用时间分辨 傅里叶变换红外发射光谱研究了热的氢原子与CO2 分子间高效率的平动 振动 (T V)能传递 .热的氢原子由ArF激光光解H2 S得到 ,这种氢原子的平动能为 2 2 3kJ/mol .实验中观察到了从 2 130cm-1到2 4 0 0cm-1的红外发射谱带 ,它归属于高振动激发的CO2 分子的非对称伸缩振动 (ν3 ) .对这一发射谱带的光谱拟合显示CO2 的非对称伸缩振动被激发到了较高的振动态 ,振动量子数达到了v =7.并且有 5 5 80cm-1的能量经传能过程由氢原子到达了CO2 的ν3 模 .实验条件下氢原子与CO2 的T V传能效率为 0 .30 .实验结果与Schatz等人的用 3D半经典计算预测的碰撞截面符合的很好 .  相似文献

用时间分辨傅立叶红外发射光谱的方法对H原子与CO2分子的碰撞动力学进行了实验研究.用紫外激光光解的方法分别制备出三个不同平动能为174.7、241.0和306.2 kJ/mol的氢原子,并引发H CO2→OH CO反应.观察到了反应的产物,即振动激发的CO (v≤2).同时也看到了在H原子与CO2分子的碰撞中发生高效的T- V能量转移.CO2的反对称伸缩模的最高振动能级为v=4.化学反应与能量转移的速率之比大约为10.  相似文献

用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪研究胃癌组织及相应正常组织的红外光谱。结果表明癌组织样品与正常组织样品的红外光谱在峰形、峰强度、峰频率等方面均存在明显差异。讨论了磷酸二酯基团(PO2^-)的对称和反对称伸缩振动;CH3、CH2基团的伸缩及弯曲振动;C-O基团伸缩振动峰的变化。并从蛋白质、核酸氢键的角度以及膜脂碳氢链排列及构象变化角度分析了发生变化的原因。磷酸二酯基团(PO2^-)的对称伸缩振动vs,PO2^-呈现有规律性变化,即癌化后由平均1080.92cm^-1向高波数方向位移到平均1085.93cm^-1处,反对称伸缩振动vas,PO2^-由平均位于1239.64cm^-1位移到平均位于1238.73cm^-1处,表面核酸骨架上磷酸二酯基团中的氧原子形成氢键的程度加强了。另外膜脂分子中的CH2弯曲振动δCH2也呈有规律地向高波数方向移动,癌化后由平均位于1455.23cm^-1位移到1457.37cm^-1处,表面了膜脂双分子层结构中磷脂分子CH2链无序程度加大了。细胞蛋白的C-O伸缩振动谱带VC-0由平均位于1166.08cm^-1位移到平均位于1166.58cm^-1,表明癌化后细胞蛋白的C-O基团氢键的程度下降的。  相似文献

研发光泵分子太赫兹激光器是填补"THz gap"的最有效手段之一。甲胺分子(CH3NH2)是这种太赫兹激光器的良好媒质之一,因为它的C—N伸缩振动带的中心频率(约1 044cm-1)与CO2气体激光器的辐射带很接近。我们精密地观测记录了甲胺分子C—N伸缩带的高分辨率傅里叶变换红外光谱及其兰姆凹陷饱和吸收光谱,清晰地标识了大量的红外跃迁谱线。以此及前期工作为基础,我们对由CO2激光泵浦的甲胺分子太赫兹激光谱线进行了标识,并根据里兹组合原理对其进行了确认,发现频率闭环残差与实验测量误差符合得很好,从而证实了新标识的太赫兹激光谱线的正确性。  相似文献

对L-抗坏血酸的固体试样以及L-抗坏血酸在水、乙腈介质中的红外光谱进行了研究,发现介质对L-抗坏血酸的红外光谱影响很大,L-抗坏血酸分子中的γ-内酯羰基与羟基之间存在着分子内氢键和分子间氢键。文中对L-抗坏血酸的红外光谱进行了较详细的归属,认为H2A固体样品中的1754.9cm^-1,H2A水溶液样品的1758.1cm^-1均为H2A之参与分子内氢键的γ-内酯羰基伸缩振动峰;H2A固体样品中的1670.2cm^-1,H2A水溶液样品中的1691.3cm^-1均为H2A之参与分子间氢键的γ-内酯羰基伸缩振动峰。在非质子乙腈溶剂中,H2A浓度很稀时可出现-1809cm^-1游离态的内酯羰基峰。  相似文献

利用时间分辨傅立叶变换红外发射光谱(TR-FTIR)研究了C2Cl3自由基和NO2分子的反应.并且通过高分辨的TR-FTIR光谱可观察到三种振动激发态产物,它们分别是Cl2CO、NO和CO.从而确定了四个主要的反应通道,分别为:C2Cl3O+NO、ClCNO+Cl2CO、CO+NO+CCl3和CCl3CO+NO.光谱拟合显示产物CO是高振动激发的,其初生态的平均振动能为60.2 kJ/mol.并推测其可能的反应机理是通过中间体C2Cl3NO2和C2Cl3ONO进行的.  相似文献

应用群论及原子分子反应静力学方法推导了SiO2分子的电子态及其离解极限,采用B3P86方法,在6-311G**水平上,优化出SiO2基态分子稳定构型为单重态的C2V构型,其平衡核间距Re=RSi-O=0.1587 nm,∠OSiO=111.2°,能量为-440.4392 a.u..同时计算出基态的简正振动频率:对称伸缩振动频率v(B2)=945.4cm-1,弯曲振动频率v(A1)=273.5 cm-1和反对称伸缩振动频率v(A1)=1362.9cm-1.在此基础上,使用多体项展式理论方法,导出了基态SiO2分子的全空间解析势能函数,该势能函数准确再现了SiO2(C2V)平衡结构.  相似文献

以硝酸铕、苯乙酮酸(HE)、1,10-罗啉(phen)和三苯基氧膦(TPPO)合成了Eu—L,EuL3phen和EuL2(TPPO)2NO3三种新型固态配合物。用元素分析、电导率、红外光谱、核磁共振谱对配合物进行了表征,确定了三元配合物的组成。IR表明,苯乙酮酸与Eu^3+离子形成配合物后△v(vas(CO2^-)-vs(CO2))(△v(Eu—L)=391cm^-1;△v(EuL3phen)=389cm^-1;△v(EuL2(TPPO)2NO3)=402cm^-1)值均大于钠盐的△v(379cm^-1)值,配合物中羧酸根以单齿方式配位;配合物中苯乙酮酸的α-酮基参与配位,其红外吸收峰移向低波数。在^1H NMR中,苯乙酮酸苯环上5个氢原子的化学位移在形成配合物后移向高场。室温下测定了配合物的荧光激发光谱和发射光谱。激发光谱表明配合物Eu—L,EuL3phen和EuL2(TPPO)2NO3最佳激发波长分别为374.0,358.2和383.4nm。发射光谱显示Eu^3+离子的特征发射光谱。分别是^5D0-^7F0,^5D0-^7F1,^5D0-^7F2,^5D0-^7F3,^5D0-^7F4跃迁(Eu—L:577.8,590.2,614.0,648.4,695.4nm;EuL3phen:578.0,588.4,591.6,611.2,617.0,649.4,687.6,698.6nm;EuL2(TPPO)2NO3:577.8,590.4,614.6,649.2,697.6nm)。荧光光谱表明TPPO对Eu^3+离子的荧光发射有明显增强作用。  相似文献

采用水热合成的方法,得到一种新颖镉的配合物{[Cd(H2biim)2(SO4)].3H2O}n(1,H2biim=2,2’-biimidazole)。通过X-ray单晶衍射分析可知,在该化合物中,SO24-桥连Cd(Ⅱ)离子在c轴上形成"之"字形一维无机CdSO4链。双咪唑配体通过与镉的配位作为支链悬挂在链的两侧,链与链之间分别通过π—π堆积和氢键作用,拓展为三维超分子网络。二维红外相关光谱分析表明SO24-的对称伸缩振动及咪唑环上的N—C伸缩和反伸缩振动,以及NC伸缩振动对热微扰均有响应。稳态荧光分析显示,配合物在397nm光激发下,在498nm处出现了强的蓝光,该发射带归属为配体到金属的荷移跃迁。  相似文献

首次采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对航天诱变育种甜椒品系种子和一般大田生产的甜椒品种种子进行了对比研究,比较了它们红外光谱的异同。甜椒种子的红外光谱主要由蛋白质的吸收带和碳水化合物的吸收带组成。航天育种的两个甜椒品系种子(SP11和SP18)红外光谱的主要吸收峰的峰位、峰形与普通甜椒品系种子相同,表明经航天诱变的甜椒其主要化学成分和基本结构并未发生变化。太空甜椒种子,在2 854,1 652, 1 542以及1 160~1 062 cm-1范围内的吸收都较普通甜椒种子增加。2 855 cm-1峰是CH2—伸缩振动,1 652 cm-1处的吸收峰为酰胺Ⅰ带,是CO的伸缩振动峰,1 542 cm-1的吸收峰是酰胺Ⅱ带,是N—H的弯曲振动和C—N的伸缩振动,1 160 cm-1处的峰可能为碳水化合物的C—O的伸缩振动引起。表明航天诱变使甜椒种子的蛋白质和碳水化合物含量增加。  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
