关于ω-强凸空间的一点注记

本文研究了关于ω-强凸空间和ω-强光滑空间的问题.利用Banach理论的方法,证明了ω-强凸空间和ω-强光滑空间是一对对偶概念,并讨论了ω-强光滑性与其它光滑性之间的关系,用切片统一刻画了ω-强凸空间与ω-强光滑空间的特征,完善了ω-强凸空间及其对偶空间的研究.     

非常极凸空间的推广及其对偶概念

本文研究了k非常极凸和k非常极光滑空间的问题.利用Banach空间理论的方法,证明了k非常极凸空间和k非常极光滑空间是一对对偶概念,并且k非常极凸空间(k非常极光滑空间)是严格介于k一致极凸空间和k非常凸空间(k一致极光滑空间和k非常光滑空间)之间的一类新的Banach空间,得到了k非常极凸空间和k非常极光滑空间的若干等价刻画以及k非常极凸(k非常极光滑性)与其它凸性(光滑性)之间的蕴涵关系,推广了非常极凸空间和非常极光滑空间,完善了k非常极凸空间及其对偶空间的研究.     

K-非常凸空间

本文引入了一种新的K凸空间K-非常凸空间,及其对偶空间K-非常光滑空间,它们分别是非常凸空间和非常光滑空间的推广但又严格弱于非常凸空间和非常光滑空间,因此它们又有许多独特的性质.本文讨论了它们的一些特性及与其它K凸性和K光滑性的关系,推广了[3]、[6]、[7]、[8]中的一些结果.     

非常极凸空间

本文使用非常极凸的定义，证明了非常极凸和非常光滑是互为对偶空间且严格介于弱k凸和非常凸之间的空间，最后得到了非常极凸的一些特征．     

全纯A_μ空间中K-泛函和光滑模的等价性

本文研究了Cn中星型圆形域D上的全纯Aμ空间中两个逼近工具光滑模与K-泛函的关系问题,通过得到Aμ空间中的Bernstein不等式,获得了利用径向导数定义新的K-泛函与光滑模与K-泛函的等价性以及Marchaud不等式,推广了实函数空间中的结果.     

关于Banach空间k一致凸及k一致光滑性

用统一且简洁形式刻画、定义了Banach空间的(局部)k一致凸、k-强凸、ω-强凸性.给出(局部)k一致光滑性概念,并讨论了上述空间的关系及性质.     

弱次-ortho-紧空间的σ-积

本文研究了具有覆盖性质的弱次-ortho-紧空间的σ-积问题,证明存在可数仿紧空间族{X_α:α∈ω_1}满足:(1)空间σ{X_α:α∈ω_1}的每个有限子乘积是弱次-ortho-紧的;(2)空间σ{X_α:α∈ω_1}不是弱次-ortho-紧的.利用拓扑空间乘积性理论,获得了如下结果:设X=σ{X_α:α∈A}是|A|-仿紧空间.如果X的每个有限子乘积是弱次-ortho-紧的,则X也是弱次-ortho-紧的.从而推广了文献[8]的结果.     

Lω-空间的ωδ-紧性

在Lω-空间中借助βα-ωδ-开覆盖,定义了Lω-空间的ωδ-紧性,ωδ-基与ωδ-子基,并证明了ωδ-紧性被连续的Zadeh型函数所保持,Tychonoff乘积定理也成立.

Lω-空间的ω-Lindeloef性质

在Lω-空间中引入ω-Lindeloef性质和ω-Lindeloef空间等概念，给出了其等价刻画，并证明它保持L-拓补空间中许多良好的性质，如闭遗传性、L-好的推广、被连续的L值Zadeh型函数所保持。此外，引入了ω-紧性的概念，研究了其若干性质。     

An <Emphasis Type="Italic">ω</Emphasis>-category with all Duals is an <Emphasis Type="Italic">ω</Emphasis>-groupoid

We make a definition of ω-precategory which should underlie any definition of weak ω-category. We make a precise definition of pseudo-invertible cells in this setting. We show that in an ω-precategory with all weak duals, every cell is pseudo-invertible. We deduce that in any “sensible” theory of ω-categories, an ω-category with all weak duals is an ω-groupoid. We discuss various examples and open questions involving higher-dimensional tangles and cobordisms.      

On weak neighborhood systems and spaces

We introduce and study the concepts of weak neighborhood systems, weak neighborhood spaces, ω(ψ, ψ′)-continuity, ω-continuity and ω*-continuity on WNS’s. This work was supported by a grant from Research Institute for Basic Science at Kangwon National University.     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">ω</Emphasis>-Convergence theory of filters in <Emphasis Type="Italic">Lω</Emphasis> -spaces

In this paper, an ω-convergence theory of filters in an Lω-space is established. By means of the ω-convergence theory, some important characterizations with respective to the ω-closed sets, ω T ₂ separation and (ω ₁, ω ₂)-continuous mappings are obtained. Moreover, the mutual relationships among ω-convergence of molecular nets, ω-convergence of ideals and ω-convergence of filters are given.     

β级星像函数类和凸像函数类的扩展问题

本文利用文[2,3]的引理和算子L(a,c)f(z)的一些性质.结合Hadamard乘积,研究了算子L(a,c)f(z),获得了L(a,c)f(z)∈S*(β)和L(a,c)f(z)∈K(β)的充分条件,推广了文[2,3]的相关结论.     

Primary abelian <Emphasis Type="Italic">n</Emphasis>-Σ-groups

We prove the following theorem: Any abelian p-group is an n-Σ-group which is a strong ω-elongation of a totally projective group by a p ^ω+n -projective group precisely when it is totally projective. In particular, each p-torsion p ^ω+n -projective n-Σ-group is a direct sum of countable p-groups of length not exceeding ω + n and vice versa. Note on elongations of totally projective p-groups by p ω+n -projective p-groups

It is proved that any Σ-group, which is a special elongation of a totally projective abelian p-group by a p ^ω+1-projective abelian p-group, is totally projective. In particular, each p ^ω+1-projective abelian Σ-p-group is a direct sum of countable p-groups of lengths not exceeding ω + 1. This strengthens our recent result published in Comment. Math. Univ. On q *-bisimple IC semigroups of type-E

A semigroup is called type-E if the band of its idempotents can be expressed as a direct product of a rectangular band and an ω-chain. For brevity, we call an IC ^*-bisimple quasi-adequate semigroup of type-E a q ^*-bisimple IC semigroup of type-E. In this paper, we characterize q ^*-bisimple semigroups by using some kind of generalized Bruck-Reilly extensions. As a consequence, some results concerning *-bisimple type-A ω-semigroups given by Asibong-Ibe (Semigroup Forum 31:99–117, 1985) are generalized.     

Embeddings of the classesH ω

In this paper we study functions belonging to the classesV _ε and ΛBV, which are encountered in the theory of Fourier trigonometric series. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the embedding of the classesH _ω in the classesV _ϕ and ABV are obtained. Translated fromMatematicheskie Zametki, Vol. 64, No. 5, pp. 713–719, November, 1998. The isometric extension of the into mapping from the unit sphere S 1( E ) to S 1( l ∞(Γ))

This paper considers the isometric extension problem concerning the mapping from the unit sphere S ₁(E) of the normed space E into the unit sphere S ₁(l ^∞(Γ)). We find a condition under which an isometry from S ₁(E) into S ₁(l ^∞(Γ)) can be linearly and isometrically extended to the whole space. Since l ^∞(Γ) is universal with respect to isometry for normed spaces, isometric extension problems on a class of normed spaces are solved. More precisely, if E and F are two normed spaces, and if V ₀: S ₁(E) → S ₁(F) is a surjective isometry, where c ₀₀(Γ) ⊆ F ⊆ l ^∞(Γ), then V ₀ can be extended to be an isometric operator defined on the whole space.
