末触媒在国产六面顶压机上进行了合成金刚石单晶的实验,研究了高温高压条件下(5.7 GPa、1 550 ℃),石墨-FeMn粉末触媒体系中金刚石单晶的生长特性。通过光学成像显微镜观测表明:合成出的金刚石单晶呈浅黄色,晶形完整,且都是八面体,晶体里含有白色物质,粒度集中在0.3~0.5 mm;通过扫描电镜观测了晶体的表面形貌,表面有熔坑;通过穆斯堡尔谱,发现粉末触媒里主要是FeMn合金和独立状态的Fe,金刚石内部主要是Fe和Fe3C;利用X射线荧光光谱,检测出样品里有Fe和Mn元素。 相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)技术在MgO基片上制备了金属Fe薄膜.利用原子力显微镜研究了不同制备温度对薄膜表面形貌的影响.x射线衍射分析表明沉积温度大于500℃时,Fe薄膜在MgO基片上有很好的结晶性,并有单一取向.通过z扫描方法测量了超薄Fe膜的光学非线性,得到了Fe薄膜的非线性折射率n2=709×10-5cm2/ kW,非线性吸收系数 β=-552×10-3cm/W.

A method of internal-detector electron holography is the time-reversed version of photoelectron holography. Using an energy-dispersive x-ray detector, an electron gun, and a computer-controllable sample stage, we measured a multiple-energy hologram of the atomic arrangement around the Ti atom in SrTiO3 by recording the characteristic Ti Kα x-ray spectra for different electron beam angles and wavelengths. A real-space image was obtained by using a fitting-based reconstruction algorithm. 3D atomic images of the elements Sr, Ti, and O in SrTiO3 were clearly visualized. The present work reveals that internal-detector electron holography has great potential for reproducing 3D atomic arrangements, even for light elements. 相似文献

Panoramic full-field imaging is demonstrated by applying spatial multiplexing to Fourier transform holography. Multiple object and reference waves extend the effective field of view for lensless imaging without compromising the spatial resolution. In this way, local regions of interest distributed throughout a sample can be simultaneously imaged with high spatial resolution. Inverse x-ray fluorescence holography was used to explore the local atomic order of a nearly perfect quasicrystal with composition Al70. 4Pd21Mn8.6. We have demonstrated the possibility of direct 3D imaging of the atomic decoration in a quasicrystal. We have obtained the average 3D environment of selected coordination shells around the Mn atoms. These results open the way to obtaining further and more complete information about the various coordination shells in complex materials by measuring multiple energy x-ray holograms at different sites. 相似文献

A comprehensive atomic model for the reconstructed surface of Si3N4 thin layer grown on Si(111) is presented. Kikuchi electron holography images clearly show the existence of adatoms on the Si3N4(0001)/Si(111)-(8x8) surface. Compared with the ab initio calculations, more than 30 symmetry-inequivalent atomic pairs in the outmost layers are successfully identified. Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) images show diamond-shaped unit cells and nine adatoms in each cell. High-resolution STM images reveal extra features and are in good agreement with the partial charge density distribution obtained from total-energy calculations. 相似文献

This paper describes the potential power of digital holography in particle measurement and its expected development in the near future. In digital holography, image reconstruction is carried out numerically on a computer using observed hologram patterns and some quantitative information can be derived from the reconstructed images. In this paper, the basic concept and procedure of digital in-line holography are shown mainly for particle depth measurement and the performance test results obtained in numerical simulations and experiments are demonstrated to examine the potential of the present method. 相似文献

We propose a variant of the heterodyne holography scheme that combines the properties of off-axis and phase-shifting holography. This scheme makes it possible to filter off numerically the zero-order image alias and the technical noise of the reference. It is then possible to record and reconstruct holographic images at an extremely low signal level. We show experimentally that the sensitivity of the method is limited only by the quantum nature of photons. 相似文献

A new technique for high fidelity three-dimensional imaging of atomic structure with gamma-ray holography is demonstrated. A complex hologram was constructed from holograms recorded for different values of the nuclear scattering amplitude on both sides of the (57)Fe M?ssbauer resonance. The holographic reconstruction was applied to this complex hologram resulting in a twin-image-free image of the bcc Fe local structure. The proposed procedure allows the removal of the twin images for all real space, making gamma-ray holography an unambiguous tool for atomic and magnetic structure imaging. 相似文献

We propose an in-line color digital holography that can suppress a 0th-order diffraction image and a conjugate image. This
technique reconstructs the image of an object from two holograms that are formed at two different distances from the object
for each primary color. We numerically simulated the proposed technique and confirmed that it enabled the reconstruction of
higher-quality images of an object than the Fresnel transform alone, which is the simplest reconstruction algorithm in digital
holography. The effectiveness of the proposed technique was also quantitatively shown by evaluating the reconstructed images
using root-mean-square errors. Thus, it was confirmed that the proposed technique was capable of recording and reconstructing
