随着纳米科技和微纳电子器件的发展,制造业对微纳加工技术的要求越来越高.激光加工技术是一种绿色先进制造技术,具有巨大的发展潜力,己广泛应用于不同的制造领域.为实现低成本、高效率、大面积尤其是高精度的激光微纳加工制造,研究和发展激光超衍射加工技术具有十分重要的科学意义和应用价值.本文首先阐述了基于非线性效应的远场激光直写超衍射加工技术的原理与国内外发展状况,包括激光烧蚀加工技术、激光诱导改性加工技术和多光子光聚合加工技术等;然后介绍了几种基于倏逝波的近场激光超衍射加工技术,包括扫描近场光刻技术、表面等离子激元光刻技术等新型超衍射激光近场光刻技术的机理与研究进展;最后对激光超衍射加工中存在的问题及未来发展方向进行了讨论. 相似文献

针对激光加工在金属材料焊接、熔覆、表面硬化等工业领域的应用,考虑到半导体激光器体积和重量小、效率高、免维护、成本低以及波长较短等特点,设计了功率达2 kW的半导体激光加工光源。在大通道工业水冷条件下,采用48只出射波长分别为808,880,938,976 nm的传导冷却半导体激光阵列作为发光单元,最终研制出了2 218 W高亮度光纤耦合模块。此高亮度模块可以实现柔性加工,直接应用于金属材料焊接、熔覆、表面合金化等工业领域,对于半导体激光器在工业领域的应用具有重要意义。 相似文献

Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) is a two-dimensional material, which is attracting increasing attention due to its special properties. It can be obtained by laser or ion beam irradiations of pristine graphene oxide (GO). It shows high mechanical resistance, considerable electric and thermal conductivity. All these rGO characteristics together with the high number of molecular species that can be embedded between its layers, make graphene oxide a potential material for electronic sensors or efficient support on which conductive strips, condensers, and micrometric electronic devices can be designed. In particular, as it is described in this paper, it is possible to carry out high spatial resolution lithography in GO by using a focused laser or micro ion beam in order to design macro, micro, and submicron geometrical structures. The use of the reduced graphene oxide for the laser and ion beam fabrication of electrical resistances and capacitances is presented. 相似文献

在高功率光纤激光系统中,包层光滤除器能将光纤中包层光滤除以保证输出激光光束质量,光纤端帽通过对输出激光扩束降低输出光纤端面的光功率密度,从而保护光纤端面不受损坏,两者都是高功率光纤激光系统稳定运行的重要核心器件。将包层光滤除器和光纤端帽进行一体化设计,制备了一体化高功率光纤包层光滤除器和光纤端帽并分别应用于20 kW合束系统和单纤系统中,输出功率达到20 kW时,端帽的最高温度约为40℃,温升速率约为0.8℃/kW。 相似文献

Laser waveguides based on surface plasmons at a metal-semiconductor interface have been demonstrated by use of quantum cascade (QC) lasers emitting in the 8-11.5-microm wavelength range. The guided modes are transverse magnetic polarized surface waves that propagate at the metal (Pd or Ti-Au)-semiconductor interface between the laser top contact and the active region without the necessity for waveguide cladding layers. The resultant structure has the advantages of a strong decrease in the total layer thickness and a higher confinement factor of the laser-active region compared with those of a conventional layered semiconductor waveguide, and strong coupling to the active material, which could be used in devices such as distributed-feedback lasers. These advantages have to be traded against the disadvantage of increased absorption losses. A peak output power exceeding 25 mW at 90 K and a maximum operating temperature of 150 K were measured for a QC laser with an emission wavelength lambda approximately 8 microm . At lambda approximately 11.5 microm the peak power levels are several milliwatts and the maximum operating temperature is 110 K. 相似文献

A novel cladding pumped Nd(3+) fiber laser operating in an enhanced Q-switched regime with a stable repetition rate is described. By exploiting fiber nonlinearities in the laser cavity, we demonstrated a peak power of 3.7 kW enhanced by an order of magnitude greater than that of conventional Q-switched fiber devices. 为了解决Cr12MoV钢溶蚀、表面碎裂等问题,利用Al-Ni、Nd-Ni粉末在Cr12MoV钢上进行激光熔覆实验,研究了Al、Nd对镍基覆层的宏微观形貌、组织及表面性能的影响。结果表明:Al可以减少熔覆层裂纹的产生,同时降低覆层硬度,使熔覆层中产生具有减磨作用的硬质相Al2O3等,降低覆层磨损量,14%Al覆层磨损量比2%Al的覆层磨损量低44.5%,Al较优质量分数为14%;Nd的晶粒细化作用明显,显著提升覆层显微硬度,2.5%Nd覆层平均硬度比基体平均硬度高36.8%,Nd较优质量分数为2.5%。 相似文献

在增材制造技术中,树枝晶的表征对于分析激光熔覆层的机械性能至关重要,但目前树枝晶的标记主要由人工完成,耗时长且容易引入人为误差,而深度学习可提高目标识别准确度。基于U-net网络提出了适于识别分割树枝晶的BNC-Unet网络,将串行注意力机制和Batch Normalization层有效地部署在上采样和下采样区域,调整图像特征的权重信息。选取交并比作为分割结果的评价指标,并对比了原Unet以及不同的改进方法在该指标下的结果。在测试集中,BNC-Unet网络分割树枝晶准确率指标为84.2%,比原U-net网络结果提升了8.97%。该指标表明网络能准确地从激光熔覆层金相图中识别出树枝晶形貌,且识别树枝晶的准确率显著提高,便于在激光熔覆试验后评估熔覆层性能。 相似文献

The powder stream temperature of a newly developed coaxial laser cladding technique have been calculated and measured in this study. A simplified one-dimensional model of the particle heating problem under laser irradiation was solved with various conditions of laser intensity, particle size and flow velocity. The experimental results have been successfully detected by a pin-hole infrared sensor with the temperature calibration for hot particles. The thermal profiles of the coaxial nozzle give an optimum operation range of the stand-off distance for coaxial laser cladding. 相似文献
