简要介绍了高能重离子在金属材料中引起辐照效应的主要理论 ,特别是与电子能损引起的缺陷产生与演化、离子潜径迹形成、辐照相变以及各向异性塑性形变等效应相应的理论描述.Experimental results showed that, for high energy heavy ion irradiations, electronic energy loss could play a dominant role in damage process in solid materials. 介绍了利用载能离子辐照模拟研究反应堆结构材料中金属/金属界面原子扩散行为的实验进展,特别是辐照参数(如辐照剂量、辐照温度、核能损、电子能损以及膜结构等)对界面原子扩散行为的影响,并对可能的机理进行了简要的评述。 Atom diffusion at metal/metal interfaces is very important for property of reactor structural materials, which can be simulated by using energetic ion irradiations. The present situation of experimental studies on atom diffusion at metal/metal interfaces induced by energetic ion irradiations is reviewed. The influence of experimental parameters such as the irradiation dose, irradiation temperature, electronic energy loss, nuclear energy loss and the interface structure on the intermixing is emphatically introduced. Spluttering yields and kinetic energy distributions (KED) of Al atomic ions ejected from a pure aluminium sample under MeV silicon ion bombardment were simulated with the molecular dynamic method.Since the electronic energy loss Se is much higher than the nuclear energy loss Sn when the incident ion energy is as high as several MeV,the Se effect was also taken into consideration in the simulation.It was found that the simulated sputtering yield fits well with the experimental data and the electronic energy loss has a slight effect at incident ion energies higher than 4MeV.The simulated secondary ion KED spectrum is a little lower in the peak energy and narrower in the peak width than that in the experiment.  相似文献

通过25 MeV/u 86 Kr离子辐照叠层结晶聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(PET), 在不同的电子能损(3.40-7.25 keV/nm)和离子注量(5×1011----3×1012 ions/cm2)辐照条件下, 对Kr离子在PET中引起的辐照损伤效应进行了研究。借助傅里叶变换红外光谱分析,通过对样品的红外吸收峰进行扣除基底后的Lorentz拟合,分析了与主要官能团对应的吸收峰强度的变化趋势, 研究了化学结构与组分在重离子辐照下的变化规律; 利用X射线衍射光谱仪测量, 研究了Kr离子在PET潜径迹中引起的非晶化过程,并通过对吸光度和非晶化强度随离子注量的指数衰减规律的分析, 获得了不同电子能损离子辐照PET时主要官能团的损伤截面和非晶化截面及对应的潜径迹半径。 At room temperature, polyethylene terephthalate(PET) foil stacks were irradiated by 25 MeV/u Kr ions in the electronic stopping power range(3.3--7.66 keV/nm) and the fluence range from 5×1011 to 3×1012 ions/cm2. The behaviour of the main function groups with fluence and electronic stopping power were studied by using Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, the degradation of the function group was investigated with the Lorentz fitting subtracted baseline. The amorphous processes in the latent tracks of PET were studied by X ray diffraction(XRD) measurements. The Kr ion induced degradation cross section and amorphisation cross sections(radii) for different electronic energy loss were acquired from the experimental data(FT IR and XRD) by exponential decay function respectively.   相似文献

二氧化钛(Titatium Dioxide,简称TiO2)晶体在中能重离子辐照时表面会出现肿胀效应, 肿胀高度与入射离子的电子能损和辐照注量有关。 辐照后的TiO2在一定条件下能够被氢氟酸溶液化学蚀刻,化学蚀刻的电子能损阈值为8.2keV/nm,未辐照TiO2呈现几乎零蚀刻率。要达到饱和蚀刻深度,辐照离子的注量必须大于或等于1×1013ions/cm2。采用离子辐照的潜径迹理论分析研究了辐照损伤及对化学蚀刻的影响, 快重离子辐照结合化学蚀刻是制备TiO2微结构的有效方法。 There appears volume swelling on the surface of the irradiated rutile TiO2 crystal and the volume swelling is affected by the ion fluence and the electronic stopping power. To induce adequate irradiation damage for the chemical etching, the irradiation parameters must fulfill some requirement. There is minimum electronic stopping power for the chemical etching of the irradiated region in TiO2 crystal, which is about 8. 2 keV/nm. If the ion fluence is below 1×1013ions/cm2, the saturated etching depth of the irradiated region in TiO2crystal cannot be reached. The irradiation damage based on latent track formation frame and the theoretical linkage to the etching technique is investigated. It is hopeful to fabricate micro and nano scale structurce in rutile TiO2 crystal by using the ion irradiation and chemical etching technique.   相似文献

实验表明,团簇离子在物质中的能量损失并不等于各成分单独作用的总和,而是具有非线性效应.这种非线性效应与团簇离子的能量、团簇的种类和大小、团簇成分之间的空间关联程度以及作用物质的结构有关.对团簇作用的非线性效应研究对于了解团簇与物质相互作用的机制具有非常重要的理论意义.MeV能区的团簇离子在物质中的非线性电子能损和核能损方面的直接实验数据还相当缺乏,其理论模型也更待建立.评述了载能团簇离子在物质中的能量损失及测量方法.Fast ions deposit energy in matter through electronic and nuclear collision processes. The relaxation of the deposited energy induces emission of photons, electrons, ions, and neutral species from the target. 载能重离子与高能中子在材料中能够产生相似的级联碰撞损伤,加之重离子具有大的离位损伤截面和在材料样品中低的感生放射性,载能重离子束成为模拟先进核能装置内部结构材料辐照损伤的重要手段。HIRFL能区的重离子在结构材料中的射程一般远大于晶粒尺寸,因此能够产生材料体损伤,借助小样品技术可以获得材料力学性能变化(尤其辐照脆化)的有用信息,为探讨材料辐照损伤微结构和宏观力学性能变化的关联提供了重要条件。本文简要介绍了近年来我们基于HIRFL高能离子束开展的聚变堆候选材料辐照损伤的研究,包括低活化钢的辐照脆化行为、氧化物弥散强化(ODS)铁素体钢的结构优化对于抗辐照性能的影响、不同载能粒子辐照条件下铁素体/马氏体钢的辐照肿胀数据的关联,以及高能重离子辐照的钨材料中氢同位素的滞留行为。研究表明,结合特殊的测试技术及数据分析方法,高能重离子可作为核能结构材料辐照损伤研究及评估的有效手段。Because of the similarity in cascade damage structure in materials produced by energetic heavy ions and by fast neutrons, and the high displacement rate and low induced radioactivity of samples by heavy ions, heavy ion beam becomes an important tool to simulate radiation damage by energetic neutrons in materials in advanced nuclear energy systems. The ranges of heavy ions provided by HIRFL (Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou) are generally much larger than the mean dimensions of grains in alloys candidate to advanced nuclear reactors, and is capable of producing radiation damage in bulk scale. It therefore makes possible the evaluation of change of mechanical properties including the radiation induced embrittlement from the irradiated specimens by using miniaturized specimen techniques. In the present paper, we provide an introduction of our recent studies of radiation damage of materials candidate to future fusion reactors by utilizing heavy ion beams in HIRFL.The studies include issues as follows:ductility loss of RAFM steels causes by high-energy Ne ions, impact of oxide dispersoids on the radiation resistance of ODS ferritic steels, correlation of void swelling of ferritic/martensitic steels under different particle irradiation, and behavior of deuterium retention in tungsten under irradiation with high-energy heavy ions. The results show that high-energy heavy ions can be used as a tool to efficiently investigate or evaluate radiation damage in structure materials if combined with some special test techniques and data analysis.  相似文献

We report the formation of two waveguide layers in a lithium niobate crystal by irradiation with swift heavy Kr ions with high(Ge V) energies and ultralow fluences. The micro-Raman spectra are measured at different depths in the irradiated layer and show that the high electronic energy loss can cause lattice damage along the ion trajectory, while the nuclear energy loss causes damage at the end of the ion track. Two waveguide layers are formed by confinement with two barriers associated with decreases in the refractive index that are caused by electronic and nuclear energy losses, respectively.  相似文献

A buried planar Nd:YAG waveguide has been fabricated by 20-MeV N-ion implantation. From Raman and optical characterization, it has been found that the refractive index has a larger increase when the crystal damage is heavier. According to our analysis, this crystal damage is caused by the electronic energy loss in the first several micrometers of irradiated regions, while nuclear energy loss also acts on the damage near the end of the ion range. This work is helpful to understand the mechanisms of swift-heavy-ion-implanted Nd:YAG waveguide formation.  相似文献

利用傅立叶转换红外光谱和Raman谱仪分析了0.98 GeV的Fe离子在电子能损Se为3.5 keV/nm时, 不同辐照剂量(5×1010 —8×1013 ions/cm2)下, 在C60薄膜中引起的辐照损伤效应。 分析表明, Fe离子辐照引起了C60分子的聚合与损伤。 在辐照剂量达到一中间值1×1012 ions/cm2, C60分子的损伤得到部分恢复, 归因于电子激发引起的退火效应。 通过对Raman数据的拟合分析, 演绎出Fe离子辐照在C60材料中形成的潜径迹截面或引起损伤的截面约为1.32×10-14 cm2。  相似文献

Analysis of the electron energy loss spectra of core-level electronic transitions, O K- and Ca L2,3-edges, combined with composition-sensitive annular dark field imaging shows that under electron-beam irradiation portlandite can easily be transformed into calcium oxide. The low-loss region of the energy loss spectra measured before and after transformation also supports the observations. Two possible mechanisms of the electron beam-induced modification of the specimen, radiolysis and knock-on damage, are discussed, and it was found that radiolysis is likely to be the primary mechanism for this transformation of Ca(OH)2 into CaO, while some knock-on damage is also expected.  相似文献

In this Letter, we study charge exchange and energy loss of protons, taking into account the dynamics of both nuclei and electrons during the collision with atomic hydrogen, helium, and neon targets. We obtain the nuclear and electronic contributions to the energy loss as well as the charge exchange probability, and the total cross section for charge exchange. We find a low-energy threshold in the electronic energy loss due to the quantization of excited states. We find that the electronic stopping cross section is not proportional to the velocity of the projectile at very low velocities (energies), as is predicted by electron gas theory. 通过红外光谱和荧光发射光谱分别对600 keV、4 MeV和5 MeV Kr离子辐照的SiO2进行发光特性的研究。在低能量辐照体系中,简单色心(F2色心)的形成在损伤过程中占据主导地位,其主要诱发蓝光发射带;在高能离子辐照条件下,离子径迹上的能量密度较大,因此缺陷浓度的增大产生了一些缺陷团簇和离子径迹,形成了复杂的色心(F2+和F3+色心等)并诱发了强烈的绿光发射带和红光发射带。该实验结果与能量损失过程中统一热峰理论模型(一个综合的基于电子能损与核能损的非弹性碰撞模型和弹性碰撞模型)的模拟结果能够很好地吻合,表明在keV~MeV能区上存在电子能损过程与核能损过程的协同效应。  相似文献
