Yb :YAG晶体的闪烁特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过不同Yb3+掺杂浓度(5%~30%,原子数分数)的Yb:YAG晶体的阴极射线发光谱、衰减时间、光输出及其温度依赖关系的测量,研究了Yb:YAG晶体的闪烁性能.不同Yb3+掺杂浓度的Yb:YAG晶体具有不同的光输出和猝灭温度,光输出随Yb3+掺杂浓度的增大而降低,猝灭温度则随掺杂浓度的增大而升高.室温下Yb:YAG晶体的发光衰减时间较短,均小于50ns.Yb3+掺杂浓度为5%的Yb:YAG晶体具有较高的光输出和较低的猝灭温度.  相似文献

The absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra, and lifetimes of as-grown and annealed Cr,Yb:YAG crystal grown by Czochralski technique have been measured. The broad absorption bands in the visible region increase in intensity and shift to long wavelength after annealing, and the additional absorption around 482 nm may be possibly due to new octahedral Cr4+ center in the crystal, and the increase in the infrared (IR) region is due to the increase of Cra+. The increase of Cr4+ also results in the groud state absorption and the concentration quenching of Ybs+ in Cr,Yb:YAG crystal after annealing, the fluorescence intensity is reduced to 75% and the emission lifetime is shortened from 1.40 to 0.44 ms.  相似文献

报道了(Cr^4+,Yb^3+):YAG晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱特性。在室温下,(Cr^4+,Yb^3+):YAG晶体在937nm和968nm处存在两个吸收带,能与InGaAs激光二级管有效耦合:而且在1030nm处有一Cr^4+吸收峰,可以实现对Yb^3+的自调Q激光输出。(Cr^+,Yb^3+):YAG 荧光光谱与Yb^3+:YAG晶体一样,发光中心也是位于1029nm,但其强度比Yb^3+:  相似文献

The absorption spectra characters of the (Cr,Yb):YAG,Cr:YAG and Yb:YAG crystals are reported. In the absorption spectra of the (Cr,Yb): YAG crystal,there are two absorption bands at 937 nm and 968 nm respectively,which are suitable for InGaAs diode laser pumping;and there is an absorption band of Cr4+ near 1030 nm,which is suitable for passive Q switch laser output at 1.03 μm. This Cr-Yb-codoped crystal may be a potential material for compact,diode laser pumped passive Q-switched solid-state laser with efficient,high-stable.  相似文献

从Yb3+:KGd(WO4)2(KGW)的吸收谱和荧光谱出发,利用倒易理论计算其各个光谱参量,如吸收截面,受激发射截面,辐射寿命等.由于Yb3+:KGW晶体较适合用作二极管泵浦的激光器的材料,而激光二极管所发出的光是偏振光,晶体又是双折射晶体,因此研究了泵浦光的不同通光方向和偏振方向对Yb3+:KGW晶体荧光光谱的影响.实验表明在不同情况下其对晶体荧光强度影响较大,因此在设计用激光二极管泵浦的激光器时,应考虑合适的泵浦光偏振方向和入射在晶体上的轴向,其中泵浦光的通光方向比泵浦光偏振方向对晶体的荧光强度的影响更大.对按晶轴切割的这两种晶体,相同实验条件下,荧光强度Ic>Ib>Ia.对于按折射率主轴切割的来说,荧光强度INp>INg>INm.在通光方向为c轴,偏振方向平行b轴时得到了最大的荧光强度.  相似文献

The emission and the lifetime data of Cr, Yb: YAG and Yb: YAG were reported. The effective peak stimulated-emission cross section of chromium and ytterbium-co-doped yttrium-aluminum garnets (Cr, Yb: YAG) has been determined to be 8.98 × 10-20 cm2 at room temperature. The luminescence spectrum of Cr, Yb: YAG is the same as that of Yb: YAG. The luminescence lifetime of Cr, Yb: YAG at room temperature is 0.3 ms (Yb: YAG, 1.48 ms ). The causes of the differences in the fluorescence spectra and the stimulated emission cross-section between Yb: YAG and Cr, Yb: YAG crystals were discussed. Also the potential of Cr, Yb: YAG as a self Q- switched laser crystal was discussed.  相似文献

A passively Q-switched diode pumped Yb:YAG microchip laser with Cr4+:YAG saturable absorber mirror is reported. The TEMoo laser pulses are obtained with 1,7-uJ pulse energy, 15-ns pulse width, 0.11-kW peak power, and a repetition rate of 2.2 kHz at 1049 nm. The doped concentration and dimension of Yb:YAG microchip crystal are 10 at.-% and 5×0.6 mm2, respectively.  相似文献

系统地研究了不同掺杂浓度的Yb:YAG晶体的光谱特性,通过吸收光谱的测量计算了晶体的吸收截面,用对易法计算了晶体的发射截面。在Yb:YAG晶体毛坯中发现Yb^2+和色心,其浓度随Yb:YAG晶体中Yb^3+的增加而增加。经1400℃氧气氛退火后消失。首次用光子激发和X射线激发研究了Yb:YAG晶体的荧光特性。  相似文献

研究了不同掺杂浓度Yb∶YAG晶体的发光特性和荧光寿命.Yb3+在YAG晶体中的掺杂浓度分别为5at%、10at%、20at%、30at%.Yb3+离子掺杂浓度越高,Yb∶YAG晶体的吸收系数越大.采用940 nm波长的LD泵浦源和TRIA X550荧光谱仪,对这一系列掺有不同浓度Yb3+的Yb∶YAG晶体进行了荧光光谱的测定.结果表明:在1030 nm主发光波段的荧光强度以10at%Yb∶YAG的为最强.同时发现它在450 nm-680 nm波段有明显的可见发光,其强度随Yb3+掺杂浓度的增加而迅速地增强.Yb∶YAG晶体的荧光寿命存在浓度猝灭现象,对猝灭机制进行了分析研究,指出浓度猝灭的主要原因是合作发光和痕量稀土离子的上转换发光.  相似文献

We investigate the influence of gamma-ray irradiation on the absorption and fluorescent spectra of Nd^3+:Y3A15 O12 (Nd: YAG) and Yb^3+ : Y3A15 O12 (Yb: YAG) crystals grown by the Czochralski method. Two additional absorption (AA) bands induced by gamma-ray irradiation appear at 255nm and 340nm. The former is contributed due to Fe^3+ impurity, the latter is due to Fe^2+ ions and F-type colour centres. The intensity of the excitation and emission spectra as well as the fluorescent lifetime of Nd:YAG crystal decrease after the irradiation of 100 Mrad gamma-ray. In contrast, the same dose irradiation does not impair the fluorescent properties of Yb:YAG crystal. These results indicate that Yb: YA G crystal possesses the advantage over Nd: YA G crystal that has better reliability for applications in harsh radiant environment.  相似文献

以聚乙二醇为络合剂,采用水热法制备了发光性能优越的Yb3+-Tm3+共掺BaGd2(WO4)0.5(MoO4)0.5纳米晶体。改变稀土掺杂量并生产不同掺杂量的BaGd2(WO4)0.5(MoO4)0.5∶Yb3+/Tm3+。以X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行表征。结果表明,BaGd2(WO4)0.5-(MoO4)0.5∶Yb3+/Tm3+纳米晶属四方晶系,粒径在25~40nm之间,使用Hitachif-4500分光光度计分析样品,发现当Yb3+/Tm3+为4∶1、Yb3+离子浓度为6.0%时,BaGd2(WO4)0.5(MoO4)0.5∶Yb3+/Tm3+的发光效率最高。当Tm3+离子发生1G4→3H6跃迁时会产生可见光发射,对应于光谱图中475nm处的蓝光;当Tm3+离子发生1G4→3F4跃迁时产生的可见光发射,对应于光谱图中650nm处的红光。光谱图像及泵浦功率的双对数曲线表明,其中蓝光发射是三光子发射过程,红光发射是双光子发射过程。样品的量子产率接近0.9%。Yb3+-Tm3+共掺BaGd2(WO4)0.5(MoO4)0.5纳米晶体的发光性能优异,具有很高的应用价值。  相似文献

在用引上法生长的Yb:YAG晶体中,存在一个独特的色心,其吸收带位于375nm的625nm,随着Yb2O3掺杂浓度的增加,色心浓度增加,探讨了晶体生长过程中色心形成机理。高强γ射线辐照Yb:YAG晶体,诱导大量色心的形成。晶体中的 对激发态Yb^3+离子的荧光寿命具有流淬火效应,因此,Yb:YAG激光晶体需要经高温退火,消除色心的影响。  相似文献

首先测量了ZBLAN:Yb3+,Tm3+分别在980nm和808nm激光激发下的400~600nm波段内的上转换发光光谱,在此基础上研究了980,808nm激光共激发下ZBLAN:Yb3+,Tm3+的上转换发光特性。在测量过程中,分别改变输入激光功率,测量了上转换发光强度与泵浦激光输入功率的关系,由此绘制双对数曲线图,对上转换发光机制进行了分析。研究证明980nm激发为三光子过程、808nm激发为双光子过程,而980,808nm激光共同激发为共协过程。  相似文献

用提拉法生长了(1.5 at.%)Nd~(3+):Y_3Sc_2Al_3O_(12)(YSAG)激光晶体,摇摆曲线表明晶体结晶质量优良.测量了该晶体的吸收和发光光谱,表明其适合成熟的808 nm激光二极管(LD)抽运,其~4F_(3/2)→~4I_(11/2)跃迁最强发射波长为1059 nm,发射截面为1.03×10~(-19)cm~2,同时其激光上能级寿命为253μs,表明Nd:YSAG具有和Nd:YAG相近的效率,但其激光上能级寿命比Nd:YAG长约20μs.以LD抽运2 mm×2 mm×6 mm Nd:YSAG激光棒,激光阈值为0.85 W,最高输出功率为1.1 W,激光斜效率为21.1%,光-光转化效率为18.3%.综合表明Nd:YSAG单晶作为激光性能优良的全固态激光材料,更适合全固态调Q激光输出.  相似文献

Shaped single crystals of (LuxGd1−x)3Ga5O12 (0.0x1.0) and (Yb0.05LuxGd0.95−x)3Ga5O12 (0.0x0.9) were grown by the modified micro-pulling-down method. Continuous solid solutions with garnet structure and a linear compositional dependency of crystal lattice parameter in the system Yb:(Gd,Lu)3Ga5O12 are formed. Measured optical absorption spectra of the samples show 4f–4f transitions related to Gd3+ ion at 275 and 310 nm, and also an onset of charge transfer transitions from oxygen ligands to Gd3+ or Yb3+ cations below 240 nm. A complete absence of Yb3+ charge transfer luminescence under X-ray excitation in any of the investigated samples was explained by the overlapping of charge transfer absorption of Yb3+ by that of Gd3+ ions. For specific composition of Lu1.5Gd1.5Ga5O12 an intense defect-host lattice-related emission, which achieve of about 40% integrated intensity compared with Bi4Ge3O12, was found.  相似文献

通过高温固相法成功合成了一种新型蓝光荧光粉BaKBP2O8:Eu2+,分别用XRD和荧光光谱表征了其结构与光学性能。结果表明,Eu2+的引入并没有显著改变其四方相的晶体结构。样品的激发光谱(监测波长为443 nm)是由主晶格吸收的307 nm吸收肩与Eu2+离子4f7-4f65d 跃迁的346 nm主峰组成。在紫光激发下,样品的发射光谱为蓝色。当Eu2+离子摩尔分数为0.03时,样品的发射强度达到最大值。然而,随着Eu2+浓度的进一步增加,由于浓度猝灭机制,其发射强度开始降低。在超过370 K的温度下,荧光粉样品的相对发光强度仍然超过50%。BaKBP2O8:Eu2+的色坐标为(0.176 6,0.168 1)。  相似文献

制备了Yb3+/Er3+共掺杂的TeO2-WO3-ZnO玻璃,测量了Er3+在玻璃中的吸收光谱和970nmLD激发下的荧光光谱、荧光寿命和上转换光谱.计算了Yb3+/Er3+间的能量传递效率和Er3+离子1.5μm波段的吸收截面、发射截面,并研究了其荧光强度和上转换发光与Yb3+掺杂浓度间的关系.结果表明,Yb3+共掺杂可明显提高Er3+离子1.5μm发射的荧光强度,实验所得Yb3+离子的最佳掺杂浓度为Er3+离子浓度的3倍,在7.28×1020ions/cm3左右.Er3+离子1.5μm发射的荧光半峰全宽为67~72nm;上转换红、绿光均为双光子过程,随Yb3+掺杂浓度的增加,上转换红、绿光强度均增强.  相似文献
