利用固体可饱和吸收体砷化镓(GaAs)作为被动调Q元件,实现了激光二极管抽运平-凹腔掺钕钒酸钇(Nd:YVO4)激光调Q运转,详细测量了砷化镓被动调QNd:YVO4激光输出特性,获得脉宽15ns,重复频率470kHz,光束质量M^2=1.31的激光输出,调Q激光运转阈值为500mW,并数值求解了砷化镓被动调Q速率方程,讨论了被动调Q机理以及调Q脉冲宽度和脉冲重复频率对抽运速率的依赖关系,理论计算结果与实验结果相一致。 相似文献

介绍了基于Phong模式的Monte Carlo方法.该方法能够对红外室内通信的重要性能参数—— 信道脉冲响应函数进行快速有效的计算,可应用于包括漫反射、镜面反射以及粗糙度介于这 两种反射之间的表面反射情形的信道中.相对于经典的有限元法,在高次反射时具有更为明 显的优势,不但计算速度快,而且计算结果也更接近真实信道环境.该方法的使用,能够为 设计高性能红外系统提供更为可靠的参数.

A pre-pumped passively Q-switched Nd:YAG/Cr: YAG microchip laser is demonstrated with a peak power of 7.5 kW at pulse repetition rate of serveral kilohertzs. The full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) is 734 ps, and the pulse energy is 5.5 μJ with a fundamental spatial mode. In this system, the pre-pumped microchip laser of Nd: YAG/Cr: YAG wafer which is bonded through the thermal-bonding technique has achieved a time jitter value of 12 μs and a Q-switched amplitude instability of 1.26% (1δ) through the pre-pumped modulation technique. 相似文献

<正>We presented a novel orthogonally linearly polarized Nd:YVO4 laser.Two pieces of a-cut grown-together composite YVO4/Nd:YVO4 crystals were placed in the resonant cavity with the c-axis of the two crystals orthogonally.The polarization and power performance of the orthogonally polarized laser were investigated.A 26.2-W orthogonally linearly polarized laser was obtained.The power ratio between the two orthogonally polarized lasers was varied with the pump power caused by the polarized mode coupling.The longitudinal modes competition and the corresponding variable optical beats were also observed from the orthogonally polarized laser.We also adjusted the crystals with their c-axis parallele to each other,and a 40.7-W linearly polarized TEMoo laser was obtained,and the beam quality factors were Mx2=1.37 and My2 =1.25. 相似文献

To diminish the thermal load, two ways, that is, in-band direct pumping and micro-rod crystal, could be adopted at the same time. The efficiency of LD in-band direct-pumping side surface polished micro-rod Nd:YVO_4 laser is numerically analyzed. By optimizing parameters such as crystal length, laser mode radius, pump beam radius, doping concentration and crystal cross-section size, the overall efficiency can reach over 50%. It is found that with micro-rod crystal implemented in the laser oscillator, high overall efficiency LD in-band direct-pumping Nd:YVO_4 laser could be realized. High efficiency combined with low thermal load makes this laser an outstanding scheme for building high-power Nd:YVO_4 lasers. 相似文献

In this paper, we report that a diode-pumped thulium-doped double clad silica fiber laser can provide powers of up to 227 W at 1908 nm, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 54.3%, and an optical-to-optical efficiency of 51.2%. The output power, to the best of our knowledge, is the highest output at 1908 nm. The beam quality M2 factor is about 1.56. 逆转换是影响光参量变换转换效率、参量光光束质量以及参量光输出稳定性的关键因素,随光斑分布和时间变化,逆转换现象很难消除.文中分析了光参量变换过程中的逆转换问题,研究了影响逆转换的关键因素.分析得出,适当的晶体长度、优化的抽运光斑截面类型、合适的谐振腔参数(对于振荡器)有利于降低逆转换,提高参量转换效率,改善参量光光束质量.根据理论分析结果,设计了脉冲砷酸钛氧钾(KTA)光参量振荡器,实验获得了270 mJ信号光和150 mJ闲频光输出,有效地抑制了逆转换的影响,参量转化效率达到了43%.

A diode-pumped Nd:YAG oscillator laser with an end-pumped zigzag slab architecture and weak pump absorption is developed. An output power of 253 W with a slope efficiency of 50.2% and an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 39.6% is achieved from the resonator, which emits the maximum power of 290 W with 840-W pump power.
