We simulate the polarization manipulation of bright-dark vector bisolitons at 1-μm wavelength regime.Through changing the pulse parameters,different kinds of pulse shapes and optical spectra are generated in output orthogonal polarization directions.When the input vector bisoliton is polarization-locked with 1064 nm central wavelength,“1+1”fundamental dark-dark and“2+1”pseudo-high-order bright-dark group-velocity-locked vector solitons can be achieved through changing the projection angle.When the input vector bisoliton is group-velocity-locked with 1063 nm and 1065 nm central wavelengths,“2+1”and“2+2”pseudo-high-order bright-dark group-velocity-locked vector solitons,bright-dark group-velocity-locked vector solitons with chirp-like temporal oscillations are generated.Our simulation results can provide beneficial conduct for polarization manipulation of vector multi-solitons,and have promising applications in quantum information register,optical communications,nanophotonics,and all-optical switching.  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了Tm2O3掺杂浓度为0.25,0.5,0.75,1,1.25,1.5 mol%的40 Ge O2-35Te O2-15Pb O-5Al2O3-2.5Ca O-2.5Sr O锗碲酸盐玻璃.热学性质测试表明该玻璃的转变温度为446℃,没有析晶峰.玻璃的最大声子能量约为750 cm-1.利用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了Tm3+的Judd-Ofelt参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、不同浓度下Tm3+离子各激发态能级的自发辐射概率、荧光分支比以及辐射寿命等参数.采用808 nm波长抽运源测试了Tm3+离子的荧光光谱.发现掺杂浓度为1 mol%时约1.8μm处的荧光强度最强.根据Mc Cumber理论计算了3F4→3H6的发射截面,其峰值发射截面为6.5×10-21cm2.根据速率方程计算了玻璃中OH引起的Tm3+的3F4能级的无辐射弛豫速率,随着Tm3+浓度增加,OH对3F4能级的猝灭速率增加.这种玻璃有望研制成一种新型的约2μm的激光玻璃材料.  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了Er~(3+)/Tm~(3+)共掺杂无铅铋硅酸盐玻璃.测试了玻璃的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,分析和表征了Er~(3+)、Tm~(3+)离子之间的能量传递机制和传递效率,结果表明:在800 nm和1 550 nm光源泵浦下,Er~(3+)的掺入能够增强Tm~(3+)离子1.8μm发光,相应的最大发射截面分别为6.7×10~(-21)cm~2和7.3×10~(-21)cm~2,荧光带宽达到250 nm.根据Dexter-Foster模型,得到Er~(3+):~4I_(13/2)能级到Tm~(3+):~3F_4能级的直接能量传递系数为16.8×10~(-40)cm~6/s,为1 550 nm泵浦下获得较强的1.8μm发光奠定了基础.  相似文献

制备了不同Al(PO3)3含量的掺铥系列氟磷玻璃,研究了其结构、热稳定性和光谱性质。随着Al(PO3)3含量的增加,该系列玻璃的密度降低,折射率增加,差热分析表明,转变温度、析晶起始温度、析晶峰温度和熔化温度增加。Al(PO3)3摩尔浓度在7%~9%时析晶稳定性最佳。采用归一化的拉曼光谱分析了材料的结构和声子状况,对于该系列氟磷玻璃,Al(PO3)3含量的增加不会影响声子能量,但使声子密度增大。测试了样品的吸收光谱,Tm3 的3H6→3F4在第三通信窗口的L波段有明显吸收。与在其它玻璃基质中相比,Tm3 的3F4能级对应能量偏高,3H4能级对应能量偏低,使得3H4→3F4跃迁波长较大,接近于增益迁移光纤放大器的放大波长。扎得奥菲而特(Judd-Ofelt)理论分析表明随着Al(PO3)3含量增加,离子强度参量Ω2增大,Ω6保持相对稳定,Tm3 的能级寿命降低。  相似文献

Er^3+-doped lithium-potassium mixed alkali aluminophosphate glasses belonging to the oxide system xK2O-(15-x)Li2O-4B2O3-11Al2O3-5BaO-65P2O5 are obtained in a semi-continuous melting quenching process. Spectroscopic properties of Er^3+-doped glass matrix have been analysed by fitting the experimental data with the standard Judd-Ofelt theory. It is observed that Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters Ωt(t = 2, 4 and 6) of Er^3+ change when the second alkali is introduced into glass matrix. The variation of line strength Sed[^4I13/2,^4I15/2] follows the same trend as that of the/26 parameter. The effect of mixed alkali on the spectroscopic properties of the aluminophosphate glasses, such as absorption cross-section, stimulated emission cross-section, spontaneous emission probability, branching ratio and the radiative lifetime, has also been investigated in this paper.  相似文献

For the Er^3+ /Yb^3+ codoped fluorophosphate glasses, Judd-Ofelt theory is used to analyse the influence of YbF3 as not a sensitizer but an average component on the spectroscopic properties around 1530nm emission. The double roles of Yb^3+, as a sensitizer and as an average component, are discussed. It is found that Yb^3+ as an average component contributes to the increase of fluorescence lifetime, and Yb^3+ as a sensitizer has the best sensitization when its concentration is 2.4 mol%.  相似文献

Brillouin gain spectra(BGS)in an As2Se3 photonic crystal fiber(PCF)are investigated numerically.The profiles of the BGS are simulated by calculating the characteristics of different-order optical and acoustic waves in the PCFs with different core diameters.For the small-core PCF,there are two peaks in BGS,but there is only one peak for the large-core PCF.We also reveal that in the small-core PCF,the difference of Brillouin frequency shift between the LP01 and LP11 modes is obvious,while it is not obvious in the large-core PCF.The Brillouin threshold increases with the core diameter increasing.  相似文献

Theoretical simulations about manipulating vector solitons with super-sech pulse shapes are conducted based on an optical fiber system. By changing the temporal pulses' parameters when the orthogonally polarized pulses have the same or different input central wavelengths, the output modes in orthogonal directions will demonstrate different properties. When the input orthogonal modes have the same central wavelength, the “2+2” pseudo-high-order vector soliton can be generated when the time delay is changed. While under the condition of different central wavelengths, orthogonal pulses with multiple peaks accompanied with two wavelengths can be achieved through varying the projection angle, time delay or phase difference. Our simulations are helpful to the study of optical soliton dynamics in optical fiber systems.  相似文献

石英光子晶体光纤中高功率中红外超连续谱的产生   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
非石英光纤在产生大功率超连续谱方面存在难以克服的局限性.本文首次报道了采用石英光纤产生大功率中红外超连续谱.精心设计光纤结构使色散有利于超连续谱向中红外波段展宽,同时保证相对较大的芯径以承受较高的泵浦功率.合理选择光纤长度,在保证光谱展宽到3.4 μm的情况下使光纤损耗的影响降低到最小限度.研究表明,在1.95 μm皮秒脉冲泵浦下,采用色散适宜的石英光子晶体光纤可以产生20 dB带宽覆盖1 550~3 420 nm的超连续谱.超连续谱的平均功率可达56.6 W.  相似文献
