In this paper, we have improved the calculation of the relic
gravitational waves (RGW) in two aspects. First, we investigate the
transfer function by taking into consideration the
redshift-suppression effect, the accelerating expansion effect, the
damping effect of free-streaming relativistic particles, and the
damping effect of cosmic phase transition, and give a simple
approximate analytic expression, which clearly illustrates the
dependence on the cosmological parameters. Second, we develop a
numerical method to calculate the primordial power spectrum of RGW in
a very wide frequency range, where the observed constraints on
$n_{\rm s}$ (the scalar spectral index) and $P_{\rm S}(k_0)$ (the
amplitude of primordial scalar spectrum) and the Hamilton--Jacobi
equation are used. This method is applied to two kinds of
inflationary models, which satisfy the current constraints on $n_{\rm
s}$, $\alpha$ (the running of $n_{\rm s}$) and $r$ (the
tensor--scalar ratio). We plot them in the $r-{\it\Omega}_{\rm g}$
diagram, where ${\it\Omega}_{\rm g}$ is the strength of RGW, and
study their measurements from the cosmic microwave background (CMB)
experiments and laser interferometers. 相似文献

The Ni/4H-SiC Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) and transfer length
method (TLM) test patterns of Ni/4H-SiC Ohmic contacts were
fabricated, and irradiated with 1~MeV electrons up to a dose of
3.43× 1014~e/cm-2. After radiation, the forward
currents of the SBDs at 2~V decreased by about 50%, and the
reverse currents at -200~V increased by less than 30%. Schottky
barrier height (φ B ) of the Ni/4H-SiC SBD increased
from 1.20~eV to 1.21~eV under 0~V irradiation bias, and decreased
from 1.25~eV to 1.19~eV under -30~V irradiation bias. The
degradation of φ B could be explained by the variation
of interface states of Schottky contacts. The on-state resistance
(Rs) and the reverse current increased with the dose, which
can be ascribed to the radiation defects in bulk material. The
specific contact resistance (\rhoc) of the Ni/SiC Ohmic
contact increased from 5.11× 105~Ωega.cm2 to 2.97× 10-4~Ωega.cm2. 相似文献

The Ho:YAP crystal is grown by the Czochralski technique.The room temperature polarized absorption spectra of Ho:YAP crystal was measured on a c cut sample with 1 at% holmium.According to the obtained Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters Ω2 = 1.42 × 10-20 cm2,Ω4 = 2.92 × 10-20 cm2,and Ω6 = 1.71 × 10-20 cm2,this paper calculated the fluorescence lifetime to be 6 ms for 5I7 →5 I8 transition,and the integrated emission cross section to be 2.24×10-18 cm2.It investigates the room temperature Ho:YAP laser end pumped by a 1.91 μm Tm:YLF laser.The maximum output power was 4.1 W when the incident 1.91 μm pump power was 14.4 W.The slope efficiency is 40.8%,corresponding to an optical to optical conversion efficiency of 28.4%.The Ho:YAP output wavelength was centred at 2118 nm with full width at half maximum of about 0.8 nm. 相似文献

We investigate the pairwise entanglement and global entanglement in a
generalized Jaynes--Cummings model, which can be used to realize
Greenberger--Horne--Zeilinger (GHZ) entangled state (Zheng S B 2001
{\it Phys. Rev. Lett.} {\bf 87} 230404). Our results show that the
W-type entangled states cannot be generated based on the model. The
dependences of entanglement on Rabi frequency $\lambda$ and
dipole--dipole coupling strength ${\it \Omega}$ are given. It is
found that there exists the quantum phase transition when
$\lambda={\it \Omega}$. For typical experimental data, the critical
temperature for pairwise entanglement is on the order of
$10^{-6}$\,K. Based on these results, two strategies that overcome

Effect of lithium-potassium mixed alkali on spectroscopic properties of Er^3+-doped aluminophosphate glasses 下载免费PDF全文
Er^3+-doped lithium-potassium mixed alkali aluminophosphate glasses belonging to the oxide system xK2O-(15-x)Li2O-4B2O3-11Al2O3-5BaO-65P2O5 are obtained in a semi-continuous melting quenching process. Spectroscopic properties of Er^3+-doped glass matrix have been analysed by fitting the experimental data with the standard Judd-Ofelt theory. It is observed that Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters Ωt(t = 2, 4 and 6) of Er^3+ change when the second alkali is introduced into glass matrix. The variation of line strength Sed[^4I13/2,^4I15/2] follows the same trend as that of the/26 parameter. The effect of mixed alkali on the spectroscopic properties of the aluminophosphate glasses, such as absorption cross-section, stimulated emission cross-section, spontaneous emission probability, branching ratio and the radiative lifetime, has also been investigated in this paper. 相似文献

the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No~60376001). 2006-09-192006-10-30 This paper reports that the nickel silicide ohmic contacts to n-type 6H-SiC have been fabricated. Transfer length method test patterns with NiSi/SiC and NiSi2/SiC structure axe formed on N-wells created by N^+ ion implantation into Si-faced p-type 6H-SiC epilayer respectively. NiSi and NiSi2 films are prepared by annealing the Ni and Si films separately deposited. A two-step annealing technology is performed for decreasing of oxidation problems occurred during high temperature processes. The specific contact resistance Pc of NiSi contact to n-type 6H-SiC as low as 1.78× 10^-6Ωcm^2 is achieved after a two-step annealing at 350 ℃for 20 min and 950℃ for 3 min in N2. And 3.84×10-6Ωcm^2 for NiSi2 contact is achieved. The result for sheet resistance Rsh of the N+ implanted layers is about 1210Ω/□. X-ray diffraction analysis shows the formation of nickel silicide phases at the metal/n-SiC interface after thermal annealing. The surfaces of the nickel silicide after thermal annealing are analysed by scanning electron microscope. 相似文献

The transfer of the quantum correlation from two-mode nonclassical state field to the supercurrents in two distant SQUID rings 下载免费PDF全文
We have considered two distant mesoscopic superconducting quantum
interference device (SQUID) rings A and B in the presence of two-mode
nonclassical state fields and investigated the correlation of the
supercurrents in the two rings using the normalized correlation
function $C_{\rm AB}$. We show that when the parameter $\alpha$ is
very small for the separable state with the density matrix $\hat
{\rho } = (\left| {\alpha , - \alpha } \right\rangle \left\langle
{\alpha , - \alpha } \right| + \left| { - \alpha ,\alpha }
\right\rangle \left\langle { - \alpha ,\alpha } \right|) / 2$ and
entangled coherent state (ECS) $\left| u \right\rangle = N_1 (\left|
{\alpha , - \alpha } \right\rangle + \left| { - \alpha ,\alpha }
\right\rangle )$ fields, the dynamic behaviours of the normalized
correlation function $C_{\rm AB}$ are similar, but it is quite
different for the entangled coherent state $\left| {u}'
\right\rangle = N_2 (\left| {\alpha , - \alpha } \right\rangle -
\left| { - \alpha ,\alpha } \right\rangle )$ field. When the
parameter $\alpha $ is very large, the dynamic behaviours of $C_{\rm
AB}$ are almost the same for the separable state, entangled coherent
state $\left| u \right\rangle $ and $\left| {u}' \right\rangle $
fields. For the two-mode squeezed vacuum state field the maximum of
$C_{\rm AB}$ increases monotonically with the squeezing parameter
$r$, and as $r \to \infty $, $C_{\rm AB} \to 1$. This means that the
supercurrents in the two rings A and B are quantum mechanically
correlated perfectly. It is concluded that not all the quantum
correlations in the two-mode nonclassical state field can be
transferred to the supercurrents; and the transfer depends on the
state of the two-mode nonclassical state field prepared. 相似文献

Effect of substrate temperature on the growth and properties of boron-doped microcrystalline silicon films 下载免费PDF全文
Highly conductive boron-doped hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (\mu
c-Si:H) films are prepared by very high frequency plasma enhanced chemical
vapour deposition (VHF PECVD) at the substrate temperatures $T_{\rm S})$
ranging
from 90$^\circ$C to 270$^\circ$C. The effects of $T_{\rm S}$ on the growth and
properties of the films are investigated. Results indicate that the growth
rate, the electrical (dark conductivity, carrier concentration and Hall
mobility) and structural (crystallinity and grain size) properties are all
strongly dependent on $T_{\rm S}$. As $T_{\rm S}$ increases, it is
observed that 1)
the growth rate initially increases and then arrives at a maximum value of
13.3 nm/min at $T_{\rm S}$=210$^\circ$C, 2) the crystalline volume fraction
($X_{\rm c})$ and the grain size increase initially, then reach their maximum
values at $T_{\rm S}$=140$^\circ$C, and finally decrease, 3) the dark
conductivity ($\sigma _{\rm d})$, carrier concentration and Hall mobility have
a similar dependence on $T_{\rm S}$ and arrive at their maximum values at
$T_{\rm S}$=190$^\circ$C. In addition, it is also observed that at a lower
substrate temperature $T_{\rm S}$, a higher dopant concentration is required in
order to obtain a maximum $\sigma _{\rm d}$. 相似文献

In this work, we investigate the constraints on the total neutrino mass in the scenario of vacuum energy interacting with cold dark matter (abbreviated as IΛCDM) by using the latest cosmological observations. We consider four typical interaction forms, i.e. $Q=\beta H{\rho }_{\mathrm{de}}$, $Q=\beta H{\rho }_{{\rm{c}}}$, $Q=\beta {H}_{0}{\rho }_{\mathrm{de}}$, and $Q=\beta {H}_{0}{\rho }_{{\rm{c}}}$, in the IΛCDM scenario. To avoid the large-scale instability problem in interacting dark energy models, we employ the extended parameterized post-Friedmann method for interacting dark energy to calculate the perturbation evolution of dark energy in these models. The observational data used in this work include the cosmic microwave background (CMB) measurements from the Planck 2018 data release, the baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) data, the type Ia supernovae (SN) observation (Pantheon compilation), and the 2019 local distance ladder measurement of the Hubble constant H0 from the Hubble Space Telescope. We find that, compared with those in the ΛCDM+$\sum {m}_{\nu }$ model, the constrains on $\sum {m}_{\nu }$ are looser in the four IΛCDM+$\sum {m}_{\nu }$ models. When considering the three mass hierarchies of neutrinos, the constraints on $\sum {m}_{\nu }$ are tightest in the degenerate hierarchy case and loosest in the inverted hierarchy case. In addition, in the four IΛCDM+$\sum {m}_{\nu }$ models, the values of coupling parameter β are larger using the CMB+BAO+SN+H0 data combination than that using the CMB+BAO+SN data combination, and β>0 is favored at more than 1σ level when using CMB+BAO+SN+H0 data combination. The issue of the H0 tension is also discussed in this paper. We find that, compared with the ΛCDM+$\sum {m}_{\nu }$ model, the H0 tension can be alleviated in the IΛCDM+$\sum {m}_{\nu }$ model to some extent. 相似文献

We explore the robustness of a network against failures of vertices or edges where a fraction f of vertices is removed and an overload model based on betweenness is constructed. It is assumed that the load and capacity of vertex i are correlated with its betweenness centrality B_i as B_i~θ and(1 + α)Bθi(θ is the strength parameter, α is the tolerance parameter).We model the cascading failures following a local load preferential sharing rule. It is found that there exists a minimal αc when θ is between 0 and 1, and its theoretical analysis is given. The minimal αc characterizes the strongest robustness of a network against cascading failures triggered by removing a random fraction f of vertices. It is realized that the minimalαc increases with the increase of the removal fraction f or the decrease of average degree. In addition, we compare the robustness of networks whose overload models are characterized by degree and betweenness, and find that the networks based on betweenness have stronger robustness against the random removal of a fraction f of vertices. 相似文献

We study inserting Co layer thickness-dependent spin transport and spin-orbit torques (SOTs) in the Pt/Co/Py trilayers by spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance. The interfacial perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (IPMA) energy density ($K_{\rm s}= 2.7 $ erg/cm$^{2}$, 1 erg = 10$^{-7}$ J), which is dominated by interfacial spin-orbit coupling (ISOC) in the Pt/Co interface, total effective spin-mixing conductance $(G_{\mathrm{eff,tot}}^{\mathrm{\uparrow \downarrow }}=\mathrm{0.42\times }{10}^{15} \mathrm{\Omega }^{-1}\cdot\mathrm{m}^{-2}$) and two-magnon scattering ($\beta_{\mathrm{TMS}}= 0.46 {\mathrm{nm}}^{2}$) are first characterized, and the damping-like torque ($\xi_{\mathrm{DL}}= 0.103$) and field-like torque ($\xi _{\mathrm{FL}}=-0.017$) efficiencies are also calculated quantitatively by varying the thickness of the inserting Co layer. The significant enhancement of $\xi_{\mathrm{DL}}$ and $\xi_{\mathrm{FL}}$ in Pt/Co/Py than Pt/Py bilayer system originates from the interfacial Rashba-Edelstein effect due to the strong ISOC between Co-3d and Pt-5d orbitals at the Pt/Co interface. Additionally, we find a considerable out-of-plane spin polarization SOT, which is ascribed to the spin anomalous Hall effect and possible spin precession effect due to IPMA-induced perpendicular magnetization at the Pt/Co interface. Our results demonstrate that the ISOC of the Pt/Co interface plays a vital role in spin transport and SOTs-generation. Our finds offer an alternative approach to improve the conventional SOTs efficiencies and generate unconventional SOTs with out-of-plane spin polarization to develop low power Pt-based spintronic via tailoring the Pt/FM interface. 相似文献

In this work, we use the most recent publicly available type Ia supernova (SNIa) compilations and H(z) data. A well formulated cosmological model based on Bianchi type I (BI) metric is implemented in the presence of the Ricci dark energy model. Using the maximum likelihood technique, we estimate the present value of Hubble's constant H0 = 70.339 ± 0.743, matter density parameter ${{\rm{\Omega }}}_{{m}_{0}}=0.297\pm 0.031$, anisotropy parameter ${{\rm{\Omega }}}_{{\sigma }_{0}}=\,$−0.004 01 ± 0.001 07 within $1\sigma ^{\prime} $ confidence level by bounding our derived model with recent joint Pantheon and H(z) data. We have constrained the present value of the equation of state parameter as ωde = −1.17 joint with the observational data. The present value of the deceleration parameter of the Universe in the derived model is obtained as ${q}_{0}=-{0.749}_{-0.086}^{+0.076}$. Transition redshift is also derived as ${z}_{\mathrm{tr}}\sim 0.551$ with the recent observations (Pantheon + H(z)) datasets. Finally, we compare the anisotropy effects on the evolution of H(z) for the proposed model under consideration with different observational datasets. 相似文献

We search for isotropic stochastic gravitational-wave background (SGWB) in the International Pulsar Timing Array second data release. By modeling the SGWB as a power-law, we find very strong Bayesian evidence for a common-spectrum process, and further this process has scalar transverse (ST) correlations allowed in general metric theory of gravity as the Bayes factor in favor of the ST-correlated process versus the spatially uncorrelated common-spectrum process is 30 ± 2. The median and the 90% equal-tail amplitudes of ST mode are ${{ \mathcal A }}_{\mathrm{ST}}={1.29}_{-0.44}^{+0.51}\times {10}^{-15}$, or equivalently the energy density parameter per logarithm frequency is ${{\rm{\Omega }}}_{\mathrm{GW}}^{\mathrm{ST}}={2.31}_{-1.30}^{+2.19}\times {10}^{-9}$, at frequency of 1 year−1. However, we do not find any statistically significant evidence for the tensor transverse (TT) mode and then place the 95% upper limits as ${{ \mathcal A }}_{\mathrm{TT}}\lt 3.95\times {10}^{-15}$, or equivalently ${{\rm{\Omega }}}_{\mathrm{GW}}^{\mathrm{TT}}\lt 2.16\times {10}^{-9}$, at frequency of 1 year−1. 相似文献

Using a single-mode approximation, we carry out the entanglement measures, e.g., the negativity and von Neumann entropy when a tetrapartite generalized GHZ state is treated in a noninertial frame, but only uniform acceleration is considered for simplicity. In terms of explicit negativity calculated, we notice that the difference between the algebraic average $\pi_{4}$ and geometric average $\varPi_{4}$ is very small with the increasing accelerated observers and they are totally equal when all four qubits are accelerated simultaneously. The entanglement properties are discussed from one accelerated observer to all four accelerated observers. It is shown that the entanglement still exists even if the acceleration parameter $r$ goes to infinity. It is interesting to discover that all 1-1 tangles are equal to zero, but 1-3 and 2-2 tangles always decrease when the acceleration parameter $r$ increases. We also study the von Neumann entropy and find that it increases with the number of the accelerated observers. In addition, we find that the von Neumann entropy $S_{\text{ABCDI}}$, $S_{\text{ABCIDI}}$, $S_{\text{ABICIDI}}$ and $S_{\text{AIBICIDI}}$ always decrease with the controllable angle $\theta$, while the entropies $S_{3-3~\rm non}$, $S_{3-2~\rm non}$, $S_{3-1~\rm non}$ and $S_{3-0~\rm non}$ first increase with the angle $\theta$ and then decrease with it. 相似文献

In this paper, an evolutionary model of bus transport network in B-space is developed. It includes the effect of the overlapping ratio of new route on network performance and overcomes the disadvantage, i.e. lack of economic consideration, in the evolutionary bus transport network model in P-space proposed by Chen et al (2007). The degree distribution functions are derived by using the mean-field method and the master equation method, separately. The relationship between the new stop ratio of a route, λ, and the error in exponential of degree distribution function from the mean-field method is developed as ASlope= λ/(1 -λ) + ln(1-λ). Finally, the bus transport networks of Hangzhou and Nanjing are simulated by using this model, and the results show that some characteristic index values of the simulated networks are closer to the empirical data than those from Chen's model. 相似文献
