时滞反应扩散方程——单调方法与有界解、周期解、概周期解的存在性

在本文中,我们利用变形的单调方法在一般的条件下证明了一类含时滞的反应扩散方程组的周期解和概周期解的存在性与唯一性,这类结果,目前在有关文献中还比较少见。     

借“1／x＋a＋1／x＋b=1／x”发挥

题中方程的实数解 ,众所周知 ,仅当 ab>0时 ,x=± ab.如果 a,b∈ N ,a≠ b,且只需解这方程的正整数解 ,那么必须满足 ab=k2 ( k∈N) .本文仅借方程的构形 ,发挥它正整数解的功能 ,来揭示“一个单位分数表示为两个不同单位分数的和”的实质 . 三元三次不定方程ax^(2)+by^(2)+cz^(2)=dxyz-1基础解的进一步研究

关于三元三次不定方程的研究,是不定方程研究中的重要课题,有许多尚未解决的问题.讨论了不定方程ax^(2)+by^(2)+cz^(2)=dxyz-1的基础解,其中(a,b,c)=1,a,b,c均为d的因子.利用文献中的方法,运用二元二次型理论和初等数论的结果,求出了该不定方程的所有基础解.

The Existence of Global Solutions to a Fluid Dynamic Model for Materials for Korteweg Type

We discuss the existence of global solutions to a fluid dynamic model for materials of Korteweg type, and discuss the three dimensional nonisothermal motion. The higher order derivatives of density in the constitutive relation makes it necessary to introduce an interstitial working term in the energy equation. This makes the energy estimate more involved. Nevertheless, it is possible to show the existence of global solutions by the euergy method.     

A Smoothing Method of Global Optimization that Preserves Global Minima

A new smoothing method of global optimization is proposed in the present paper, which prevents shifting of global minima. In this method, smoothed functions are solutions of a heat diffusion equation with external heat source. The source helps to control the diffusion such that a global minimum of the smoothed function is again a global minimum of the cost function. This property, and the existence and uniqueness of the solution are proved using results in theory of viscosity solutions. Moreover, we devise an iterative equation by which smoothed functions can be obtained analytically for a class of cost functions. The effectiveness and potential of our method are then demonstrated with some experimental results.     

PERIODIC BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM AND CAUCHY PROBLEM OF THE GENERALIZED CUBIC DOUBLE DISPERSION EQUATION

In this article, the existence, uniqueness and regularities of the global generalized solution and global classical solution for the periodic boundary value problem and the Cauchy problem of the general cubic double dispersion equation

are proved, and the sufficient conditions of blow-up of the solutions for the Cauchy problems in finite time are given.     

The Singular Structure of Non-selfsimilar Global Solutions of n Dimensional Burgers Equation

We investigate the singular structure for n dimensional non-selfsimilar global solutions and interaction of non-selfsimilar elementary wave of n dimensional Burgers equation, where the initial discontinuity is a n dimensional smooth surface and initial data just contain two different constant states, global solutions and some new phenomena are discovered. An elegant technique is proposed to construct n dimensional shock wave without dimensional reduction or coordinate transformation.

研究了一类带有非线性边界条件的非线性抛物型方程组解的整体存在及解在有限时刻爆破问题.通过构造方程组的上、下解.得到了解整体存在及解在有限时刻爆破的充分条件.对指数型反应项和边界流采用了常微分方程方法构造其上下解,而其它例如第一特征值等方法运用于该方程就比较困难.     

具材料阻尼的非线性双曲型方程整体解的不存在性

考虑了一类具材料阻尼的非线性双曲型方程初边值问题整体解的不存在性．分别采用能量方法、Jensen不等式和凹性方法证明了该问题整体解的不存在性定理．作为主要结果的应用,给出了3个例子．     

Global Classical Solutions to the Equations of Two-dimensional MHD Transverse Flow

A new method for constructing the symmetric form for the hyperbolic systems is introduced. Then a new symmetric form of the equations of MHD transverse flow is constructed by adding an additional equation. With this new form, we obtain the local existence of smooth solution including the case that the initial density may tend to the vacuum state at infinity. Furthermore, the uniformly a priori estimation for the classical solutions is established and the global smooth solutions for a kind of initial data are obtained.

Qualitative analysis and solutions of bounded traveling wave for B-BBM equation

In this paper, we apply the theory of planar dynamical systems to carry out qualitative analysis for the dynamical system corresponding to B-BBM equation, and obtain global phase portraits under various parameter conditions. Then, the relations between the behaviors of bounded traveling wave solutions and the dissipation coeffiicient μ are investigated. We find that a bounded traveling wave solution appears as a kink profile solitary wave solution when μ is more than the critical value obtained in this paper, while a bounded traveling wave solution appears as a damped oscillatory solution when μ is less than it. Furthermore, we explain the solitary wave solutions obtained in previous literature, and point out their positions in global phase portraits. In the meantime, approximate damped oscillatory solutions are given by means of undetermined coefficients method. Finally, based on integral equations that reflect the relations between the approximate damped oscillatory solutions and the implicit exact damped oscillatory solutions, error estimates for the approximate solutions are presented.
