Ar离子注入YBa2Cu3O7-x超导薄膜后,不仅会引起样品超导转变温度Tc和临界电流密度Jc的下降,还会使样品的正常态由金属型变为半导体型。透射电子显微镜观察发现在小剂量(<5×1012Ar/cm2)注入情况下,样品的晶格结构几乎不受影响。随着注入剂量的增加,晶格损伤越来越严重,最终变成非晶态。对实验结果的分析表明,Ar离子注入引起YBa2< 关键词:  相似文献

利用直流脉冲磁控溅射方法在室温下通过改变O2流量制备具有不同晶体结构的N掺杂TiO2薄膜,利用台阶仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、紫外-可见分光光度计等设备对薄膜沉积速率、化学成分、晶体结构、禁带宽度等进行分析.结果表明:所制备的薄膜元素配比约为TiO1.68±0.06N0.11±0.01,N为替位掺杂,所有样品退火前后均未形成Ti—N相结构,N掺杂TiO2薄膜的沉积速率、晶体结构等主要依赖于O2流量.在O2流量为2 sccm时,N掺杂TiO2薄膜沉积速率相对较高,薄膜为非晶态结构,但薄膜内含有锐钛矿(anatase)和金红石(rutile)相晶核,退火后薄膜呈anatase和rutile相混合结构,禁带宽度仅为2.86 eV.随着O2流量的增加,薄膜沉积速率单调下降,退火后样品禁带宽度逐渐增加.当O2流量为12 sccm时,薄膜为anatase相择优生长,退火后呈anatase相结构,禁带宽度为3.2 eV.综合本实验的分析结果,要在室温条件下制备晶态N掺杂TiO2薄膜,需在高O2流量(>10 sccn)条件下制备. 关键词: 2薄膜')" href="#">N掺杂TiO2薄膜 磁控溅射 化学配比 晶体结构  相似文献

利用固相反应法在700℃—1000℃不同的温度下、空气中烧结Co3O4 和TiO2混合物,制备了(Co3O4)x/3(TiO2)1-x(03,说明Co3O4与TiO2反应形成了CoT iO3;同时,在700 ℃低温和900 ℃以上的高温烧结样品中分别观察到了单相的 锐钛矿和金红石相结构.经高低温烧结的样品在500 ℃氢退火后,CoTiO3相消失 ,锐钛矿相的CoxTi1-xO2-δ形成.X射线光电子能谱(X PS)分析显示,氢退火样品中的Co以+2氧化价态存在,同时没有观察到金属态的Co,这说明 氢退火样品中的室温铁磁性不是源于金属Co颗粒的形成,而是与钙钛矿结构的CoTiO3< /sub>相的消失和锐钛矿型的CoxTi1-xO2-δ相的形成 有关.(Co3O4)x/3(TiO2)1-x( 0xTi1-xO2-δ相的本征铁磁性,伴随着结构相变而产生的Co离子之间的铁磁交换相互作用或 许是样品室温铁磁性产生的根本原因. 关键词: 室温铁磁性 结构相变 锐钛矿 氢退火  相似文献

对SOI基片上的Si薄膜进行了一系列Si+自注入和热退火的改性实验,并利用低温光致发光(PL)光谱对这些Si薄膜样品的发光性能进行了测试. 在这些SOI样品的PL光谱中观察到了丰富的光学结构,包括D1,D2,D3,X以及异常尖锐的W线. 通过对比在同等光谱测试条件下的W线归一化强度,获得了针对SOI基片发射W线较为理想的自注入和热退火参数. 同时,还对D系列发光峰以及W线的缺陷起源和光学性质进行了很好的讨论. 关键词: SOI结构 自离子注入 W线 近红外发光器件  相似文献

采用离子注入法制备了钴离子掺杂的金红石相TiO2样品;离子注入能量、注量分别为40 keV(1×1016cm-2),80 keV(5×1015,1×1016,5×1016,1×1017cm-2),120 keV(1×1016cm-2). 通过XRD,XPS和UV-Vis等手段对掺杂前后样品的结构和光学性能进行了表征,分析了掺杂元素在金红石TiO2中的存在形式. XRD测试表明随着注入能量的增加晶体的损伤程度增加. UV-Vis测试表明掺杂后所有样品在可见光区的吸收增强; 并且随着注量的增加,注量为5×1015cm-2到5×1016cm-2范围内注入样品的光学带隙逐渐变小. 关键词: 钴 二氧化钛 离子注入 掺杂  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法在石英玻璃衬底上用旋涂法制备了未掺杂、掺杂钇和掺杂镧的TiO2薄膜样品,对样品在700—1100 ℃范围内进行退火处理,并对样品的拉曼光谱进行了分析.分析表明:随着退火温度的升高,未掺杂TiO2薄膜发生了从锐钛矿相经混相最终向金红石相的转换,掺杂钇和掺杂镧对TiO2薄膜的晶相转换起阻碍作用,掺杂镧的阻碍作用更强;稀土掺杂能使TiO2薄膜晶粒细化,并使晶粒内部应力增大从而阻碍晶格振动,掺杂镧比掺杂钇的效果 关键词: 2薄膜')" href="#">TiO2薄膜 稀土掺杂 拉曼光谱 溶胶-凝胶  相似文献

实验在表面蒸镀了金属(Cu,Au)薄膜的尖晶石(MgAl2O4)样品中注入惰性气体离子(Ar,He),随后对注入样品进行了退火处理.在紫外可见光谱上观察到了由于金属纳米颗粒存在引起的较强的表面等离子体共振吸收峰,提供了材料中金属纳米颗粒形成的证据.采用这种方法在材料中引入金属纳米颗粒,发现影响金属纳米颗粒形成的因素除了退火温度外,金属薄膜厚度的影响不可忽略. 关键词: 金属纳米颗粒 离子注入 惰性气体离子 紫外可见光谱  相似文献

采用直流磁控溅射方法在玻璃基底上制备了不同Fe掺杂浓度的TiO2薄膜, 并对其晶体结构和磁特性进行了研究.在所有掺杂样品中,均观察到了室温铁磁性, 磁性源于Fe离子与其近邻空间分布的空穴相互作用. 在掺杂量为7%的锐钛矿相薄膜中观察到了最大的磁化强度. 随着Fe掺杂浓度的进一步增加, TiO2的晶体结构逐渐由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变,并且磁性减弱. 不同结构的TiO2中Ti–O键长不同,导致替代的磁性Fe离子与空穴的作用强度发生改变, 进而使其磁性发生变化. 关键词: 稀磁半导体 结构相变 铁磁性  相似文献

Titanium dioxide thin films have been prepared from tetrabutyl-orthotitanate solution and methanol as a solvent by sol-gel dip coating technique. TiO2 thin films prepared using a sol-gel process have been analyzed for different annealing temperatures. Structural properties in terms of crystal structure were investigated by Raman spectroscopy. The surface morphology and composition of the films were investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The optical transmittance and reflectance spectra of TiO2 thin films deposited on silicon substrate were also determined. Spectroscopic ellipsometry study was used to determine the annealing temperature effect on the optical properties and the optical gap of the TiO2 thin films. The results show that the TiO2 thin films crystallize in anatase phase between 400 and 800 °C, and into the anatase-rutile phase at 1000 °C, and further into the rutile phase at 1200 °C. We have found that the films consist of titanium dioxide nano-crystals. The AFM surface morphology results indicate that the particle size increases from 5 to 41 nm by increasing the annealing temperature. The TiO2 thin films have high transparency in the visible range. For annealing temperatures between 1000 and 1400 °C, the transmittance of the films was reduced significantly in the wavelength range of 300-800 nm due to the change of crystallite phase and composition in the films. We have demonstrated as well the decrease of the optical band gap with the increase of the annealing temperature.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new simple approach for synthetic of shape-defined anatase nanocuboids TiO2 by using combination of titanium tetra isopropoxide (TTIP) and orthotitanic acid (H4TiO4) as titanium precursor. In first step by adding precursor to ethanol solution mixed with HCl the primary sol has been prepared, therefore two other different films by adding Methylcellulose (MC) as a carbon containing material and adding TiO2 nanopowder as nanofiller have been prepared and properties of thin film as a function of parameters of annealing temperature and additives, have been discussed. The films were deposited on glass substrates and characterized by using UV–vis spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM results show that optical properties of TiO2 thin films were changed by baking in 300, 400 and 500 °C as annealing temperature. Moreover, they indicate that the additives have strong effect on anatase structure and therefore influence the optical properties.  相似文献

In this work, ZnO thin films covered by TiO2 nanoparticles (labeled as TiO2-ZnO thin films) were prepared by electron beam evaporation. The influence of annealing temperature on the photoluminescence property of the samples was studied. The structures and surface morphologies of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscope, respectively. The photoluminescence was used to investigate the fluorescent properties of the samples. The measurement results show that the ultraviolet emission of ZnO thin films is largely enhanced after they are covered by TiO2 nanoparticles, while the green emission is suppressed. However, when the annealing temperature is relatively high (≥500 °C), the intensity of ultraviolet emission drops off and a violet emission peak along with a blue emission peak appears. This is probably connected with the atomic interdiffusion between TiO2 nanoparticles and ZnO thin film. Therefore, selecting a suitable annealing temperature is a key factor for obtaining the most efficient ultraviolet emission from TiO2-ZnO thin films.  相似文献

N-doped TiO2 thin films have been deposited on unheated glass substrates by an inductively coupled plasma (ICP) assisted direct current (dc) reactive magnetron sputtering. All films were produced in the metallic mode of sputtering in order to achieve a high deposition rate. The structures and properties of the N-doped TiO2 films were studied by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and UV–Vis spectrophotometer. Experimental results show that we can obtain well crystallized N-doped anatase phase TiO2 thin films at low deposition temperature and at high deposition rate by using the ICP assisted dc reactive magnetron sputtering process. The doping of nitrogen into TiO2 lattices leads to a smooth shift of the absorption band toward visible light regions.  相似文献

In this paper we report on the effect of annealing on the microsctructural and optoelectronic properties of titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin films prepared using sol-gel method onto silicon (Si) (100) and quartz substrates. The annealing temperatures range from 200 to 1000 °C. The Microstructural properties of annealed thin films were investigated by Thermal gravimetric analyses (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman Spectroscopy. The surface morphology of the film was examined using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) method. The optical properties of TiO2 thin films were characterized using UV-VIS and Spectroscopic ellipsometry. The results have shown that the TiO2 thin films persist in the anatase phase even after annealing at 800 °C. The phase transformation from anatase to rutile occurred only when the films were annealed at 1000 °C. AFM studies revealed nanocrystalline structure where their shape and density depend strongly on the annealing temperatures. The elaborated nanostructured-TiO2 thin films present a high transparency in the visible range. Spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) study was used to determine the effect of annealing temperature on the thickness and on the optical constant of TiO2 thin films. Spectroscopic ellipsometry and UV-VIS shows that the band gap of TiO2 thin films was found to decrease when the annealing temperature increases. The Anatase phase was find to show higher photocatalytic activity than the rutile one.  相似文献

TiO2:Co thin films of high Co concentration were investigated by the high resolution transmission electron microscopy, physical property measurement system and energy dispersive X-ray. The as-deposited films are amorphous magnetic semiconductors and we did not find any Co metal particles in them. The electronic transport process in the low-temperature range below 80 K could be described by the spin-dependent variable-range-hopping process. However, after the samples were annealed at 300 °C, large amounts of Co metal particles were observed to connect each other and the films show a metallic behavior. The origin of ferromagnetism of the thin films is also discussed.  相似文献

Transparent nano composite PVA–TiO2 and PMMA–TiO2 thin films were prepared by an easy and cost effective dip coating method. Al/PVA–TiO2/Al and Al/PMMA–TiO2/Al sandwich structures were prepared to study the dielectric behavior. The presence of metal–oxide (Ti–O) bond in the prepared films was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction pattern indicated that the prepared films were predominantly amorphous in nature. Scanning electron micrographs showed cluster of TiO2 nanoparticles distributed over the film surface and also there were no cracks and pin holes on the surface. The transmittance of the films was above 80% in the visible region and the optical band gap was estimated to be about 3.77 eV and 3.78 eV respectively for PVA–TiO2 and PMMA–TiO2 films by using Tauc's plot. The determined refractive index (n) values were between 1.6 and 2.3. High value of dielectric constant (?′ = 24.6 and ?′ = 26.8) was obtained for the prepared composite films. The conduction in the composite films was found to be due to electrons. The observed amorphous structure, good optical properties and dielectric behavior of the prepared nano composite thin films indicated that these films could be used in opto-electronic devices and in thin film transistors.  相似文献

In this study, SnO2/TiO2 thin films are fabricated on SiO2/Si and Corning glass 1737 substrates using a R.F. magnetron sputtering process. The gas sensing properties of these films under an oxygen atmosphere with and without UV irradiation are carefully examined. The surface structure, morphology, optical transmission characteristics, and chemical compositions of the films are analyzed by atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and PL spectrometry. It is found that the oxygen sensitivity of the films deposited on Corning glass 1737 substrates is significantly lower than that of the films grown on SiO2/Si substrates. Therefore, the results suggest that SiO2/Si is an appropriate substrate material for oxygen gas sensors fabricated using thin SnO2/TiO2 films.  相似文献
